1、 在某些特殊的应用环境下都没有办法做到按照人的主观意愿进行触发。
2、 信息触发没有目标性,如:红外线感测、压感感测等,只要有物体经过都会触发,会多发出一些不需要的触发信息,造成信息的不准确,也给其他自动化设备的工作也带来相应的负担(无效运作,占用系统的储存空间,正确资料需要多次筛选才能得到)。
3、 有的感测触发装置无法将校验信息直接传入其他网络设备(计算机、LED 显示屏等)。
4、 不具备转发没有网络功能的设备信息至网络。
5、 现在市场上的自动化触发器件,如红外线感测、压感辨识、视觉辨识等装置的造价都比较高。
发明内容
为了克服以上缺陷并满足市场的需要,本发明的目的在于提供一种自动化网络触发转发装置,实现静、动态触发,并提供信息反馈功能。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种自动化网络触发转发装置,通过网络或者线缆分别与控制计算机以及信息输入设备相连接,其包括有静态输出模块、动态转发模块以及信息反馈模块,其中所述静态输出模块包括输出控制模块和按键输出模块,所述按键输出模块具有至少一个可自定义输出的按键,通过人为触动不同的按键或者按键的组合输出预设的触发信号,再通过所述控制计算机启动或者停止信息输入设备或者其他外围设备的工作;所述动态转发模块包括转发控制模块、输出输入显示模块、输入接口模块和输出接口模块,其中所述输入接口模块与信息输入设备相连接,所述输出接口模块与控制计算机相连接,以将所述信息输入设备的输出数转发给所述控制计算机;所述信息反馈模块包括反馈信息控制模块、反馈信息显示模块以及语音输出模块,将所述控制计算机所反馈的信息在所述反馈显示模块上显示并通过语音输出模块给出语音提示。

本发明的有益效果是:
应用本发明所提出的自动化网络触发转发装置具有以下的效益:

参见图1,本发明公开的自动化网络触发转发装置通过网络或者线缆分别与控制计算机1以及信息输入设备2相连接,并由数个主要模块组成以实现本发明必须的几个功能。
首先,本发明具有可自定义的静态输出模块3,实现人工触发功能。述静态输出模块3包括输出控制模块31和按键输出模块32,其中按键输出模块32具有至少一个可自定义输出的按键321,通过人为触动不同的按键321或者按键321的组合输出预设的触发信号,再通过所述控制计算机1启动或者停止信息输入设备2或者其它外围设备6的工作。比如可采用4个基本按键321,按下按键或者外接的其它类似按键模块(可通过静态输出模块3上的额外接口外接其它类似的按键外设34,来达到间接的触动按钮工作,如开关、模拟开关、弱电开关等),可以固定输出对应的字符和语音信息,具体字符和语音信息对应相应业务可以自定义,这可以通过外接控制装置,比如控制计算机1,对装置中的固件信息进行改写所实现,又或者是直接在装置内建控制功能,即增加一个与输出控制模块31相连接的自定义模块33以及其自带的输入模块331,通过输入模块331实现对按键321输出的自定义功能。对不同按键321的输出定义在装置启动初始化时已经完成,比如:按第一个按键,可以输出 123,按下第二个按键,可以输出 ABC,这些输出信息通过网络或者线缆传输到控制计算机1中,以触发启动、停止其他外围设备工作,顺带将其他业务所需要的信息一并传送。

