而在本发明实施例中,可以利用当前现有的多种定位技术来获取某一地理位置的多个位置信息,该位置信息包含经纬度信息等,再根据该多个位置信息进行处理,获取一个更准确的位置信息,从而利用该更准确的位置信息确定该某一地理位置。需要说的是,该当前地理位置可以为在客户端获取后发送到与其连接的服务器端,也可以在客户端或者服务器端利用自身的地理位置获取系统获取。具体地,在几种可以获取当前地理位置的位置信息的定位系统中,可以但不限于首选采用GPS来定位获取第一位置信息L1,然后依次是WIFI定位获取第二位置信息L2,最后是CELL-ID定位获取第三位置信息L3,最终利用三种定位系统得到了三个位置信息,根据预先设置的与GPS定位系统对应的第一定位权重w1、与WIFI定位系统对应的第一定位权重w2以及与CELL-ID定位系统对应的第一定位权重w3,其中,w1+ w2+ w3=1,则可以获取当前地理位置的位置信息为LL=(w1 * L1+w2* L2+ w3* L3),LL可以为当前地理位置的经纬度信息,从而利用该LL确定当前地理位置。需要说明的是,对多个定位系统的选择以及对应权重的设定,可以根据当前地理位置周围的环境、理论定位精度、定位时间长短等一种或者多种参数进行设定,最终可以确保定位结果的准确性。
在本发明实施例中,在执行步骤S102之前,该基于LBS的提醒信息输出方法还包括:
确定指定地理位置;
设置与该指定地理位置对应的预设时间区间和/或预设距离值,同时设置与该指定地理位置对应的提醒信息。
其中,该提醒信息包括与该指定地理位置相关的服务信息等,该预设距离值是指以该指定地理位置为中心的空间半径。
在本发明实施例中,当用户需要获知某一地理位置附近的服务信息,比如,商场优惠活动情况、公交站台信息、医疗服务信息等,为了防止用户错过了解该服务信息等,则可以设置某一地理位置附近的服务信息为提醒信息,当然也可以设置用户自己任意定义的信息为提醒信息,以使得当用户到达该地理位置附近时或者某一时间到达时,能够获得更多的服务信息。具体地,首先需要确定用户关注的某一指定地理位置,该指定地理位置可以为根据用户预先指定的经纬度信息获取,接着设定与该指定地理位置对应的预设时间区间,如图3所示,可以设定预设时间区间为3月19日周六上午7:55至3月19日周六上午8:00,以使得在当前时间位于该设定的区间范围内时,也即满足预设的条件时,推送预设的提醒信息,或者也可以同时或者单独设定以该指定地理位置为中心的空间半径,比如设定空间半径40m,以使得在当前地理位置与该指定地理位置的距离值小于等于个设定的空间半径40m时,推送预设的提醒信息,而该预设的提醒信息可以如图3所示的附近公交线路为3路,还可以显示附近的商场信息,如新中关购物中心的地址、电话信息等。
在步骤S102中,判断该当前时间是否位于预设时间区间内,和/或判断该当前地理位置与预设的指定地理位置之间的距离值是否小于或者等于(即不大于)预设距离值。
在步骤S103中,当判断结果为是时,输出预设的提醒信息,否则,不输出该预设的提醒信息,返回执行步骤S101,其中,该提醒信息包括与该指定地理位置相关的服务信息。
具体地,该预设距离值是指以该指定地理位置为中心的空间半径,步骤S102包括三种情况:
例如,当设置好时间区间且获取到当前时间之后,则可以利用步骤S102判断该当前时间是否位于预设时间区间内,是,则输出预设的提醒信息,否则,不输出该提醒信息,继续实时获取当前时间。
例如,当设置好空间半径且获取到当前地理位置之后,则可以利用步骤S102判断该当前地理位置与预设的指定地理位置之间的距离值是否不大于预设的空间半径,是,则输出预设的提醒信息,否则,不输出该提醒信息,返回步骤S101继续实时获取当前地理位置。
再例如,当设置好时间区间以及空间半径,且获取到当前时间以及当前地理位置之后,则可以利用步骤S102判断该当前时间是否位于预设时间区间内,且判断该当前地理位置与预设的指定地理位置之间的距离值是否不大于预设的空间半径,当判断结果均为是时,则输出预设的提醒信息,否则,不输出该提醒信息,继续获取当的前时间以及当前的地理位置。
进一步,当判断结果均为是时,除发送到用户自己的客户端以外,还可以通过如短信、QQ消息等IM即时通讯等,输出该提醒信息至用户好友的客户端等,以提高提醒信息的推送受众面。另外,可以设置只有当用户关闭该提醒功能时,才退出输出该提醒信息,否则,只有满足判断条件,也即一直实时获取当前时间和/或当前地理位置信息,且判断结果只要一直满足条件,将一直输出该预设的提醒信息等,可以根据用户需要实际设置。
在具体实施过程中,当获取该当前地理位置与预设的指定地理位置之间的距离值时,还可以设定一误差值,获取该距离值与误差值的差的绝对值,判断该绝对值是否不大于预设距离值,当判断结果为是时,则输出预设的提醒信息,利用该方法可以避免在获取当前地理位置时存在的误差,也可以确保判断结果的准确性。
