IPTV商品系统中的所有用户推荐商品相同导致的问题,实现了针对不同用户的个性化 服务, 提升了用户体验。 在实施过程中, 设置商品的商品属性的方式有很多种, 只要能够使这些商品区别 于其他商品, 实现对用户的个性化服务即可。例如, 可以设置这些商品的优先级较高, 使得在为用户显示 IPTV商品系统中的商品时, 能够优先显示这些商品; 或者, 也可 以在浏览窗口较为醒目的位置设置推荐商品栏, 通过设置这些商品的商品属性将这些 商品显示在该推荐商品栏中; 还可以将这些商品显示的字体放大、 图片放大等多种方 式, 在此不一一列举。 为了给用户推荐的商品更有可能符合该用户的需求, 作为一种优选实施方式, 在 步骤 S104中, 还可以在获取节目标识对应的商品之前, 先对 IPTV商品系统中的商品 进行更新, 再获取该节目标识在 IPTV商品系统中所对应的更新后的商品。 通过这种 方式, 可以使得为用户推荐的商品是最新的, 进一步提升了用户体验。 在实施过程中, 获取节目标识在 IPTV商品系统中所对应的商品的方式可以有很 多种。 例如, 方式一, 可以对 IPTV商品系统中的每个商品设置商品标识; 根据节目 标识、 以及节目标识与商品标识的对应关系, 获取 IPTV商品系统中的商品。 该对应 关系可以是该商品标识包含在该节目标识的类型中, 可以是该商品标识与该节目标识 相同, 可以是该商品标识是该节目标识的一部分, 也可以是该商品标识与该节目标识 相关联, 例如, 该商品标识与该节目标识存在于同一大类 (例如, 体育) 之中等, 也 可以是其他对应关系。 方式二, 也可以不使用为商品设置商品标识的方式获取节目标识在 IPTV商品系 统中所对应的商品, 例如, 可以以该节目标识作为关键字进行搜索, 将搜索到的商品 作为该节目标识在 IPTV商品系统中所对应的商品, 搜索的范围可以是商品名称, 也 可以是商品摘要、 商品说明书等; 还可以通过节目标识所属类型与商品所属类型之间 的匹配获取节目标识在 IPTV商品系统中所对应的商品, 例如, 如果节目标识为游戏, 则可以将商品类型为纸牌、 软件、 娱乐等的商品作为匹配的商品。 考虑到用户的偏好随着时间的变化有可能发生改变, 例如, 半个月前某用户喜欢 看游戏节目, 而最近该用户喜欢看摄影节目, 而该用户所对应的购买趋向也会发生变 化。 因此, 作为一种优选实施方式, 在步骤 S102中可以设置预定的分析和统计时间; 在预定的分析和统计时间内对用户通过 IPTV节目播放系统播放一个或多个节目源的 播放时间进行分析和统计。 例如, 可以分析和统计最近三天该用户播放一个或多个节 目源的播放时间。 通过这种方式, 能够获取到该用户近期较为关注的节目偏好, 从而 得到该用户近期的购买趋向, 进一步提升用户体验, 进而能够提高商品的营销效果。 在步骤 S102中,对用户通过 IPTV节目播放系统选择播放一个或多个节目源进行 分析和统计的方式有很多种, 优选地, 可以对用户通过 IPTV节目播放系统选择播放 一个或多个节目源的播放时间进行分析和统计; 或者, 也可以对用户通过 IPTV节目 播放系统选择播放一个或多个节目源的播放次数进行分析和统计。 当然还可以将两者 结合进行分析和统计。 通过上述方式分析统计出用户关注的节目源, 方便实施, 可实 现性强。 在本实施例中还提供了一种属性设置装置, 该装置用于实现上述实施例及优选实 施方式, 已经进行过说明的不再赘述。 如以下所使用的, 术语 "模块"可以实现预定 功能的软件和 /或硬件的组合。 尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现, 但 是硬件, 或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。 图 2是根据本发明实施例的属性设置装置的结构框图, 如图 2所示, 该装置包括 分析和统计模块 22、 获取模块 24和第一设置模块 26。 下面对该装置进行说明。 分析和统计模块 22, 设置为对用户通过 IPTV节目播放系统选择播放一个或多个 节目源进行分析和统计; 获取模块 24, 与分析和统计模块 22相连, 设置为根据分析 和统计模块 22的分析和统计结果确定该用户关注的节目源对应的节目标识,获取该节 目标识在该 IPTV商品系统中所对应的商品; 第一设置模块 26, 与获取模块 24相连, 设置为设置该商品的商品属性, 其中, 设置的该商品属性用于指示在 IPTV商品系统 中显示商品的方式。 