步骤 201、 获取表征待传送文件产生的相对于初始位置的位移; 具体地, 在本发明实施例中, 用户首先在移动终端上选择出与接收终端 共享的待传送文件, 用户触摸待传送文件触摸区时, 随着待传送文件的滑动 而产生的相对于待传送文件初始位置的位移, 获取表征待传送文件在显示区 发生位移时产生的相对于初始位置的位移;
所述位移为根据用户的触摸输入, 使待传送文件移动而产生的相对于待 传送文件原始位置的位置变化量及位置变化方向; 或根据用户沿相反的方向 往复移动移动终端, 使待传送文件相对于其原始位置的位置变化量和位置变 化方向。
步骤 202、 判断待传送文件经位移后的位置是否超出预设的位置; 具体地, 若获取的位移后的位置超过预设的位置, 则执行步骤 203 , 否 则, 执行步骤 204。
步骤 203、 判断待传送文件的速度参数值是否超过预设的速度参数值; 具体地, 判断用户拖动待传送文件的速度参数值是否超过预设的速度参 数值, 若所述待传送文件的速度参数值超过预设的速度参数值时, 则执行步 骤 206 , 否则, 执行步骤 205或步骤 204。
步骤 204、 保留待传送文件;
步骤 205、 弹出询问窗口;
具体地, 若所述待传送文件的速度参数值不超过预设的速度参数值时, 则弹出询问是否传送待传送文件的问询窗口, 用户根据自身的选择传送待传 送文件。
步骤 206、 判断待传送文件是否处于用户浏览状态;
具体地, 若待传送文件是处于用户浏览状态, 则执行步骤 207 ; 若待传 送文件不是处于用户浏览状态, 则执行步骤 208。
步骤 207、 记录浏览待传送文件的当前位置;
具体地, 根据步骤 206的判断, 若待传送文件是处于用户浏览状态, 记 录用户浏览所述待传送文件的当前位置, 并以所记录的用户浏览待传送文件 的当前位置为分割点, 将所述待传送文件进行分割打包, 将待传送文件分割 为已浏览部分和未浏览部分; 其中分割点前的部分对应所述已浏览部分, 分 割点后的部分对应所述未浏览部分, 并执行步骤 290。
步骤 208、 不记录浏览待传送文件的当前位置;

具体地,按照步骤 207的描述,将分割点后的部分对应所述未浏览部分, 从将待传送文件未浏览部分传送至接收的移动终端; 在未浏览部分传送完毕 后, 提示用户待传送文件用户未浏览的部分传送完毕, 待传送文件用户已浏 览的部分未传送, 并生成是否传送待传送文件已浏览部分的提示窗口; 根据 用户的选择结束待传送文件的传输或者传送待传送文件的已浏览部分并结束 待传送文件的传输。
上述实施例均以发送终端为主体描述发送文件数据的工作流程, 下面以 例公开的平动文件传送文件数据的具体流程图;
如图 3所示, 首先用户选择出待传送的文件, 点触待传送文件形成的触 摸区, 根据用户的触摸操作, 获取用户触摸移动终端中待传送文件触摸区时 产生的相对于原始位置的位移, 根据产生位移后的位置是否超出预设的位置 做出传送文件的具体判断, 移动终端首先记录下用户触摸点的坐标, 然后检 测用户位置变化方向, 依靠位置变化方向和相对于原始位置的位置变化量来 发出传送待传送文件的信息, 具体步骤如下:
在本发明实施例中, 图 4为本发明实施例公开的移动终端硬件结构示意 图; 图 5为本发明实施例公开的移动终端软件结构示意图; 移动终端设备 A 内部结构图如图 4所示, 主要包括: 外围设备部件、 计算机系统部件和无线 通信部件, 各个部件通过 I/O接口连接并发送控制命令; 其中, 外围设备部 件主要包括: 键盘单元、 鼠标单元、 触摸控制单元、 显示单元和运动感应与 控制单元; 计算机系统部件主要包括: CPU、 RAM, ROM和存储器件单元; 无 线通信部件主要包括: WIFI通信接口单元、 蓝牙通信接口单元、 以太网通信 接口单元和 USB通信接口单元;
移动终端设备 A软件结构图如图 5所示, 实现本发明实施例中两个移动 终端互相传送文件的软件模块主要依赖于媒体分享模块; 通过媒体分享模块 实现移动终端的互相传送文件。
以下结合附图来说明上述方法的实施步骤, 为了能够提高本发明的适用 性, 及灵活性, 本发明实施例所提供的所述文件传输方法还包括:
步骤 301、 感测将被选中的待传送文件移动到显示所述被选中的待传送 文件的显示屏幕边缘的文件操作动作;