在本发明实施例中,当开通基于LBS的信息提醒功能后,通过判断该当前时间位于预设时间区间内,和/或该当前地理位置与预设的指定地理位置之间的距离值是否小于或者等于预设距离值时,输出包括与该指定地理位置相关的服务信息的预设提醒信息,实现了根据时间和/或位置距离信息来进行推送用户较关注的信息的目的,使得用户能够及时、有效地获取与指定地理位置相关的服务信息,提升用户体验效果,且本发明实施例能够通过多种定位系统加权的方式准确获取当前地理位置信息,也进一步提高了信息提醒的准确度,从另一发面来看也可以扩大服务信息提供者或者商家的服务信息推广范围。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,所述的存储介质,如ROM/RAM、磁盘、光盘等。
实施例二:
图4示出了本发明第二实施例提供的基于LBS的提醒信息输出系统的结构,为了便于说明,仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。
该基于LBS的提醒信息输出系统可以用于服务器中,通过客户端和服务器的交互通信,将提醒信息输出至该客户端显示,也可以用于具有位置定位功能的移动终端,例如手机等中,可以是运行于这些移动终端内的软件单元,也可以作为独立的挂件集成到这些移动终端中,该基于LBS的提醒信息输出系统包括当前时间及位置获取单元41、判断单元42、提醒输出单元43以及触发单元44,其中:
当前时间及位置获取单元41,用于获取当前时间和/或当前地理位置。
如图5所示,该当前时间及位置获取单元41具体包括:
时间获取单元411,用于获取当前时间;
第一位置信息获取单元412,用于利用多个定位系统获取与当前地理位置对应的多个位置信息;
第二位置信息获取单元413,用于根据预设的每一定位系统的权重,将该多个位置信息进行加权求和,获取该当前地理位置的位置信息;以及
地理位置获取单元414,用于根据该位置信息确定当前地理位置。
在本发明实施例中,利用该时间获取单元411获取当前时间的方法比较简单,可以直接从终端当前显示输出时间或者用户自身所带手表来利用获取等。而在获取当前地理位置时,则需要利用到该第一位置信息获取单元412、该第二位置信息获取单元413以及该地理位置获取单元414,比如,加上该多个定位系统为GPS以及WIFI两个定位系统,则通过该第一位置信息获取单元412分别获取采用GPS来定位获取第一位置信息L1,以及采用WIFI定位获取第二位置信息L2,再根据预先设置的与GPS定位系统对应的第一定位权重w1、与WIFI定位系统对应的第一定位权重w2,通过第二位置信息获取单元413可以获取当前地理位置的位置信息为LL=(w1 * L1+w2* L2),LL可以为当前地理位置的经纬度信息,从而利用该LL确定当前地理位置。需要说明的是,对多个定位系统的选择以及对应权重的设定,可以根据当前地理位置周围的环境、理论定位精度、定位时间长短等一种或者多种参数进行设定,可以使得定位结果的准确性得到提高。
其中,在触发该判定单元42之前,该基于LBS的提醒信息输出系统还包括:
指定地理位置获取单元,用于确定指定地理位置;以及
设置单元,用于设置与该指定地理位置对应的预设时间区间和/或预设距离值,同时设置与该指定地理位置对应的提醒信息。
在本发明实施例中,该提醒信息包括与该指定地理位置相关的服务信息等。当用户需要获知某一地理位置附近的服务信息,比如,商场优惠活动情况、公交站台信息、医疗服务信息等,为了防止用户错过了解该服务信息等,则可以设置某一地理位置附近的服务信息为提醒信息,当然也可以设置用户自己任意定义的信息为提醒信息,以使得当用户到达该地理位置附近时或者某一时间到达时,能够获得更多的服务信息。
在本发明实施例中,该预设距离值是指以该指定地理位置为中心的空间半径。首先利用指定地理位置获取单元确定用户关注的某一指定地理位置,该指定地理位置可以为根据用户预先指定的经纬度信息获取,接着可以利用设置单元设定与该指定地理位置对应的预设时间区间,如图3所示,可以设定预设时间区间为3月19日周六上午7:55至3月19日周六上午8:00,以使得在当前时间位于该设定的区间范围内时,也即满足预设的条件时,推送预设的提醒信息,或者也可以同时或者单独设定以该指定地理位置为中心的空间半径,比如设定空间半径40m,以使得在当前地理位置与该指定地理位置的距离值小于等于个设定的空间半径40m时,推送预设的提醒信息,而该预设的提醒信息可以如图3所示的附近公交线路为3路,还可以显示附近的商场信息,如新中关购物中心的地址、电话信息等。
判断单元42,用于判断该当前时间是否位于预设时间区间内,和/或判断该当前地理位置与预设的指定地理位置之间的距离值是否小于或者等于(即不大于)预设距离值。
提醒输出单元43,用于当该判断单元42输出结果为是时,输出预设的提醒信息,其中,该提醒信息包括与该指定地理位置相关的服务信息。
触发单元44,用于当该判断单元42输出结果为否时,触发该当前时间及位置获取单元41。
