节目信息交流方法、 装置及通信系统 本申请要求于 2012年 3月 12日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201210063558. 5、发明 名称为 "节目信息交流方法、 装置及通信系统" 的中国专利申请的优先权, 其全部 内容通过引用结合在本申请中。 技术领域 本发明涉及通信领域, 尤其涉及节目信息交流方法、 装置及通信系统。 背景技术 近年来, 互联网和家庭无线网络已经非常普及以具备无线网络功能的手机 为代表, 很多家用多媒体产品都能通过无线路由连接到家庭网络中, 并且访问 互联网。 随着网络电视 ( Internet Protoco l Te l evi s ion , IPTV ) 技术的迅速 发展及推广, 越来越多的人开始使用网络电视。 网络电视的基本功能是接收数 字电视节目, 同时还具有与数字电视有关的互动和评论的业务。
但目前, 与数字电视有关的互动和评论业务操作十分繁琐。 比如网络电视间 的互动评论业务, 用户需要外接键盘输入或者通过遥控器选择输入, 不是需要额 外增加设备, 就是输入不方便, 这使得数字电视节目的互动交流得不到很好的发 展, 用户的积极性不高。 发明内容 本发明的实施例提供一种节目信息交流方法、 装置及通信系统, 能够使得 用户通过用户设备对当前观看的节目进行评论, 并且不增加外接输入设备。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的实施例采用如下技术方案:
一方面, 本发明实施例提供的节目信息交流方法, 包括:
获取节目评论指令;
根据所述节目评论指令从预先建立的数据库中提取当前节目的信息; 若所述信息中包括节目评论地址,则将所述节目评论地址发送至用户设备, 以使得用户根据所述节目评论地址获知当前节目的评论或对当前节目进行评 论; 若所述信息中不包括所述节目评论地址, 则将所述信息中的服务器地址发 送至所述用户设备, 以使得所述用户设备根据所述服务器地址与服务器建立连 接, 进而使得用户通过所述用户设备对当前节目进行评论。
一方面, 本发明实施例提供一种节目信息交流设备, 包括处理模块、 与所 述处理模块分别相连的获取模块以及发送模块;
所述获取模块, 用于获取节目评论指令;

用户设备, 可以是无线终端也可以是有线终端, 无线终端可以是指向用户 提供语音和 /或数据连通性的设备, 具有无线连接功能的手持式设备、 或连接到 无线调制解调器的其他处理设备。无线终端可以经无线接入网(例如, RAN, Radio Access Network ) 与一个或多个核心网进行通信, 无线终端可以是移动终端, 如移动电话 (或称为 "蜂窝" 电话) 和具有移动终端的计算机, 例如, 可以是 便携式、 袖珍式、 手持式、 计算机内置的或者车载的移动装置, 它们与无线接 入网交换语言和 /或数据。 例如, 个人通信业务 (PCS, Personal Communication Service) 电话、 无绳电话、 会话发起协议 (SIP) 话机、 无线本地环路 (WLL, Wireless Local Loop) 站、 个人数字助理 (PDA, Personal Digital Assistant) 等设备。 无线终端也可以称为系统、 订户单元 (Subscriber Unit) 、 订户站 (Subscriber Station) , 移动站 (Mobile Station) 、 移动台 (Mobile) 、 远程站 ( Remote Station) 、 接入点 (Access Point) 、 远程终端 ( Remote Terminal ) 、 接入终端 ( Access Terminal ) 、 用户终端 ( User Terminal ) 、 用户代理 (User Agent) 、 用户设备 (User Device) 、 或用户装备 (User Equipment ) 。
本发明实施例提供一种节目信息交流方法, 如图 1所示, 该方法包括:
5101、 节目信息交流设备获取节目评论指令。