具体地, 如图 6所示, 图 6为本发明实施例公开的选择待传送文件图; 本发明实施例中移动终端为设备 A; 用户通过触摸控制单元、 I/O接口向 CPU 请求从存储器件单元中选择出准备与接收终端共享的待传送文件, CPU通知 存储器件单元并从存储器件单元中选择出待传送文件,将待传送文件通过 110 接口发送至显示单元中, 显示单元将待传送文件的显示在触摸屏上, 在图 6 所示的图中, 用户触摸待传送文件形成的触摸区时, 用户手指点触触摸区后, 在触摸区中用鼠标手来表示用户触摸到传送文件的触摸区, 移动终端通过用 户的触摸操作, 获取用户的触摸输入, 根据用户对通过所述触摸输入所选中 的待传送文件的移动轨迹的跟踪探测, 可以感知所述待传送文件是否在用户 的操作下被拖拽到了显示屏幕的边缘, 当所述待传送文件本拖拽到了所述显 示屏幕的边缘的时, 认为所述用户想与其他的接收终端之间进行待传送文件 的传输, 若所述的移动终端设备 A并未预先与用户想要传输所述待传输文件 的接收终端之间建立传输连接, 那么通过上述的文件拖拽动作尚无法与未知 的接收终端之间实现文件的传输, 此时, 所述的移动终端设备 A将认为所述 的拖拽所述被选中的待传送文件到所述移动终端设被 A的显示屏幕边缘的动 作是想与周围的接收终端之间建立传输连接, 通过这种方式可以决定后续的 动作是直接传输待传送文件还是与未知的周围的接收终端之间建立传输连 接。
具体地, 图 7为本发明实施例公开的用户触摸待传送文件向上位移图; 图 8为本发明实施例公开的用户触摸待传送文件向左位移图; 用户触摸待传 送文件形成的触摸区, 拖动待传输文件 1的代表图标运动, 如图 7和图 8所 示, 图 7为用户将待传输文件 1的代表图标拖动到设备 A的屏幕的上边缘的 状态, 图 8为用户将待传输文件 1的代表图标拖动到设备 A的屏幕的左边缘 的状态, 用户将图片拖拽到移动终端边缘时, 媒体分享模块识别出用户这种 触边操作是希望将待传送文件传送至周围终端设备内 , 媒体分享模块自动根 据用户原有配置或以前的分量历史开始寻找周围的终端设备, 并将自身设置 为进入分享状态。
为了能够提高本发明方法的使用性, 在此, 可增加以可选择步骤 302 , 根据所述感测到的将被选中的待传送文件移动到显示所述被选中的待传送文 件的显示屏幕边缘的文件操作动作, 查找并选择接收终端; 所示, 在设备 A周围可能存在多个接收终端, 用户没有历史传送文件的记录 和分析自身是否安全, 或接收终端均可能为传送文件的对象, 此时, 媒体分 享模块搜索接收终端, 并给出接收终端的详细清单, 在图 9中的接收终端清 单中, 列出了 3个接收终端名称, 媒体分享模块根据与接收终端的通信协商 情况给出接收终端的名称, 分别是设备 B、 设备 C和设备 D , 用户任一选中其 中一个接收终端, 作为传送文件的对象, 在本发明实施例中选取设备 B作为 传送文件的对象。 该步骤的主要目的在于能够是用户灵活的选择接收终端, 在不同的场景下能够跟多个接收终端中的某个被选择接收终端之间实现交 互, 提高适用性。
可选择地, 步骤 303、 向所述选择的接收终端发送请求发送建立传输连 接的消息;
具体地, 图 1 0为本发明实施例公开的被选中移动终端对话框; 如图 1 0 所示, 根据步骤 302的选择, 用户选中设备 B作为传送文件的对象后, 向设 备 B发送请求发送建立传输连接的消息, 在设备 B中出现信息选择对话框, 询问设备 B是否同意与设备 A之间建立文件传输连接, 若设备 B同意与设备 A建立文件传输连接, 则选择同意按键, 向设备 A发送反馈信息表示同意建 立文件传输连接, 并执行步骤 305 ; 若设备 B不同意与设备 A建立文件传输 连接, 则选择拒绝按键, 向设备 A发送拒绝建立传输连接的反馈信息, 并终 止文件传输流程或者返回步骤 302重新选择接收终端。 该步骤的主要目的在 建立设备 A与被选择的接收终端之间的交互通道, 在不同的场景下能够使设 备 A与被选择的接收终端之间实现交互。
步骤 304、 根据所选择的接收终端对所述建立传输连接消息的反馈建立 与所述接收终端建立传输连接或者重新选择接收终端直至与所选择的接收终 端之间建立传输连接; 通过步骤 301-303 , 设备 A灵活的选择接收终端, 与被选择的接收终端 建立交互通道, 通过建立的交互通道, 设备 A与被选择的接收终端开始传送 待传送文件, 步骤 305-步骤 308为设备 A与已经建立传输连接的被选择的接 收终端传送待传送文件的具体过程。
