系统 2具有一主机 21、 一接收单元 24及至少一传输模块 22, 且主机 21分别与 接收单元 24及传输模块 22耦接。 在此, 以系统 2具有一个传输模块 22为例。 系统 2可为一电子系统, 并可例如为一互动广告系统、 一卖场优惠订购系统、 一门禁 识别系统、 一信息查询系统、 一提款系统、 一便携式行动装置或其它涉及数据 传输的系统。 主机 21与接收单元 24及传输模块 22的耦接可为有线的实体导线连 接或为无线的信号耦接, 在此以无线的信号耦接为例。 其中, 主机 21可包含系 统 2的核心控制组件,并且例如可包含中央处理器(central processing unit, CPU), 内存或其它的硬件、 软件或固件。 另外, 主机 21也可包含一显示装置、 一传输 装置、 一储存装置或其它的控制装置等。 另外, 传输模块 22可例如为一显示面 板、一有线或无线局域网络模块(无线网络模块例如可为 WI-FI、或 WLAN等等)、 一有线或无线电信网络模块或一蓝牙模块等。
另外, 视觉界面显示装置 3例如可为智能型手机(smart phone)、个人数字助 理 (PDA) 或平板计算机 (tablet PC) , 或为其它的便携式显示装置。 视觉界面 显示装置 3具有一接收模块 31及一显示模块 32。 显示模块 32可具有一显示面板 321 , 且显示面板 321具有至少一电极。 其中, 显示面板 321可具有一主动式矩阵 (active matrix) 或为一被动式矩阵式 (passive matrix )。 在此, 以主动式矩阵为 例, 并例如可为液晶显示面板、 有机发光二极管面板、 发光二极管面板、 电泳 显示面板、 触控显示面板或 MEMS显示面板等。 另外, 电极可为显示面板 321的 显示区外的一独立电极, 或者也可为显示区内的复数行电极或复数列电极的其 中之一, 并可通过电容或电感将信号耦合而传送。
请再参照图 1所示, 系统 2的主机 21可通过传输模块 22将一传输数据 TD传送 至视觉界面显示装置 3。传输数据 TD可为数字数据、数字数据串流或数字文件串 流, 依其用途可为触控信息、 指令信息、 识别信息、 交易信息、 广告信息、 优 惠信息、 文件信息 (如文字文件、 图片文件、 音乐文件或视听文件等) 或其它 信息等。 依其来源, 传输数据 TD可由系统 2所产生, 或可由系统 2从其它外部装 置取得。 在此, 均不加以限制。
接收模块 31与传输模块 22对应, 并使用交谈协议 (protocol) 以交换数据。 若传输模块 22为局域网络模块、 电信网络模块或蓝牙模块时, 则视觉界面显示 装置 3的接收模块 31可通过有线或无线的方式接收传输模块 22传送的传输数据 TD。 另外, 若传输模块 22为一显示面板 (图未显示) 时, 则可将传输数据 TD通 过此显示面板耦合至视觉界面显示装置 3的接收模块 31。 由此,传输数据 TD可由 显示面板 (传输模块 22 ) 的至少一个电极耦合至接收模块 31。 举例而言, 除了 可以通过接收模块 31与传输模块 22靠近以耦合传输数据 TD外, 也可以人体为传 输媒介, 当使用者同时接触视觉界面显示装置 3中接收模块 31的接收端及传输模 块 22 (显示面板) 的发射端时, 传输数据 TD可通过发射端并经由人体的电容信 号耦合至接收端, 以被接收模块 31所接收。
当接收模块 31接收传输模块 22传送的传输数据 TD后,显示面板 321可将对应 传输数据 TD的回应数据 RD通过显示面板 321的至少一电极耦合至系统 2,并被接 收单元 24所接收。 在此, 电极可为显示面板 321的显示区外的一独立电极, 或者 也可为显示区内的复数行电极或复数列电极的至少其中之一, 而耦合是以无线 方式将数字信息 (gP0或 1 ) 从视觉界面显示装置 3传输至系统 2。 另外, 为了确 保回应数据 RD传送的正确性, 也可在不同的时间重复传送相同内容的回应数据 RD, 如此一来, 若发现异常时可以再次进行相同内容的回应数据 RD的传送并确 认, 以确保系统 2接收数据的正确性。
