Abstract

The present invention relates to a carrying sheath (10) that provides the downsizing of the swelling structured swelling products like pillows, back cushions, and orthopedic pillow, quilt etc. (20), which are included in the textile and medicine fields, by rolling them, and comprises at least one main body (ll)and at least one montage means (12) that is structured within the inner surface, edge section of said main body.

DESCRIPTION

TEXTILE CARRYING SHEATH INCLUDING MONTAGE MEANS TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to a carrying sheath that provides downsizing of the swelling textile products like orthopedic pillow, quilt and back cushion that are filled with soft materials by easily folding them and thus making them easily and practically portable, protectable.

The invention is especially related to a carrying sheath that provides the downsizing of the swelling structured swelling products like pillows, back cushions, bed pad, orthopedic pillow etc., which are existent in the textile and medicine fields, by rolling them, and comprises at least one main body and at least one montage means that is structured within the inner surface, edge section of said main body.

PRIOR ART

The pillow, back cushions, and orthopedic pillows etc. used in the known art occupy a lot of place as they are swelling structured. Consequently, they should be downsized when they are not used, during the preservation or for using at a journey. One method in the known art that is used for providing this is vacuum bags. The concerned product is put in the bag and all the air inside is compressed by vacuuming and consequently, the product in the bag is downsized together with the bag.

Yet, it is not possible for all the products to^; revert following this downsizing. At the same time, one cannot find vacuum device at all places. This over-compression particularly spoils the structure of the products that are orthopedically produced and cause them lose their orthopedic features.

For solving these problems, a multi-functional carrying case that provides the downsizing of the swelling structured swelling products like pillows, back cushions, orthopedic pillow etc. and thus makes them easily and practically portable, protectable; and has various advantages can meet major requirements technically.

A patent application with the number TR2009/08957 is met during a patent research regarding pillows. On the abstract page of the application, it is stated that the invention relates to the fact that the pillow slips into which the pillows used for different purposes like sleeping and resting are placed, or inside of which are filled and pillows are formed, and it comprises at least one scent material carrier case for providing a scent liked by the user and at least one scent bag placing pocket in which said bag is placed by being formed on at least one face of the pillow slip.

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The main object of the invention is to develop a carrying sheath that provides the downsizing of the swelling structured swelling products like pillows, back cushions, orthopedic pillow, quilt etc., which are existent in the textile and medicine fields, by rolling them and remove the current technical disadvantages.

The object of the invention within this framework is to downsize said products, thus make them easily and practically portable, protectable.

One object of the invention is to occupy less room in the transportation processes and being able to take very own pillows while one is going privately to hotels and similar places. The pillow carrying sheath according to the invention extends the service life of the swelling structured swelling products like pillows, back cushions, .orthopedic pillow etc. textile products. Consequently, it decreases the maintenance and renewal costs.

The pillow carrying sheath according to the invention provides the protection of lasting, orthopedic and hygienic pillow structure, and can be produced in accordance with the pillow color and type when necessary. One object of the pillow carrying sheath according to the invention is that it can remain as it is closed by the montage element or montage surface and to provide protection for the pillows against external effects. Another object of the pillow carrying sheath according to the invention is that it can be carried by hand or on the shoulder through the holding element.

In order to fulfill said objectives, the invention is a carrying sheath that provides the downsizing of the swelling structured swelling products like pillows, back cushions, orthopedic pillow etc., which are existent in the textile and medicine fields, by rolling them, wherein it comprises at least one main body and at least one montage means that is structured within the inner surface, edge section of said main body.

According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, it comprises a holding element that is structured on the external surface of said main body; at the converse side, edge section of the face where there is the fixing means.

All the structural and characteristics features and all the advantages of the invention will be more clearly understood from the following figures and detailed description for referring to these figure. For this reason, it is necessary that the evaluation be done by taking these figures and detailed description into account.

Figure 1 is a perspective view of a preferred embodiment of said pillow carrying sheath before it is wrapped with the pillow.

Figure 2 is a perspective view of a preferred embodiment of said pillow carrying sheath while it is wrapped with the pillow.

Figure 3 is a perspective view of a preferred embodiment of said pillow carrying sheath after it is wrapped with the pillow. '

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Within this detailed description, the pillow carrying sheath (10) is described for providing a better ascertaining of the subject and without emerging any limiting effect.

Figure 1 is a perspective view of a preferred embodiment of said pillow carrying sheath (10) before it is wrapped with the pillow (20). In addition to this, it is seen in here that the pillow slip (30) is spread over the main body (11) along with the pillow (20). Thus, the issue of looking for and finding this slip (30) is solved, in case the pillow (20) is wrapped in the pillow slip (30) in the places where the pillow is taken. Figure 2 is a perspective view of a preferred embodiment of said pillow carrying sheath (10) while it is wrapped with the pillow (20). As seen in here, the one who wishes to carry or keep her/his pillow (20) and its slip (30) spreads them on the carrying sheath (10) and forms a roll the way she/he wraps them as shown in the figure.

In order to provide that the roll shape remains without being disturbed at the final stage, the sheath (10) is fixed using the fixing means (12) that is positioned at the edge section on the face of the sheath (10) where the pillow (20) is placed. The fixing means (12) said in here can be a montage surface containing hook and pile, or it can be made of various connection and fastening elements like snap fasteners, zipper, hook.

Figure 3 is the rolled view of said pillow carrying sheath (10) along with the pillow (20) and pillow slip (30). With a view to providing that the rolled pillow (20) and slip (30) are easily portable in hand or hangable on the shoulder, the holding element (13) is structured on the external surface of the carrying sheath (10) (at the converse side of the face where the fixing means 2) exists) still in a way that it is close the edge section.

Claims

1. A carrying sheath (10) that provides the downsizing of the swelling structured swelling textile products like pillows, back cushions, orthopedic pillow, quilt etc., which are included in the textile and medicine fields, by rolling them, characterized in that it comprises;

- at least one main body (11 ) and

- at least one fixing means (12) that is structured within the inner surface, edge section of said main body (11).

2. A carrying sheath (10) according to Claim 1 , characterized in that; it comprises at least one holding element (13) that is structured on the external surface of said main body (11), at the converse side, edge section of the face where the fixing means (12) are provided.
