Abstract

一种液晶显示装置,包括背板(1)和壁挂孔(2),所述壁挂孔(2)分布于背板(1)背部的四个角落。该液晶显示装置把壁挂孔(2)设置在背板(1)背部的四个角落,与PCB板(4)位置相对错开,使得背板(1),尤其是背板(1)背部中间位置的结构变得简单,可以降低背板(1)的成本,有利于液晶显示装置的轻薄化设计。

一种液晶显示装置
【技术领域】
本发明涉及液晶显示领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种液晶显示装置。 【背景技术】
现在的液晶显示产品, 比如液晶电视、 液晶显示器, 如图 1所示, 一般有 两种主要的放置方式, 一是壁挂式, 另一种是底座式。 采用壁挂方式时, 需要 在液晶显示产品的背部设置螺釘孔, 又称壁挂孔, 壁挂孔一般被设置在显示模 组背板背部中间位置, 数量通常为四个, 而显示模组的 PCB板一般也会设置在 背板背部中间位置, 故背板背部需要设置多个凸包, 以放置 PCB板、 壁挂孔, 这使得背板的加工较为复杂, 加工成本较高, 而且不利于液晶显示装置的轻薄 化设计。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种轻薄化、 结构筒单的液晶显示装置。 本发明的技术方案为: 一种液晶显示装置, 包括背板和壁挂孔, 所述壁挂 孔分布于背板背部的四个角落。
优选的, 所述背板包括框架, 所述壁挂孔设置在所述框架的四个角落。 优选的, 所述背板的框架由多个边框构件组成。
优选的, 所述背板为由多个边框构件组成的框架。 将背板筒化成只有几个 边框构件组装而成的框架结构, 可以进一步筒化背板结构, 降低背板成本。
优选的, 所述多个边框构件通过铆接或者焊接或者锁螺丝形成背板框架。 优选的, 所述液晶显示装置还包括显示模块和 PCB板, 所述显示模块设置 在背板内,所述 PCB板设置在背板外,显示模块与 PCB板通过导线电连接。 PCB 板与显示模块使用导线进行导电及传输信号, 由于把 PCB板的放置在背板外, 即 PCB板为外置式,可以避免 PCB板对显示模块传输信号产生干扰,防止 PCB 板上元件发热对显示模块造成不利影响, 避免显示质量降低, 还可以减小液晶 显示装置的厚度, 设计超薄产品, 背板也可以进一步筒化和降低成本。
优选的,所述液晶显示装置还包括底座和支架,所述 PCB板设置在支架处。 将 PCB板放置于显示模块与底座之间的支架处, 充分利用底座与液晶显示模块 之间的空间。
优选的, 所述 PCB板放置在保护壳内。
优选的, 所述保护壳设置在支架后方。
本发明的有益效果为: 本发明液晶显示装置改变了传统壁挂位置设置, 把 壁挂孔设置在背板背部的四个角落, 与 PCB板位置相对错开, 使得背板, 尤其 是背板背部中间位置的结构变得筒单, 可以降低背板的成本, 有利于液晶显示 装置的轻薄化设计。

【具体实施方式】
本发明公开一种液晶显示装置, 作为液晶显示装置的实施例一, 如图 2所 示, 液晶显示装置包括背板 1和壁挂孔 2, 所述壁挂孔 2分布于背板 1背部的四 个角落。
本发明液晶显示装置改变了传统壁挂位置设置, 把壁挂孔 2设置在背板 1 背部的四个角落, 与 PCB板 4位置相对错开, 使得背板 1 , 尤其是背板 1背部 中间位置的结构变得筒单, 可以降低背板 1 的成本, 有利于液晶显示装置的轻 薄化设计。
在本实施例中, 所述背板 1包括框架 11 , 所述壁挂孔 2设置在所述框架 11 的四个角落, 所述背板 1的框架 11由多个边框构件组成, 所述多个边框构件通 过铆接或者焊接或者锁螺丝形成背板框架 11。将背板 1框架 11筒化成只有几个 边框构件, 可以进一步筒化背板 1结构, 降低背板 1成本。 所述背板 1也可以 仅仅为由多个边框构件组成的框架 11。
作为本发明液晶显示装置的实施例二, 如图 3和图 4所示, 与实施例一不 同之处在于所述液晶显示装置还包括显示模块(图中未示出)和 PCB板 4, 所 述显示模块设置在背板 1内, 所述 PCB板 4设置在背板 1外, 显示模块与 PCB 板 4通过导线 5电连接。 PCB板 4与显示模块使用导线 5进行导电及传输信号, 由于把 PCB板 4的放置在背板 1夕卜, 即 PCB板 4为外置式,可以避免 PCB板 4 对显示模块传输信号产生干扰, 防止 PCB板 4上元件发热对显示模块造成不利 影响, 避免显示质量降低, 还可以减小液晶显示装置的厚度, 设计超薄产品, 背板 1也可以进一步筒化和降低成本。
在本实施例中, 所述背板为整体式结构, 当然也可以采用实施例一中由多 个边框构件组成的框架式背板, 能达到同样的有益效果。
在本实施例中, 所述液晶显示装置还包括底座 6和支架 7, 所述 PCB板 4 放置在保护壳 8内, 所述 PCB板 4和保护壳 8具体设置在支架 7后方。 将 PCB 板 4放置于显示模块与底座 6之间的支架 7处, 充分利用底座 6与液晶显示模 块之间的空间。 本实施例中, 所述 PCB板 4也可以放置在支架 7内部, 甚至底 座 6内。

1、 一种液晶显示装置, 包括: 背板和壁挂孔, 所述壁挂孔分布于背板背部 的四个角落。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述背板包括框架, 所述壁挂孔设置在所述框架的四个角落。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述背板的框架由多 个边框构件组成。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述背板为由多个边 框构件组成的框架。
5、 如权利要求 3所述的液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述多个边框构件通 过铆接或者焊接或者锁螺丝形成背板框架。
6、 如权利要求 4所述的液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述多个边框构件通 过铆接或者焊接或者锁螺丝形成背板框架。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述液晶显示装置还 包括显示模块和 PCB板, 所述显示模块设置在背板内, 所述 PCB板设置在背板 外, 显示模块与 PCB板通过导线电连接。
8、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述液晶显示装置还 包括显示模块和 PCB板, 所述显示模块设置在背板内, 所述 PCB板设置在背板 外, 显示模块与 PCB板通过导线电连接。
9、 如权利要求 3所述的液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述液晶显示装置还 包括显示模块和 PCB板, 所述显示模块设置在背板内, 所述 PCB板设置在背板 外, 显示模块与 PCB板通过导线电连接。
10、 如权利要求 4所述的液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述液晶显示装置 还包括显示模块和 PCB板, 所述显示模块设置在背板内, 所述 PCB板设置在背 板外, 显示模块与 PCB板通过导线电连接。
11、 如权利要求 7 所述的液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述液晶显示装置 还包括底座和支架, 所述 PCB板设置在支架处。
12、如权利要求 11所述的液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述 PCB板放置在 保护壳内。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述保护壳设置在 支架后方。