示例性的, 节目信息交流设备获取节目评论指令的方式可以为节目信息交流设 备接收用户通过遥控器等控制设备输入的节目评论指令。
用户在观看电视节目时, 若想对当前节目进行评论, 或想知道其他人对当前节目 的评论是什么, 可以通过遥控器等控制设备输入节目评论指令, 例如, 遥控器上可以 设置节目评论按钮, 用户仅需点击该节目评论按钮, 便可发出节目评论指令, 以触发 节目交流设备在预先建立的数据库中提取当前节目的信息。
5102、 节目信息交流设备根据节目评论指令从预先建立的数据库中提取当前节 目的信息。
这里, 需要对预先建立的数据库进行说明: 预先建立的数据库可以存储在服务器 端, 例如广电网络终端, 服务器将节目的音视频流与有关节目的信息, 如节目名称、 剧集、 评论地址、 服务器地址等打包在一起并通过有线或无线的方式进行广播, 本发 明实施例提出的打包, 是指将压缩后的文件进行数据分组, 以满足信号传输的需求。
那么, 节目信息交流设备在获取节目评论指令后, 会从预先建立的数据库中提取 出当前节目的信息, 该信息中可能包括节目名称、 剧集、 评论地址、 服务器地址等。
5103、 若信息中包括节目评论地址, 节目信息交流设备则将节目评论地址发送 至用户设备, 以使得用户根据节目评论地址获知当前节目的评论或对当前节目进行评 论。
节目信息交流设备在将当前节目的信息提取出来后, 会判断该信息中是否 包括节目评论地址, 若该信息中包括节目评论地址, 那么节目信息交流设备会 将节目评论地址发送至用户设备, 例如, 可以通过无线路由器发送至用户设备。 用户设备在接收到来自节目信息交流设备的节目评论地址后, 可以根据节目评 论地址连接到相关网页, 那么使用该用户设备的用户, 便可获知当前节目的评 论, 也可以通过用户设备对当前节目进行评论。
需要补充的是, 节目信息交流设备并不会对所有的用户设备都发送节目评 论地址, 节目信息交流设备会与用户设备进行权限验证, 那么就只与通过权限 认证的用户设备通信, 例如, 节目信息交流设备可以在设备开启时与用户设备 进行一次权限验证、 建立连接, 进而将节目评论地址发送至该用户设备。
S 104、 若信息中不包括节目评论地址, 节目信息交流设备则将信息中的服务器 地址发送至用户设备, 以使得用户设备根据服务器地址与服务器建立连接, 进而使得 用户通过用户设备对当前节目进行评论。
节目信息交流设备在将当前节目的信息提取出来后, 会判断该信息中是否 包括节目评论地址, 若该信息中不包括节目地址, 那么节目信息交流设备会将 该信息中的服务器地址发送至用户设备, 同样的, 可以通过无线路由器发送至 用户设备。 用户设备在接收到来自节目信息交流设备的服务器地址后, 可以根 据服务器地址连接到服务器, 进而, 服务器会为用户设备创建该节目的评论社 区, 那么使用该用户设备的用户, 便可通过用户设备对当前节目进行评论, 进 一步地, 服务器将新建立的节目评论地址存储在该节目的信息中, 并存储在预 先建立的数据库中。
需要说明的是, 在本发明实施例中, 步骤 S 103与步骤 S 104并没有先后的 顺序, 步骤 S 103所描述的是当信息中包括节目评论地址时的情况, 步骤 S 104 所描述的是当信息中不包括节目评论地址时的情况, 因此并没有时间顺序的限 定。
本发明实施例提供的节目信息交流方法, 通过在获取节目评论指令后, 根 据节目评论指令从预先建立的数据库中提取当前节目的信息, 若该信息中包括 节目评论地址, 则将节目评论地址发送至用户设备, 以使得用户根据节目评论 地址获知当前节目的评论或对当前节目进行评论, 若该信息中不包括节目评论 地址, 则将该信息中的服务器地址发送至用户设备, 以使得用户设备根据服务 器地址与服务器建立连接, 进而使得用户通过用户设备对当前节目进行评论。 通过该方案, 能够使得用户通过用户设备对当前观看的节目进行评论, 并且不 增加外接输入设备。
本发明实施例提供一种节目信息交流方法, 如图 2所示, 该方法包括: S201、 节目信息交流设备与用户设备进行权限认证, 只与通过权限认证的 用户设备通信。
示例性的,节目信息交流设备可以在设备开启时与用户设备进行权限验证、 建立连接, 那么就只与通过权限认证的用户设备通信。