在本发明实施例中,当设置好空间半径且获取到当前地理位置之后,和/或当设置好时间区间以及空间半径,且获取到当前时间以及当前地理位置之后,则可以利用判断单元42判断该当前时间是否位于预设时间区间内,和/或判断该当前地理位置与预设的指定地理位置之间的距离值是否小于或者等于预设距离值,其中,该预设距离值是指以该指定地理位置为中心的空间半径。当该判断单元42输出结果为是时,则提醒输出单元43,输出预设的提醒信息,其中,该提醒信息包括与该指定地理位置相关的服务信息,当该判断单元42输出结果为是时,则不输出该提醒信息,继续触发该当前时间及位置获取单元41,以获取当前时间和/或当前地理位置,从而可以实时进行判断,以及时输出相关提醒信息。
进一步,当判断结果均为是时,除发送到用户自己的客户端以外,还可以通过如短信、QQ消息等IM即时通讯等,输出该提醒信息至用户好友的客户端等,以提高提醒信息的推送受众面。另外,当获取该当前地理位置与预设的指定地理位置之间的距离值时,还可以设定一误差值,获取该距离值与误差值的差的绝对值,判断该绝对值是否不大于预设距离值,当判断结果为是时,则输出预设的提醒信息,利用该方法可以避免在获取当前地理位置时存在的误差,也可以确保判断结果的准确性。
在本发明实施例中通过包括当前时间及位置获取单元、判断单元、提醒输出单元以及触发单元的基于LBS的提醒信息输出系统,实现了能够及时地输出用户所关注的与某一地理位置相关的服务信息,使得用户能够及时获取与该地理位置相关的服务信息、用户体验效果也得到提升。
本发明实施例提供了一种基于LBS的提醒信息输出方法,通过实时获取当前时间和/或当前地理位置,判断该当前时间和/或当前地理位置是否满足预设的条件,当其中一个满足或者同时满足时,将输出预设的与特定位置有关的服务信息至客户端或者其他用户客户端等,解决了由于现有技术不能够及时地输出用户所关注的与某一地理位置相关的服务信息,导致用户无法及时获取与该地理位置相关的服务信息、用户体验效果较差的问题,使得能够及时、有效地获取与指定地理位置相关的服务信息,用户体验效果得到提升。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种基于LBS的提醒信息输出方法,其中所述方法包括下述步骤:
    获取当前时间和/或当前地理位置;
    判断所述当前时间是否位于预设时间区间内,和/或判断所述当前地理位置与预设的指定地理位置之间的距离值是否小于或者等于预设距离值;
    当所述当前时间位于预设时间区间内,或者,当所述当前地理位置与预设的指定地理位置之间的距离值小于或者等于预设距离值,或者,当所述当前时间位于预设时间区间内,且当前地理位置与预设的指定地理位置之间的距离值小于或者等于预设距离值时,则输出预设的提醒信息,所述提醒信息包括与所述指定地理位置相关的服务信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的基于LBS的提醒信息输出方法,其中判断所述当前时间是否位于预设时间区间内,和/或判断所述当前地理位置与预设的指定地理位置之间的距离值是否小于或者等于预设距离值的步骤之后,所述方法还包括:
    当所述当前时间不位于预设时间区间内,或者,当所述当前地理位置与预设的指定地理位置之间的距离值大于预设距离值,或者,
    当所述当前时间不位于预设时间区间内、且所述当前地理位置与预设的指定地理位置之间的距离值大于预设距离值时,则不输出预设提醒信息,并返回获取当前时间和/或当前地理位置的步骤。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的基于LBS的提醒信息输出方法,其中在所述判断所述当前时间是否位于预设时间区间内,和/或判断所述当前地理位置与预设的指定地理位置之间的距离值是否小于或者等于预设距离值的步骤之前,所述方法还包括:
    确定指定地理位置;
    设置与所述指定地理位置对应的预设时间区间和/或预设距离值,同时设置与所述指定地理位置对应的提醒信息。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的基于LBS的提醒信息输出方法,其中所述预设距离值是指以所述指定地理位置为中心的空间半径。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的基于LBS的提醒信息输出方法,其中获取当前地理位置时,具体包括:
    利用多个定位系统获取与当前地理位置对应的多个位置信息;
    根据预设的每一定位系统的权重,将所述多个位置信息进行加权求和,获取所述当前地理位置的位置信息;
    根据所述位置信息确定当前地理位置。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其中所述位置信息包含经纬度信息。
  7. 一种基于LBS的提醒信息输出系统,其中所述系统包括:
    当前时间及位置获取单元,用于获取当前时间和/或当前地理位置;
