技术领域
本发明涉及通讯技术领域, 尤其涉及一种终端设备。
背景技术
随着影音播放技术和通信技术的发展, 人们使用手机观看电影、 欣赏音 乐以及进行无线通话的时间越来越多了, 而佩戴耳机就成了一种既不打扰他 人又能自我娱乐, 屏蔽通话辐射的最佳方式。
目前使用的手机耳机有两种, 无线耳机和有线耳机。
有线耳机一般都外置一根长的耳机线, 耳机线经常被随手放在口袋或者 包里, 等到拿出使用的时候, 会乱成一团, 有时候还会打了好多节, 需要花 费很长时间才能把线捋顺, 非常麻烦。
无线耳机可以解决使用耳机线造成的问题, 但是需要使用电池供电, 经 常会遇到电力不足的情况, 并且重量过大会给耳朵带来不适感。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种终端设备, 能够方便耳机的携带和 避免耳机线发生缠绕。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明的一种终端设备, 包括: 壳体、 放置耳机 听筒的置物部、 缠绕耳机线的绕线轴、 带动所述绕线轴转动的旋钮和内置在 壳体中的耳机插孔, 所述置物部设置在所述壳体的侧部上, 所述绕线轴设置 在所述壳体内, 所述旋钮与所述绕线轴连接, 设置在所述壳体的壳壁上。
优选地, 还包括引线槽, 所述引线槽设置在所述壳体内与所述置物部连 通。
一种终端设备, 包括: 壳体、 放置耳机听筒的第一置物部和第二置物部、 设置在所述壳体中用于缠绕耳机线的第一绕线轴和第二绕线轴、 设置在所述 第一绕线轴底部用于带动第一绕线轴转动的第一转盘、 设置在所述第二绕线 轴底部用于带动第二绕线轴转动的第二转盘、 与第一转盘和第二转盘连接带 动第一转盘和第二转盘转动的中间转盘、 带动所述中间转盘转动的转轴、 与 转轴连接的旋钮和内置在壳体中的耳机插孔, 所述第一置物部和第二置物部 分别设置在所述壳体的两侧部上, 所述旋钮设置在所述壳体的壳壁上。
优选地, 在所述第一绕线轴和第二绕线轴的上端部还设置有阻线部。 优选地, 还包括引线槽, 所述第一置物部和第二置物部分别与一引线槽 连通。
优选地, 所述第一转盘、 第二转盘和中间转盘均釆用齿轮, 所述中间转 盘与所述第一转盘和第二转盘啮合, 带动所述第一转盘和第二转盘转动。
优选地, 所述内置在壳体中的耳机插孔设置在终端设备的印刷电路板
(PCB)的下端部上。
优选地, 所述转轴与所述旋钮可分离地连接。
综上所述, 本发明实施例通过将耳机放置在终端设备壳体内, 并对耳机 线进行缠绕, 避免了耳机线乱成一团, 使用不便的问题。

本发明的较佳实施方式
本发明实施例的终端设备包括: 壳体、 在壳体下部两侧部上设置有圓柱 体置物部, 用于放置耳机听筒, 在每个置物部下方各设置一条圓柱状引线槽 用于将耳机线引入到绕线轴附近, 在壳体下部设置有两个绕线轴, 每个绕线 轴固定在绕线轴下方的齿轮上, 在两个齿轮中间水平设置有用于和上述两齿 轮啮合传动的中间齿轮, 中间齿轮的上轮轴外端伸出壳体与壳体外部的旋钮 相连, 在终端设备 PCB板上设置有耳机插孔用于连接耳机插头, 实现终端设 备与耳机一体化。 本发明可将耳机在需要使用时从手机两侧拉出, 用完后通 过旋钮将耳机线收起。 下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图 1和图 2所示, 本实施方式的终端设备, 包括: 壳体 1、 第一置物 部 2和第二置物部 3、设置在壳体中的第一绕线轴 4和第二绕线轴 5、设置在 第一绕线轴 4底部的第一转盘 6、设置在第二绕线轴 5底部的第二转盘 7、 与 第一转盘 6和第二转盘 7连接的中间转盘 8、 与中间转盘 8连接的转轴 9、 与 转轴 9连接的旋钮 10和内置在壳体中的耳机插孔 11 ,第一置物部 2和第二置 物部 3分别设置在壳体 1的两侧部上, 旋钮 10设置在壳体 1的壳壁上。
第一置物部 2和第二置物部 3用于放置耳机听筒; 第一绕线轴 4和第二 绕线轴 5用于缠绕耳机线;第一转盘 6、第二转盘 7和中间转盘 8均釆用齿轮, 以下称为第一齿轮 6、 第二齿轮 7和中间齿轮 8, 第一齿轮 6用于带动第一绕 线轴 4转动; 第二齿轮 7用于带动第二绕线轴 5转动; 中间齿轮 8用于与第 一齿轮 6和第二齿轮 7啮合带动第一齿轮 6和第二齿轮 7转动; 转轴 9用于 带动中间齿轮 8转动。
