图 2为本发明实施例一提供的具有信息防护功能的成像装置的结构示 意图, 该成像装置包括成像控制单元 1、 接口控制单元 2和至少两个接口 3 , 还包括切换开关单元 4 , 设置在接口 3和接口控制单元 2之间, 用于切 换接口 3与接口控制单元 1之间的物理连通或物理隔离。
本实施例中, 成像装置可以为任意类别, 例如常见的打印机、 扫描仪 等, 成像控制单元 1是成像装置中主要控制成像的芯片或电路, 其与计算 机交互传输数据, 控制成像。 接口控制单元 2和接口 3是遵循某种协议的 数据传输接口, 例如典型地为 USB接口, 则 USB接口控制单元即可釆用常 规的 USB控制芯片或电路, 用于将外部设备如计算机发送的数据传送给成 像控制单元, 以及将成像控制单元发出的数据传送给外部设备。
本实施例中设置了切换开关单元, 其能够实现接口与接口控制单元之 间的物理连通或物理隔离, 所谓物理连通或物理隔离, 即在接口和接口控 制单元之间是否存在电流信号, 在物理隔离状态下, 接口和接口控制单元 之间实现了电流信号传输通路的断开, 无法传输电流信号。 相比于软件形 式切换接口连接关系的技术, 物理连通或隔离的方式实现了电气断开, 而 软件方式通常只是在应用协议层面禁止数据的传输, 实际上电路仍保持连 接。 所以, 本发明实施例的技术方案能够通过物理隔离来保证接口之间没 有电气连接的可能, 杜绝了安全隐患。 切换开关单元优选是确保在同一时 间只能有一个指定接口与接口控制单元物理连通, 完成成像操作。 当然, 在实际应用中, 用户也可根据需要设计能同时保持物理连通的接口数量。 实现物理连通或物理隔离的切换开关单元, 可以釆用机械手段也可以 釆用电气手段。 例如, 切换开关单元可为机械开关, 如单刀双掷开关、 单 刀多掷开关等通过机械操作触发切换的开关, 或由多个开关件组合构成。 釆用电气手段的电路开关, 具体可选择半导体开关电路, 通过电信号来触 发切换。
实施例二
图 3为本发明实施例二提供的具有信息防护功能的成像装置, 本实施 例以上述实施例为基础, 进一步还包括开关触发单元 5 , 与切换开关单元
4相连, 用于控制切换开关单元 4的切换动作。
对于不同类型的切换开关单元, 开关触发单元可以釆用不同的结构。 例如, 若切换开关单元为单刀多掷开关等机械开关, 则开关触发单元可以 为直接控制开关切换控制的切换按钮。
若切换开关单元为半导体开关电路, 则开关触发单元优选可以为包括 控制输入端和控制输出端的触发电路, 控制输入端用于输入控制指令信 号, 控制输出端与切换开关单元相连, 触发电路将控制指令信号转换为控 制切换信号从控制输出端输出给切换开关单元。 触发电路可以由硬件芯片 来承载, 控制输入端可以为芯片引脚, 检测成像装置操作面板上按钮动作 导致的电平变化、 或软件的控制面板输入导致的电平变化等控制指令信 号、 或利用与成像装置相通信的外部设备输入的控制指令信号, 例如遥控 器、 计算机等。 控制指令信号经触发电路的处理从控制输出端输出, 进而 控制切换开关单元。 例如, 半导体开关电路的晶体管可以由高低电平信号 来控制导通或断开。
本实施例的技术方案, 可实现用户对使用成像装置的控制。 当一次成 像工作任务执行完成之后, 用户可以再次选择, 使另外被选通的计算机与 成像装置里的成像控制单元通信; 或不进行选择, 保持之前被选通的计算 机能够继续与上述的成像控制单元通信。
实施例三
图 4为本发明实施例三提供的具有信息防护功能的成像装置, 该成像 装置还包括监控单元 6 , 连接在开关触发单元 5和各接口 3之间, 该监控 单元 6具体包括信号监测子单元 61和切换触发子单元 62。 其中, 信号监 测子单元 61用于监测各接口 3处的输入电平信号和输出电平信号, 输入 电平信号是 PC需要进行成像操作时向接口 3输入的工作电平信号, 输出 电平信号是接口 3与接口控制单元 2已连通时发出的工作电平信号; 切换 触发子单元 62与信号监测子单元 61相连, 用于根据监测到输入电平信号 的接口 3 , 向开关触发单元 5输出控制指令信号, 以触发切换将产生电平 信号的接口 3与接口控制单元 2物理连通。
通过监控单元的设置, 能够使成像装置根据用户的成像需求自动完成 连通或隔离的切换控制, 无需用户手动选择。
优选是监控单元 6还包括: 优先级控制子单元 6 3 , 与信号监测子单元 6 1相连, 用于在监测到至少两个接口 3处产生输入电平信号时,根据预设 优先级策略选择一接口 3 , 并将所选择接口 3通知切换触发子单元 62。 优 先级策略可预先配置在监控单元 6中, 例如按照接口 3的序号顺序来为同 时发起成像请求的接口进行先后顺序的控制。 优先级策略的配置可以由用 户通过计算机配置, 或通过成像装置的控制面板进行配置, 也可以由成像 装置的生产商在出厂前即配置完成。