需要说明的是, 本发明实施例将节目信息交流设备与用户设备进行权限认 证设置为节目信息交流方法的第一步仅是一个优选方案, 即目信息交流设备在 开启时与用户设备只进行一次权限验证、 建立连接是一个优选方案, 但具体地 实施方式并不限制于此, 还可以在信息交流设备需要向用户设备发送信息是进 行权限验证, 本发明实施例不做限制。
S202、 节目信息交流设备获取节目指令, 节目指令用于指示用户需要观看 的节目。
示例性的, 节目信息交流设备获取节目指令的方式可以为节目信息交流设备接 收用户通过遥控器等控制设备输入的节目指令, 该节目指令用于指示用户想要观看哪 些节目。
S203、 节目信息交流设备根据节目指令从预先建立的数据库中提取相应的 节目音视频流。
节目信息交流设备在获取节目指令后, 会从预先建立的数据库中提取相应 的节目音视频流, 在上一实施例已经指出, 服务器将节目的音视频流与有关节 目的信息, 如节目名称、 剧集、 评论地址、 服务器地址等打包在一起并通过有 线或无线的方式进行广播, 那么, 节目信息交流设备便可以提取出相应的节目 音视频流。
5204、 节目信息交流设备对音视频流进行解扰解码。
由于服务器在将节目的音视频流与有关节目的信息打包时会对打包后的文 件进行加扰编码, 即预先建立的数据库为服务器将节目的信息和节目音视频流 加扰编码后所形成的节目流, 例如, 某些需要付费的节目需要通过解扰解码后 才能够观看, 那么, 节目信息交流设备会对提取出的音视频流进行解扰解码。
5205、 节目信息交流设备输出解扰解码后的音视频流。
节目信息交流设备对音视频流进行解扰解码后, 会输出解扰解码后的音视 频流, 具体地, 可以输出至显示设备, 例如, 电视机, 用户便能够通过显示设 备观看节目了。 5206、 节目信息交流设备获取节目评论指令。
用户在观看电视节目时, 若想对当前节目进行评论, 或想知道其他人对当前节目 的评论是什么, 可以通过遥控器等控制设备输入节目评论指令, 例如, 遥控器上可以 设置节目评论按钮, 用户仅需点击该节目评论按钮, 便可发出节目评论指令, 以触发 节目交流设备在预先建立的数据库中提取当前节目的信息。
5207、 节目信息交流设备根据节目评论指令从预先建立的数据库中提取当 前节目的信息。
节目信息交流设备在获取节目评论指令后, 会从预先建立的数据库中提取出当前 节目的信息, 该信息中可能包括节目名称、 剧集、 评论地址、 服务器地址等。
S208、 若信息中包括节目评论地址, 节目信息交流设备则将节目评论地址 发送至用户设备, 以使得用户根据节目评论地址获知当前节目的评论或对当前 节目进行评论。
节目信息交流设备在将当前节目的信息提取出来后, 会判断该信息中是否 包括节目评论地址, 若该信息中包括节目评论地址, 那么节目信息交流设备会 将节目评论地址发送至用户设备, 例如, 可以通过无线路由器发送至用户设备。 用户设备在接收到来自节目信息交流设备的节目评论地址后, 可以根据节目评 论地址连接到相关网页, 那么使用该用户设备的用户, 便可获知当前节目的评 论, 也可以通过用户设备对当前节目进行评论。
S209、 若信息中不包括节目评论地址, 节目信息交流设备则将信息中的服 务器地址发送至用户设备,以使得用户设备根据服务器地址与服务器建立连接, 进而使得用户通过用户设备对当前节目进行评论。
节目信息交流设备在将当前节目的信息提取出来后, 会判断该信息中是否 包括节目评论地址, 若该信息中不包括节目地址, 那么节目信息交流设备会将 该信息中的服务器地址发送至用户设备, 同样的, 可以通过无线路由器发送至 用户设备。 用户设备在接收到来自节目信息交流设备的服务器地址后, 可以根 据服务器地址连接到服务器, 进而, 服务器会为用户设备创建该节目的评论社 区, 那么使用该用户设备的用户, 便可通过用户设备对当前节目进行评论, 进 一步地, 服务器将新建立的节目评论地址存储在该节目的信息中, 并存储在预 先建立的数据库中。
同样的在本发明实施例中, 步骤 S208与步骤 S209并没有先后的顺序, 步 骤 S208所描述的是当信息中包括节目评论地址时的情况, 步骤 S209所描述的 是当信息中不包括节目评论地址时的情况, 因此并没有时间顺序的限定。
