Description
Mover
The invention relates to propellers of rotary-wing aircraft with two or more rotors.
The well-known propeller, containing, installed on the frame, made with the possibility of rotation in opposite directions, two propellers [Patent of the Russian Federation for the invention "Mover" JVs2010743, publ. 04/15/1994, application N ° 4930421/23 of March 26, 1991].
Mover, the known technical solution has a relatively low one aerodynamic efficiency of all the propeller blades, which thus limits the driving force of propulsion and aircraft capacity.
The basis of the claimed technical solution, the task is to create - the propulsion, which would not have these disadvantages.
1-3. The task is achieved by the technical development of the propeller Brozinsky, the essence of which is illustrated by the schematic images in figures 1-3.
Brozinsky propulsion device containing a frame (1) and two propellers (2), made with the possibility of rotation in opposite directions, is different in that each of the propellers is permanently connected to the annular channel (3) covering it, with the possibility of its axis (4), which is fixed in the frame fork (5), and the annular channel is connected by a flexible rotational transmission element (6) with its shaft (7) common to both drive screws (see footnote 8 in Fig. 1), equipped the mechanism of rotation of the shafts (9) in opposite directions. The element of the flexible transmission of rotation from the propulsion drive shafts can be made in the form of a toothed belt or chain.
The transfer of rotation of propellers in opposite directions can be carried out using a mechanism of rotation of the shafts, designed on the basis of gear, friction or other transmission.
Each of the propellers is permanently connected to an annular channel enclosing it to limit the marginal flow of air flow from the zone of increased pressure to the zone of reduced pressure, which allows increasing the effective area of the tips of the blades to allow the blades to drop a larger mass of air.
The propeller's rotational drive has a flexible kinematic connection with the annular channel, which, in turn, provides a simplified kinematic connection between the engine and the propellers, and the transmission of rotational force of the screw not on the axis of rotation, where the torque is the largest and, therefore, requires the use of high-strength and heavy (massive) elements of construction and transmission of rotation, and in the zone of the occurrence of the greatest aerodynamic forces, thereby unloading the propeller blade from the torque.
Thus, the relatively low weight of the propeller according to the claimed technical solution, and the relatively simple design of its rotational drive, require significantly less energy for the propeller, which allows, without an increase in material consumption, to use the propeller on aircraft of greater capacity.
