Abstract

A structure (2) for segmenting along a travel direction (X) of a road is constructed on a roadbed (5) of a road (1). Next, a hardening structure (6) is constructed in a corner configured from the structure (2) and the roadbed (5), and a first inclined surface (7) effective in preventing weeds is formed continuously along the travel direction on the top surface of the hardening structure (6). Then, a road surface material (8) is constructed on the hardening structure (6), and a second inclined surface (800) facing the first inclined surface (7) is formed on the road surface material (8). A weed death-inducing means (10), oriented at an upward or downward incline, is formed continuously in the travel direction (X) between the first inclined surface (7) of the hardening structure (6) and the second inclined surface (800) of the road surface material (8).

Description

Method for forming a herbicidal structure
The present invention relates to a method for forming a herbicidal structure that inhibits the growth of plants having light-reflecting properties and terrestrial properties, in which an inclined surface effective for preventing grass on existing or new roads is formed.
Conventionally, the present applicant has explained the basic principle capable of achieving the herbicidal effect in patent gazettes and the like. It is a herbicide that uses the natural properties of plants by providing irregularities on the walls of structures. That is, a herbicidal induction part that inhibits the growth of plants having phototropism and terrestrial properties is provided, and weed generation is naturally stopped from joints such as blocks and structures, thereby achieving a herbicidal effect. However, since the structure is basically provided with unevenness on the wall surface of a structure or the like, manufacturing with a mold (for example, JP 2004-169544 A), cutting with a cutter (JP 2006-241970 A), etc. Need. For this reason, there are problems such as requiring labor when forming the weedproof structure. As an improvement, a structure has been proposed in which a herbicidal guidance part that inhibits the growth of plants having light-reflecting properties and terrestrial properties is provided by attaching a herbicidal attachment to the block (for example, JP 2010-2010 A -144348).
However, in the structure of the herbicidal induction part that inhibits the growth of the plants having the above-described phototropism and territoriality, there are places that cannot be handled. For example, on the roadbed of an existing or new road, or on the roadbed at the boundary between a roadbed of this type of road and a block. Accordingly, there is a demand for development of a structure that can achieve a herbicidal effect by a simple method and a structure that can achieve a user-friendly herbicidal effect.
Patent Document 1 discloses a seal for crack prevention. In this technology, weeds such as plants remaining in the cracks are cleaned by blowing them away with high-temperature and high-pressure hot water, destroying the roots of these weeds, and then filled with a sealing agent so that soil, dust and seeds do not enter. It is something to hide.
Patent Document 2 discloses a method for preventing weed growth at a structure boundary. This technology removes the weeds and earth and sand that grow on the boundary between concrete structures and asphalt structures and the gaps between various structures, and then cleans these gaps, and then fills these gaps with mortar. It is something to hide.
特開2006-37699号公報JP 2006-37699 A 特開平11-81264号公報JP 11-81264 A
Patent Documents 1 and 2 have a structure in which weeds such as seeds and plants in the boundary gap are removed and the gap is concealed. Therefore, it does not disclose the above-described herbicidal guidance part that inhibits the growth of plants having phototropism and refracting properties, and is a temporary herbicidal measure. Moreover, it is clear that the gap occurs again with aging, and there is no persistence of the herbicidal effect.

1 to 7 are diagrams for explaining a first embodiment of the present invention. First, as shown in FIG. 1, a large number of boundary blocks 2 (structures for partitioning roads) are arranged in series along a road 1 or a longitudinal direction X (advancing direction of the road 1) of a roadbed 5 described later. To place. By placing this block 2, the sidewalk 3 and the roadway 3a can be partitioned. Next, the curable structure 6 is applied to the corner formed by the side surface 200 on the roadway 3a side of the block 2 and the surface of the roadbed 5 serving as the foundation of the roadway 3a. This curable structure 6 is constructed by placing mortar, concrete suitable for empty-kneading or semi-kneading, or a mortar mixture. The curable structure 6 is desirably in the shape shown in the figure, where the block side is higher (height 2a) and lower toward the roadway 3a. In addition, the curable structure 6 is similarly constructed on the sidewalk 3 side.
Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 4, an inclined surface 7 (first inclined surface) composed of a peak portion 7 a and a valley portion 7 b is formed on the curable structure 6 before uncured. The inclined surface 7 is formed on the curable structure 6 by moving the tool 9 shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 in the longitudinal direction X, for example. As described later, the inclined surface 7 formed in this way inhibits growth associated with the phototropism and terrestrial properties of plants such as weeds. The method for forming the inclined surface 7 is not limited to the above method. For example, a mold for a curable structure 6 capable of forming an inclined surface 7 is installed on the roadbed 5, and a curable structure 6 is constructed by placing cement or the like inside the mold. Also good. Moreover, the curable structure 6 in which the inclined surface is not formed may be applied, and after hardening, the curable structure 6 may be cut to form the inclined surface 7. In FIG. 4, an inclined surface 7 formed using the tool 9 is shown, and a crest 7 a and a trough 7 b are formed along the longitudinal direction X.
Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 5, a road surface material 8 made of concrete, a mortar mixture, asphalt or the like is applied on the curable structure 6 and the roadbed 5 in the roadway 3 a and the sidewalk 3. An inclined surface 800 (second inclined surface) composed of a peak portion 8a and a valley portion 8b is constructed at a portion of the road surface material 8 in contact with the curable structure 6. As a result, a deadness-inducing means 10 comprising a diagonally upward guiding means and a diagonally downward guiding means is formed between the inclined surface 7 of the curable structure 6 and the inclined surface 800 of the facing road surface material 8. Is done. Thus, withering and death inducing means 10 are continuously formed in the longitudinal direction X, so that a weedproof road A that inhibits the growth of weeds and the like is constructed.
As shown in FIG. 5, at the beginning of the construction, the death-inducing means 10 is formed in a state where the inclined surface 7 of the curable structure 6 and the inclined surface 8 a of the road surface material 8 are in close contact with each other. However, even if a gap 11 is generated between the inclined surface 7 and the inclined surface 800 due to aging, as shown in FIGS. Die with Such a weedproof action of the weedproof road A will be described. As shown in FIG. 7, when the seed Q attached to the roadbed 5 germinates, the bud Q1 extends upward through the gap 11. Then, when the sprout Q1 reaches the upper end 11a of the gap 11, it must be extended to the withering induction means 10 that is obliquely downward in the drawing. However, the sprout Q1 has a phototropy and has a property of not extending downward (backing property). Therefore, when the sprout Q1 reaches the upper end 11a, further growth is inhibited and it will die. In this way, weed growth is prevented.
Also, when the seeds on the inclined surface 7 of the withering induction means 10 germinate, the herbicidal effect is similarly exhibited. That is, the root has a positive refracting property and has a property of extending downward (landing property), but cannot extend upward. Therefore, the root which germinated and has grown to the lower end 11b of the valley portion 8b cannot extend any further. Similarly, if the sprouted bud grows to the top of the peak 8a, it cannot grow any further. As a result, the weeds will die. In the above-described embodiment, it has been described that the inclined surface 7 is continuously formed in the longitudinal direction. However, in consideration of various situations, for example, the inclined surface 7 can be intermittently formed in the longitudinal direction X.
8 to 12 are diagrams for explaining a second embodiment of the present invention. First, the curable structure 6 is applied along the longitudinal direction X on the roadbed 5. The curable structure 6 can be constructed with the same material as in the first embodiment. In addition, as shown in FIG. 8, the curable structure 6 constructs both the roadway 3a side and the sidewalk 3 side simultaneously, and the cross-sectional shape is made high in a center part. Subsequently, the block 2 is placed on the curable structure 6 in an uncured state. By placing the block 2 in this way, the sidewalk 3 and the roadway 3a are partitioned. Since the curable structure 6 is in an uncured state, as shown in FIG. 8, the placed block 2 is partially embedded in the curable structure 6. In this state, the curable structure 6 is shaped so as to become higher toward the block 2.