步骤 305、 判断待传送文件经位移后的位置是否超出预设的位置, 及待 传送文件的速度参数值是否超过预设的速度参数值; 如图 1 1所示, 根据步骤 303的判断, 接收终端设备 B同意接收设备 A传送的 待传送文件 1 , 设备 A与设备 B同时进入共享状态, 并显示接收终端的名称, 设备 A获取待传送文件相对于该待传送文件原始位置的位置变化量及位置变 化方向以确定待传送文件的位移;
也就是用户触摸待传送文件触摸区, 并移动待传送文件, 产生相对于原 始位置的位置变化量, 在设备 A中已经设定了预设的位置, 即待传送文件位 移后的位置变化量和位置变化方向是否接触到设备 A显示屏的边缘, 若用户 将待传送文件位移到设备 A的边缘, 且用户继续位移待传送文件时, 即相对 于原始位置的位置变化量和位置变化方向达到或越过预设的位置时, 设备 A 获取相对于原始位置的位置变化量及位置变化方向以确定待传送文件的位 移; 若待传送文件触摸区相对于原始位置的位置变化量和位置变化方向不达 到或越过预设的位置时, 设备 A不获取相对于原始位置的位置变化量及位置 变化方向以确定待传送文件的位移;
此外, 为了能够避免误操作, 还可判断待传送文件的速度参数值是否超 过预设的速度参数值, 即设备 A判断用户拖动待传送文件的速度参数值是否 超过预设的速度参数值, 若所述待传送文件的速度参数值超过预设的速度参 数值时, 则将待传送文件传送, 否则, 弹出询问是否传送待传送文件的问询 窗口或者不传送待传送文件。 在用户想要传送文件时拖动文件的速度会交不 想要传送文件时的速度快, 因此, 可以根据用户拖动待传送文件的速度来判 断用户是否是想传送待传送文件; 同时, 为了弥补不同的用户的使用习惯及 移动文件时的滑动速度的变化导致的上述对用户是否想传送带待传送文件的 误判率, 则在判断到用户拖动待传送文件的速度未超过预设的速度参数值时 弹出对话框来供用户选择是否要传送所述的待传送文件。
步骤 306、 判断待传送文件是否处于用户浏览状态;
具体地, 若待传送文件是处于用户浏览状态, 则记录用户浏览所述待传 送文件的当前位置,并以所记录的用户浏览待传送文件的当前位置为分割点, 将所述待传送文件进行分割打包, 将待传送文件分割为已浏览部分和未浏览 部分; 其中分割点前的部分对应所述已浏览部分, 分割点后的部分对应所述 未浏览部分, 从将待传送文件未浏览部分传送至接收的移动终端; 若待传送 文件不是处于用户浏览状态,则不记录用户浏览所述待传送文件的当前位置。
步骤 307、 传送待传送文件;
具体地, 根据步骤 306 的判断, 当用户再次移动待传送文件时, 设备 A 中的媒体分享软件模块会自动将待传送文件未浏览部分传输到装有同样的媒 体分享软件模块的设备 B中。
步骤 308、 向已建立传输连接的所述接收终端接收并显示;
具体地, 图 12为本发明实施例公开的待传送文件传送结束图; 如图 1 2 所示, 用户在设备 A中停止触摸待传送文件, 手指离开触摸界面时, 待传送 文件会自然回到原来的位置, 同时, 设备 B中会显示到显示界面上。
在本发明实施例中, 图 1 3为本发明实施例公开的緩慢传送文件过程图; 如图 1 3所示, 显示了用户在慢速移动待传送文件的情况。 用户将緩慢移动待 传送文件至设备 A的边缘, 并继续移动待传送文件开始越过设备 A边界时, 设备 B中的显示屏也会緩慢显示出接收的待传送文件出来, 同时用户可以用 鼠标进行移动待传送文件, 以实现快速看到图片, 即图 1 3中显示的移动到全 部显示的方向或拒绝接收待传送文件而回送图片移动的方向。
在未浏览部分传送完毕后 , 提示用户待传送文件用户未浏览的部分传送 完毕, 待传送文件用户已浏览的部分未传送, 并生成是否传送待传送文件已 浏览部分的提示窗口; 根据用户的选择结束待传送文件的传输或者传送待传 送文件的已浏览部分并结束待传送文件的传输。

步骤 1404、根据所选择的接收终端对所述建立传输连接消息的反馈建立 与所述接收终端建立传输连接或者重新选择接收终端直至与所选择的接收终 端之间建立传输连接;
通过步骤 1401-1403 , 设备 A灵活的选择接收终端, 与被选择的接收终 端建立交互通道, 通过建立的交互通道, 设备 A与被选择的接收终端开始传 送待传送文件, 步骤 1405-步骤 1408为设备 A与已经建立传输连接的被选择 的接收终端传送待传送文件的具体过程。 步骤 1405、 判断待传送文件经位移后的位置是否超出预设的位置, 及待 传送文件的速度参数值是否超过预设的速度参数值;
