Description

물품 거치패드
본 발명은 핸드폰과 같은 각종 소형 물품을 간편하게 거치할 수 있도록 하는 물품 거치패드에 관한 것으로, 더 자세하게는 점착폼을 통해 설치장소의 고정체에 쉽게 분리 가능하게 점착 설치함으로써 거치장소를 손쉽게 변경할 수 있도록 한 것에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 휴대폰이나 MP3 플레이어, 디지털 카메라 등의 소형 전기 전자제품이나 필기구나 컵 등의 소형 물품은 사용하고 난 후에 바닥면에 그대로 놓아두게 되면 외부 충격이 가해지는 경우 이리저리 굴러다니게 되어 주변환경을 저해하게 되고, 높은 곳에서 낙하하게 되면 파손될 우려도 많게 된다.
따라서 상기 물품들은 사용하고 난 후에 다음 사용을 위하여 안전한 장소에 견고하고 가지런하게 고정시켜 둠으로써 이동과 파손을 방지할 필요가 있게 된다.
그런데 종래의 물품 거치대는 구조가 복잡하여 제작이 번거로울 뿐 아니라 특정 물품만을 전용으로 거치할 수 있을 뿐 다양한 물품을 거치할 수 없는 문제가 있었다.
즉, 휴대폰 거치대의 경우 복잡한 구조로 제작되고 휴대폰만을 거치할 수 있을 뿐 다른 물품을 거치할 수 없었다.
또한 종래의 물품 거치대는 고정체에 견고하게 접착 설치하거나 나사 등의 조립하여야 하므로 거치장소를 자유롭게 변경하기가 어렵게 되는 문제가 있었다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 종래의 문제점을 감안하여 안출한 것이며, 그 목적이 다양한 물품을 간편하게 거치할 수 있도록 하며, 띄었다 붙였다는 반복할 수 있는 물품 거치패드를 제공하는 데에 있는 것이다.
아울러 본 발명은 물품의 거치 장소를 자유롭게 변경할 수 있도록 하는 물품 거치패드를 제공하는 데에 있는 것이다.
상기의 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 물품 거치패드는 벨크로 시트와; 벨크로 시트의 하단에 접착 고정 설치되는 인쇄시트와; 인쇄시트의 하단에 접착 고정 설치되는 점착폼과; 점착폼의 하단에 분리 가능하게 부착 설치되는 이형지;로 구성된다.
본 발명의 물품 거치패드에 있어서 벨크로 시트는 표면이 꺼끌꺼끌한 수 벨크로와 표면이 부드러운 암 벨크로 중의 어느 하나가 사용된다.
본 발명의 물품 거치패드에 있어서는 인쇄시트를 사용하지 않고 벨크로 시트에 직접 인쇄를 실시할 수 있다.

이하 상기의 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 구체적인 기술 내용을 첨부도면에 의거하여 자세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.

