Abstract

The present invention is method and product for joint free sandwich bricks. In the present invention the bricks are ready to use for constructional work without skilled worker. The front or backside or both the surface of the bricks are covered with the polished or plain surface. These bricks are acid, detergent and scratch resistance and waterproof so, It works as insulator and keep inside environment at comfortable temperature. In the present invention grooves are provided on upper and lower surface of the each bricks so, two layer of each bricks are joint easily with cement or jointing agents.

Description

Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to joint free sandwich brick used for building block serving as a mold when carrying out civil engineering and construction works and forming an external appearance of a structure, a building structure and a method of bricking a wall using the same.
Background of the Invention
Generally, when carrying out a civil engineering and construction work, several stages of processes are performed. Thus, it is required to take a long term of works, waste additional materials and use heavy weight materials. Also a lot of professional human resources are supplied, thereto, causing a building cost to increase and leakage frequently occurs due to problems on the material and the construction. Furthermore several problems exist, such as pollution generated from the material, fire, cracks, efflorescence phenomena etc.
Particularly, a bearing wall and a non bearing wall of the building structure are fabricated by forming a wall space into a desired shape generally using a mold infusing mortar made of cement and coarse sand into the wall space in a state that a reinforcing bar is placed and curing the motor. Alternately the bearing wall and the non bearing wall are fabricated by bricking cement blocks or cement bricks made of cement and coarse sand or bricking another kind of bricks. And an exterior wall of the bearing wall of the bearing wall is plastered with the cement mortar or finished by facing a tile or by bricking clay bricks.
However when forming a cement motor wall according to the related art method, efflorescence occurs, that is the cement mortar is partially, dissolved and outwardly flows due to an introduction of rainwater, causing the exterior wall of a building to be stained and in order to remove the efflorescence the exterior wall should be recoated with paint. Also the related art bearing and non bearing walls are weakened in intensity and have cracks due to a load of the building as time elapses. In addition, it is required to spend much time on bricking bricks or blocks and plastering, much money and profession human skill is also required. This involves very much time and cost on repairing process for leakage, cracks, efflorescence or the like.
To overcome the above stated limitation, in the present invention novel joint free sandwich brick is invented.
Object of the Invention
In the present invention joint fee sandwich brick is very easy to use as a building block serving as a mold when carrying out engineering and construction works and forming an external appearance of s structure. By using the present invention a building block having structure capable of minimizing leakage, crakes, efflorescence, etc of the building structure. The present invented block structure capable of firmly placing a reinforcing bar therein in length and width directions and building structure which can be easily built by any person without a professional worker in reduced term of works.
In the present invention multiple holes are provided directly into the bricks so, electric water, water, cable or telephone connection pipes/cables can easily done after the construction work is completed without affecting the existing construction.
The main objects of the present invention are as follows, All sides of bricks are made with prefect angle and perfect size so work will be easy and fast.
It is not required any skilled person to use the present invented brick.
After wall construction no curing is required.
In the present invention no groove filing required as work is joint free and no plastering for wall inside and outside required. To tiles fitting is required.
Single labor is required to use the present invention
Saving of time and labor to use the present invention
It requires minimum time for surface leveling so, paint will bind well and lasts long.
As outside glaze ( water proof) tiles will not allow moisture rainwater slippage and this will protect inside healthy environment.
As tiles are cured at high temperature and pressure it will have more strength and none fading of colour.
No cracking in wall surface which ensures bacteria and moisture proof.
The bricks are prepared without firing so, it is eco friendly and power saving.
Different types of elevation designs creation is possible to increase aesthetic value of building.
This bricks get insulation property so building heating /colling will be reduce. Building Outside is of glossy so heat reflection will also reduce building heating.
Less electricity will be required for building life will be increased.
- Durability and strength of the bricks are higher then the normal bricks so these bricks last in good condition over the life span of building.
High degree of resistance to fire is major asset for this bricks which makes a safety aspect. This bricks do not emit any toxic fumes and does not degenerate with time.
These bricks are acid, detergent and scratch resistance.
These bricks are light weight compared to normal and concrete bricks so, building does not required heavy foundations, structure frames and slabs, which reduce the construction cost of the building.
Statement of the Invention
In the present invention lower and upper side surface of the bricks are provided continuous grooves to join the two bricks in incline position or in overlapping position. In the present invention multiple holes are provided into each bricks to transmit the water connection, electricity line, cable line, telephone line etc, by just inserting pipes. In the present invention inner and outer surface has covered with layer of glaze ties or marble or any other smooth material. The present invention Joint free sandwich bricks does not required any skill person to use it and the outer and inner surface is made from the glaze ties or marble or any insulated material so, building heating /cooling will be reduce.

The nature of the invention and the manner in which it is performed is clearly described in the specification. The invention has various components and they are clearly described in the following pages of the complete specification. As shown in Fig.l, the cross sectional view of the joint free sandwich brick (2) with multiple holes (1) is provided on each brick to transfer the lines of water or electricity or telephone or other etc. As shown into the present invention the continuous groves are provided on top and bottom side surface of the each brick to joint with each other.
As shown in Fig.l wherein the outer surface of each brick (2) is either covered or plain. By using the present invention either surface or both of the surface are covered with glaze ties (3) or marble or any other customize surface.
As shown in Fig.2a, wherein the each bricks (2) are arranged in vertical incline direction to joint each bricks. In these types of arrangement, holes of each bricks are matched with each other. The overlapping vertical joints are shown in Fig. 2b. In this types of joint, first layer is creates (As shown in Fig.3) and while making the second layer, bricks are arranged in such a way to put the bricks into the center of first layer two bricks, but while putting this bricks on the center of first layer, it is also required to match the holes of first layer bricks.
In the same way two layers of bricks by arranging the bricks in incline direction and in vertical directions is shown in Fig.4 and Fig.5
The method for preparing the present invented joint free sandwich brick follows following steps.
First get mould cleaned and apply thin layer of oil on all inside mould surface.
Then put front and backside material (soaked in water for 8 hrs) keeping polished/plain surface facing mould wall. (i.e. Glazed ceramic wall/floor/porcelain ties, unglazed ceramic tiles, vitrified polished/unpolished tiles, marble natural/artificial, cement sheet/tiles) .
Select the casting material from the homogeneous mixture of following composition
o cement, sand, grit, plasticizer and water
o Lime, gypsum, sand, fly ash and water
o Cement mortar, plasticizer
o Chemical bonding
o Lime, sand and water
Then no pour casting material in mould up to side wall groves level and put this on vibrator table and add casting material in mould to make up surface level up to side or know cast brick in manual/hydraulic pressed.
then place strip in mould grooves directly or put front and backside material in mould and pour cement & water thick liquid between cast brick and strips
then pour casting material in between strip and front and backside material block
Then tack away from vibrator table and keep mould on plane surface and cover mould airtight to restore water content of casting material.
After 12-24 hrs remove airtight covering
Remove castled brick from mould and keep it in open for curing and as required sprinkle water for curing to avoid hair cracks. After one week brick is ready to use for construction work. Although the preferred embodiment as well as the preparation and use have been specifically described, it should be understood that variations in the preferred embodiment could be achieved by a person skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the invention. The invention has been described with reference to specific embodiments which are merely illustrative and not intended to limit the scope of the invention as defined in the claims!