具体地,根据步骤 1403的判断,接收终端设备 B同意接收设备 A传送的 待传送文件 1 , 设备 A与设备 B同时进入共享状态, 并显示接收终端的名称, 获取设备 A沿相反方向往复移动时待传送文件相对于在显示区内相对于其原 始位置的位置变化量和位置变化方向以确定待传送文件的位移;
也就是用户将设备 A做左右快速晃动动作, 使在设备 A中的待传输文件 1 的代表图标也同时产生相对于原始位置的位移变化量, 在设备 A 中已经设 定了预设的位置, 即待传送文件位移后的位置变化量和位置变化方向是否超 出预设的位置, 若待传送文件左右转动后的位置变化量和位置变化方向超出 预设的位置时, 获取设备 A沿相反方向往复移动时相对于原始位置的位置变 化量和位置变化方向以确定待传送文件的位移; 若待传送文件触摸区的左右 转动后的位置变化量和位置变化方向不超出预设的位置时, 不获取设备 A沿 相反方向往复移动时相对于原始位置的位置变化量和位置变化方向以确定待 传送文件的位移;
同时设备 A判断用户拖动待传送文件的速度参数值是否超过预设的速度 参数值, 若所述待传送文件的速度参数值超过预设的速度参数值, 则将所述 待传送文件传送, 否则, 弹出询问是否传送待传送文件的问询窗口或者不传 送待传送文件。
步骤 1406、 判断待传送文件是否处于用户浏览状态;
具体地, 若待传送文件是处于用户浏览状态, 则记录用户浏览所述待传 送文件的当前位置,并以所记录的用户浏览待传送文件的当前位置为分割点, 将所述待传送文件进行分割打包, 将待传送文件分割为已浏览部分和未浏览 部分; 其中分割点前的部分对应所述已浏览部分, 分割点后的部分对应所述 未浏览部分, 从将待传送文件未浏览部分传送至接收的移动终端; 若待传送 文件不是处于用户浏览状态,则不记录用户浏览所述待传送文件的当前位置。 步骤 1407、 传送待传送文件;
具体地, 当设备 A晃动时, 设备 A中的媒体分享软件模块会自动将待传 送文件未浏览部分传输到装有同样的媒体分享软件模块的设备 B中。
步骤 1408、 向已建立传输连接的所述接收终端接收并显示;
具体地, 图 19为本发明实施例公开的待传送文件传送结束图; 如图 1 9 所示, 用户在设备 A中停止触摸待传送文件, 手指离开触摸界面时, 待传送 文件会自然回到原来的位置, 同时, 设备 B中会显示到显示界面上;
在未浏览部分传送完毕后 , 提示用户待传送文件用户未浏览的部分传送 完毕, 待传送文件用户已浏览的部分未传送, 并生成是否传送待传送文件已 浏览部分的提示窗口; 根据用户的选择结束待传送文件的传输或者传送待传 送文件的已浏览部分并结束待传送文件的传输。
下面以图 20为例详细说明本发明实施例公开的另一文件传送的方法,图 19为本发明实施例公开的另一文件传送的方法流程图。
如图 20所示, 首先判断待传送文件是否处于用户浏览状态, 并根据用户 的选择, 而做出传送文件的具体判断, 具体步骤如下:
步骤 201 0、 判断待传送文件是否处于用户浏览状态;
具体地, 用户首先在移动终端上选择出与接收终端共享的待传送文件, 用户触摸待传送文件触摸区时, 移动终端判断待传送文件是否处于用户浏览 状态, 若待传送文件处于用户浏览状态, 则进行分割打包; 否则, 不进行分 割打包。
步骤 2020、 分割打包待传送文件;
具体地, 根据步骤 201 0的判断, 若待传送文件是处于用户浏览状态, 则 记录用户浏览待传送文件的当前位置, 并以所记录的用户浏览待传送文件的 当前位置为分割点将待传送文件分割为已浏览部分和未浏览部分,其中分割 点前的部分对应已浏览部分, 分割点后的部分对应未浏览部分; 否则, 不进 行分割打包待传送文件。 步骤 2030、 传送待传送文件;
具体地, 传送被分割的待传送文件的未浏览部分至接收的移动终端, 在 未浏览部分传送完毕后, 提示用户待传送文件未浏览部分传送完毕, 被分割 的待传送文件已浏览部分未传送, 并生成是否传送待传送文件的已浏览部分 的提示窗口;
根据用户的选择结束待传送文件的传输或者传送待传送文件的已浏览部 分并结束待传送文件的传输。