该监控单元 6还可进一步包括状态通报子单元 64 ,与信号监测子单元 6 1相连, 用于根据监测到的接口处的输出电平信号, 向各接口 3发送成像 装置的忙碌状态通知或空闲状态通知。 该技术方案能够进一步向用户通报 成像装置现在的工作状态。
监控单元的功能并不限于上述几项, 还可以根据需求来实现其他功 能。 诸如优先级控制子单元和状态通报子单元等功能单元可以单独设置, 也可以结合设置。 例如, 监控单元在监测到输入电平信号时, 还可以进一 步识别此时是否有其他接口正在产生输出电平信号, 如没有就产生控制指 令信号, 如有, 则不产生控制指令信号, 同时还可以发送忙碌状态通知, 通过相应接口传输给用户。 成像装置的忙碌状态通知或空闲状态通知可以 按照设定周期发送, 或在完成一次成像任务时发送, 或还可以在检测到忙 碌或空闲时就直接发送。
本发明实施例的具有信息防护功能的成像装置优选是还包括: 接口状 态指示单元, 用于指示各接口的连通状态。 具体是该接口状态指示单元与监 控单元中的信号监测子单元相连, 用于根据监测到的各接口的输入电平信 号或输出电平信号, 指示各接口的连通状态。
该接口状态指示单元可以为发光二极管 (LED ) , LED和 /或其颜色与 各接口的连通状态对应。
例如, LED可以以其颜色与各接口的连通状态对应, 即通过颜色来区 别各接口的连通状态。 如 LED亮绿色, 则代表第 1接口被连通; LED亮橙 色, 则代表第 2接口被连通; LED亮红色, 则代表第 3接口被连通等。 或 者, LED的数量可以为多个, 每个 LED对应一个或多个接口的连通状态。 当每个 LED唯一对应一个接口时, 通过 LED是否被点亮来确定接口是否被 连通, 如对应第 2接口的 LED亮, 则代表第 2接口被连通。 当每个 LED对 应多个接口时, 可以结合 LED的点亮情况和颜色来确定这些接口是否被连 通, 如一个 LED对应第 1接口和第 2接口, 则其亮绿色代表第 1接口被连 通, 亮红色代表第 2接口被连通。
所述接口状态指示单元也可以为显示器, 例如液晶显示器 (LCD ) 或 有机发光二极管 (0LED )显示器, 用于显示各接口的连通状态。 例如, 可 以直接在显示器上显示 "第 2接口被连通" 的字样等。
本发明实施例提供的成像装置, 优选是还包括一默认接口切换单元, 与所述开关触发单元相连, 用于在监测到默认复位条件时, 向所述开关触 发单元输出控制指令信号, 以触发切换将预设的默认接口与接口控制单元 物理连通。
该默认复位条件可以为开机重启信号或休眠唤醒信号等。 或者, 该成 像装置的监控单元还包括一计时子单元, 用于对所述信号监测子单元监测 到的输入电平信号进行计时, 并在预设计时值范围内未监测到输入电平信 号时, 产生默认复位条件。 从而控制开关触发单元将默认接口与接口控制 单元物理连通。
上述技术方案例如可适用于在打印机重新开机或者从休眠状态被唤 醒或者监控单元没有从任何接口监控到电平信号超过预定时长时, 控制开 关触发单元触发切换开关单元到默认接口, 例如第 1接口为默认接口。 上 述打印机重新开机或者从休眠状态被唤醒的状态可以通过监控单元或开 关触发单元有无收到启动信号 (上电信号) 来确定。
上述的默认接口及预定计时值可以是在成像装置出厂前预置好的, 也 可以由用户通过打印驱动、 显示器等打印机的控制设备进行设置。
当然, 在上述情况下, 在默认复位条件下, 开关触发单元也可以不做 任何操作, 即保持上次接口的连通状态。
本发明实施例所提供的成像装置中, 监控单元、 切换开关单元和 /或 开关触发单元可以集成在成像控制单元中, 或者也可以独立于该成像控制 单元设置。 监控单元、 切换开关单元和 /或开关触发单元既可以一体设置, 也可以分别独立设置。
本发明所提供的具有信息防护功能的成像装置, 使成像装置能够被多 台计算机共享使用, 且与其连接的多台计算机之间不会连通, 保证了用户 数据的安全。 最后应说明的是: 以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案, 而非 对其限制; 尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明, 本领域的 普通技术人员应当理解: 其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进 行修改, 或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换; 而这些修改或 者替换, 并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范 围。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种具有信息防护功能的成像装置, 包括成像控制单元、 接口控 制单元和至少两个接口, 其特征在于, 还包括:
切换开关单元, 设置在接口和接口控制单元之间, 用于切换接口与接 口控制单元之间的物理连通或物理隔离。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的具有信息防护功能的成像装置,其特征在于, 还包括: 开关触发单元, 与所述切换开关单元相连, 用于控制切换开关单 元的切换动作。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的具有信息防护功能的成像装置, 其特征在 于: 所述切换开关单元为单刀多掷开关或半导体开关电路。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的具有信息防护功能的成像装置, 其特征在 于: 所述开关触发单元为切换按钮。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的具有信息防护功能的成像装置, 其特征在 于: 所述开关触发单元为包括控制输入端和控制输出端的触发电路, 所述 控制输入端用于输入控制指令信号, 所述控制输出端与切换开关单元相 连, 所述触发电路将控制指令信号转换为控制切换信号从控制输出端输出 给切换开关单元。
6、 根据权利要求 2所述的具有信息防护功能的成像装置, 其特征在 于: 所述接口为串行通信总线接口。
7、 根据权利要求 2-6任一所述的具有信息防护功能的成像装置, 其 特征在于, 还包括监控单元, 连接在开关触发单元和各接口之间, 所述监 控单元具体包括:
信号监测子单元, 用于监测各接口处的输入电平信号和输出电平信 号;
切换触发子单元, 用于根据监测到输入电平信号的接口, 向所述开关 触发单元输出控制指令信号, 以触发切换将产生所述电平信号的接口与接 口控制单元物理连通。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的具有信息防护功能的成像装置, 其特征在 于, 所述监控单元还包括:
优先级控制子单元, 用于在监测到至少两个接口处产生输入电平信号 时, 根据预设优先级策略选择一接口, 并将所选择接口通知所述切换触发 子单元。
9、 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的具有信息防护功能的成像装置, 其特 征在于, 所述监控单元还包括:
状态通报子单元, 用于根据监测到的接口处的输出电平信号, 向各接 口发送成像装置的忙碌状态通知或空闲状态通知。
1 0、 根据权利要求 7-9任一所述的具有信息防护功能的成像装置, 其 特征在于: 所述监控单元、 切换开关单元和 /或开关触发单元集成在所述 成像控制单元中或独立于所述成像控制单元设置。
1 1、 根据权利要求 7-1 0任一所述的具有信息防护功能的成像装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
接口状态指示单元, 用于根据监测到的各接口的输入电平信号或输出 电平信号, 指示各接口的连通状态。
12、 根据权利要求 1 1所述的具有信息防护功能的成像装置, 其特征在 于: 所述接口状态指示单元为发光二极管, 所述发光二极管和 /或其颜色 与各接口的连通状态对应。
1 3、 根据权利要求 1 1所述的具有信息防护功能的成像装置, 其特征在 于: 所述接口状态指示单元为显示器, 用于显示各接口的连通状态。
14、 根据权利要求 2-1 3任一所述的具有信息防护功能的成像装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
默认接口切换单元, 与所述开关触发单元相连, 用于在监测到默认复 位条件时, 向所述开关触发单元输出控制指令信号, 以触发切换将预设的 默认接口与接口控制单元物理连通。
15、 根据权利要求 14 所述的具有信息防护功能的成像装置, 其特征 在于:
所述默认复位条件为开机重启信号或休眠唤醒信号; 或
所述成像装置的监控单元还包括计时子单元, 用于对所述信号监测子 单元监测到的输入电平信号进行计时, 并在预设计时值范围内未监测到输 入电平信号时, 产生默认复位条件。
