技术领域
本实用新型属于照明灯具技术领域,具体涉及一种便携LED台灯。
背景技术
现有台灯大多为灯体与支撑架连接后装设在底座上,灯体无法调整,不能适应空间环境。后来,人们发明了一种灯体可转动的台灯,通过将灯体与连接件连接,连接件再与固定支撑架连接后固定在灯座上,如专利号为200620061142.X,该专利公开了一种便携式台灯,包括灯座、立柱、灯臂和灯头,灯头和灯臂之间通过连接件可转动联接,由于在本实用新型中灯头与灯臂之间是通过连接件可转动联接的,所以在使用时,可通过旋转灯头来调整灯头相对于灯臂的位置,从而使台灯便于适应环境空间;该结构调整比较方便,但是结构复杂,且整体较占空间,不便携带。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术的缺点,本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、空间占用体积小的便携LED台灯。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案为:一种便携LED台灯,包括底座、支撑架及灯体,支撑架分别与底座及灯体转动连接,其中,支撑架上设有第一、第二凹位,分别用于当底座及灯体闭合至支撑架上时容纳底座及灯体。
所述底座及灯体的厚度分别与第一、第二凹位的高度一致;第一、第二凹位分别位于支撑架两侧;所述 支撑架为镂空框架结构,镂空框架结构内侧设有阶梯状卡位结构;所述第二凹位上设有一用于保护灯体出光面的保护板;所述底座及灯体分别与支撑架通过转轴连接;所述底座及灯体呈长方体结构,所述第一、第二凹位也对应呈长方体结构。
所述底座包括相互配合连接的上、下盖,设于上、下盖之间的电路板与电池,电池为电路板及灯体提供电源;所述电池为充电电池;所述底座还包括设于上、下盖之间的配重块。
所述灯体包括相互配合连接的上、下灯罩,设于上、下灯罩之间的铝基板,设于铝基板上的LED芯片,设于LED芯片出光面上的扩散罩及控制LED芯片工作与否的电源开关。
与现有技术相比较,本实用新型的有益效果在于,
本实用新型通过在支撑架设计两个凹位,使得灯体与底座在闭合后,能放置至凹位内,充分利用支撑架上的空间,使台灯整体达到最小化,非常便于携带。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例及附图对本实用新型进行详细的描述。
如图1至图4所示,本实用新型公开了一种便携LED台灯,包括底座1、支撑架2及灯体3,支撑架2分别与底座1及灯体3转动连接,其中,支撑架2上设有第一、第二凹位21、22,分别用于当底座1及灯体3闭合至支撑架2上时容纳底座1及灯体3。本实施例中,所述底座1及灯体3分别与支撑架2通过转轴4连接。
本实用新型通过在支撑架2设计两个凹位21、22,使得灯体3与底座1在闭合后,能放置至凹位21、22内,充分利用支撑架2上的空间,使台灯整体达到最小化,非常便于携带。
所述底座1及灯体3的厚度分别与第一、第二凹位 21 、22的高度一致。当底座1或者灯体3闭合时,由于底座1及灯体3的厚度分别与第一、第二凹位21、22的高度一致,因此闭合后的台灯整体表面呈平面结构,使得外观平整美观,且充分利用了空间。
进一步地,所述第一、第二凹位 21 、22分别位于支撑架2两侧,底座1与灯体3闭合时分别位于支撑架2的两侧面内。
为了进一步节省空间及原材料成本,将 支撑架2设计为镂空框架结构,且镂空框架结构内侧设有阶梯状卡位结构23,闭合时,底座1或灯体3装进镂空框架结构的凹位21、22内,并且在阶梯状卡位结构23上实现限位。
为了保护灯体出光面,在 第二凹位22上还设有一用于保护灯体3出光面的保护板24,此种设计,尤其是针对支撑架2为镂空框架结构的。
具体地,所述底座1及灯体3呈长方体结构,所述第一、第二凹位 21 、22也对应呈长方体结构。所述底座1包括相互配合连接的上、下盖11、12,设于上、下盖11、12之间的电路板13与电池14,电池14为电路板13及灯体3提供电源。所述电池14为充电电池;所述底座1还包括设于上、下盖11、12之间的配重块15。
所述灯体3包括相互配合连接的上、下灯罩31、32,设于上、下灯罩31、32之间的铝基板33,设于铝基板33上的LED芯片34,设于LED芯片34出光面上的扩散罩35及控制LED芯片34工作与否的电源开关36。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种便携LED台灯,包括底座、支撑架及灯体,支撑架分别与底座及灯体转动连接,其特征在于,支撑架上设有第一、第二凹位,分别用于当底座及灯体闭合至支撑架上时容纳底座及灯体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的 便携LED台灯,其特征在于,所述底座及灯体的厚度分别与第一、第二凹位的高度一致。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的 便携LED台灯,其特征在于,所述第一、第二凹位分别位于支撑架两侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的 便携LED台灯,其特征在于,所述支撑架为镂空框架结构,镂空框架结构内侧设有阶梯状卡位结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的便携LED台灯,其特征在于,所述第二凹位上设有一用于保护灯体出光面的保护板。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的便携LED台灯,其特征在于,所述底座及灯体分别与支撑架通过转轴连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的 便携LED台灯,其特征在于,所述底座包括相互配合连接的上、下盖,设于上、下盖之间的电路板与电池,电池为电路板及灯体提供电源。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的便携LED台灯,其特征在于,所述底座还包括设于上、下盖之间的配重块。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的便携LED台灯,其特征在于,所述电池为充电电池。
  10. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的便携LED台灯,其特征在于,所述灯体包括相互配合连接的上、下灯罩,设于上、下灯罩之间的铝基板,设于铝基板上的LED芯片,设于LED芯片出光面上的扩散罩及控制LED芯片工作与否的电源开关。