具体而言, 例如当系统 2为一门禁控制系统时, 用于门禁管制的信息传输数 据 TD (例如, 静态的员工编号或是员工编号经动态编码的身份信息; 或是一预 设问题)可以先经由系统 2的传输模块 22传送至视觉界面显示装置 3 (例如手机), 当使用者需要通过门禁时,可借助于使用者拿的视觉界面显示装置 3 (例如手机) 的显示面靠近或接触而将回应数据 RD传回系统 2的接收单元 24。 系统 2通过回应 数据 RD判定使用者的身份以决定通行与否。回应数据 RD是通过视觉界面显示装 置 3以传输数据 TD为基础经运算(如解密、 加密等)得到的。 此运算的算法除了 传输数据 TD外也可以加入其它使用者信息, 以让系统 2确认身份。相比其它身份 辨识方法, 应用此数据传输架构的身份辨识方法有以下特点: 传输数据 TD可以 加入随时更新或是应使用者的要求才发送等动态机制; 系统 2也可通过管制传送 传输数据 TD与接收到回应数据 RD之间的时间差做此次身份辨识的有效期限;回 应数据 RD需要借助视觉界面显示装置 3靠近或接触一个属于系统 2的接收单元以 回传数据, 此接收单元可以加入拍照、 摄影、 影像辨识等功能, 因此具有较高 的安全性。 同样的架构也可应用于购物、 付费等需要严格管制身份认证的交易 场合。 此外, 本数据传输架构也可应用于其它较不需严格管制身份的场合。 例 如系统 2为一公司的电子商务系统, 它可将某一商店的电子折价券通过电信网络 发送至个人的手机 (视觉界面显示装置 3 ), 使用者可至商店消费时将此折价券 经由手机 (视觉界面显示装置 3 ) 回传给系统 2以获得折扣优惠。
前述为系统 2主动发送一信息的传输数据 TD的工作模式, 传输数据 TD也可 通过回应使用者要求而发送。 以下, 请参照图 2所示, 其为本发明的数据传输架 构的另一功能方块示意图。 在此, 系统 2a以一广告系统为例, 而视觉界面显示 装置 3a以一智能型手机为例来说明, 不过, 并不以此为限。系统 2a也可为一卖场 贩售结帐系统、 一门禁识别系统、 一银行提款系统、 一信息查询系统或其它的 数据传输系统等等, 且视觉界面显示装置 3a也可为其它的便携式显示装置, 例 如平板计算机或笔记型计算机。
广告系统 (系统 2a) 例如可提供机场或车站附近的旅馆或餐厅数据, 此时 可以使用一广告用的公众广告牌(public display,传输装置 23 )来作为传输媒介, 当使用者查询到目标时, 可以通过手机、 平板计算机或其它个人使用的便携式 电子装置 (视觉界面显示装置 3 ), 也可通过将视觉界面显示装置 3的接收模块 31 靠近或接触此公众广告牌 (传输装置 23的传输模块 22) 将传输数据 TD (例如地 址、 折价券、 QR码(Quick Response code )、 图片、 影片、 动画、 文字说明等等) 下载到视觉界面显示装置 3中带走,当到目的地时再将回应数据 RD通过视觉界面 显示装置 3个显示面板 321的至少一电极回传以获取优惠等。 另外, 以大型商品 的贩售结帐系统为例, 使用者可以通过视觉界面显示装置 3的接收模块 31靠近或 接触系统 2a的一传输装置的传输模块, 先接收需要的商品信息 (传输数据 TD) , 然后在结帐柜台将订购信息 (回应数据 RD) 回传给系统 2a, 完成订购。 亦即, 可通过将视觉界面显示装置 3的接收模块 31靠近或接触系统 2a的一传输装置的 传输模块, 而将如广告信息、 优惠信息、 地理信息等等传送至手机、 平板计算 机或其它个人使用的便携式电子装置。 之后, 使用者可再通过视觉界面显示装 置 3再将对应的回应信息 RD (例如订购信息) 耦合至系统 2的一接收单元 24。 另 外, 广告订购系统 (系统 2a) 可在订购完成后通知消费者该笔订购交易已完成。
