Abstract

L'invention concerne une semelle pour un élément de chaussure, la semelle comprenant une surface supérieure ayant une partie centrale sous-jacente de la voute longitudinale du pied d'un utilisateur, la partie centrale ayant une région médiane, la région médiane de la partie centrale de la surface supérieure ayant un premier coefficient de frottement, les régions restantes de la surface supérieure de la semelle ayant un second coefficient de frottement, le premier coefficient de frottement étant supérieur au second coefficient de frottement. L'invention concerne également une semelle orthopédique pour un élément de chaussure pour un utilisateur diabétique, la semelle comprenant une partie talon pour sous-tendre le talon du pied de l'utilisateur; et une partie centrale pour sous-tendre la voute longitudinale du pied de l'utilisateur; l'épaisseur de la partie centrale à travers la largeur de la voute longitudinale du pied de l'utilisateur étant supérieure à l'épaisseur de la partie talon.