Thereafter, similarly to the first embodiment, the inclined surface 7 composed of the mountain portion 7a and the valley portion 7b is formed on the curable structure 6 on the roadway 3a side and the sidewalk 3 side. Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 10, a road surface material 8 made of concrete, a mortar mixture, asphalt, or the like is applied on the curable structure 6 and the roadbed 5 in the roadway 3 a and the sidewalk 3. As a result, weed death-inducing means 10 is formed between the curable structure 6 and the road surface material 8. Thereby, the weeding road A is constructed. Other configurations, the action of preventing weed growth, and the like are the same as those in the first embodiment.
13 to 15 are diagrams showing modifications of the first embodiment of the present invention. In this modified example, unlike the first embodiment, a concavo-convex shaped shielding object 12 (shielding sheet) having an attachment portion 13 is formed. Various herbicides can be used for the shield 12. For example, a rubber tape-like grass-proof seal or a grass-proof sheet made of a nonwoven fabric can be employed.
As shown in FIG. 13, the shielding object 12 is interposed in the entire range where the withering induction means 10 is formed. The shield 12 has an attachment part 13 attached to the side surface 200 of the block 2. A road surface material 8 is applied on the shield 12. Thus, by forming the shielding object 12, in addition to the herbicidal effect by the death-inducing means 10, the herbicidal effect by the shielding object 12 can be exhibited. Therefore, it becomes possible to more reliably suppress the growth of weeds.
FIG. 14 shows a weedproof road A in which a shield 12 is provided in a part of the range of the withering induction means 10 shown in the first embodiment. The shield 12 has an attachment part 13 attached to the side surface 200 of the block 2. Other configurations and operations are in accordance with the embodiment shown in FIG.
Further, FIG. 15 shows a weed prevention road A in which a shield 12 is provided in a part of the range of the withering induction means 10 shown in the first embodiment. The shield 12 has an attachment part 13 attached to the side surface 200 of the block 2. Furthermore, the shielding object 12 is formed with a hanging portion 13a directed upward in the drawing at the end thereof. Other configurations and operations are in accordance with the embodiment shown in FIG. By installing the shielding object 12 in this way, it becomes possible to double the herbicidal effect as described above.
16 to 18 are diagrams showing modifications of the second embodiment of the present invention. In this modification, unlike the second embodiment, a shielding object 12 having an uneven shape is formed. In FIG. 16, a shielding object 12 is interposed in accordance with the overall shape of the death induction means 10 shown in the second embodiment. The shield 12 has an attachment part 13 attached to the side surface 200 of the block 2. A road surface material 8 is applied on the shield 12. By forming the shield 12 in this way, in addition to the herbicidal effect by the death-inducing means 10, the herbicidal effect by the shield 12 can be exhibited. Therefore, it becomes possible to more reliably suppress the growth of weeds.
Further, FIG. 17 shows a weed prevention road A in which a shield 12 is provided in a part of the range of the withering induction means 10 shown in the second embodiment. The shield 12 has an attachment part 13 attached to the side surface 200 of the block 2. Other configurations and operations are in accordance with the embodiment shown in FIG.
Further, FIG. 18 shows a weed prevention road A in which a shield 12 is provided in a part of the range of the withering induction means 10 shown in the second embodiment. The shield 12 has an attachment part 13 attached to the side surface 200 of the block 2. Furthermore, the shielding part 12 is provided with a hanging part 13a directed upward in the drawing at the end thereof. Other configurations and operations are in accordance with the embodiment shown in FIG. By installing the shielding object 12 in this way, it becomes possible to double the herbicidal effect.