在本实施例中, 如图 2所示, 系统 2a在包含主机 21及传输模块 22之外, 还可 包含至少一传输装置 23, 且传输装置 23可包含传输模块 22, 并与主机 21耦接。 不过, 在其它的实施例中, 传输装置 23也可包含于主机 21内。 在此, 传输装置 23为一显示装置, 并且例如可为一液晶显示装置、 有机发光二极管显示装置、 发光二极管显示装置、 电泳显示装置或 MEMS显示装置, 在此并不加以限定。 换言之, 本实施例的广告系统 (系统 2a) 具有一传输装置 23, 而传输装置 23为 显示装置, 并包含有传输模块 22。 另外, 传输装置 23也可包含一身份识别模块 (可执行身份辨识的工作)、 一显示模块、 一影像采集模块或一触控模块 (图未 显示)。 在此, 身份识别模块、 显示模块、 影像采集模块或触控模块并不限定为 硬件, 其可由硬件、 软件或固件或其组合所构成。
接收单元 24可接收显示面板 321耦合的回应数据 RD,并可传送至主机 21。在 此, 传输装置 23包含接收单元 24。 不过, 在其它的实施例中, 主机 21也可包含 接收单元 24。 此外, 系统 2a还可包括一输入装置 25耦合于主机 21。 输入装置 25 例如可为鼠标、 键盘、 随身碟或其组合, 或为其它可输入信息的电子装置。 因 此, 可使用输入装置 25将商品、 服务信息输入系统 2a, 并通过传输模块 22将商 品信息传送至视觉界面显示装置 3a。
另外, 视觉界面显示装置 3a在包含接收模块 31及显示模块 32之外, 还可包 含一运算模块 33, 运算模块 33可处理传输数据 TD后产生回应数据 RD。 其中, 处 理例如可包括加码、 加密、 解密、 加入识别信息或其它回应信息等。 在此, 运 算模块 33在接收传输数据 TD后, 可依照一算法处理传输数据 TD。 其中, 输入该 算法的信息可包括传输数据 TD及至少一来自视觉界面显示装置 3a的本地数据。 在此, 本地数据可为视觉界面显示装置 3a的内部信息, 并例如可为识别码、 使 用者身份、 密码等数据, 且可例如包含图像 (例如使用者的照片)、 密码 (例如 使用者设定的密码) 或文件 (例如视觉界面显示装置 3a的识别码或使用者的身 份数据), 并可利用算法对传输数据 TD及本地数据进行加密、 解密或其它处理。
因此, 运算模块 33可加入视觉界面显示装置 3a的识别信息或视觉界面显示 装置 3a的使用者或拥有者的身份到回应数据 RD内,使得传输数据 TD或回应数据 RD的至少其中之一可包含身份识别信息, 而身份识别信息可用以辨识视觉界面 显示装置 3a或视觉界面显示装置 3a的使用者或拥有者的身份。在此,身份识别信 息例如可包含个人身份数据、 密码数据、 视觉界面显示装置 3a的识别码、 对特 定问题的回答数据、 图像数据或个人的签名数据或其它信息。 另外, 运算模块 33可将回应数据 RD传送至显示模块 32, 以通过显示面板 321的电极将回应数据 RD耦合至系统 2a。
当系统 2a通过接收单元 24接收回应数据 RD后,系统 2a可借助回应数据 RD来 判别视觉界面显示装置 3a所接收的传输数据 TD的内容。 在此, 接收单元 24接收 回应数据 RD后, 主机 21可以使用与视觉界面显示装置 3a的运算模块 33的算法对 应的另一算法来处理所接收的回应数据 RD, 并可传输装置 23内含的身份识别模 块进行身份的识别。 由此, 可使系统 2a判别消费者要订购的是哪一个商品或服 务、 哪一个厂牌及序号的视觉界面显示装置 3a所发出订购的信息, 甚至于是哪 一位消费者订购的商品或服务。 系统 2a进行商品或服务的订购确认后, 再传送 确认信息给消费者。
