以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细说明, 应当理解, 以下 所说明的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明, 并不用于限定本发明。
本发明所述闹钟云服务是一种由闹钟服务器和移动终端配合完成的基 于闹钟业务的服务, 所述闹钟服务器是云端服务器。
图 1是本发明实施例提供的闹钟云服务方法原理图, 如图 1所示, 所 述方法包括下述步驟:
步驟 S101、 有管理权限的成员访问网络上的闹钟服务器, 在所述闹钟 服务器上设置一个包括多个成员的闹钟群组, 并对该闹钟群组的一个或多 个成员设置成员闹钟信息。
所述成员闹钟信息包括相应成员的权限信息、 闹钟启动提醒时间、 闹 钟标题通知信息和 /或闹钟铃音信息、移动终端号码、 闹钟开启或关闭信息。 其中, 成员的权限包括管理权限和普通权限。 闹钟服务器根据用户的不同 权限, 使具有管理权限的成员能够修改闹钟群组的每个成员的成员闹钟信 息, 具有普通权限的成员能够查看闹钟群组的每个成员的成员闹钟信息。
步驟 S102、 闹钟服务器根据所设置的成员闹钟信息, 生成闹钟配置信 息, 并在所述闹钟群组中相应成员的闹钟到时之前, 将其发送至所述成员 的移动终端。
闹钟服务器根据成员闹钟信息中的闹钟启动提醒时间、 闹钟标题通知 信息和 /或闹钟铃音信息,按照约定的格式打包生成包含闹钟启动提醒时间、 闹钟标题通知信息和 /或闹钟铃音信息的闹钟配置信息, 并根据成员闹钟信 息中的移动终端号码、 闹钟开启或关闭信息, 在相应成员的闹钟到时之前, 将所述闹钟配置信息发送至所述移动终端号码指定的移动终端。
步驟 S103、 移动终端利用收到的所述闹钟配置信息, 设置本地闹钟, 以便用本地闹钟对成员进行闹钟提醒。 移动终端根据其配置, 判断是否接收来自闹钟服务器的闹钟配置信息。 当配置为 "接收" 时, 移动终端解析所述闹钟配置信息, 得到闹钟启动提 醒时间、 闹钟标题通知信息和 /或闹钟铃音信息, 并根据所述闹钟启动提醒 时间、 闹钟标题通知信息和 /或闹钟铃音信息, 在移动终端设置一个本地闹 钟, 同时给闹钟服务器返回一个用于确认其已设置本地闹钟的反馈信息, 即 "已设置闹钟" 的反馈信息。 当配置为 "不接收" 时, 移动终端不会进 一步处理来自闹钟服务器的闹钟配置信息, 移动终端向闹钟服务器返回一 个用于确认其未设置本地闹钟的反馈信息, 即 "未设置闹钟" 的反馈信息, 用于表示闹钟服务用户未设置闹钟。
移动终端设置的本地闹钟到时并开始提醒后, 如果用户手动操作取消 或者关闭闹钟, 移动终端自动生成用于确认用户已响应到时闹钟的反馈信 息, 并将其发送至闹钟服务器。 如果用户没有手动操作取消或者关闭闹钟, 移动终端可以设置一个定时器, 超过一定时间间隔后, 自动生成用于确认 用户未响应到时闹钟的反馈信息, 并将其发送至闹钟服务器, 用于表示闹 钟服务用户未确认到时闹钟。
闹钟服务器根据来自移动终端的反馈信息, 更新闹钟服务器的闹钟群 组的状态, 以供闹钟群组内的用户查询。
本发明实施例还提供了一种闹钟云服务系统, 系统除包括移动终端外, 还设置一个闹钟服务器 , 专门用来管理闹钟服务的闹钟群组以及基于闹钟 群组的相关操作。 下面结合图 2至图 5, 对本发明进行详细说明。
图 2是本发明实施例提供的闹钟云服务装置中的闹钟服务器的结构框 图, 如图 2所示, 包括:
成员权限管理模块, 用于将成员的权限设置为管理权限或普通权限, 使具有管理权限的成员能够通过访问闹钟服务器修改闹钟群组的每个成员 的成员闹钟信息, 具有普通权限的成员能够通过访问闹钟服务器查看闹钟 群组的每个成员的成员闹钟信息;
闹钟配置信息管理模块, 用于根据成员闹钟信息中的闹钟启动提醒时 间、 闹钟标题通知信息和 /或闹钟铃音信息, 生成包含闹钟启动提醒时间、 闹钟标题通知信息和 /或闹钟铃音信息的闹钟配置信息;
闹钟信息收发模块, 用于根据成员闹钟信息中的移动终端号码、 闹钟 开启或关闭信息, 在相应成员的闹钟到时之前, 将所述闹钟配置信息发送 至所述移动终端号码指定的移动终端, 并接收来自移动终端的用于确认其 是否已设置本地闹钟的反馈信息和用于确认用户是否已响应到时闹钟的反 馈信息。
