本实施例中, 导电件 3为铜针, 导电连接件 4为铜端子, 固定件为销, 但并 不是限于这几个部件, 只要能实现导电、 连接、 以及固定功能均可。 本实施例的固定装置的安装及使用过程如下:将底座 6固定在墙壁或与日光 灯管灯具相配套的设施上,将弹簧套在销的弹性端 73上, 将导入端 72置于两挡 壁 61形成的滑槽中, 通过对定位块 71施加向下的力, 使得定位块 71的滑动面 711从压力面 611滑入、 导入端 72通过弧面 721与导入斜面 612过渡滑入到滑 槽底部, 定位块 71最后自动卡入到扣紧部 62内, 形成良好的限位, 铜端子设置 在两挡壁 61旁侧上,铜针的连接端 32插入到铜端子内, 铜端子与外界电源电连 接,铜针的弯折端 31设置在凸台 22上的容置槽 221上, 弯折端 31由壳体包住, 灯管从套筒 12内插入与弯折端 31电连接, 当接通电时, 通过铜针连接传导输入 交流电给灯管; 请结合参阅图 2b和图 2c所示, 销的导入端 72穿出壳体, 而弹 性端 73的末端抵靠在壳体内壁上, 同时弹簧的一端也抵靠在壳体内壁上, 弹簧 另一端抵靠定位块 71, 从壳体外推销的导入端 72, 销的定位块 71—边受到弹簧 弹力, 一边从扣紧部 62内被推出, 由于固定件 7销是连接底座 6和壳体的主体, 当定位块 71从扣紧部 62内离开后, 在弹簧弹力作用下, 定位块 71沿着压入面 611向上产生位移, 此时销已经没有与底座 6产生任何连接, 使得壳体和底座分 离。 如图 2d所示, 本实施例中, 底座 6上设有容纳铜端子的容置空间, 铜针的 连接端 32插入到铜端子的导电孔 41内, 铜端子上还分别设有螺栓孔 42和入线 孔 43, 当外界电源线引入到入线孔 43中时, 再通过螺丝旋入螺栓孔 42中, 同 时, 铜针的插入孔 311与灯管灯头铜针电连接, 形成铜端子、铜针和灯管之间的 电气连接; 但铜针与铜端子的连接结构可以有多种, 比如在铜端子内设有弹片, 铜针插入到铜端子内,通过弹性形变将两者固定, 或者在铜针的连接端外围设有 具弹性的铜箔, 同样通过弹性形变也可固定在铜端子内, 因而铜针与铜端子的连 接形式并不唯一。 实施例二:
请结合参阅图 2a和图 2c所示, 与实施例一不同在于, 本实施例固定件 7销 的弹性端 73也穿出壳体外, 其安装拆卸和使用过程同实施例一相同, 在此不再 详述。 实施例三:
请参阅图 13a到图 13d所示,本实施例与上述实施例不同在于, 导电件 3的 结构不同, 本实施例中导电件 3包括铜端子 33, 连接在铜端子 33顶端的铜弹片 34,铜弹片 34分别用于夹住灯头的铜针, 铜弹片 34通过弹力将灯头的铜针夹住 形成电气连接,铜端子 33底端设有螺丝孔 331和外界电源导线孔 332;在挡壁 61 上方延伸竖直设有容置筒 62, 铜端子 33插入到该容置筒 62内, 同时在容置筒 62下方设有与螺丝孔 331和外界电源导线孔 332分别相匹配的孔位 63。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种灯管固定装置, 包括壳体、 底座 (6), 其特征在于: 所述壳体扣合 在底座 (6) 上, 还包括有固定件 (7), 以及设在底座 (6) 上的导电件 (3) , 其一端用于接外界电源, 另一端用于与灯管电连接;
所述固定件(7)上设有宽于固定件主体的定位块(71), 定位块(71)将固 定件 (7) 分为导入端 (72) 和弹性端 (73), 弹性端 (73) 上套有弹性件 (5); 在底座 (6) 上设有两挡壁 (61), 导入端 (72) 置于两挡壁 (61)之间, 挡 壁(61)前端面设一倾斜的压力面 (611), 压力面 (611) 向底座 (6) 方向延伸 并朝内弯折与底座(6)之间形成扣紧部(62),定位块(71)两侧与压力面(611) 相接触部分设有与压力面 (611)相契合的滑动面 (711), 固定件(7)从压力面 (611) 滑入, 利用弹性件 (5) 的弹力将定位块 (71) 卡入到所述扣紧部 (62) 内;
所述导入端 (72) 的末端穿出壳体, 弹性件 (5) 抵靠在壳体一侧内壁上。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的灯管固定装置, 其特征在于: 还包括设在底座 (6) 上的导电连接件(4), 导电件(3)具有弯折端(31)和连接端(32),连接端(32) 底端与导电连接件 (4) 固定, 用于接外界电源, 弯折端 (31) 由壳体包住, 用 于与灯管电连接。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的灯管固定装置, 其特征在于: 在所述两挡壁 (61) 相对的两内侧面从上至下形成渐縮的导入斜面(612), 导入端(72)与导入斜面 (612) 接触的两侧设有弧面 (721), 导入端 (72) 从导入斜面 (612) 滑入。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的灯管固定装置, 其特征在于: 所述弯折端 (31) 末 端具有供灯管铜针插入的插入孔 (311), 所述导电连接件 (4) 上分别设有供连 接端(32)插入的导电孔(41)、 螺栓孔(42) 以及供电源线引入的入线孔(43)。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的灯管固定装置, 其特征在于: 所述壳体包括第一壳 体 (1) 和第二壳体 (2), 第一壳体 (1) 一内侧面上设有第一连接柱 (11), 第 二壳体(2)内侧面与其相对的位置设有第二连接柱(21), 所述第一连接柱(11) 插入到第二连接柱 (21) 内形成紧固连接。
6、 如权利要求 2所述的灯管固定装置, 其特征在于: 所述壳体内形成有供 灯管插入的套筒(12), 套筒 (12) 内设有凸台 (22), 凸台 (22) 上分别设有供 弯折端 ( 31 ) 容纳的容置槽 (221 )。
7、 如权利要求 1到 6中任一所述的灯管固定装置, 其特征在于: 所述导电 件 (3) 为铜针。
8、 如权利要求 2到 6中任一所述的灯管固定装置, 其特征在于: 所述导电 连接件 (4) 为铜端子。
9、如权利要求 1到 6中任一所述的灯管固定装置,其特征在于: 固定件(7) 为销。
10、 如权利要求 1所述的灯管固定装置, 其特征在于: 所述导电件 (3) 包 括铜端子 (33), 连接在铜端子 (33)顶端的铜弹片 (34), 所述铜弹片 (34) 分 别用于夹住灯头的铜针, 铜端子 (33) 底端设有螺丝孔 (331 ) 和外界电源导线 孔 (332); 在挡壁 (61 ) 上方延伸竖直设有容置筒 (62 ), 所述铜端子 (33) 插 入到该容置筒 (62) 内, 同时在容置筒 (62) 下方设有与螺丝孔 (331 ) 和外界 电源导线孔 ( 332) 分别相匹配的孔位 (63)。