综上所述, 本发明的数据传输架构包括一系统以及一视觉界面显示装置, 系统具有一主机、 一接收单元及至少一传输模块, 而视觉界面显示装置具有一 接收模块及一显示模块。 当接收模块接收主机的传输模块传送的传输数据后, 显示模块的显示面板可将对应传输数据的回应数据通过显示面板的至少一电极 耦合至系统, 并被接收单元所接收。 由此, 视觉界面显示装置除了可接收系统 传送的传输数据外, 还可通过显示面板将对应的回应数据耦合至系统, 以与系 统产生进一步的互动, 故可达成无线连接的传输功能而扩大视觉界面显示装置 的应用层面。
以上所述仅为举例性, 而非为限制性。 任何未脱离本发明的精神与范畴, 而对其进行的等效修改或变更, 均应包含于随附的权利要求范围中。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种数据传输架构, 包括:
一系统, 具有一主机、 一接收单元及至少一传输模块, 该主机分别与该接 收单元及该传输模块耦接; 以及
一视觉界面显示装置, 具有一接收模块及一显示模块, 该显示模块具有一 显示面板,
其中, 当该接收模块接收该传输模块传送的传输数据后, 该显示面板将对 应该传输数据的回应数据通过该显示面板的至少一电极耦合至该系统, 并被该 接收单元所接收。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的数据传输架构, 其中该传输模块包含另一显示面板、 一有线或无线局域网络模块、 一电信网络模块或一蓝牙模块, 以传输该传输数 据。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的数据传输架构, 其中当该传输模块为另一显示面板 时, 该传输数据由该另一显示面板的电极耦合至该接收模块。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的数据传输架构, 其中该系统还包含至少一传输装置, 该传输装置与该主机耦接。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的数据传输架构, 其中该传输装置包含该传输模块。
6、 如权利要求 4所述的数据传输架构, 其中该传输装置包含一身份识别模 块、 一显示模块、 一影像采集模块或一触控模块。
7、 如权利要求 4所述的数据传输架构, 其中该传输装置包含该接收单元。
8、 如权利要求 3所述的数据传输架构, 其中当一使用者分别接触该视觉界 面显示装置的接收端及该传输模块的发射端时, 该传输数据通过该使用者耦合 至该接收模块。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的数据传输架构, 其中该视觉界面显示装置还具有一 运算模块, 该运算模块处理该传输数据后产生该回应数据。
10、 如权利要求 1所述的数据传输架构, 其中该传输数据或该回应数据的至 少其中之一包含一身份识别信息, 该身份识别信息用以辨识视觉界面显示装置 或视觉界面显示装置的使用者或拥有者的身份。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的数据传输架构, 其中该身份识别信息包含个人身 份数据、 密码数据、 视觉界面显示装置的识别码、 对特定问题的回答数据、 图 像数据或个人签名数据。
12、 如权利要求 1所述的数据传输架构, 其中该系统通过该回应数据判别该 视觉界面显示装置所接收的该传输数据的内容。
13、 如权利要求 1所述的数据传输架构, 其中该视觉界面显示装置依照一算 法处理该传输数据后产生该回应数据。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的数据传输架构, 其中该系统以与该算法对应的另 一算法处理所接收的该回应数据。
15、 如权利要求 13所述的数据传输架构, 其中输入该算法的信息包括该传 输数据及至少一来自该视觉界面显示装置的本地数据, 且该本地数据包含图像、 密码或文件。