图 3是图 2所示闹钟服务器的闹钟云服务流程图, 如图 3所示, 步驟 包括:
步驟 301~304、 在闹钟服务器进行闹钟群组设置。
用户可以通过移动终端、 PC或其它有网络连接功能的设备访问闹钟服 务器。 第一个创建闹钟群组的成员默认有管理权限, 创建完毕后, 所有具 有管理权限的成员可以修改成员权限。 一个固定的闹钟群组中可以设定若 干个有管理权限的成员 Ai ( i=l , 2, 3... ... )和若干个有普通权限的成员
Bj ( j=l , 2, 3... ... )0 有管理权限的成员 Ai可以在闹钟群组中设定每个成 员的成员闹钟信息, 所述成员闹钟信息包括相应成员的权限信息、 闹钟启 动提醒时间、 闹钟标题通知信息和 /或闹钟铃音信息、 移动终端号码、 闹钟 开启或关闭信息。 有普通权限的成员 Bj只能登陆闹钟服务器查看, 但是不 能修改群组成员的成员闹钟信息。 需要注意的是, 所述闹钟群组中的成员 可以全部具有管理权限, 也可以部分具有管理权限, 但是始终要保证至少 一个成员具有管理权限。
步驟 305~309、 在服务器侧, 闹钟服务器与移动终端进行交互。
步驟 305~308、 闹钟服务器根据成员闹钟信息中的闹钟启动提醒时间、 闹钟标题通知信息和 /或闹钟铃音信息, 按照约定的格式打包生成包含闹钟 启动提醒时间、 闹钟标题通知信息和 /或闹钟铃音信息的闹钟配置信息, 并 根据成员闹钟信息中的移动终端号码、 闹钟开启或关闭信息, 在闹钟群组 中某个成员 Ai或者 Bj的闹钟时间即将到来之前(假设提前 n分钟), 通过 短信和 /或彩信和 /或邮件等方式, 将所述闹钟配置信息下发至所述成员 Ai 或者 Bj对应移动终端号码指定的移动终端。
进一步地, 闹钟服务器根据闹钟开启或关闭信息, 发送所述闹钟配置 信息。 也就是说, 只有在所述闹钟开启或关闭信息设置为 "开启,, 时, 闹 钟服务器才能下发所述闹钟配置信息, 否则, 在所述闹钟开启或关闭信息 设置为 "关闭" 时, 闹钟服务器不会下发所述闹钟配置信息。
步驟 309, 闹钟服务器向相应的移动终端下发所述闹钟配置信息后, 等 待接收来自成员 Ai或者 Bj的移动终端的反馈信息, 并根据收到的反馈信 息, 更新闹钟服务器的闹钟群组的状态。
a. 闹钟服务器收到表示移动终端未设置本地闹钟的反馈信息时, 将成 员 Ai或者 Bj的状态更新为: 用户拒绝服务, 未设置成功。
b. 闹钟服务器收到表示移动终端已设置本地闹钟的反馈信息时, 将成 员 Ai或者 Bj的状态更新为: 已设置成功。
若闹钟服务器在一定时间间隔后仍没有收到对应成员 Ai或者 Bj的移 动终端发送的表示移动终端未设置本地闹钟或者已设置本地闹钟的反馈信 息, 则表明闹钟服务器和移动终端之间的链接有问题, 或者成员 Ai或 Bj 的移动终端未处于工作状态, 这时, 闹钟服务器将成员 Ai或者 Bj的闹钟 状态更新为: 网络连接有问题或移动终端无响应。
在闹钟服务器确认移动终端已设置本地闹钟的情况下 , 闹钟服务器等 待移动终端在闹钟到时提醒后发送反馈信息并进行如下处理:
c 闹钟服务器收到表示用户已响应到时闹钟的反馈信息时, 将成员 Αΐ或者 Bj的状态更新为: 用户已确认到时闹钟。
d. 闹钟服务器收到表示用户未响应到时闹钟的反馈信息时, 将成员 Ai或者 Bj的状态更新为: 用户未确认到时闹钟。
进一步地, 闹钟群组中的所有成员 (包括具有管理权限的成员和具有 普通权限的成员)通过电脑、 手机等终端设备进行闹钟群组中所有闹钟状 态的查询, 查看需要通知到的用户是否已经通知到, 发布的消息是否已经 完整传递到。
进一步地, 闹钟服务器也可以将其更新的闹钟状态反馈给闹钟群组的 创建成员或其他具有管理权限的成员, 从而使这些成员及时了解闹钟群组 中的相关成员是否已经通知到, 发布的消息是否已经完整传递到, 以便具 有管理权限的成员及时掌握消息发布和通知的情况。
图 4是本发明实施例提供的闹钟云服务装置中的移动终端的结构框图, 如图 4所示, 包括:
闹钟云服务设置模块, 用于配置移动终端是否接收所述闹钟配置信息; 闹钟信息接收和反馈信息发送处理模块, 用于根据所述闹钟云服务设 置模块的配置, 接收包含闹钟启动提醒时间、 闹钟标题通知信息和 /或闹钟 铃音信息的闹钟配置信息, 并生成用于确认自身是否已设置本地闹钟的反 馈信息和用户是否已响应到时闹钟的反馈信息, 发送至闹钟服务器;
终端闹钟设置模块, 用于根据接收的包含闹钟启动提醒时间、 闹钟标 题通知信息和 /或闹钟铃音信息的闹钟配置信息, 解析分离出闹钟启动提醒 时间、 闹钟标题通知信息和 /或闹钟铃音信息, 设置本地闹钟;
终端闹钟提醒模块, 用于根据所设置的本地闹钟到时后, 进行成员闹 钟提醒。
图 5是图 4所示移动终端的闹钟云服务流程图, 如图 5所示, 步驟包 括: 步驟 501~505、 移动终端设置本地闹钟。
A. 移动终端内设置有一个闹钟云服务设置模块, 用于配置是否接收并 处理闹钟服务器下发的闹钟配置信息, 即是否打开闹钟云服务功能。
如果配置为 "不接收", 则闹钟云服务功能未打开, 移动终端不解析来 自闹钟服务器的闹钟配置信息。
如果配置为 "接收", 则闹钟云服务功能打开, 移动终端解析来自闹钟 服务器的闹钟配置信息, 根据所述闹钟配置信息中的闹钟启动提醒时间、 闹钟标题通知信息和 /或闹钟铃音信息, 在移动终端设置一个本地闹钟。
B. 移动终端也可以不设置闹钟云服务设置模块, 此时, 可以认为移动 终端必须强制接收或移动终端默认不接收, 这个可以根据需要定义。
典型的应用场景举例如下:
1、 移动终端闹钟到时后, 移动终端可以根据闹钟标题通知信息和闹钟 铃音信息, 播放某个管理者自录的铃音 "某某某, 今天上午某点到某地开 会", 界面显示闹钟标题信息为 "某点某地开会"。
2、 移动终端闹钟到时后, 移动终端可以根据闹钟标题通知信息, 界面 显示闹钟标题信息为 "某点某地开会", 并在没有设定 "闹钟铃音信息" 的 情况下, 采用移动终端本地默认铃音。
3、 移动终端闹钟到时后, 移动终端可以根据闹钟铃音信息, 播放某个 管理者自录的铃音 "某某某,今天上午某点到某地开会",并在没有设定 "闹 钟标题通知消息" 的情况下, 界面显示闹钟标题信息为空。
步驟 506~507、 在终端侧, 移动终端与闹钟服务器进行交互。
A.移动终端在判断其闹钟云服务功能开启或在强制接收所述闹钟配置 信息的情况下, 移动终端根据收到的闹钟配置信息设置其本地闹钟后, 向 闹钟服务器返回一个反馈信息, 用于表示成员的移动终端已设置本地闹钟。 否则, 移动终端在判断其闹钟云服务功能未开启或在默认不接收所述闹钟 配置信息时, 不会进一步处理来自闹钟服务器的闹钟配置信息, 移动终端 向闹钟服务器返回一个反馈信息, 用于表示成员的移动终端未设置本地闹 钟。
B. 移动终端设置的本地闹钟到时, 开始闹钟提醒。
a. 如果用户手动操作取消或者关闭闹钟, 移动终端自动向闹钟服务器 返回一个反馈信息, 用于表示用户已响应到时闹钟, 使闹钟服务器根据所 述反馈信息更新闹钟群组的状态。
b. 如果用户没有手动操作取消或者关闭闹钟, 移动终端可以设置一个 定时器, 超过一定时间间隔后, 向闹钟服务器返回一个反馈信息, 用于表 示用户未响应到时闹钟, 使闹钟服务器根据所述反馈信息更新闹钟群组的 状态。
移动终端将上述反馈信息返回给闹钟服务器, 可以使闹钟服务器及时 更新闹钟群组的状态。 闹钟群组的所有成员都可以通过电脑、 手机等终端 设备访问闹钟服务器, 查看成员闹钟信息和更新的闹钟群组的状态。
综上所述, 本发明通过闹钟服务器和移动终端分别进行闹钟信息的配 置传递、 处理, 可以更灵活更友好地实现一个闹钟群组内消息的发布和通 知, 使之具有更丰富的应用场景, 更好的用户体验。
尽管上文对本发明进行了详细说明, 但是本发明不限于此, 本技术领 域技术人员可以根据本发明的原理进行各种修改。 因此, 凡按照本发明原 理所作的修改, 都应当理解为落入本发明的保护范围。

权利要求书
1、 一种闹钟云服务方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
闹钟服务器根据具有管理权限的成员的访问, 设置一个包括多个成员 的闹钟群组, 并对所述闹钟群组的一个或多个成员设置成员闹钟信息; 闹钟服务器根据所述成员闹钟信息, 生成闹钟配置信息, 并在所述闹 钟群组中相应成员的闹钟到时之前, 将所述闹钟配置信息发送至所述成员 的移动终端;