需要说明的是, 在上述的实施例中, 均以图片作为待传送文件, 在实际 应用中, 也可釆用音频数据、 视频数据或电子文档作为待传送文件, 图 21为 本发明实施例公开的音频数据、 视频数据或电子文档作为待传送文件图; 如 图 21所示, 上述的实施例中的待传输文件 1的代表图标也可以是音频数据、 视频数据或电子文档, 音频数据、 视频数据或电子文档在播放或观看中会有 一个正在播放的位置点或当前页, 不论是釆取上述传送方法的任——种方法 在传送音频数据、 视频数据或电子文档中包含这个信息, 因此, 在传输到接 收终端时, 可以继续从原来中断保存的位置开始播放音乐或视频, 或从当前 页开始阅读电子文档。
图 22为本发明实施例公开的一文件数据传送的装置图; 如图 22所示, 本发明实施例公开的文件数据传送的装置包括: 获取单元 221 0 , 用于获取表 征待传送文件在显示区发生位移时产生的相对于所述待传送文件的初始位置 的位移;
比较单元 2220 , 用于判断经过所述位移后的待传送文件的位置是否超过 预设的位置;
第一发送单元 2230 , 用于若所述待传送文件经所述位移后的位置达到或 越过所述预设的位置, 则将所述待传送文件向对应的接收终端传送。
所述装置中获取单元具体用于获取用户的触摸输入; 根据用户的触摸输 入选中待传送文件并移动所述待传送文件; 获取所述待传送文件相对于该待 传送文件原始位置的位置变化量及位置变化方向以确定所述待传送文件的位 移。
所述装置中获取单元还具体用于获取用户的触摸输入; 根据用户的触摸 输入选中待传送文件并沿相反的方向往复移动提供所述显示区的移动终端; 获取所述移动终端沿相反方向往复移动时所述待传送文件相对于在所述显示 区内相对于其原始位置的位置变化量和位置变化方向作为所述待传送文件的 位移。
所述装置中比较单元具体用于, 判断所述待传送文件的边缘或者边缘内 的部分是否达到了所述移动终端显示区的边缘。
所述装置中还包括: 第一判断单元 2240 , 用于判断所述待传送文件的速 度参数值是否超过预设的速度参数值, 若所述待传送文件的速度参数值超过 预设的速度参数值, 则将所述待传送文件传送至所述接收终端; 否则, 弹出 询问是否传送所述待传送文件的问询窗口或者不传送所述待传送文件。
所述装置中还包括: 第二判断单元 2260 , 用于判断所述待传送文件是否 处于用户浏览状态; 若所述待传送文件是处于用户浏览状态, 则记录用户浏 览所述待传送文件的当前位置, 并以所记录的用户浏览所述待传送文件的当 前位置为分割点将所述待传送文件分割为已浏览部分和未浏览部分, 其中所 述分割点前的部分对应所述已浏览部分, 所述分割点后的部分对应所述未浏 览部分。
所述装置中第一发送单元将被分割的所述待传送文件的未浏览部分传送 至所述接收终端。
所述装置中第二判断单元中还包括: 第二发送单元, 用于在未浏览部分 传送完毕后, 提示用户所述待传送文件未浏览部分传送完毕, 所述被分割的 待传送文件已浏览部分未传送, 并生成是否传送所述待传送文件的已浏览部 分的提示窗口; 根据用户的选择结束所述待传送文件的传输或者传送所述待 传送文件的已浏览部分并结束所述待传送文件的传输。 所述装置还包括: 请求单元 2270 , 用于分析并选择接收终端; 向所述接 收终端发送请求发送待传送文件信息。
所述装置还包括: 建立连接单元 2280, 用于感测将被选中的待传送文件 移动到显示所述被选中的待传送文件的显示屏幕边缘的文件操作动作;
根据所述感测到的将被选中的待传送文件移动到显示所述被选中的待传 送文件的显示屏幕边缘的文件操作动作, 查找并选择接收终端;
向所述选择的接收终端发送请求发送建立传输连接的消息;
根据所选择的接收终端对所述建立传输连接消息的反馈建立与所述接收 终端建立传输连接或者重新选择接收终端直至与所选择的接收终端之间建立 传输连接;
对应, 所述的将所述待传送文件向对应的接收终端传送具体包括: 将所述待传送文件向已建立所述通信连接的所述接收终端传送。
所述装置还包括: 记录单元 2250, 用于记录用户浏览所述待传送文件的 当前位置, 将所述待传送文件传送至所述另一移动终端, 所述另一移动终端 接收所述待传送文件的当前位置, 用户从所述另一移动终端接收的所述待传 送文件的当前位置之后继续浏览所述待传送文件。
图 23为本发明实施例公开的另一文件数据传送的装置图;如图 23所示, 本发明实施例公开的文件数据传送的装置包括: 判断单元 2310, 用于判断待 传送文件是否处于用户浏览状态;