优选地, 该分析和统计模块 22, 设置为对该用户通过该 IPTV节目播放系统选择 播放一个或多个节目源的播放时间进行分析和统计; 或者, 对该用户通过该 IPTV节 目播放系统选择播放一个或多个节目源的播放次数进行分析和统计。 图 3根据本发明实施例的属性设置装置中的优选的获取模块 24的结构框图,如图 3所示, 该获取模块 24包括更新模块 242和第二获取模块 244。 更新模块 242, 设置 为对该 IPTV商品系统中该商品进行更新; 第二获取模块 244, 与更新模块 242相连, 设置为获取该节目标识在该 IPTV商品系统中所对应的更新后的商品。 图 4根据本发明实施例的属性设置装置中的优选的分析和统计模块 22的结构框 图, 如图 4所示, 该分析和统计模块 22包括第二设置模块 222和第二分析和统计模块 224。该分析和统计模块包括,第二设置模块 222,设置为设置预定的分析和统计时间; 第二分析和统计模块 224, 与第二设置模块 222相连, 设置为在预定的该分析和统计 时间内对用户通过该 IPTV节目播放系统播放该一个或多个节目源的播放时间进行分 析和统计。 下面结合优选实施例进行说明, 该优选实施例结合了上述实施例及其优选实施方 式。 在本优选实施例中, 提供了一种根据用户收看习惯进行个性化推荐的 IPTV商店 的系统及其实现方法。 通过本优选实施例中的方法, 能够根据用户收看节目的习惯, 在 IPTV商店中针对每个用户进行个性化推荐。例如, 可以在 IPTV应用商店中向用户 自动推荐用户感兴趣的节目、 商品、 业务等各种内容, 能够帮助用户快速获取所需产 品, 提升用户体验, 进而可以促进产品的订购率。 本优选实施例中可根据用户收看习惯进行个性化推荐的 IPTV商店的系统可以包 括以下几个部分: IPTV节目播放模块(与上述所描述的 IPTV播放系统的功能相当)、 IPTV商店模块(与上述所描述的 IPTV商品系统的功能相当)、用户行为分析模块(与 上述所描述的获取模块的功能相当) 以及商品推荐模块 (与上述所描述的设置模块的 功能相当)。 下面对上述各个部分功能进行详细说明。
( 1 ) IPTV节目播放模块: IPTV节目播放模块提供 IPTV节目的播放 (包括直播 和点播等多种播放方式)、 IPTV节目源管理以及用户收看行为信息的收集、 同步功能。 该模块可以为每个节目源设置标签或关键字, 例如, 可以给一场 BA比赛设置上"体 育"、 " BA"、 "姚明"等一个或多个标签。 当用户通过该模块观看或点播自己喜欢的节目时, IPTV节目播放模块可以记录下 用户观看节目的行为。 同时, 该模块还可以将 IPTV基本用户属性、 用户的行为记录 以及节目源的标签信息同步给用户行为分析模块。

(4) 商品推荐模块: 商品推荐模块接收来自 IPTV商店模块同步的商品信息, 并 根据 IPTV商店系统的个性化推荐请求, 向用户行为分析模块发起个性化推荐请求, 获取该用户近期关注较高的节目偏好。 同时, 商品推荐模块结合商品信息的基本属性, 将标签与用户关注的节目标签属 性关联度高的商品 (例如, 与节目标签类型相同的商品, 或者, 与节目标签关键字相 同的商品等) 筛选出来, 反馈给 IPTV商店模块。 例如, 用户近期经常观看火箭队的 NBA比赛, 则商品推荐模块可以将与 BA关联度较高的商品 "Nike限量版篮球鞋" 作为推荐商品反馈给 IPTV商店, 商店将该商品展现在醒目的位置, 供用户浏览并订 购。 结合上述系统, 本优选实施例中根据用户收看习惯进行个性化推荐的 IPTV商店 的实现方法可以包括如下步骤: 步骤一: 系统提供 IPTV节目播放模块, 在录入节目源时设置节目源标签, 用户 通过 IPTV模块观看 IPTV节目。 步骤二: IPTV节目播放模块记载用户的观看记录, 并将记录同步给用户行为分析 模块。 IPTV节目播放模块将 IPTV用户的基本属性、 节目源的标签属性同步给用户行 为分析模块。 步骤三: 用户行为分析模块对用户的观看记录进行统计解析, 结合用户的基本属 性, 分析出用户近期最为关注的节目属性。 