Definitions
- the present invention relates to a water jet spray nozzle, a water jet spray device, a cleaning method using a water jet, a digestive tract cleaning device, and a stomach wall cleaning device.
- Non-Patent Document 2 Non-Patent Document 2.
- Non-Patent Document 1 In the cleaning by the water jet described in Non-Patent Document 1, there is a problem that a sufficient cleaning ability cannot be obtained because the pipe line for feeding liquid to the endoscope tip is narrow and the pressure loss is large. In addition, when a water jet having a high water pressure is used, the impact force of the water jet is applied concentrating on a narrow area. Therefore, when used for cleaning the stomach wall, there is a risk of damaging stomach tissue such as gastric mucosa. For this reason, the water pressure must be lowered to perform washing, and gastric mucus remains, and there is a problem that sufficient washing ability cannot be obtained.
- the present invention has been made paying attention to such a problem, and can improve the cleaning ability against water pressure.
- the gastric mucus can be used without damaging the stomach tissue such as the gastric mucosa. It is an object to provide a water jet spray nozzle, a water jet spray device, a cleaning method using a water jet, a digestive tract cleaning device, and a gastric wall cleaning device.
- the water jet injection nozzle according to the present invention has a flow path having a small diameter portion having an inner diameter smaller than the upstream, an enlarged portion having an inner diameter larger than the small diameter portion, and an injection port having an inner diameter smaller than the enlarged portion toward the tip. And when the water flows through the flow path at a predetermined pressure, water is accumulated in the enlarged portion, and cavitation bubbles can be generated from the small diameter portion toward the enlarged portion. .
- the water jet spray nozzle according to the present invention can generate cavitation bubbles from the small diameter portion toward the enlarged portion because water accumulates in the enlarged portion when water is flowed through the flow path at a predetermined pressure. Further, a water jet can be ejected from the ejection port at the tip of the flow path. At this time, since the generated cavitation produces a fluctuating pressure in the water jet, the jet core can be broken. Thereby, the impact force due to the collision of the water jet droplets or liquid mass can be increased, and the range of the water jet that hits the surface of the object to be cleaned can be expanded. Thus, compared with a normal water jet, a large impact force can be generated in a wide range, and the cleaning ability against water pressure can be enhanced.