执行单元 2320 , 若所述待传送文件是处于用户浏览状态, 则记录用户浏 览所述待传送文件的当前位置, 并以所记录的用户浏览所述待传送文件的当 前位置为分割点将所述待传送文件分割为已浏览部分和未浏览部分,其中所 述分割点前的部分对应所述已浏览部分, 所述分割点后的部分对应所述未浏 览部分;
第一传送单元 2330, 用于传送被分割的所述待传送文件的未浏览部分至 接收终端。 所述装置还包括: 第二传送单元 2340, 用于在未浏览部分传送完毕后, 提示用户所述待传送文件未浏览部分传送完毕, 所述被分割的待传送文件已 浏览部分未传送,并生成是否传送所述待传送文件的已浏览部分的提示窗口; 根据用户的选择结束所述待传送文件的传输或者传送所述待传送文件的 已浏览部分并结束所述待传送文件的传输。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种文件数据传送的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
获取表征待传送文件在显示区发生位移时产生的相对于所述待传送文件 的初始位置的位移;
判断经过所述位移后的待传送文件的位置是否超过预设的位置; 若所述待传送文件经所述位移后的位置达到或越过所述预设的位置, 则 将所述待传送文件向对应的接收终端传送。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的文件数据传送的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取 表征待传送文件在显示区发生位移时产生的相对于所述待传送文件的初始位 置的位移具体为:
获取用户的触摸输入;
根据用户的触摸输入选中待传送文件并移动所述待传送文件; 获取所述待传送文件相对于该待传送文件原始位置的位置变化量及位 置变化方向以确定所述待传送文件的位移。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的文件数据传送的方法, 其特征在于, 所述预设 的位置为所述移动终端显示区的边缘, 所述判断经过所述位移后的待传送文 件的位置是否超过预设的位置具体为,判断所述待传送文件的边缘或者边缘 内的部分是否达到了所述移动终端显示区的边缘。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的文件数据传送的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取 表征待传送文件在显示区发生位移时产生的相对于所述待传送文件的初始位 置的位移量具体为:
获取用户的触摸输入;
根据用户的触摸输入选中待传送文件并沿相反的方向往复移动提供所 述显示区的移动终端;
获取所述移动终端沿相反方向往复移动时所述待传送文件相对于在所 述显示区内相对于其原始位置的位置变化量和位置变化方向以确定所述待传 送文件的位移。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的文件数据传送的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法 进一步包括:
判断所述待传送文件的速度参数值是否超过预设的速度参数值, 若所述 待传送文件的速度参数值超过预设的速度参数值, 则将所述待传送文件传送 至所述接收终端; 否则, 弹出询问是否传送所述待传送文件的问询窗口或者 不传送所述待传送文件。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的文件数据传送的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法 还包括;
判断所述待传送文件是否处于用户浏览状态;
若所述待传送文件是处于用户浏览状态, 则记录用户浏览所述待传送文 件的当前位置, 并以所记录的用户浏览所述待传送文件的当前位置为分割点 将所述待传送文件分割为已浏览部分和未浏览部分, 其中所述分割点前的部 分对应所述已浏览部分, 所述分割点后的部分对应所述未浏览部分;
将被分割的所述待传送文件的未浏览部分传送至所述接收终端。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的文件数据传送的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法 还包括:
在所述未浏览部分传送完毕后 , 提示用户所述待传送文件未浏览部分传 送完毕, 所述被分割的待传送文件已浏览部分未传送, 并生成是否传送所述 待传送文件的已浏览部分的提示窗口;
根据用户的选择结束所述待传送文件的传输或者传送所述待传送文件的 已浏览部分并结束所述待传送文件的传输。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的文件数据传送的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述获 取表征待传送文件在显示区发生位移时产生的相对于所述待传送文件的初始 位置的位移之前, 所述方法还包括:
感测将被选中的待传送文件移动到显示所述被选中的待传送文件的显示 屏幕边缘的文件操作动作;
根据所述感测到的将被选中的待传送文件移动到显示所述被选中的待传 送文件的显示屏幕边缘的文件操作动作, 查找并选择接收终端;
向所述选择的接收终端发送请求发送建立传输连接的消息;
根据所选择的接收终端对所述建立传输连接消息的反馈建立与所述接收 终端建立传输连接或者重新选择接收终端直至与所选择的接收终端之间建立 传输连接;
所述的将所述待传送文件向对应的接收终端传送具体包括:
将所述待传送文件向已建立所述通信连接的所述接收终端传送。
9、 根据权利要求 1所述的文件数据传送的方法, 其特征在于, 所述待传 送文件具体为图片、 音频数据、 视频数据或电子文档;
记录用户浏览所述待传送文件的当前位置, 将所述待传送文件传送至所 述另一移动终端, 所述另一移动终端接收所述待传送文件的当前位置, 用户 从所述另一移动终端接收的所述待传送文件的当前位置之后继续浏览所述待 传送文件。
10、 一种文件数据传送的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
判断待传送文件是否处于用户浏览状态;
若所述待传送文件是处于用户浏览状态, 则记录用户浏览所述待传送文 件的当前位置, 并以所记录的用户浏览所述待传送文件的当前位置为分割点 将所述待传送文件分割为已浏览部分和未浏览部分,其中所述分割点前的部 分对应所述已浏览部分, 所述分割点后的部分对应所述未浏览部分;
传送被分割的所述待传送文件的未浏览部分至接收终端。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的文件数据传送的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方 法还包括:
在未浏览部分传送完毕后, 提示用户所述待传送文件未浏览部分传送完 毕, 所述被分割的待传送文件已浏览部分未传送, 并生成是否传送所述待传 送文件的已浏览部分的提示窗口;
根据用户的选择结束所述待传送文件的传输或者传送所述待传送文件的 已浏览部分并结束所述待传送文件的传输。
12、 一种文件数据传送的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括:
获取单元, 用于获取表征待传送文件在显示区发生位移时产生的相对于 所述待传送文件的初始位置的位移;
比较单元, 用于判断经过所述位移后的待传送文件的位置是否超过预设 的位置;
第一发送单元, 用于若所述待传送文件经所述位移后的位置达到或越过 所述预设的位置, 则将所述待传送文件向对应的接收终端传送。
1 3、 根据权利要求 12 所述的文件数据传送的装置, 其特征在于, 所述 获取单元具体用于,
获取用户的触摸输入;
根据用户的触摸输入选中待传送文件并移动所述待传送文件; 获取所述待传送文件相对于该待传送文件原始位置的位置变化量及位 置变化方向以确定所述待传送文件的位移。
14、 根据权利要求 1 3所述的文件数据传送的装置, 其特征在于, 所述预 设的位置为所述移动终端显示区的边缘;
所述比较单元具体用于, 判断所述待传送文件的边缘或者边缘内的部分 是否达到了所述移动终端显示区的边缘。
15、 根据权利要求 12所述的文件数据传送的装置, 其特征在于, 所述获 取单元还具体用于,
获取用户的触摸输入;
根据用户的触摸输入选中待传送文件并沿相反的方向往复移动提供所 述显示区的移动终端;
获取所述移动终端沿相反方向往复移动时所述待传送文件相对于在所 述显示区内相对于其原始位置的位置变化量和位置变化方向以确定所述待传 送文件的位移。