步骤四:用户访问 IPTV商店模块, IPTV商店模块向商品推荐系统发起推荐请求, 要求获取适用于推荐给该用户的商品,其中, IPTV商店模块为每个上架的商品设置商 品标签属性, 并将该信息同步给商品推荐模块。 步骤五: 商品推荐模块向用户行为分析系统发起请求, 请求获取该用户近期的关 注重点。 步骤六: 商品推荐模块根据获取的用户关注点, 根据商品的标签属性对所有商品 进行筛选, 选择与用户关注点关联度最高的商品反馈给 IPTV应用商店。 步骤七: IPTV商店模块将获取到的推荐商品在商店推荐位置展示给用户。 通过上述实施例及优选实施方式, 实现了对 IPTV 网络商店系统进行个性化商品 推荐, 对收看 IPTV并使用 IPTV商店系统的用户来说, 可以通过高体验的个性化推荐 功能, 获取更多贴近个人兴趣爱好、 消费习惯的商品。 同时, 对于提供商品的商家, 则可以将商品更快捷的展示给适合购买的用户, 商品的营销更加智能化。 下面对本发明实施例所提出的系统及方法分别进行说明, 图 5是根据本发明实施 例的根据用户收看习惯进行个性化推荐的 IPTV商店的系统的结构示意图, 如图 5所 示, 该系统主要分基本模块和功能模块两大区: 基本模块: 设定一些基本信息元素。
IPTV节目播放系统(同上述 IPTV节目播放模块): 提供 IPTV节目的播放、 IPTV 节目源管理以及用户收看行为信息的收集、 同步功能。 IPTV商店系统 (同上述 IPTV 商店模块): 向 IPTV用户提供网络商店, 该商店系统可以销售虚拟商品, 也可销售实 际商品。 用户行为分析系统 (同上述用户行为分析模块): 接收来自 IPTV节目播放系 统同步的用户基本属性、 用户的行为记录以及节目源的标签信息等数据, 并对用户在 近期某段时间内的行为记录进行统计分析, 获取用户近期对节目的偏好, 从而获取用 户近期关注度最高的标签类型。商品推荐系统(同上述商品推荐模块):接收来自 IPTV 商店系统同步的商品信息, 并根据 IPTV商店系统的个性化推荐请求, 向用户行为分 析系统发起个性化推荐请求, 获取该用户近期关注较高的节目偏好。 功能模块: IPTV商店系统的个性化商品推荐中各个执能模块。 用户收看节目信息收集。商品库属性归类分析。分析出适合用户的推荐商品列表。 推荐的商品在 IPTV商店中展现。 图 6是根据本发明实施例的根据用户收看习惯进行个性化推荐的流程图, 如图 6 所示, 该流程包括以下步骤: 步骤 S602, 用户 A在 IPTV播放系统中收看节目开始; 步骤 S604, IPTV播放系统收集用户在 IPTV中点击和收看的节目的标签信息; 步骤 S606,用户行为分析系统导入用户基本属性信息及点击或收看节目的标签信 息; 步骤 S608, 用户行为分析系统:分析出该用户的兴趣爱好和收看节目的趋向; 步骤 S610, 商品推荐系统导入商品库的所有商品及每个商品的属性标签; 步骤 S612, 用户 A登录到 IPTV的商店系统; 步骤 S614, IPTV的商店系统向商品推荐系统发出请求, 请求适合用户 A推荐的 商品; 步骤 S616, 商品推荐系统向用户行为分析系统发出请求, 获取用户的兴趣爱好和 收看节目的趋向标签; 步骤 S618, 商品推荐系统根据用户的兴趣爱好和收看节目的趋向标签, 反馈适合 推荐给用户的商品。 步骤 S620, IPTV的商店系统在推荐栏中展示个性化后的推荐商品列表, 提高用 户的体验度及购买欲。 从上述步骤可以看出, 对于 IPTV用户来说, 可以在 IPTV网络商店中体验到根据 用户兴趣爱好的商品推荐, 大大提高了对商品的兴趣度; 对于提供商品的厂商或者代 理商来说, 由于商品和人群的成功定位从而增大商品的销售量, 使其商品达到最大的 营销效应, 实现商品的厂商或者代理商和运营商双赢。 在另外一个实施例中, 还提供了一种软件, 该软件用于执行上述实施例及优选实 施例中描述的技术方案。 在另外一个实施例中, 还提供了一种存储介质, 该存储介质中存储有上述软件, 该存储介质包括但不限于光盘、 软盘、 硬盘、 可擦写存储器等。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以 将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 并且在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处 的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将 它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任 何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种属性设置方法, 包括:
对用户通过交互式网络电视 IPTV节目播放系统选择播放一个或多个节目 源进行分析和统计;
根据分析和统计结果确定所述用户关注的节目源对应的节目标识, 获取所 述节目标识在所述 IPTV商品系统中所对应的商品;
设置所述商品的商品属性, 其中, 设置的所述商品属性用于指示在 IPTV 商品系统中显示商品的方式。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 获取所述节目标识在所述 IPTV商品系统 中所对应的商品包括,
对所述 IPTV商品系统中所述商品进行更新;
获取所述节目标识在所述 IPTV商品系统中所对应的更新后的商品。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 获取所述节目标识在所述 IPTV商品系统 中所对应的商品包括:
对所述 IPTV商品系统中的每个商品设置商品标识;
根据所述节目标识、 以及所述节目标识与所述商品标识的对应关系, 获取 所述 IPTV商品系统中的所述商品。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 对用户通过 IPTV节目播放系统播放一个 或多个节目源的播放时间进行分析和统计包括,
设置预定的分析和统计时间;
在预定的所述分析和统计时间内对用户通过所述 IPTV节目播放系统播放 所述一个或多个节目源的播放时间进行分析和统计。
5. 根据权利要求 1-4中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 对所述用户通过所述 IPTV节 目播放系统选择播放一个或多个节目源进行分析和统计包括,
对所述用户通过所述 IPTV节目播放系统选择播放一个或多个节目源的播 放时间进行分析和统计; 或者, 对所述用户通过所述 IPTV节目播放系统选择 播放一个或多个节目源的播放次数进行分析和统计。 根据权利要求 1-4中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 通过以下方式至少之一获取所 述节目标识在所述 IPTV商品系统中所对应的商品:
以所述节目标识为关键字进行搜索;
通过所述节目标识所属类型与所述商品所属类型之间的匹配。 一种属性设置装置, 包括:
分析和统计模块, 设置为对用户通过 IPTV节目播放系统选择播放一个或 多个节目源进行分析和统计;
获取模块, 设置为根据分析和统计结果确定所述用户关注的节目源对应的 节目标识, 获取所述节目标识在所述 IPTV商品系统中所对应的商品;
第一设置模块, 设置为设置所述商品的商品属性, 其中, 设置的所述商品 属性用于指示在 IPTV商品系统中显示商品的方式。 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述分析和统计模块, 设置为对所述用户 通过所述 IPTV节目播放系统选择播放一个或多个节目源的播放时间进行分析 和统计; 或者, 对所述用户通过所述 IPTV节目播放系统选择播放一个或多个 节目源的播放次数进行分析和统计。 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述获取模块包括,
更新模块, 设置为对所述 IPTV商品系统中所述商品进行更新; 第二获取模块, 设置为获取所述节目标识在所述 IPTV商品系统中所对应 的更新后的商品。 根据权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中, 所述分析和统计模块包括,
第二设置模块, 设置为设置预定的分析和统计时间;
第二分析和统计模块, 设置为在预定的所述分析和统计时间内对用户通过 所述 IPTV节目播放系统播放所述一个或多个节目源的播放时间进行分析和统
