Abstract
The utility model relates to devices for protecting equipment and components of transport systems against dynamic loads and vibrations. The damping fastening device comprises an outer body with resilient cushions. A bushing is secured inside the outer body by means of a resilient annular member. Said bushing is able to slide axially along an inner body. The inner body is provided with an upper and a lower limiting washer. The upper and lower limiting washers are in contact with the resilient cushions. The result is a longer service life and the ability to withstand greater loads.

ДЕМПФИРУЮЩЕЕ УСТРОЙСТВО КРЕПЛЕНИЯ DAMPING FIXING DEVICE

Известен амортизатор шайбовый сетчатый, состоящий из ограничительной втулки, двух защитных колпачков, внутреннего сетчатого элемента, двух внешних сетчатых элементов и двух нажимных шайб (Ильинский B.C. Защита РЭА и прецизионного оборудования от динамических воздействий.-М.:Радио и связь, 1982 г.-стр.244, рис. 8.12). Недостатком описанного устройства является возможность повреждения внутреннего сетчатого элемента о края отверстий защитных колпачков, вследствие того, что внутренний сетчатый элемент не зафиксирован в осевом направлении относительно защитных колпачков. Указанного недостатка не имеет известное устройство крепления амортизатора подвески автомобиля, содержащее корпус, снабженный с внутренней стороны кольцевым выступом, с одной и другой стороны которого установлены два кольцеобразных эластичных элемента из металлорезины (патент РФ на полезную модель N° 106587). Между кольцевым выступом корпуса и внутренней втулкой с отверстием под шток установлено кольцо фигурной формы, выполненное из металлорезины или неметаллического материала с возможностью фиксации в посадочном месте кольцевого выступа корпуса. По торцам внутренней втулки установлены верхняя и нижняя ограничительные шайбы. Недостатком описанного
