所述用户设备查找本地安装的所有应用, 比如安卓安装包 (APK, Android Package ), 读取所述 APK 的可扩展标记语言 (XML, Extensible Markup Language )文档、 如 MainFest.xml中记录的版本号字段。
步驟 120:所述应用服务器接收到所述用户设备的当前应用的版本号信 息后, 确定当前应用的版本信息不是本地对应应用的最新版本信息时, 将 本地对应应用的最新版本信息作为当前应用的新版本信息, 发送至所述用 户设备。
在接收到用户设备发送的当前应用的版本号信息后, 所述应用服务器 对当前应用的版本号信息和本地的对应应用的版本号信息进行比较, 确定 出本地对应应用的版本为新版本时, 将本地对应应用的最新版本信息作为 当前应用的新版本信息, 发送至所述用户设备。
步驟 130:所述用户设备接收到所述应用服务器发送的当前应用的新版 本信息, 向所述应用服务器发送新版本的应用的下载请求, 并在下载完成 后更新当前应用为新版本的应用。
这里, 预先设置流量阈值、 以保证所述用户设备的流量不超过所述流 量阈值。 这里, 所述用户设备下载并更新当前应用的版本为新版本的应用为: 仅选取无线蜂窝网时, 所述用户设备还需进一步确定当前网络流量是 否超出所述流量阈值, 确定出未超出所述流量阈值时, 所述用户设备下载 当前应用的新版本, 并更新当前应用为新版本的应用; 确定出已使用的流 量超出所述流量阈值时, 停止当前应用的下载。 这里, 所述已使用的流量 包括: 下载应用时使用的流量、 浏览网页使用的流量。
选取无线局域网时, 无需进一步确定当前网络流量与所述流量阈值之 间的大小关系, 向所述应用服务器发送下载请求, 接收到所述应用服务器 返回的下载请求应答后, 所述用户设备下载当前应用的新版本, 并更新当 前应用为新版本的应用。
此外, 还可设置应用查询功能, 接收到对所述应用查询指令时, 可查 看应用的历史更新情况。
所述应用服务器比较出当前应用的版本为最新版本的应用, 不必向所 述用户设备发送信息。
这里, 所述下载应用的新版本包括: 下载整个新版本的应用和下载新 版本应用中的升级部分。
基于上述应用更新方法, 本发明还记载了一种应用更新装置, 如图 3 所示, 所述装置包括: 第一接收单元 311、 选取单元 312、 获取单元 313、 发送单元 314、 第二接收单元 315和更新单元 316; 其中,
所述第一接收单元 311 , 配置为接收应用更新指令;
所述选取单元 312 , 配置为选取接入应用服务器的网络;
所述获取单元 313 , 配置为获取当前应用的版本号信息;
所述发送单元 314, 配置为发送当前应用的版本号信息至应用服务器; 所述第二接收单元 315 ,配置为接收所述应用服务器发送的当前应用的 新版本信息; 所述更新单元 316, 配置为发起对当前应用的下载请求, 并在下载完毕 后更新当前应用为新版本的应用; 其中, 在所述选取单元 312选取的所述 网络为无线蜂窝网时, 所述更新单元 316还配置为确定当前网络流量是否 超出设定的流量阈值, 超出时停止当前应用的下载。
较佳地, 所述选取单元 312确定无线局域网能接入应用服务器时、 或 无线局域网及蜂窝网均能接入应用服务器时, 选取无线局域网为接入应用 服务器的网络;
确定仅无线蜂窝网能接入应用服务器时, 还确定当前网络流量是否超 出设定的流量阈值, 超出时不选取无线蜂窝网为接入应用服务器的网络; 未超出时选取或不选取无线蜂窝网为接入应用服务器的网络。
所述选取单元 312选取无线局域网为接入应用服务器的网络时, 所述 第二接收单元 315接收所述应用服务器发送的当前应用的新版本信息, 所 述更新单元 316 向所述应用服务器发送新版本的应用的下载请求, 并在接 收到下载请求应答后, 下载并更新相应的当前应用为新版本的应用。
所述装置还包括设置生成单元 310, 配置为设置应用更新周期,在所述 应用更新周期到来时, 生成应用更新指令; 或接收到用户输入的应用更新 请求后, 生成应用更新指令。
在所述设置生成单元 310设置应用更新周期时, 还将设置流量阈值、 应用查询功能。
具体的, 所述第一接收单元 311接收应用更新指令, 所述选取单元 312 选取无线局域网为接入应用服务器的网络, 所述获取单元 313读取用户设 备标识, 并查找安装的所有 APK, 读取所述 APK的 XML文档记录的版本 号字段, 并将获取到的用户设备标识与版本号信息发送至应用服务器。
所述应用服务器, 配置为接收到当前应用的版本号信息后, 确定当前 应用的版本信息不是本地对应应用的最新版本信息时, 将本地对应应用的 最新版本信息作为当前应用的新版本信息, 发送至所述第二接收单元 315。 所述第二接收单元 315接收到所述应用服务器发送的当前应用的新版本信 息, 更新单元 316向所述应用服务器发送新版本的应用的下载请求, 接收 到所述应用服务器的下载请求应答, 下载新版本的应用, 并在下载完成后 更新相应的当前应用为新版本的应用。
上述技术方案为选取单元 312选取无线局域网的情况; 当选取单元 312 选取无线蜂窝网络时, 所述更新单元 316确定所述应用的当前网络流量是 否超出所述流量阈值, 确定未超出所述流量阈值时, 向所述应用服务器发 送新版本的应用的下载请求, 接收到所述应用服务器的下载请求应答, 下 载当前应用的新版本, 并更新当前应用为新版本的应用。
所述更新单元 316确定当前网络流量超出所述流量阈值时, 停止对当 前应用的下载。
所述获取单元 313还配置为检测到对应用的查询指令时, 获取应用的 历史更新情况并输出。
本发明还记载了一种用户设备, 所述用户设备内置有前述图 3 所示的 应用更新装置。
同时, 本发明还记载了一种应用更新系统, 所述应用更新系统包括所 述用户设备和应用服务器。 其中, 所述用户设备包括有前述图 3 所示的应 用更新装置;
