为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种一个安装座上可组合安装出多个不同置物架、结构简单合理、安装方便、占用空间小的组合式吸盘座。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种组合式吸盘座,其包括安装座,所述安装座上设有通孔和用于穿过将安装座固定于壁面上的螺钉的螺孔,通孔的一侧连接有将安装座吸附于壁面上的带有螺杆的吸盘,吸盘上的螺杆穿过通孔后螺纹连接有帽盖,螺孔位于帽盖所覆盖的区域内;所述安装座上直接固定安装有至少两个不同的置物架,安装座上设置有置物架安装孔,置物架安装孔内搁置有第一螺钉,第一螺钉穿过置物架安装孔后同置物架连接。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述吸盘座还包括螺杆配件,螺杆配件同帽盖螺纹连接,帽盖包括吸盘盖和套接于吸盘盖上用于增加拧旋帽盖摩擦力的软胶圈。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述安装座邻近壁面的一侧设有将吸盘压紧的第一环形凸筋和第二环形凸筋。
优选地,所述置物架为毛巾环、肥皂盒、牙刷座、调味盒子、风筒架、花洒座、塑料挂钩、纸巾筒。
一种组合式吸盘座,其包括安装座,所述安装座上设有通孔和用于穿过将安装座固定于壁面上的螺钉的螺孔,通孔的一侧连接有将安装座吸附于壁面上的带有螺杆的吸盘,吸盘上的螺杆穿过通孔后螺纹连接有帽盖,螺孔位于帽盖所覆盖的区域内;所述安装座上直接固定安装有至少两个不同的置物架,安装座上设置有方形孔,置物架上设置有与方形孔相对应的倒扣,置物架通过倒扣扣接于安装座上的方形孔中。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述吸盘座还包括螺杆配件,螺杆配件同帽盖螺纹连接,帽盖包括吸盘盖和套接于吸盘盖上用于增加拧旋帽盖摩擦力的软胶圈。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述安装座邻近壁面的一侧设有将吸盘压紧的第一环形凸筋和第二环形凸筋。
一种组合式吸盘座,其包括安装座,所述安装座上设有通孔和用于穿过将安装座固定于壁面上的螺钉的螺孔,通孔的一侧连接有将安装座吸附于壁面上的带有螺杆的吸盘,吸盘上的螺杆穿过通孔后螺纹连接有帽盖,螺孔位于帽盖所覆盖的区域内;所述安装座上直接固定安装有至少两个不同的置物架,安装座的前部设置有凹台,凹台的两侧为沿左右两侧内陷的凹槽,凹槽的一槽边形成凸台;凹台的底部为镂空结构,置物架的左右两侧设有与凸台对应的槽,槽的底端设有缺口,槽邻近安装座的槽边对应于缺口的延伸部沿左右方向背向置物架中心的一侧上设置有梯形凸起,置物架的底端设有底槽,置物架通过槽插接在安装座的凸台上,槽上的梯形凸台顶接在凹台的底边,置物架的上顶边扣接在安装座的顶边,置物架的底槽的两槽边位于凹台镂空结构的两侧。
作为上述技术方案的改进,所述吸盘座还包括螺杆配件,螺杆配件同帽盖螺纹连接,帽盖包括吸盘盖和套接于吸盘盖上用于增加拧旋帽盖摩擦力的软胶圈。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述安装座邻近壁面的一侧设有将吸盘压紧的第一环形凸筋和第二环形凸筋。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明在一个安装座上组合安装至少两个不同的置物架,避免了在一个安装座上成型出多个不同置物架的困难,摒弃了在两个安装座间架设横杆并在横杆上安装多个不同置物架的组合模式,结构简单合理,占用空间小,操作简便,满足了客户对置物架的多样组合选择,大大的方便了消费者在洗手间或厨房等处对物品的悬挂和搁置,使得整个洗手间或厨房等更整洁干净,另外,该吸盘座还可通过螺钉固定于非光滑壁面上,扩大了吸盘座的使用范围。

