本发明涉及电声转换技术领域, 具体的, 涉及一种发声器模组以及该发 声器模组的组装方法。 背景技术
随着消费类电子产品市场的快速发展, 大量的微型电声类元器件, 如发 声器得到了广泛的应用; 实际应用中, 一般将发声器单元放置在由外部壳体 所包容的模组中, 以匹配发声器的声学性能。
这种发声器模组结构, 由于发声器单元本体结构尺寸和声腔空间设计要 求, 发声器单元的额定尺寸受到限制, 同时产品结构设计较为复杂; 同时由 于需要考虑发声器单元与外部壳体的装配, 产品的设计工艺较为复杂, 需要 增加组装工序, 不利于生产成本的降低。
因此, 有必要对现有的发声器模组结构和组装工艺进行改进, 以避免上 述缺陷。 发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种在发声器模组尺寸一定的情况 下, 增加发声单元的尺寸; 同时本发明提供一种发声器模组的组装方法, 简 化了组装工艺和工序, 降低了生产成本。
为了实现上述目的, 本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种发声器模组, 包括发声器单元以及容纳所述发声器单元的外部壳体, 所述发声器单元包括磁路系统, 所述磁路系统包括依次组装的导磁板、 磁铁 和磁轭, 并且, 所述发声器模组的外部壳体形成固定所述磁路系统的框架; 所述磁路系统与所述外部壳体为一体注塑结构。
作为一种改进, 所述磁路系统为长形, 所述磁路系统的长轴侧对应的所 述磁轭设有开口部, 所述磁轭的开口部对应安装所述导磁板和所述磁铁; 所 述外部壳体与所述导磁板、 所述磁铁和所述磁轭一体注塑。
作为一种改进, 注塑形成所述外部売体的注塑料包裹所述磁路系统。 作为一种改进, 所述外部壳体包括第一壳体和第二壳体。

b.将组装后的所述外导磁板、外磁铁和磁轭放入形成所述外部壳体的注塑 治具中;
c.加入注塑料, 一体成型所述磁路系统和所述发声器模组的外部壳体; 将所述内导磁板、 所述内磁铁与所述磁轭顺序装配。
作为一种改进, 外部壳体包括第一壳体和第二壳体, 所述磁路系统与所 述第一壳体一体注塑。
由于采用了上述技术方案, 本发明所提供的发声器模组, 发声器模组的 外部壳体兼做固定发声器单元磁路系统的框架, 并且磁路系统与外部壳体为 一体注塑结构, 可以减小发声器单元内部尺寸, 简化了产品设计, 有利于增 大发声单元的尺寸; 同时本发明所提供的该发声器模组的组装方法, 通过磁 路系统预先装配并与外部売体一体成型, 简化了组装工艺和工序, 降低了生 产成本。 为了实现上述以及相关目的, 本发明的一个或多个方面包括后面将详细 说明并在权利要求中特别指出的特征。 下面的说明以及附图详细说明了本发 明的某些示例性方面。 然而, 这些方面指示的仅仅是可使用本发明的原理的 各种方式中的一些方式。 此外, 本发明旨在包括所有这些方面以及它们的等 同物。 附图说明

其中, 振动系统包括由中间部 21和边缘部 22形成的振膜, 设置在边缘 部 22上的支撑部件 23, 以及设置在边缘部 22和下壳体 12之间的弹性部件 24, 其中支撑部件 23优选铜环, 弹性部件 24优选泡棉。 磁路系统包括依次 组装的导磁板、 磁铁和磁轭, 本实施例中的磁路系统为双磁路结构, 包括分 别与磁轭 33依次组装的外导磁板 311、 外磁铁 321和内导磁板 312、 内磁铁 322
在本实施例中, 第一壳体 11形成固定所述发声器单元磁路系统的框架; 所述磁路系统与所述第一壳体 11为一体注塑结构。

具体的, 优选磁路系统为长形, 在磁路系统的长轴侧对应的所述磁轭 33 设有开口部 331, 磁轭 33的开口部 331对应安装外导磁板 311和外磁铁 321 ; 第一壳体 11与外导磁板 311、 外磁铁 321和磁轭 33—体注塑。 这种设计, 第 一壳体 11的注塑料也可以包裹所述磁路系统, 可以更好的实现磁路系统与第 一壳体整体结构的牢固程度。
本实施方案中, 外部壳体也可以为其它结构或者数量的部件组成, 双磁 路结构的发声器单元仅为优选的方案, 本实施例中也可以选择一个磁铁的磁 路结构, 如内磁路或者外磁路设计, 皆不影响本发明创造的实施。
本实施例中的发声器模组的外部壳体和发声器单元的磁路系统采用如下 装配方式进行装配:
a.首先将所述导磁板、 所述磁铁与所述磁轭 33顺序装配;
b.将组装后的所述导磁板、磁铁和磁轭放入形成所述外部壳体的注塑治具 中;
c.加入注塑料, 一体成型所述磁路系统和所述发声器模组的外部売体。 这种装配方法, 通过磁路系统预先装配并与外部壳体一体成型, 简化了 组装工艺和工序, 降低了生产成本。
具体到本实施例中的双磁路结构的发声器单元, 优选的外部壳体采用如 下装配方式进行装配:
a首先将外导磁板 311、 外磁铁 321与磁轭 33顺序装配;
b.将组装后的外导磁板 311、 外磁铁 321和磁轭 33放入形成所述外部売 体的注塑治具中;
c.加入注塑料, 一体成型所述磁路系统和所述发声器模组的外部壳体; d.将内导磁板 312、 内磁铁 322与磁轭 33顺序装配。 双磁路结构的发声器单元采用以上装配方式进行装配, 工艺更为简单, 更好的实现本发明创造的技术效果。
作为优选的方案, 外部壳体包括第一壳体 11和第二壳体 12, 所述磁路系 统与所述第一壳体 11一体注塑。 这种设计, 工艺更为简单。 如上参照附图以示例的方式描述了根据本发明的发声器模组及其组装方 法。 但是, 本领域技术人员应当理解, 以上仅为发明具体实施案例而已, 并 不用于限制本发明, 对于上述本发明所提出的发声器模组及其组装方法, 还 可以在不脱离本发明内容的基础上做出各种改进。 因此, 本发明的保护范围 应当由所附的权利要求书的内容确定。

所述磁路系统为长形, 所述磁路系统的长轴侧对应的所述磁轭设有开口 部, 所述磁轭的开口部对应安装所述导磁板和所述磁铁; 所述外部壳体与所 述导磁板、 所述磁铁和所述磁轭一体注塑。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的发声器模组, 其特征在于,