所述应用服务器, 配置为接收到所述用户设备的当前应用的版本号信 息后, 确定当前应用的版本信息不是本地对应应用的最新版本信息时, 将 本地对应应用的最新版本信息作为当前应用的新版本信息, 发送至所述用 户设备;
所述应用服务器, 还配置为接收到所述用户设备的新版本应用的下载 请求时, 返回下载请求应答。 本领域技术人员应当理解, 图 3 中所示的应用更新装置中的各处理单 元的实现功能可参照前述用户设备的应用更新方法的相关描述而理解。 同 时, 本领域技术人员应当理解, 图 3 所示的应用更新装置中各处理单元的 功能可通过运行于处理器上的程序而实现, 也可通过具体的逻辑电路而实 现。
本发明提供的应用更新方法、 装置、 系统及用户设备, 用户设备接收 到应用更新指令后, 选取接入应用服务器的网络, 获取当前应用的版本号 信息, 并发送至应用服务器; 所述用户设备接收到所述应用服务器发送的 当前应用的新版本信息时, 发起对当前应用的下载请求, 并在下载完毕后 更新当前应用为新版本的应用; 其中, 在所述网络为无线蜂窝网时, 确定 当前网络流量是否超出设定的流量阈值, 超出时停止当前应用的下载。 本 发明可实现应用的自动更新、 通过设置流量阈值和总流量阈值、 可有效控 制下载流量、 节约经济成本。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种应用更新方法, 所述方法包括:
用户设备接收到应用更新指令后, 选取接入应用服务器的网络, 获取 当前应用的版本号信息并发送至应用服务器;
所述用户设备接收到所述应用服务器发送的当前应用的新版本信息 时, 发起对当前应用的下载请求, 并在下载完毕后更新当前应用为新版本 的应用;
其中, 在所述网络为无线蜂窝网时, 确定当前网络流量是否超出设定 的流量阈值, 超出时停止当前应用的下载。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的应用更新方法, 其中, 所述选取接入应用服 务器的网络包括:
所述用户设备确定无线局域网能接入应用服务器时、 或无线局域网及 蜂窝网均能接入应用服务器时, 选取无线局域网为接入应用服务器的网络; 所述用户设备确定仅无线蜂窝网能接入应用服务器时, 还确定当前网 络流量是否超出设定的流量阈值, 超出时不选取无线蜂窝网为接入应用服 务器的网络; 未超出时选取或不选取无线蜂窝网为接入应用服务器的网络。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的应用更新方法, 其中, 所述用户设备接收到 应用更新指令之前, 所述方法还包括:
为所述用户设备设置应用更新周期, 在所述应用更新周期到来时, 生 成应用更新指令。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的应用更新方法, 其中, 所述用户设备接收到 应用更新指令, 包括:
所述用户设备接收到用户输入的应用更新请求后, 生成应用更新指令。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的应用更新方法, 其中, 所述方法还包括: 所述应用服务器接收到所述用户设备的当前应用的版本号信息后, 确 定当前应用的版本信息不是本地对应应用的最新版本信息时, 将本地对应 应用的最新版本信息作为当前应用的新版本信息, 发送至所述用户设备。
6、 一种应用更新装置, 所述装置包括: 第一接收单元、 选取单元、 获 取单元、 发送单元、 第二接收单元和更新单元; 其中,
所述第一接收单元, 配置为接收应用更新指令;
所述选取单元, 配置为选取接入应用服务器的网络;
所述获取单元, 配置为获取当前应用的版本号信息;
所述发送单元, 配置为发送当前应用的版本号信息至应用服务器; 所述第二接收单元, 配置为接收所述应用服务器发送的当前应用的新 版本信息;
所述更新单元, 配置为发起对当前应用的下载请求, 并在下载完毕后 更新当前应用为新版本的应用;
其中, 在所述选取单元选取的所述网络为无线蜂窝网时, 所述更新单 元还配置为确定当前网络流量是否超出设定的流量阈值, 超出时停止当前 应用的下载。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的应用更新装置, 其中, 所述选取单元, 还配 置为确定无线局域网能接入应用服务器时、 或无线局域网及蜂窝网均能接 入应用服务器时, 选取无线局域网为接入应用服务器的网络;
确定仅无线蜂窝网能接入应用服务器时, 还确定当前网络流量是否超 出设定的流量阈值, 超出时不选取无线蜂窝网为接入应用服务器的网络; 未超出时选取或不选取无线蜂窝网为接入应用服务器的网络。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的应用更新装置, 其中, 所述装置还包括: 设置生成单元, 配置为设置应用更新周期, 在所述应用更新周期到来 时, 生成应用更新指令。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的应用更新装置, 其中, 所述设置生成单元, 还配置为接收到用户输入应用更新请求, 生成应用更新指令。
10、 一种用户设备, 所述用户设备包括权利要求 6至 9任一项所述的 应用更新装置。
11、 一种应用更新系统, 所述系统包括权利要求 10所述的用户设备及 应用服务器; 其中,
所述应用服务器, 配置为接收到所述用户设备的当前应用的版本号信 息后, 确定当前应用的版本信息不是本地对应应用的最新版本信息时, 将 本地对应应用的最新版本信息作为当前应用的新版本信息, 发送至所述用 户设备。