移动终端利用收到的所述闹钟配置信息, 设置本地闹钟, 利用本地闹 钟对成员进行闹钟提醒。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述成员闹钟信息包括 相应成员的权限信息、 闹钟启动提醒时间、 闹钟标题通知信息和 /或闹钟铃 音信息、 移动终端号码、 闹钟开启或关闭信息。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 成员的权限包括管理权 限和普通权限, 通过访问闹钟服务器, 具有管理权限的成员能够修改闹钟 群组的每个成员的成员闹钟信息, 具有普通权限的成员能够查看闹钟群组 的每个成员的成员闹钟信息。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述闹钟服务器根据所 述成员闹钟信息, 生成闹钟配置信息为:
闹钟服务器根据成员闹钟信息中的闹钟启动提醒时间、 闹钟标题通知 信息和 /或闹钟铃音信息, 生成包含闹钟启动提醒时间、 闹钟标题通知信息 和 /或闹钟铃音信息的闹钟配置信息。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述闹钟服务器在所述 闹钟群组中相应成员的闹钟到时之前, 将所述闹钟配置信息发送至所述成 员的移动终端为:
闹钟服务器根据成员闹钟信息中的移动终端号码、 闹钟开启或关闭信 息, 在相应成员的闹钟到时之前, 将所述闹钟配置信息发送至所述移动终 端号码指定的移动终端。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 移动终端根据自身的闹钟云服务设置模块的配置接收闹钟配置信息 后, 生成用于确认是否已设置本地闹钟的反馈信息, 并将所述反馈信息发 送至闹钟服务器, 闹钟服务器根据所述反馈信息, 更新闹钟群组的状态。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 移动终端进行闹钟提醒后, 生成用于确认用户是否已响应到时闹钟的 反馈信息, 并将所述反馈信息发送至闹钟服务器, 闹钟服务器根据所述确 认信息, 更新所述闹钟群组的状态。
8、 一种闹钟云服务系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
闹钟服务器, 用于根据具有管理权限的成员的访问, 设置一个包括多 个成员的闹钟群组, 对所述闹钟群组的一个或多个成员设置成员闹钟信息, 并根据所述成员闹钟信息, 生成闹钟配置信息, 在所述闹钟群组中相应成 员的闹钟到时之前, 将所述闹钟配置信息发送至所述成员的移动终端; 移动终端, 用于利用收到的所述闹钟配置信息, 设置本地闹钟, 利用 本地闹钟对成员进行闹钟提醒。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的系统, 所述移动终端包括:
闹钟云服务设置模块, 用于配置移动终端是否接收所述闹钟配置信息; 闹钟信息接收和反馈信息发送处理模块, 用于根据所述闹钟云服务设 置模块的配置, 接收包含闹钟启动提醒时间、 闹钟标题通知信息和 /或闹钟 铃音信息的闹钟配置信息, 并生成用于确认是否已设置本地闹钟的反馈信 息和用于确认用户是否已响应到时闹钟的反馈信息, 并发送至闹钟服务器; 终端闹钟设置模块, 用于根据接收的包含闹钟启动提醒时间、 闹钟标 题通知信息和 /或闹钟铃音信息的闹钟配置信息, 设置本地闹钟; 终端闹钟提醒模块, 用于根据所设置的本地闹钟, 进行成员闹钟提醒。
10、 根据权利要求 8或 9所述的系统, 所述闹钟服务器包括: 成员权限管理模块, 用于将成员的权限设置为管理权限或普通权限, 使具有管理权限的成员能够修改闹钟群组的每个成员的成员闹钟信息, 具 有普通权限的成员能够查看闹钟群组的每个成员的成员闹钟信息;
闹钟配置信息管理模块, 用于根据成员闹钟信息中的闹钟启动提醒时 间、 闹钟标题通知信息和 /或闹钟铃音信息, 生成包含闹钟启动提醒时间、 闹钟标题通知信息和 /或闹钟铃音信息的闹钟配置信息;
