Abstract

Ein Bausatz einer auf einer im Wesentlichen horizontalen Fläche aufstellbaren Halteeinrichtung für schräg gestellte Solarelemente (3), mit mindestens zwei, in Funktionsstellung ein Auflager für die Solarelemente (3) bildenden Stützelementen (2), die abständig zueinander angeordnet und miteinander verbunden sind und die jeweils einen aus Rahmenteilen bestehenden, dreieckigen Rahmen (5) aufweisen, wobei die Rahmenteile in Form mindestens einer Auflageschiene (4), mindestens eines Auflageschenkels (6, 6´) und/oder eines Stützschenkels (7) aus Blechformteilen gebildet sind, ist so ausgebildet, dass jeder Auflageschenkel (6, 6´) abgewinkelt angeformte Befestigungslaschen (12) aufweist, die einen Rahmen (23) des aufliegenden Solarelementes (3) unterseitig hintergreifen.