具体实施方式
参照图1~图18,本发明的一种组合式吸盘座,其包括安装座1,所述安装座1上设有通孔11,通孔11的一侧连接有将安装座1吸附于壁面上的带有螺杆的吸盘2,吸盘2上的螺杆穿过通孔11后螺纹连接有帽盖3,附图中,螺杆被吸盘2挡住,未能示出;当需要将安装座1固定在光滑的壁面上时,通过拧旋帽盖3使吸盘2与壁面的接触面间形成真空状态而将安装座1吸附于壁面上,为了增加拧旋帽盖3时的手感和摩擦力,帽盖3由吸盘盖31和套接于吸盘盖31上的软胶圈32组成,软胶圈32可有效增加拧旋帽盖3时手与帽盖3的摩擦力,使得安装座1能通过吸盘4更牢固的吸附于光滑壁面上;同时,当长时间使用吸盘座后,因空气会慢慢的进入到吸盘2内造成吸盘2的真空度降低而使其吸附耐久力不够,从而造成吸盘座从壁面上脱落,为此,本发明所述吸盘座还在安装座1的内表面上设有将吸盘2压紧的第一环形凸筋14和第二环形凸筋15,这样,在旋紧帽盖3对吸盘2推压而使吸盘2形成吸附力的同时,第一环形凸筋14和第二环形凸筋15会给吸盘2的外围同时施加一个均匀的压力,这就有效的防止了吸盘2与壁面接触面处的变形造成空气进入,即使长时间使用后,因为空气不易进入吸盘2与壁面的接触面,吸盘2仍会有足够的吸附力以保证吸盘座安装固定的耐久性和牢固性,而采用第一环形凸筋14和第二环形凸筋15两个环形凸筋,是为了减小每个环形凸筋同吸盘2的接触面积,以增大环形凸筋对吸盘2的压力,使其能更好的压紧吸盘2,使得吸盘2将整个吸盘座更牢固耐久的吸附于光滑壁面上。
另外,对于一些不太光滑的壁面,因为无法使用吸盘2将安装座1固定于壁面上,在所述安装座1上还设有用于穿过将安装座1固定于壁面上的螺钉的螺孔13,吸盘2改用螺杆配件6,螺杆配件6同帽盖3螺纹连接,螺孔13位于帽盖3所覆盖的区域内。安装时,先取下吸盘2,然后将螺杆配件6穿过通孔11,再使用螺钉(图中未示出)穿过螺孔13将安装座1固定于壁面上,最后将帽盖3旋紧在螺杆配件6上,通过螺钉将整个吸盘座固定在壁面上,这扩大了本发明所述吸盘座的使用范围,而将螺孔13制于帽盖3所覆盖的区域内,是为了在使用吸盘2时,可以通过帽盖3遮住螺孔13,而在通过螺钉将吸盘座固定在壁面上时,帽盖3可以同时遮住螺孔13和将吸盘座固定在壁面上的螺钉,以增加整个吸盘座的美观性。
所述安装座1上直接固定安装有至少两个不同的置物架4,置物架4可以为毛巾环、肥皂盒、牙刷座、调味盒子、风筒架、花洒座、塑料挂钩、纸巾筒等等;安装座1上设置有置物架安装孔12,置物架安装孔12内搁置有第一螺钉5,第一螺钉5穿过置物架安装孔12后同置物架4连接。置物架安装孔12的内壁上设有用于搁置第一螺钉5头部的台面,置物架4上设有与第一螺钉5对应的安装螺孔44,将第一螺钉5穿过置物架安装孔12后,第一螺钉5的头部顶在置物架12内壁的台面上,第一螺钉5的螺杆插入安装螺孔44中同置物架4螺纹连接将置物架4固定安装在安装座1上,因为安装座1和置物架4在未安装在一起时是分离的,这就避免了一个安装座1上一体成型出多个不同置物架4时模具成型的困难,使得同一个安装座1上可以同时安装多个不同的置物架,摒弃了在两个安装座间架设横杆并在横杆上安装多个不同置物架的结构模式,结构简单合理,占用空间小,操作简便,允许消费者可以根据自己的需要在一个安装座上选择组合安装不同的置物架4,而不需在壁面上安装多个带不同置物架4的吸盘座以满足其搁置或悬挂不同物品的个性化需求,大大的方便了消费者在洗手间或厨房等处对物品的悬挂和搁置,使得整个洗手间或厨房等更整洁干净;另外,安装座1针对不同的置物架4都是通用的,这就允许对于不同的置物架4采用单独的模具成型工艺,相对于将置物架4和安装座1一体成型的工艺,大大的简化了模具的结构,降低了模具生产成本,只需专门针对置物架4进行设计和量产,大大的提高了生产效率。
