个人信息管理(Personal Information Management,简称为PIM)(如移动号簿管家业务),是移动终端用户将终端中的信息(包括通信录、短信、日程安排等)以无线或有线方式与电脑或移动网络服务器保持一致,并能在手机或电脑终端上,通过手机菜单、WWW网站、WAP、短信等方式查询和管理信息的业务。对人们备份个人信息起到了极大的辅助作用。人们通过移动终端进行交往的信息量越来越大,往往个人的通讯录就可以达到上百至上千条。因此,当一个人的通讯方式发生改变时,比如更换了电话号码,往往用户不得不逐一通过短信或电话的方式通知相关联系人自己的联系方式发生了变化,既费时费力,还会带来额外的费用。
针对相关技术中当客户端信息发生改变时由于与之进行交往的用户信息量大,导致通知用户操作繁琐且产生额外费用的问题,目前尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容

第一检测模块32,设置为检测到客户端设备的信息发生变更;
判断模块34,设置为判断是否查询到与该信息对应的群组;
第一共享模块36,设置为在判断结果为是的情况下,向该群组中的用户共享变更后的该信息。
图4是根据本发明优选实施例的信息共享的装置的框图一,如图4所示,该装置还包括:
反馈模块38,设置为在判断结果为否的情况下,向该客户端设备反馈是否建立该信息对应群组的消息;
第二共享模块310,设置为在接收到该客户端设备依据该消息建立的该信息与对应群组之间对应关系的情况下,向该群组中的用户共享变更后的该信息。
根据本发明实施例还提供了一种信息共享的装置,图5是根据本发明实施例的信息共享的装置的框图二,如图5所示,该装置包括:第二检测装置52、发送模块54,下面对各模块进行说明。
第二检测装置52,设置为检测到客户端设备的信息发生变更;
发送模块54,设置为将发生变更的该信息发送给服务器,其中,该信息用于该服务器确定该信息对应的群组,并将该信息共享给该群组中的用户。
图6是根据本发明优选实施例的信息共享的装置的框图二,如图6所示,该装置还包括:
接收模块56,设置为接收到该服务器发送的用于建立该信息对应群组的消息;
第一建立模块58,设置为依据该消息建立与该信息对应的群组。
图7是根据本发明优选实施例的信息共享的装置的框图三,如图7所示,该装置还包括:
鉴权模块510,设置为对用于建立群组的用户进行鉴权;
第二建立模块512,设置为在鉴权通过的情况下,依据该消息建立与该信息对应的该群组。
下面结合优选实施例对本发明实施例进行进一步说明。
本发明优选实例采用CS架构,分为客户端和云端服务器。通过以下模块实现,下面的模块的功能由本发明实施例中的第一检测模块32、判断模块34、第一共享模块36、第二检测装置52、发送模块54来实现。
个人信息共享对象管理模块,实现用户分组授信功能,比如,对电话变更关注的群组,对日程和会议变更关注的群组。针对不同的群组,授予不同的共享权限。权限的授予需要互相认证后生效,以免误操作或者未能正确确认分组成员个人情况而发生个人信息错误共享,引起个人信息泄露。该模块运行于客户端和云端服务器。
个人信息更新模块,该模块用来实现用户个人信息更新,同时具有确认和识别用户信息变更功能,即区分用户的哪些信息发生了变化。比如联系电话发生变化或是日程发生变化。该模块运行于客户端和云端服务器。
个人信息共享映射模块,将个人信息变化和共享对象群组进行关联。如联系电话变更会和电话关注群组相关联,而日程会议变更会和日程关注群组相关联。该模块运行于客户端和云端服务器。
个人信息共享推送模块,用户个人信息更新模块发现用户个人信息发生变更时,就去通过个人信息映射模块查询变更映射关系,当存在个人信息变更共享群组,就将该信息直接推送给群组中所有成员。这一过程是自动完成,用户不需要关注。该模块运行于云端服务器。
本发明优选实施例通过建立授信群组和个人信息变更模块,自动识别个人信息差异,而后根据授信情况予以推送变化的个人信息,方便快捷,安全可靠。
图8是根据本发明优选实施例的信息共享的系统基本框图,如图8所示,该系统是一种CS模型系统,PIM云端服务器提供用户登录身份鉴权、数据存储、数据收发,信息更新和维护,差异识别和信息推送。移动终端PIM客户端提供用户登录、信息更新,数据收发。
图9是根据本发明优选实施例的信息变更共享系统框图,如图9所示,该系统包括个人信息共享对象管理模块92、个人信息更新模块94、个人信息共享推送模块96、个人信息共享映射模块98,以下对各个模块之间的联系进行简要说明。个人信息更新模块94发现变更通知个人信息共享推送模块96,个人信息共享推送模块96查询映射关系后根据群组推送信息,同时个人信息共享推送模块96通过个人信息共享对象管理模块92访问群组成员联系信息完成推送。个人信息共享对象管理模块92具有授信处理功能,完成用户分组授信,以保证用户信息不回被错误共享。
图10是根据本发明优选实施例的鉴权流程图,如图10所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤1002,发送方发起分组授信请求,等待得到接收方的确认信息;
步骤1004,接收方收到分组授信请求,予以确认,生成授信秘钥;接收方将授信秘钥存储在服务器;以备后续鉴权使用。同时,接收方发送授信请求给发送方;
