Abstract

Methods and compositions relating to a cutting oil including vegetal oil such as Pinhao Manso vegetal oil, which may be applied to a metal such as aluminum or gray cast iron during milling, tapping, and/or drilling operations. The compositions include a cutting oil comprising Pinhao Manso vegetal oil in an amount of at least about 30 wt% of the cutting oil.