    判断单元,用于判断所述当前时间是否位于预设时间区间内,和/或判断所述当前地理位置与预设的指定地理位置之间的距离值是否小于或者等于预设距离值;
    提醒输出单元,用于当所述判断单元判定所述当前时间位于预设时间区间内,或者所述当前地理位置与预设的指定地理位置之间的距离值小于或者等于预设距离值,或者所述当前时间位于预设时间区间内,且所述当前地理位置与预设的指定地理位置之间的距离值小于或者等于预设距离值时,输出预设的提醒信息,所述提醒信息包括与所述指定地理位置相关的服务信息。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的基于LBS的提醒信息输出系统,其中所述系统包括触发单元;
    所述触发单元,用于当所述判断单元判定所述当前时间不位于预设时间区间内,或者所述当前地理位置与预设的指定地理位置之间的距离值大于预设距离值,或者所述当前时间不位于预设时间区间内、且所述当前地理位置与预设的指定地理位置之间的距离值大于预设距离值时,触发所述当前时间及位置获取单元。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的基于LBS的提醒信息输出系统,其中所述系统还包括:
    指定地理位置获取单元,用于确定指定地理位置;以及
    设置单元,用于设置与所述指定地理位置对应的预设时间区间和/或预设距离值,同时设置与所述指定地理位置对应的提醒信息。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的基于LBS的提醒信息输出系统,其中所述预设距离值是指以所述指定地理位置为中心的空间半径。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的基于LBS的提醒信息输出系统,其中所述当前时间及位置获取单元具体包括:
    时间获取单元,用于获取当前时间;
    第一位置信息获取单元,用于利用多个定位系统获取与当前地理位置对应的多个位置信息;
    第二位置信息获取单元,用于根据预设的每一定位系统的权重,将所述多个位置信息进行加权求和,获取所述当前地理位置的位置信息;以及
    地理位置获取单元,用于根据所述位置信息确定当前地理位置。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的基于LBS的提醒信息输出系统,其中所述位置信息包含经纬度信息。
  13. 一种存储介质,其内存储有处理器可执行指令,其中该处理器可执行指令用于让处理器完成以下操作:
    获取当前时间和/或当前地理位置;
    判断所述当前时间是否位于预设时间区间内,和/或判断所述当前地理位置与预设的指定地理位置之间的距离值是否小于或者等于预设距离值;
    当所述当前时间位于预设时间区间内,或者,当所述当前地理位置与预设的指定地理位置之间的距离值小于或者等于预设距离值,或者,当所述当前时间位于预设时间区间内,且当前地理位置与预设的指定地理位置之间的距离值小于或者等于预设距离值时,则输出预设的提醒信息,所述提醒信息包括与所述指定地理位置相关的服务信息。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的存储介质,其中,其中所述存储介质内存储的处理器可执行指令,还用于让处理器完成以下操作:
    当所述当前时间不位于预设时间区间内,或者,当所述当前地理位置与预设的指定地理位置之间的距离值大于预设距离值,或者,
    当所述当前时间不位于预设时间区间内、且所述当前地理位置与预设的指定地理位置之间的距离值大于预设距离值时,则不输出预设提醒信息,并返回所述获取当前时间和/或当前地理位置的操作。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的存储介质,其中,其中所述存储介质内存储的处理器可执行指令,在执行所述判断所述当前时间是否位于预设时间区间内,和/或判断所述当前地理位置与预设的指定地理位置之间的距离值是否不大于预设距离值的操作之前,还用于让处理器完成以下操作:
    确定指定地理位置;
    设置与所述指定地理位置对应的预设时间区间和/或预设距离值,同时设置与所述指定地理位置对应的提醒信息。
  16. 如权利要求13所述的存储介质,其中,所述预设距离值是指以所述指定地理位置为中心的空间半径。
  17. 如权利要求13所述的存储介质,其中,其中所述存储介质内存储的处理器可执行指令,还用于让处理器完成以下操作:
    利用多个定位系统获取与当前地理位置对应的多个位置信息;
    根据预设的每一定位系统的权重,将所述多个位置信息进行加权求和,获取所述当前地理位置的位置信息;
    根据所述位置信息确定当前地理位置。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的存储介质,其中,所述位置信息包含经纬度信息。