第二种组合式吸盘座,其包括安装座1,所述安装座1上设有通孔11和用于穿过将安装座1固定于壁面上的螺钉的螺孔13,通孔11的一侧连接有将安装座1吸附于壁面上的带有螺杆的吸盘2,吸盘2上的螺杆穿过通孔11后螺纹连接有帽盖3,螺孔13位于帽盖3所覆盖的区域内;所述安装座1上直接固定安装有至少两个不同的置物架4,安装座1上设置有方形孔16,置物架2上设置有与方形孔16相对应的倒扣41,置物架4通过倒扣41扣接于安装座1上的方形孔16中。安装置物架4时,只需将置物架4通过其上的倒扣41插入到方形孔16中,即可轻松将置物架4固定安装在安装座1上,使得在同一安装座1上得以组合安装不同的置物架4,方便快捷,满足消费者对搁置或悬挂不同物品的个性化需求,且占用空间小,结构简单紧凑。
作为上述实施方式的改进,所述吸盘座还包括螺杆配件6,螺杆配件6同帽盖3螺纹连接,帽盖3包括吸盘盖31和套接于吸盘盖31上用于增加拧旋帽盖摩擦力的软胶圈32。螺杆配件6的设置使得整个吸盘座在使用过程中更美观,软胶圈32的设置增加了增加拧旋帽盖3时手与帽盖3的摩擦力,防止在拧旋帽盖3使吸盘4吸附于光滑壁面上时手与帽盖3发生打滑。
作为上述实施方式的进一步改进,所述安装座1邻近壁面的一侧设有将吸盘2压紧的第一环形凸筋14和第二环形凸筋15。第一、二凸筋14和15的设置,增加了吸盘2在壁面上的吸附力和耐久力。
第三种组合式吸盘座,其包括安装座1,所述安装座1上设有通孔11和用于穿过将安装座1固定于壁面上的螺钉的螺孔13,通孔11的一侧连接有将安装座1吸附于壁面上的带有螺杆的吸盘2,吸盘2上的螺杆穿过通孔11后螺纹连接有帽盖3,螺孔13位于帽盖3所覆盖的区域内;所述安装座1上直接固定安装有至少两个不同的置物架4,安装座1的前部设置有凹台17,凹台17的两侧为沿左右两侧内陷的凹槽18,凹槽18的一槽边形成凸台181;凹台17的底部为镂空结构171,置物架4的左右两侧设有与凸台181对应的槽42,槽42的底端设有缺口421,槽42邻近安装座1的槽边对应于缺口421的延伸部422沿左右方向背向置物架4中心的一侧上设置有梯形凸起4221,置物架4的底端设有底槽43,置物架4通过槽42插接在安装座1的凸台181上,槽42上的梯形凸台4221顶接在凹台17的底边,置物架4的上顶边扣接在安装座1的顶边,置物架4的底槽43的两槽边位于凹台镂空结构171的两侧。安装时,置物架4上的槽42对准凹槽18一槽边形成的凸台181后,将置物架4从上往下插接在安装座1上,此时,置物架4上的梯形凸起4221刚好通过凹台17并位于镂空结构171中,且梯形凸起4221顶接在凹台17的底边,以防止置物架4沿垂直方向走动,置物架4的上顶边扣接在安装座1的顶边,以形成对置物架1起支撑作用,置物架4的底槽43的两槽边位于凹台镂空结构171的两侧,以形成对置物架4在其水平法向的定位,缺口421的设置使得槽42邻近安装座1的槽边对应于缺口421的延伸部422可沿左右方向受力收缩,以使梯形凸起4221内缩便于其插入安装,也可使梯形凸起4221松脱凹台17的底边,方便将置物架4取出更换;另外,为了增加置物架4在垂直方向的承载能力以及使得置物架4在垂直方向的受力更均匀,可在安装座1邻近壁面的一侧即内侧对应于底槽43槽边的下方设置一受力凸筋40,使得底槽43的一槽边同受力凸筋40顶接,避免将置物架4在垂直方向的受力全部由置物架4的上顶边承受。