19 to 21 are diagrams for explaining a third embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the inclined surface 7 is not provided on the curable structure 6, but the shield 12 is erected on the curable structure 6. The shield 12 has a predetermined length in the longitudinal direction X. The shield 12 is erected on the curable structure 6 sequentially without a gap before the curable structure 6 is cured. Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 20, the road surface material 8 is applied so as to bury this shielding object 12.
The shield 12 constructed in this way constitutes a death-inducing means as in the above-described embodiments. As shown in FIG. 20, it is assumed that the seed Q on the right side of the shield 12 in the figure germinates. Then, the bud extends upward and eventually reaches the upper end 12a of the shield 12. However, since the road surface material 8 is formed on the upper side, it cannot extend further upward. Therefore, the bud will die. FIG. 21 shows a state where the shield 12 is bent following the relative displacement between the curable structure 6 and the road surface material 8. In this way, by adopting a configuration in which the shield 12 bends, it is possible to cope with road deformation due to secular change or the like.
FIG. 22 is a diagram for explaining a fourth embodiment of the present invention. The present embodiment is for realizing the weed prevention at the joint portion 15 provided on the road surface material 8. As shown in FIG. 22, joints 15 are provided in the adjacent road surface material 8 in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction in the figure. The shield 12 is inserted into the joint 15. It is assumed that the joint 15 has changed over time, and as shown in the drawing, for example, a joint gap 1500 is generated in the drawing in the horizontal direction. Even in this case, the joint gap 1500 forms the death-inducing means 1000 and the germinated weeds die. That is, by providing a plurality of joints formed in the vertical direction in the figure, it becomes possible to inhibit the growth of plants having optical and refractory properties. The principle is as described above. Although not shown in the drawing, the deadness inducing means 1000 can exert a further herbicidal effect, for example, if it has a structure of a ridge and a valley having a triangular cross section.
23 to 31 are views for explaining a fifth embodiment of the present invention. The present embodiment is a structure for preventing weeding of joints (borders in the vertical direction Z) formed between the road surface material 8 and the block 2. An example of FIGS. 23 to 30 shows a structure in which the curable structure 6 is provided with a death-inducing means 10 that inhibits the growth of plants having phototropism and refractory properties.
First, an example of FIGS. 23 to 30 (excluding FIG. 29) will be described. As shown in FIG. 23, first, the boundary block 2 is provided on the roadbed 5, and the roadway 3a and the sidewalk 3b are partitioned. The block 2 is partially embedded in the roadbed 5. Next, the inclined surface 500 is formed on the roadbed 5 using the tool 90 shown in FIGS. As shown in FIG. 26, along the longitudinal direction X, an inclined surface 500 including a peak portion 5a and a valley portion 5b is formed on the roadbed 5.
Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 27, the curable structure 6 is constructed on the inclined surface 500. The upper surface of the curable structure 6 is preferably substantially flush with the upper surface of the roadbed 5. Thereby, the inclined surface 700 which consists of the peak part 7a and the trough part 7b facing the peak part 5a and the trough part 5b of the inclined surface 500 formed in the roadbed 5 is formed in the curable structure 6. FIG. As a result, weed mortality induction means 10 having an obliquely upward or obliquely downward inclination in the figure is continuously formed in the longitudinal direction X. And the weed prevention road A is constructed | assembled by constructing the road surface material 8 on the roadbed 5 and the curable structure 6 shown in FIG. Other structures and features are the same as those of the above-described embodiments.
Next, another example of FIGS. 23 to 31 will be described. That is, as shown in FIG. 26, along the longitudinal direction X, an inclined surface 500 including a peak portion 5 a and a valley portion 5 b is formed on the roadbed 500.
Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 28, the shielding object 12 having the attachment portion 13 is installed on the inclined surface 500. The attachment unit 13 is attached to the side surface 200 of the block 2. Next, as shown in FIG. 29, the curable structure 6 is applied on the shield 12. The upper surface of the curable structure 6 is preferably substantially flush with the upper surface of the roadbed 5. Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 29, weeds died between the inclined surface 500 formed on the roadbed 5 and the shielding object 12 and between the shielding object 12 and the inclined surface 700 of the curable structure 6. Guiding means are formed. This withering induction means is formed continuously in the longitudinal direction X. Then, as shown in FIG. 31, a road surface material 8 is applied on the roadbed 5 and the curable structure 6. Thereby, the weeding road A is constructed. Other structures and features are the same as those of the above-described embodiments.
FIG. 32 shows a sixth embodiment, which is another example of the example shown in FIGS. For example, the shape of the inclined surface 700 of the curable structure 6 and the inclined surface 500 of the roadbed 5 is different from the above-described embodiment. Others are based on the example of FIGS.
FIG. 33 is a diagram for explaining a seventh embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, an inclined surface 500 having an inverted chevron shape and inclined with respect to the lateral direction Y direction is constructed on the roadbed 5. Subsequently, the shielding object 12 is installed on the inclined surface 500. Next, the roadbed 5 is filled on the shield 12. The upper surface of the filled roadbed 5 is flush with the upper surfaces of other roadbeds 5. Finally, the interlocking block 20 is constructed on the roadbed 5. As a result, weed mortality inducing means are formed between the inclined surface 500 formed on the roadbed 5 and the shielding object 12 and between the shielding object 12 and the inclined surface 500-1 formed on the filled roadbed 5. The This withering induction means is formed continuously in the longitudinal direction X. Thus, by installing the shielding object 12 in the roadbed 5, double withering induction means can be formed, and a further herbicidal effect can be achieved. This also applies to the examples shown in FIGS. 13 to 15 and FIGS. 16 to 18 in which the shield 12 is provided. Other structures and features are the same as those of the above-described embodiments. Although not shown, there may be a structure in which the shield 12 is not applied.
The seventh embodiment shown in FIG. 34 is another example of FIG. Although the shapes of the inclined surface 500 of the roadbed 5 and the inclined surface 500-1 of the filled roadbed 5 are different, the basic idea is based on the example of FIG.
35 to 37, the inclined surface 7 is formed on the roadbed 5 itself. As shown in FIG. 35, first, after the block 2 is placed on the roadbed 5, the inclined surface 7 including the peak portion 7 a and the valley portion 7 b is formed on the roadbed 5. The various methods mentioned above can be employ | adopted for the formation method of the inclined surface 7. FIG. Then, the curable structure 6 is filled on the inclined surface 7. Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 36, the road surface material 8 is applied on the curable structure 6 and the roadbed 5. Thereby, the withering induction means 10 which becomes a grass prevention path is formed between the roadbed 5 and the curable structure 6.
FIG. 37 shows a modification of the second embodiment. As described with reference to FIG. 35, also in this embodiment, after forming the inclined surface 7 composed of the peak portion 7 a and the valley portion 7 b on the roadbed 5, the curable structure 6 is filled thereon. Thereby, the withering induction means 10 used as a weed prevention path is formed between the inclined surface 7 formed in the roadbed 5 and the curable structure 6. This
As described with reference to FIGS. 35 to 37, the structure in which the curable structure 6 is constructed so as to bury the inclined surface formed on the roadbed 5 is the third to eighth embodiments (fourth embodiment). Can also be used.
FIG. 38 shows a conventional example. In the conventional example, first, a belt-like curable structure 6000 is applied along the longitudinal direction X on the roadbed 5000. Subsequently, the block 2000 is installed on the curable structure 6000. Finally, a pavement 8000 is constructed on the roadbed 5000 and the curable structure 6000 to form a road. In such a configuration, when the seed Q exists in the gap 11000 between the block 2000 and the pavement 8000, the seed Q sprout Q1 grows due to the penetration of rainwater from the joint and the insertion of light. And weeds breed vigorously.
