Abstract

Es werden ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Niederdruck-Dünnwandwärmetauschers und ein Niederdruck-Dünnwandwärmetauscher beschrieben. Bei dem Herstellungsverfahren werden eine dünne Metalldecklage und eine dünne Metall- oder Kunststoffdecklage miteinander versiegelt. Die Versiegelung erfolgt über eine dünne Lage aus einem siegelfähigen Polymer, die als Beschichtung auf einer Seite mindestens einer Decklage vorgesehen ist, und/oder über eine getrennte Zwischenlage aus einem siegelfähigen Polymer. Beide Deckelagen werden mit Hilfe der dazwischen angeordneten Lage aus dem siegelfähigen Polymer unter Bildung eines zum Durchsatz eines Wärmeaustauschmediums geeigneten Hohlraumes, der als Kanalsystem ausgebildet sein kann, miteinander versiegelt. Auf diese Weise lassen sich solche Wärmetauscher besonders kostengünstig herstellen.