作为上述实施方式的改进,作为上述实施方式的改进,所述吸盘座还包括螺杆配件6,螺杆配件6同帽盖3螺纹连接,帽盖3包括吸盘盖31和套接于吸盘盖31上用于增加拧旋帽盖摩擦力的软胶圈32。螺杆配件6的设置使得整个吸盘座在使用过程中更美观,软胶圈32的设置增加了增加拧旋帽盖3时手与帽盖3的摩擦力,防止在拧旋帽盖3使吸盘4吸附于光滑壁面上时手与帽盖3发生打滑。
作为上述实施方式的进一步改进,所述安装座1邻近壁面的一侧设有将吸盘2压紧的第一环形凸筋14和第二环形凸筋15。第一、二凸筋14和15的设置,增加了吸盘2在壁面上的吸附力和耐久力。
另外,对于较复杂的置物架4,可将置物架4分成安装部45和置物部46两部分构成,如图13~图18,安装部45通过螺钉连接、倒扣扣接或插接方式固定安装于安装座1上,通过在安装部45的内壁上成型出一方形框451,方形框451与安装部45的周边形成框形槽,在置物部46上成型出一框形架461,将框形架461置于安装部45的框形槽中,将安装部45固定安装在安装座1上后,通过安装部45和安装座1将框形架461固定定位于安装部45中,实现对框形架461的方向定位,而方形框451对框形架461起承重作用;为了增加框形架461安装后的稳固性,对于安装部45采用螺钉连接连接于安装座1上的连接方式,优选在所述安装座1上置物架安装孔12的周边设有凸起19,凸起19用于顶住卡紧框形架461,使得框形架461安装后不易松动;对于采用第三种组合式吸盘座中插接方式固定安装部45的连接方式,可在凹台17上设置左右两个凸块172,用于顶住卡紧方形框451,防止方形框451松动。采用将置物架4分解成安装45和置物部46,方便了对于复杂置物架如肥皂盒等的铸模成型,便于批量生产,提高生产效率。
本发明在一个安装座上组合安装至少两个不同的置物架,避免了在一个安装座上成型出多个不同置物架的困难,摒弃了在两个安装座间架设横杆并在横杆上安装多个不同置物架的组合模式,结构简单合理,占用空间小,操作简便,满足了客户对置物架的多样组合选择,大大的方便了消费者在洗手间或厨房等处对物品的悬挂和搁置,使得整个洗手间或厨房等更整洁干净,另外,该吸盘座还可通过螺钉固定于非光滑壁面上,扩大了吸盘座的使用范围。
以上所述,只是本发明的较佳实施方式而已,但本发明并不限于上述实施例,只要其以任何相同或相似的手段达到本发明的技术效果,都应属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种组合式吸盘座,其特征在于:包括安装座(1),所述安装座(1)上设有通孔(11)和用于穿过将安装座(1)固定于壁面上的螺钉的螺孔(13),通孔(11)的一侧连接有将安装座(1)吸附于壁面上的带有螺杆的吸盘(2),吸盘(2)上的螺杆穿过通孔(11)后螺纹连接有帽盖(3),螺孔(13)位于帽盖(3)所覆盖的区域内;所述安装座(1)上直接固定安装有至少两个不同的置物架(4),安装座(1)上设置有置物架安装孔(12),置物架安装孔(12)内搁置有第一螺钉(5),第一螺钉(5)穿过置物架安装孔(12)后同置物架(4)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种组合式吸盘座,其特征在于:所述吸盘座还包括螺杆配件(6),螺杆配件(6)同帽盖(3)螺纹连接,帽盖(3)包括吸盘盖(31)和套接于吸盘盖(31)上用于增加拧旋帽盖摩擦力的软胶圈(32)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种组合式吸盘座,其特征在于:所述安装座(1)邻近壁面的一侧设有将吸盘(2)压紧的第一环形凸筋(14)和第二环形凸筋(15)。