본 발명의 물품 거치패드(100)에 있어서 인쇄시트(120)는 인쇄, 염색, 전사 등의 다양한 방법으로 문자나 도형, 그림, 그 밖의 광고 문양 등이 표현되는 것으로, 벨크로 시트(110)에 직접 인쇄하는 경우 기모 때문에 작업하기 어려운 다색 표현 등이 가능한 것이다.
한편 본 발명의 물품 거치패드(100)에 있어서 인쇄시트(120) 또는 벨크로 시트(110)의 후단에 접착 고정 설치되는 점착폼(130)은 매끄러운 표면에 부착하였을 때에 부착력이 우수하면서도 떼어내기 쉬운 것으로, 여러 차례에 걸쳐 붙였다 떼었다를 반복하여도 부착력이 저하되지 않는 것이다.
본 발명의 물품 거치패드(100)는 상기 점착폼(130)의 특성에 따라 물품의 거치장소를 자유롭게 변경할 수 있는데, 예를 들어 테이블 면에 붙여서 사용하던 물품 거치패드(100)를 떼어낸 후 냉장고 표면에 붙여 사용한다든지 그 밖의 다른 장소로 얼마든지 이동 설치할 수 있게 된다.
본 발명의 물품 거치패드(100)의 형상은 장방형, 원형, 타원형을 비롯한 다양한 형태를 가질 수 있으며, 벨크로 시트(110) 또는 인쇄시트(120)에 표현된 문자, 숫자, 기호, 문양 등으로 광고 기능을 수행할 수 있다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명의 물품 거치패드(100)는 점착폼(130)의 하단에 분리 가능하게 부착 설치된 이형지(140)를 떼어내고 물품을 거치하고자 하는 장소의 매끄러운 표면에 점착폼(130)을 부착하여 사용하는 것으로, 예를 들어 본 발명의 물품 거치패드(100)는 테이블 면이나 냉장고 표면, 자동차 대쉬보드, 유리창, 벽면, 가구 표면, 컴퓨터 본체 표면, 그 밖의 매끄러운 표면에 부착 설치할 수 있다.
한편 본 발명의 물품 거치패드(100)를 거치장소에 설치한 후에 물품(200)을 거치하고자 할 때에는 물품(200)의 표면에 물품 거치패드(100)의 벨크로 시트(110)와 대응되는 벨크로 시트(210)를 부착 설치한 후 물품(200)의 벨크로 시트(210)를 물품 거치패드(100)의 벨크로 시트(110)와 부착하면 된다.
상기에서 물품 거치패드(100)의 벨크로 시트(110)가 수 벨크로인 경우 물품(200)에는 암 벨크로의 벨크로 시트(210)를 사용하여야 하며, 물품 거치패드(100)의 벨크로 시트(110)가 암 벨크로인 경우 물품에는 수 벨크로의 벨크로 시트(210)를 사용하여야 한다.
상기 물품(200)에 설치되는 벨크로 시트(210)는 물품(200)에 견고하게 접착 설치하여도 무방하지만 물품 거치패드(100)의 점착폼과 같은 종류의 점착폼을 사용하는 경우 여러 번에 걸쳐 분리 가능하므로 벨크로 시트(210)의 부착 위치를 변경하거나 사용 물품(200) 자체를 변경할 수 있다.
도 4a 내지 도 4i까지에는 본 발명의 사용상태도가 도시되어 있다.
도 4a와 같이 자동차의 내부의 대쉬판넬에 본 발명의 물품 거치패드(100)를 설치하는 경우 휴대폰이나 네비게이션 등의 차량에 필요한 소품을 간편하게 거치할 수 있게 되고, 도 4b와 같이 모니터의 측면에 본 발명의 물품 거치패드를 설치하는 경우에도 휴대폰 등의 물품을 거치할 수 있게 된다.
도 4c는 노트북을 거치한 상태이고, 도 4d는 컵을 거치한 상태이며, 도 4e는 장난감 자동차를 거치한 상태이다.
그리고 도 4f는 밀폐용기를 거치한 상태이고, 도 4g는 필통을 거치한 상태이며, 도 4h는 다른 거치대를 고정한 상태이고, 도 4i는 탁상시계를 거치한 상태이다.

이상에서 설명한 본 발명은 전술한 설명에 의해 한정되는 것은 아니고, 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 여러 가지 치환, 변형 및 변경이 가능함은 본 고안이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 있어 명백할 것이다.
본 발명에 의하면 물품 거치패드의 점착폼을 이용해 여러번 분리하여도 부착력이 저하되지 않는 점착폼을 사용함으로써 물품의 거치 장소를 자유롭게 변경할 수 있으며, 인쇄시트를 통해 광고문안 등을 표현할 수 있게 되므로 상품성이 매우 좋게 됨은 물론 여러 종류의 다양한 물품을 손쉽게 거치할 수 있다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 종래의 문제점을 감안하여 안출한 것이며, 그 목적이 다양한 물품을 간편하게 거치할 수 있도록 하며, 띄었다 붙였다는 반복할 수 있는 물품 거치패드를 제공하는 데에 있는 것이다.

  1. 벨크로 시트(110)와; 벨크로 시트(110)의 하단에 접착 고정 설치되는 인쇄시트(120)와; 인쇄시트(120)의 하단에 접착 고정 설치되는 점착폼(130)과; 점착폼(130)의 하단에 분리 가능하게 부착 설치되는 이형지(140);로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 물품 거치패드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 벨크로 시트(110)는 표면이 꺼끌꺼끌한 수 벨크로와 표면이 부드러운 암 벨크로 중의 어느 하나 인 것을 특징으로 하는 물품 거치패드.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 인쇄시트(120)를 사용하지 않고 벨크로 시트(110)에 직접 인쇄를 실시한 것을 특징으로 하는 물품 거치패드.
