一种通风管道清洁系统,尤指一种通风管道自动清洁系统,所述的通风管道自动清洁系统主要包括通风管道(1)、水管系统、控制系统,所述的通风管道(1)为水平倾斜安装,其水平倾斜的最低处设有下水管道(2),所述的水管系统包括水道管(3)、连接管(4)、软胶管(5),所述的水道管之间设有三通管接头(6),所述的三通管接头(6)其中一头接有连接管(4),所述的连接管(4)通过水管接头(7)与软胶管(5)接通,所述的软胶管(5)穿过通风管道(1)对应的通孔置于通风管道内部,经过增压泵加压进水,水压促使得软胶管(5)无序喷水,以达到清洗管道的效果,而清洗后污水顺管道倾斜方向流到下水管道,起排污作用,整个通风管道自动清洁系统操作简单,无需其他器具及人工处理,大大减少了清洁的费用。

通风管道的应用普遍在大楼、 办公室、 酒店、 商城等, 通风管道长期通风排 气, 而容易积存灰尘, 进而导致管道通风不良、 脏污, 长期不清洁甚至导致管 道堵塞, 甚至损坏, 在日常清洁需要安装清洁器、 请专人清理, 产生的费用高 而操作繁杂。
发明内容
为解决上述问题, 本发明旨在一种通风管道清洁系统, 尤指一种通风管道 水平倾斜安装, 水平倾斜最低处设有下水管道, 通风管道均勾分布有若干根软 胶管, 软胶管连通水道管, 水道管通过增压泵加压进水, 由于水压促使软胶管 无序喷水, 自动清洗管道, 达到无需其他器具、 人工处理, 而自动清洁的效果。
为实现上述目的, 本发明采用的技术方案是一种通风管道自动清洁系统, 所 述的通风管道自动清洁系统主要包括通风管道、 水管系统、 控制系统, 所述的 通风管道为水平倾斜安装, 其水平倾斜的最低处设有下水管道, 所述的水管系 统包括水道管、 连接管、 软胶管, 所述的水道管之间设有三通管接头, 所述的 三通管接头其中一头接有连接管, 所述的连接管通过水管接头与软胶管接通, 所述的软胶管穿过通风管道对应的通孔置于通风管道内部。
根据上述技术要求, 所述的通风管道的氷平倾斜度为至少 1度。
根据上述技术要求, 所述的通风管道的通孔顺管道方向均勾分布。