本实施方式的终端设备的 PCB14板占据壳体 1四分之三的空间,电池 15 位于 PCB板 14的上方, 上述耳机的收线装置占据壳体 1下部四分之一的空 间。 壳体 1下部两侧分别设置第一置物部 2和第二置物部 3 , 用于放置耳机 的听筒, 第一置物部 2和第二置物部 3还分别与一圓柱体引线槽 12连通, 耳 机线通过引线槽 12缠绕到第一绕线轴 4和第二绕线轴 5上。
第一绕线轴 4的下部为第一齿轮 6, 第一齿轮 6和第一绕线轴 4固定在 一起, 当第一齿轮 6转动时带动第一绕线轴 4进行绕线或者松线, 第一绕线 轴 4上方有阻线部 13 , 阻线部 13釆用圓盘, 用于限定耳机线在第一绕线轴 4 上的空间, 防止耳机线从第一绕线轴 4上脱离。 在第一齿轮 6和第二齿轮 7 中间设置用于啮合的中间齿轮 8, 通过转动中间齿轮 8可以与第一齿轮 6和 第二齿轮 7联动。
中间齿轮 8上安装有转轴 9连接壳体 1外部的旋钮 10。旋钮 10与转轴 9 可分离, 如通过螺紋等方式连接, 这样可以方便壳体 1的拆卸, 以及耳机的 更换。 在 PCB板 14下方设置有耳机插孔 11 , 用于连接耳机插头。
本发明的终端设备的工作方式如下:
在不需要使用耳机时, 逆时针旋转壳体 1背部的旋钮 10, 旋钮 10带动 转轴 9连接的中间齿轮 8, 中间齿轮 8带动第一齿轮 6顺时针运动,第二齿轮 7 顺时针运动, 从而将耳机线缠绕在与两个齿轮连接的绕线轴上。 在使用耳 机时, 直接从壳体 1两侧部的圓柱形第一置物部 2和第二置物部 3中取出耳 机听筒, 顺时针旋转旋钮 10, 可以逐步将耳机线从壳体 1的内部抽出。
本实施方式还提供的另一种终端设备, 包括: 壳体、 置物部、 绕线轴、 旋钮和内置在壳体中的耳机插孔, 置物部设置在壳体的侧部上, 绕线轴设置 在壳体内, 旋钮与绕线轴连接, 设置在壳体的壳壁上。
置物部用于放置耳机听筒; 绕线轴用于缠绕耳机线; 旋钮用于带动所述 绕线轴转动。
终端设备还包括引线槽, 引线槽设置在壳体内与置物部连通。
以上所述, 仅为本发明较佳的实践方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局限 于此, 任何熟悉该技术的人在本发明所揭示的范围内, 可轻易想到的变化或 替换, 都应该涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明保护的范围应该 以权力要求的保护范围为准。
工业实用性 本发明实施例通过将耳机放置在终端设备壳体内,并对耳机线进行缠绕, 避免了耳机线乱成一团, 使用不便的问题。

1、 一种终端设备, 包括: 壳体、 放置耳机听筒的置物部、 缠绕耳机线的 绕线轴、 带动所述绕线轴转动的旋钮和内置在壳体中的耳机插孔, 所述置物 部设置在所述壳体的侧部上, 所述绕线轴设置在所述壳体内, 所述旋钮与所 述绕线轴连接, 设置在所述壳体的壳壁上。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的终端设备, 其中, 还包括引线槽, 所述引线槽设 置在所述壳体内与所述置物部连通。
3、 一种终端设备, 包括: 壳体、放置耳机听筒的第一置物部和第二置物 部、 设置在所述壳体中用于缠绕耳机线的第一绕线轴和第二绕线轴、 设置在 所述第一绕线轴底部用于带动第一绕线轴转动的第一转盘、 设置在所述第二 绕线轴底部用于带动第二绕线轴转动的第二转盘、 与第一转盘和第二转盘连 接带动第一转盘和第二转盘转动的中间转盘、带动所述中间转盘转动的转轴、 与转轴连接的旋钮和内置在壳体中的耳机插孔, 所述第一置物部和第二置物 部分别设置在所述壳体的两侧部上, 所述旋钮设置在所述壳体的壳壁上。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的终端设备,其中,在所述第一绕线轴和第二绕线 轴的上端部还设置有阻线部。
5、 如权利要求 3所述的终端设备, 其中, 还包括引线槽, 所述第一置物 部和第二置物部分别与一引线槽连通。
6、 如权利要求 3所述的终端设备, 其中, 所述第一转盘、 第二转盘和中 间转盘均釆用齿轮, 所述中间转盘与所述第一转盘和第二转盘啮合, 带动所 述第一转盘和第二转盘转动。
7、 如权利要求 3所述的终端设备,其中, 所述内置在壳体中的耳机插孔 设置在终端设备的印刷电路板 (PCB)的下端部上。
8、 如权利要求 3所述的终端设备,其中, 所述转轴与所述旋钮可分离地 连接。
