샘플 립스틱 용기의 헤드 구조 및 립스틱 충진방법

일반적으로 화장품을 판매하는 매장에는 사용자들이 테스트용으로 사용 가능하도록 샘플 립스틱이 비치된다.

본 발명은 상술한 문제점을 해결하고자 안출된 것으로서, 본 발명의 목적은지그의 립스틱 성형부와 립스틱부의 외주면이 소폭 이격된 상태에서 내용물 주입홀을 통해 내용물을 주입함으로써, 립스틱부와 립스틱 성형부의 이격 공간만큼 립스틱부의 외주면에 얇게 립스틱을 도포하는 것이 가능하므로, 매장에서 사용자들이 소량의 립스틱이 도포된 샘플 립스틱을 위생적으로 사용할 수 있는 샘플 립스틱 용기의 헤드구조 및 립스틱 충진방법을 제공하는 것이다.
상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 본 발명에 따른 샘플 립스틱 용기의 헤드 구조는, 측면에 형성되는 버튼결합홀을 통해 외부로 노출되는 가압버튼과, 상기 가압버튼의 가압에 의해 내측방향으로 좁혀지는 탄성지지체로 구성되는 립스틱 탈착부가 결합된 립스틱 지지대의 상부에 교체가능하도록 탈부착되는 샘플 립스틱 용기의 헤드 구조에 있어서,
상기 립스틱 헤드는 상기 립스틱 지지대의 상부에 안착되되, 상기 탄성지지체의 걸림돌기가 안착되도록 내측에 안착턱이 형성되는 안착부;와, 상기 안착부의 상단에서 내측방향으로 단턱을 형성하며 상방향으로 연장되며, 그 외주면에 립스틱이 도포되되, 립스틱을 성형하기 위한 내용물이 주입되도록 중앙부에 내용물 주입홀이 형성되는 립스틱부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

전술한 바와 같이, 본 발명은 립스틱 지지대(10)에 탈부착 가능한 립스틱 헤드 구조를 개선하여 립스틱 헤드(100)의 외주면에 립스틱이 얇게 도포되도록 함으로써, 사용자가 색상별로 립스틱 헤드(100)를 교체하며 매장에서 위생적으로 샘플 립스틱의 발색(發色) 테스트를 진행하는 것이 가능하게 된다.
도면과 명세서에서 최적 실시 예들이 개시되었다. 여기서 특정한 용어들이 사용되었으나, 이는 단지 본 발명을 설명하기 위한 목적에서 사용된 것이지 의미한정이나 특허청구범위에 기재된 본 발명의 범위를 제한하기 위하여 사용된 것은 아니다. 그러므로 본 기술 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타 실시 예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 따라서 본 발명의 진정한 기술적 보호범위는 첨부된 특허청구범위의 기술적 사상에 의해 정해져야 할 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 측면에 형성되는 버튼결합홀을 통해 외부로 노출되는 가압버튼과, 상기 가압버튼의 가압에 의해 내측방향으로 좁혀지는 탄성지지체로 구성되는 립스틱 탈착부가 결합된 립스틱 지지대의 상부에 교체가능하도록 탈부착되는 샘플 립스틱 용기의 헤드 구조에 있어서,
    상기 립스틱 헤드는 상기 립스틱 지지대의 상부에 안착되되, 상기 탄성지지체의 걸림돌기가 안착되도록 내측에 안착턱이 형성되는 안착부;와,
    상기 안착부의 상단에서 내측방향으로 단턱을 형성하며 상방향으로 연장되며, 그 외주면에 립스틱이 도포되되, 립스틱을 성형하기 위한 내용물이 주입되도록 중앙부에 내용물 주입홀이 형성되는 립스틱부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 샘플 립스틱 용기의 헤드 구조.
  2. 소정 길이로 이루어지는 립스틱 지지대의 상부에 안착되는 안착부와, 상기 안착부의 상단에서 내측방향으로 단턱을 형성하며 상방향으로 연장되며 립스틱을 성형하기 위한 내용물이 주입되도록 중앙부에 내용물 주입홀이 형성되는 립스틱부로 구성되는 립스틱 헤드를 성형하는 립스틱 헤드 성형단계;
    상기 립스틱 헤드 성형단계에서 성형된 립스틱 헤드가 삽입되도록 립스틱 헤드와 대응되는 형상으로 이루어지되, 립스틱부보다 크기가 큰 립스틱 성형부가 형성되는 지그를 성형하는 지그 성형단계;
    상기 지그 성형단계에서 성형된 지그에 립스틱 헤드 성형단계에서 성형된 립스틱 헤드를 삽입하는 립스틱 헤드 삽입단계;
    상기 지그의 내부로 노즐을 삽입하여 립스틱 성형을 위한 내용물을 주입하는 내용물 주입단계;
    상기 노즐을 인출하여 내용물을 냉각하여 경화시킨 후, 지그로부터 립스틱 헤드를 인출하는 립스틱 헤드 인출단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 샘플 립스틱 용기의 립스틱 충진방법.
  3. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 내용물 주입단계에서는 내용물 주입홀을 통해 립스틱부와 립스틱 성형부가 형성하는 이격된 공간으로 내용물이 주입되어 립스틱부의 외주면에 내용물이 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 샘플 립스틱 용기의 립스틱 충진방법.
  4. 청구항 2에 있어서,
    상기 지그 성형단계에서 성형되는 지그는 립스틱 헤드가 삽입되는 삽입부와, 상기 립스틱 헤드의 단턱을 지지하는 지지턱을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 샘플 립스틱 용기의 립스틱 충진방법.