本发明实施例提供的节目信息交流方法, 通过在获取节目评论指令后, 根 据节目评论指令从预先建立的数据库中提取当前节目的信息, 若该信息中包括 节目评论地址, 则将节目评论地址发送至用户设备, 以使得用户根据节目评论 地址获知当前节目的评论或对当前节目进行评论, 若该信息中不包括节目评论 地址, 则将该信息中的服务器地址发送至用户设备, 以使得用户设备根据服务 器地址与服务器建立连接, 进而使得用户通过所述用户设备对当前节目进行评 论。 通过该方案, 能够使得用户通过用户设备对当前观看的节目进行评论, 并 且不增加外接输入设备。
本发明实施例提供的节目信息交流设备 1, 如图 3所示, 包括处理模块 1 1、 与处理模块 1 1分别相连的获取模块 10以及网络模块 12
获取模块 10, 用于获取节目评论指令;
处理模块 11, 用于根据节目评论指令从预先建立的数据库中提取当前节目的信 息, 以及判断当前节目的信息是否包括节目评论地址;
网络模块 12, 用于若信息中包括节目评论地址, 则将节目评论地址发送至 用户设备, 以使得用户根据节目评论地址获知当前节目的评论或对当前节目进 行评论,
若信息中不包括节目评论地址,则将信息中的服务器地址发送至用户设备, 以使得用户设备根据服务器地址与服务器建立连接, 进而使得用户通过用户设 备对当前节目进行评论。
进一步地, 预先建立的数据库为服务器将节目的信息和节目音视频流加扰 编码后所形成的节目流。
进一步地, 如图 4所示, 节目信息交流设备 1还包括:
认证模块 13, 用于与用户设备进行权限认证, 只与通过权限认证的用户设 备通信。

节目信息交流设备 1, 用于在获取节目评论指令后, 根据节目评论指令从 预先建立的数据库中提取当前节目的信息, 若信息中包括节目评论地址, 则将 节目评论地址发送至用户设备 2, 以使得用户根据节目评论地址获知当前节目 的评论或对当前节目进行评论, 若信息中不包括节目评论地址, 则将信息中的 服务器地址发送至用户设备 2, 以使得用户设备 2 根据服务器地址与服务器 3 建立连接, 进而使得用户通过用户设备 2对当前节目进行评论;
用户设备 2, 用于接收来自节目信息交流设备 1 的节目评论地址, 以使得 用户根据节目评论地址获知当前节目的评论或对当前节目进行评论, 或接收来 自节目信息交流设备 1的服务器地址,并根据服务器地址与服务器 3建立连接, 进而使得用户通过用户设备 2对当前节目进行评论;

本发明实施例提供的通信系统,节目信息交流设备在获取节目评论指令后, 根据节目评论指令从预先建立的数据库中提取当前节目的信息, 若该信息中包 括节目评论地址, 则将节目评论地址发送至用户设备, 以使得用户根据节目评 论地址获知当前节目的评论或对当前节目进行评论, 若该信息中不包括节目评 论地址, 则将该信息中的服务器地址发送至用户设备, 以使得用户设备根据服 务器地址与服务器建立连接,进而使得用户通过用户设备对当前节目进行评论。 通过该方案, 能够使得用户通过用户设备对当前观看的节目进行评论, 并且不 增加外接输入设备。

1、 一种节目信息交流方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
获取节目评论指令;
根据所述节目评论指令从预先建立的数据库中提取当前节目的信息; 若所述信息中包括节目评论地址,则将所述节目评论地址发送至用户设备, 以使得用户根据所述节目评论地址获知当前节目的评论或对当前节目进行评 论;
若所述信息中不包括所述节目评论地址, 则将所述信息中的服务器地址发 送至所述用户设备, 以使得所述用户设备根据所述服务器地址与服务器建立连 接, 进而使得用户通过所述用户设备对当前节目进行评论。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的节目信息交流方法, 其特征在于, 所述预先建立 的数据库为所述服务器将节目的信息和节目音视频流加扰编码后所形成的节目 流。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的节目信息交流方法, 其特征在于, 所述若所述信 息中包括节目评论地址, 则将所述节目评论地址发送至用户设备前, 所述方法 还包括:
与所述用户设备进行权限认证, 只与通过权限认证的用户设备通信。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的节目信息交流方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取 节目评论指令前, 所述方法还包括:
获取节目指令, 所述节目指令用于指示用户需要观看的节目;
根据所述节目指令从所述预先建立的数据库中提取相应的节目音视频流; 对所述音视频流进行解扰解码;
输出解扰解码后的音视频流。
5、 一种节目信息交流设备, 其特征在于, 包括处理模块、 与所述处理模块 分别相连的获取模块以及网络模块;
所述获取模块, 用于获取节目评论指令;
所述处理模块, 用于根据所述节目评论指令从预先建立的数据库中提取当 前节目的信息, 以及判断所述当前节目的信息是否包括节目评论地址;
所述网络模块, 用于若所述信息中包括节目评论地址, 则将所述节目评论 地址发送至用户设备, 以使得用户根据所述节目评论地址获知当前节目的评论 或对当前节目进行评论, 若所述信息中不包括所述节目评论地址, 则将所述信息中的服务器地址发 送至所述用户设备, 以使得所述用户设备根据所述服务器地址与服务器建立连 接, 进而使得用户通过所述用户设备对当前节目进行评论。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的节目信息交流设备, 其特征在于, 所述预先建立 的数据库为所述服务器将节目的信息和节目音视频流加扰编码后所形成的节目 流。
7、 根据权利要求 5所述的节目信息交流设备, 其特征在于, 还包括: 认证模块, 用于与所述用户设备进行权限认证, 只与通过权限认证的用户 设备通信。
8、 根据权利要求 5或 6所述节目信息交流设备, 其特征在于,
所述获取模块还用于, 获取节目指令, 所述节目指令用于指示用户需要观 看的节目;
所述处理模块还用于, 根据所述节目指令从所述预先建立的数据库中提取 相应的节目音视频流;
所述节目信息交流设备还包括:
解扰解码模块, 用于对所述音视频流进行解扰解码;
输出模块, 用于输出解扰解码后的音视频流。
9、 一种通信系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
节目信息交流设备, 用于在获取节目评论指令后, 根据所述节目评论指令 从预先建立的数据库中提取当前节目的信息,若所述信息中包括节目评论地址, 则将所述节目评论地址发送至用户设备, 以使得用户根据所述节目评论地址获 知当前节目的评论或对当前节目进行评论, 若所述信息中不包括所述节目评论 地址, 则将所述信息中的服务器地址发送至所述用户设备, 以使得所述用户设 备根据所述服务器地址与服务器建立连接, 进而使得用户通过所述用户设备对 当前节目进行评论;
用户设备, 用于接收来自所述节目信息交流设备的节目评论地址, 以使得 用户根据所述节目评论地址获知当前节目的评论或对当前节目进行评论, 或接 收来自所述节目信息交流设备的服务器地址, 并根据所述服务器地址与服务器 建立连接, 进而使得用户通过所述用户设备对当前节目进行评论;
服务器, 用于与所述用户设备建立连接, 进而使得用户通过所述用户设备 对当前节目进行评论。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的通信系统, 其特征在于, 所述节目信息交流设备还用于, 与所述用户设备进行权限认证, 只与通过 权限认证的用户设备通信。
11、 根据权利要求 9所述的通信系统, 其特征在于,
所述节目信息交流设备还用于, 在获取节目指令, 所述节目指令用于指示用户需 要观看的节目后, 根据所述节目指令从所述预先建立的数据库中提取相应的节目 音视频流, 并对所述音视频流进行解扰解码, 进而输出解扰解码后的音视频流。
