C- La tercera etapa está compuesta por una carcasa cilindrica (14) ubicada cerca del último tramo del tubo de escape (5) cuyo diámetro es el doble del tubo de escape (5) y lleva adosada longitudinalmente en su área inferior un depósito o canoa (15) inclinada que en su parte más baja presenta un tapón de desagüe, (16) dicha carcasa cilindrica (14) se comunica interiormente con la canoa (15) por medio de una hilera de perforaciones (17); por el lomo de la carcasa cilindrica (14) sobresale centralmente una chimenea (18) estabilizadora, de la cual emerge el último tramo del tubo de escape (5), en tanto que en la base (19) de la chimenea (18) está inserto el tubo (20) por donde llega la solución líquida, (21) el cual termina en el interior de la carcasa (14) cilindrica en forma aguda y sumergido en dicha solución líquida (21), y el tubo de nivel (22) e inversión de elemento (aire/agua) que también se sustenta en la base (19) de la chimenea (18) es el que define el nivel de la solución líquida (21); la solución líquida llega desde un bidón (23) que está cerca y sobre la carcasa (14) cilindrica; las tapas (24) se ajustan o sellan en los extremos de la carcasa cilindrica (14) por medio de un orings (25), cada tapa (24) lleva en su centro interior (26) un buje (27) de plástico, además las tapas (24) presentan una entrada de gases (28) en forma transversal con respecto de la carcasa cilindrica, (14) esta entrada (28) de gases queda en un extremo lateral superior de la tapa (24), pero la salida (29) de gases de las tapas (24) hacia el interior de la carcasa cilindrica (14) es en forma lineal con ella; el eje (30) que atraviesa longitudinalmente la carcasa (14) cilindrica y que se sustenta en las tapas (24) laterales, lleva rejillas o filtros (31) en cada sección lateral del eje (30) y en el centro longitudinal del eje (30) va un cuerpo sólido (32) o latón circular que gira junto con el eje (30) y filtros (31) para que el torrente de gases que llega de cada extremo de carcasa (14) cilindrica, no choquen entre sí, pero que se unen al llegar a la chimenea (18) estabilizadora; los filtros o rejillas (31) están distanciados entre sí por separadores (33) individuales, y en los extremos del eje (30) van unas masas (34) que compactan y mantienen el cuerpo del filtro (31); en una de las tapas (24) laterales de la carcasa (14) cilindrica va adosada la base (35) que sostiene al motor (36) rebajado en revoluciones él cual hace girar el eje (30) central de la carcasa (14) cilindrica por medio de polea (37) y una correa (38); los gases llegan a la carcasa (14) cilindrica por la entrada lateral (28) de las tapas (24) de la carcasa (14) cilindrica, por medio de un tubo dúplex (39), que en forma equitativa, debido a una platina (40) divisora de elementos, ubicada en la bifurcación (41) central de un tramo del tubo de escape (5).