  4. 根据权利要求1、2或3所述的一种组合式吸盘座,其特征在于:所述置物架(4)为毛巾环、肥皂盒、牙刷座、调味盒子、风筒架、花洒座、塑料挂钩、纸巾筒。
  5. 一种组合式吸盘座,其特征在于:包括安装座(1),所述安装座(1)上设有通孔(11)和用于穿过将安装座(1)固定于壁面上的螺钉的螺孔(13),通孔(11)的一侧连接有将安装座(1)吸附于壁面上的带有螺杆的吸盘(2),吸盘(2)上的螺杆穿过通孔(11)后螺纹连接有帽盖(3),螺孔(13)位于帽盖(3)所覆盖的区域内;所述安装座(1)上直接固定安装有至少两个不同的置物架(4),安装座(1)上设置有方形孔(16),置物架(4)上设置有与方形孔(16)相对应的倒扣(41),置物架(4)通过倒扣(41)扣接于安装座(1)上的方形孔(16)中。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种组合式吸盘座,其特征在于:所述吸盘座还包括螺杆配件(6),螺杆配件(6)同帽盖(3)螺纹连接,帽盖(3)包括吸盘盖(31)和套接于吸盘盖(31)上用于增加拧旋帽盖摩擦力的软胶圈(32)。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种组合式吸盘座,其特征在于:所述安装座(1)邻近壁面的一侧设有将吸盘(2)压紧的第一环形凸筋(14)和第二环形凸筋(15)。
  8. 一种组合式吸盘座,其特征在于:包括安装座(1),所述安装座(1)上设有通孔(11)和用于穿过将安装座(1)固定于壁面上的螺钉的螺孔(13),通孔(11)的一侧连接有将安装座(1)吸附于壁面上的带有螺杆的吸盘(2),吸盘(2)上的螺杆穿过通孔(11)后螺纹连接有帽盖(3),螺孔(13)位于帽盖(3)所覆盖的区域内;所述安装座(1)上直接固定安装有至少两个不同的置物架(4),安装座(1)的前部设置有凹台(17),凹台(17)的两侧为沿左右两侧内陷的凹槽(18),凹槽(18)的一槽边形成凸台(181);凹台(17)的底部为镂空结构(171),置物架(4)的左右两侧设有与凸台(181)对应的槽(42),槽(42)的底端设有缺口(421),槽(42)邻近安装座(1)的槽边对应于缺口(421)的延伸部(422)沿左右方向背向置物架(4)中心的一侧上设置有梯形凸起(4221),置物架(4)的底端设有底槽(43),置物架(4)通过槽(42)插接在安装座(1)的凸台(181)上,槽(42)上的梯形凸台(4221)顶接在凹台(17)的底边,置物架(4)的上顶边扣接在安装座(1)的顶边,置物架(4)的底槽(43)的两槽边位于凹台镂空结构(171)的两侧。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种组合式吸盘座,其特征在于:所述吸盘座还包括螺杆配件(6),螺杆配件(6)同帽盖(3)螺纹连接,帽盖(3)包括吸盘盖(31)和套接于吸盘盖(31)上用于增加拧旋帽盖摩擦力的软胶圈(32)。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种组合式吸盘座,其特征在于:所述安装座(1)邻近壁面的一侧设有将吸盘(2)压紧的第一环形凸筋(14)和第二环形凸筋(15)。