步骤1006,发送方接收到接收方确认。如果接收方发起授信请求,发送方接收到授信请求,生产授信秘钥,存储在服务器。
图11是根据本发明优选实施例的信息变更共享流程图,如图11所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤1102,变更方需要更新个人信息,如更换电话号码;
步骤1104,更新模块发现了数据发生变化,确认变化内容,发现电话变更;
步骤1106,云端服务器收到用户变更数据,更新模块向共享查询模块进行查询,确认是否存在对应变更群组;
步骤1108,判断是否存在对应变更群组,即电话变更关注群组,如果存在,转步骤1110,否则转步骤1112;
步骤1110,存在电话变更关注群组,变更信息发送模块查询分组所有成员,并向其发送变更内容;
步骤1112,并不存在电话变更关注群组,反馈用户,是否需要建立对应的变更关注组,如果过需要,转步骤1114,否则,转步骤1116;
步骤1114,用户进行授信流程,完成分组创建过程;然后再次完成变更信息的共享流程;
步骤1116,用户放弃分组过程,不再进行信息共享。
通过上述步骤,可以实现自动地将个人变更的信息共享给他人,而且是安全地有授信控制地共享给他人,不会引起隐私的泄漏。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
如上所述,通过上述实施例及优选实施方式,解决了相关技术中当客户端信息发生改变时由于与之进行交往的用户信息量大,导致通知用户操作繁琐且产生额外费用的问题,进而达到了通知用户信息发生变化的操作简单,避免了额外费用支出的效果。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种信息共享的方法,包括:
    检测到客户端设备的信息发生变更;
    判断是否查询到与所述信息对应的群组;
    在判断结果为是的情况下,向所述群组中的用户共享变更后的所述信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在判断是否查询到与所述信息对应的群组之后,还包括:
    在判断结果为否的情况下,向所述客户端设备反馈是否建立所述信息对应群组的消息;
    在接收到所述客户端设备依据所述消息建立的所述信息与对应群组之间对应关系的情况下,向所述群组中的用户共享变更后的所述信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2任一项所述的方法,其中,所述群组包括:
    电话号码群组或日程会议群组。
  4. 一种信息共享的方法,包括:
    检测到客户端设备的信息发生变更;
    将发生变更的所述信息发送给服务器,其中,所述信息用于所述服务器确定所述信息对应的群组,并将所述信息共享给所述群组中的用户。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,在将发生变更的所述信息发送给所述服务器之后,还包括:
    接收到所述服务器发送的用于建立所述信息对应群组的消息;
    依据所述消息建立与所述信息对应的群组。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,在依据所述消息建立与所述信息对应的所述群组之前,还包括:
    对用于建立群组的用户进行鉴权;
    在鉴权通过的情况下,依据所述消息建立与所述信息对应的所述群组。
  7. 根据权利要求4-6中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述群组包括:
    电话号码群组或日程会议群组。
  8. 一种信息共享的装置,包括:
    第一检测模块,设置为检测到客户端设备的信息发生变更;
    判断模块,设置为判断是否查询到与所述信息对应的群组;
    第一共享模块,设置为在判断结果为是的情况下,向所述群组中的用户共享变更后的所述信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    反馈模块,设置为在判断结果为否的情况下,向所述客户端设备反馈是否建立所述信息对应群组的消息;
    第二共享模块,设置为在接收到所述客户端设备依据所述消息建立的所述信息与对应群组之间对应关系的情况下,向所述群组中的用户共享变更后的所述信息。
  10. 一种信息共享的装置,包括:
    第二检测装置,设置为检测到客户端设备的信息发生变更;
    发送模块,设置为将发生变更的所述信息发送给服务器,其中,所述信息用于所述服务器确定所述信息对应的群组,并将所述信息共享给所述群组中的用户。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    接收模块,设置为接收到所述服务器发送的用于建立所述信息对应群组的消息;
    第一建立模块,设置为依据所述消息建立与所述信息对应的群组。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    鉴权模块,设置为对用于建立群组的用户进行鉴权;
    第二建立模块,设置为在鉴权通过的情况下,依据所述消息建立与所述信息对应的所述群组。