16、 根据权利要求 12所述的文件数据传送的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装 置还包括:
第一判断单元, 用于判断所述待传送文件的速度参数值是否超过预设的 速度参数值, 若所述待传送文件的速度参数值超过预设的速度参数值, 则将 所述待传送文件传送至所述接收终端; 否则, 弹出询问是否传送所述待传送 文件的问询窗口或者不传送所述待传送文件。
17、 根据权利要求 12所述的文件数据传送的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装 置还包括:
第二判断单元, 用于判断所述待传送文件是否处于用户浏览状态, 若所 述待传送文件是处于用户浏览状态, 则记录用户浏览所述待传送文件的当前 位置, 并以所记录的用户浏览所述待传送文件的当前位置为分割点将所述待 传送文件分割为已浏览部分和未浏览部分, 其中所述分割点前的部分对应所 述已浏览部分, 所述分割点后的部分对应所述未浏览部分;
所述第一发送单元将被分割的所述待传送文件的未浏览部分传送至所述 接收终端。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的文件数据传送的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第 二判断单元中包括:
第二发送单元, 用于在未浏览部分传送完毕后, 提示用户所述待传送文 件未浏览部分传送完毕, 所述被分割的待传送文件已浏览部分未传送, 并生 成是否传送所述待传送文件的已浏览部分的提示窗口;
根据用户的选择结束所述待传送文件的传输或者传送所述待传送文件的 已浏览部分并结束所述待传送文件的传输。
19、 根据权利要求 12所述的文件数据传送的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装 置还包括: 请求单元, 用于分析并选择接收终端; 向所述接收终端发送请求 发送待传送文件信息。
20、 根据权利要求 19所述的文件数据传送的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装 置还包括: 建立连接单元, 用于感测将被选中的待传送文件移动到显示所述 被选中的待传送文件的显示屏幕边缘的文件操作动作;
根据所述感测到的将被选中的待传送文件移动到显示所述被选中的待传 送文件的显示屏幕边缘的文件操作动作, 查找并选择接收终端;
向所述选择的接收终端发送请求发送建立传输连接的消息;
根据所选择的接收终端对所述建立传输连接消息的反馈建立与所述接收 终端建立传输连接或者重新选择接收终端直至与所选择的接收终端之间建立 传输连接;
所述的将所述待传送文件向对应的接收终端传送具体包括:
将所述待传送文件向已建立所述通信连接的所述接收终端传送。
21、 根据权利要求 12所述的文件数据传送的装置, 其特征在于, 所述待 传送文件具体为图片、 音频数据、 视频数据或电子文档;
所述装置还包括: 记录单元, 用于记录用户浏览所述待传送文件的当前 位置, 将所述待传送文件传送至所述另一移动终端, 所述另一移动终端接收 所述待传送文件的当前位置, 用户从所述另一移动终端接收的所述待传送文 件的当前位置之后继续浏览所述待传送文件。
22、 一种文件数据传送的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装置包括:
判断单元, 用于判断待传送文件是否处于用户浏览状态;
执行单元, 若所述待传送文件是处于用户浏览状态, 则记录用户浏览所 述待传送文件的当前位置, 并以所记录的用户浏览所述待传送文件的当前位 置为分割点将所述待传送文件分割为已浏览部分和未浏览部分,其中所述分 割点前的部分对应所述已浏览部分, 所述分割点后的部分对应所述未浏览部 分;
第一传送单元, 用于传送被分割的所述待传送文件的未浏览部分至接收 终端。
23、 根据权利要求 22所述的文件数据传送的装置, 其特征在于, 所述装 置还包括:
第二传送单元, 用于在未浏览部分传送完毕后, 提示用户所述待传送文 件未浏览部分传送完毕, 所述被分割的待传送文件已浏览部分未传送, 并生 成是否传送所述待传送文件的已浏览部分的提示窗口;
根据用户的选择结束所述待传送文件的传输或者传送所述待传送文件的 已浏览部分并结束所述待传送文件的传输。