本发明的装置还具有信息反馈模块,所述信息反馈模块5包括反馈信息控制模块51、反馈信息显示模块52以及语音输出模块53,将所述控制计算机1所反馈的信息在所述反馈显示模块52上显示并通过语音输出模块53给出语音提示,以将单工设备扩展为半双工设备。具体上说,其可以通过网络接口接收到的控制计算机1反馈回来的反馈信息,然后显示在反馈信息显示模块52的液晶显示屏上,同时通过语音输出模块53播放语音提示。举例来说,目前市场上的扫描枪,只具备读取条码,将条码信息输入电脑的功能,却不能接受来自控制计算机的反馈信息。然而,在安装使用本发明的触发转发装置后,扫描枪的输入信息通过该设备转发至控制计算机1后,控制计算机1判断该信息是否正确,并反馈相应的文字和语音信息。由该设备可将单工功能的信息输入设备扩展成半双工的设备。
在具体实施中各个模块的控制核心,包括输出控制模块31、转发控制模块41以及反馈信息控制模块51可通过同一个单片机实现,网络连接由POE网络芯片实现,语音输出模块53由SYN6288文字转换语音芯片实现,反馈信息显示模块52和输出输入显示模块42可使用同一块液晶显示屏。
本发明通过少量的人为操作,可以按照人的意愿,需要时启动触发其他辨识装置工作,不需要时停止触发其他辨识装置工作,延长其他辨识装置(RFID 读写器、LED 显示屏、电脑等)的使用寿命,也大大节约了人力资源。本发明在装置的静态输出功能中,按照不同的业务需求赋予按钮不同的字符和语音输出功能,使被辨识的目标更加明确,弥补了其他感测系统中不能明确发出触发指令的问题。再结合入库、出库的群集信息,使自动化辨识读取目标与数量明确,减少软件逻辑判断的复杂性,资料的准确性也得到了保证。结合本发明的动态输出功能,可以外接多个非网络设备,完成物联网之间信息的相互传输。相对于其他的自动化装置而言,该装置的造价比较很低廉。
以上所述只是本发明优选的实施方式,其并不构成对本发明保护范围的限制,只要是以基本相同的手段实现本发明的目的都应属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种自动化网络触发转发装置,通过网络或者线缆分别与控制计算机(1)以及信息输入设备(2)相连接,其特征在于:所述装置包括有静态输出模块(3)、动态转发模块(4)以及信息反馈模块(5),其中所述静态输出模块(3)包括输出控制模块(31)和按键输出模块(32),所述按键输出模块(32)具有至少一个可自定义输出的按键(321),通过人为触动不同的按键(321)或者按键(321)的组合输出预设的触发信号,再通过所述控制计算机(1)启动或者停止信息输入设备(2)或者其他外围设备(5)的工作;所述动态转发模块(4)包括转发控制模块(41)、输出输入显示模块(42)、输入接口模块(43)和输出接口模块(44),其中所述输入接口模块(43)与信息输入设备(2)相连接,所述输出接口模块(44)与控制计算机(1)相连接,以将所述信息输入设备(2)的输出信号转发给所述控制计算机(1);所述信息反馈模块(5)包括反馈信息控制模块(51)、反馈信息显示模块(52)以及语音输出模块(53),将所述控制计算机(1)所反馈的信息在所述反馈显示模块(52)上显示并通过语音输出模块(53)给出语音提示。
  2. 据权利要求1所述的自动化网络触发转发装置,其特征在于:其中所述输出输入显示模块(42)与语音输出模块(53)分别与静态输出模块(3)相连接,接收其输出的触发信号并加以显示或给出语音提示。
  3. 据权利要求1所述的自动化网络触发转发装置,其特征在于:所述控制计算机(1)可以对连接的自动化网络触发转发装置中的静态输出模块(3)中的每一按键(321)进行定义、修改和存储。
  4. 据权利要求1所述的自动化网络触发转发装置,其特征在于:所述静态输出模块(3)还包括有与所述输出控制模块(31)相连接的自定义模块(33),所述自定义模块(33)包括输入模块(331)。
  5. 据权利要求1所述的自动化网络触发转发装置,其特征在于:所述静态输出模块(3)具有可连接其它按键外设(34)的接口。
  6. 据权利要求1所述的自动化网络触发转发装置,其特征在于:所述输入接口模块(43)包括有通用串行总线(USB)接口、串口、并口、RJ-45网络接口以及无线网络接口中的一种或多种。
  7. 据权利要求1所述的自动化网络触发转发装置,其特征在于:所述输出接口模块(44)包括有通用串行总线(USB)接口、串口、并口、RJ-45网络接口以及无线网络接口中的一种或多种。
  8. 据权利要求1所述的自动化网络触发转发装置,其特征在于:所述输出输入显示模块(42)包括液晶显示屏。
  9. 据权利要求1所述的自动化网络触发转发装置,其特征在于:所述反馈信息显示模块(52)包括液晶显示屏。
