Description

一种髙炉炉顶溜肺料器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种冶炼高炉的炉顶装料设备, 尤其涉及一种高炉炉 顶溜槽布料器。
背景技术
高炉炉顶装料设备是高炉炼铁的关键设备, 该设备能否满足工艺 要求直接制约着高炉的产量。 自高炉炼铁以来, 高炉炉顶装料设备经 历了以下三代发展。 第一代为钟式炉顶装料设备; 第二代为料钟加活 动炉喉挡板炉顶装料设备; 第三代为无料钟炉顶装料设备。 随着钢铁 工业的发展和进步, 近二十年特别是近十年来, 高炉炉顶装料设备逐 步用无料钟炉顶替代钟式炉顶, 改变了布料形式单一, 工艺性能及操 作控制性能差, 维护检修困难的状况, 实现了精确布料, 提高了高炉 冶炼技术水平和效率。
现有无料钟炉顶布料器的溜槽的驱动形式有行星差速传动、 单油 缸与钢丝绳组合传动、 伺服电机与钢丝绳组合传动、 以及杠杆传动机 构。 行星差速传动的布料器结构复杂, 设备价格、 维护、 维修成本高, 设备制造难度大, 设备工艺性能和抗炉顶高温性能差; 单油缸与钢丝 绳组合传动、 伺服电机与钢丝绳组合传动的布料器钢丝绳系统复杂, 钢丝绳易疲劳断裂, 溜槽靠平动托圈配重压起, 结构有一定局限性, 对于大高炉来说不宜实现; 杠杆传动的布料器有二吊点式和四吊点式, 不论哪种形式都存在着机械过约束和加工装配不同步的问题, 导致布 料器寿命较短, 达不到一代炉龄要求。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题, 本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供 一种结构合理、 使用寿命长、 传动链最短、 运行更稳定、 对导轨不会 产生侧向力的高炉炉顶溜槽布料器。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明采用了如下技术方案: 一种高炉 炉顶溜槽布料器, 包括:
气密箱体, 所述气密箱体的顶部设置顶盖; 喉管, 所述喉管穿过所述顶盖与外界相通, 并且所述喉管伸入所 述气密箱体内;
上回转支承, 所述上回转支承的内圈与所述顶盖固定连接; 旋转套筒, 所述旋转套筒位于所述气密箱体内, 所述旋转套筒的 上端与所述上回转支承的外圈固定连接, 所述旋转套筒的一直径上对 置两个耳轴孔, 所述耳轴孔内分别设置有耳轴, 所述耳轴的伸出所述 旋转套筒外的一端与一曲柄的一端连接;
溜槽, 所述溜槽的上部两端分别与一个所述耳轴的另一端连接而 使所述溜槽悬挂在所述旋转套筒内;
万向框架, 所述万向框架套设在所述旋转套筒外, 所述万向框架 上开设有对称的两个滑槽, 所述曲柄另一端的曲柄尾轮设置于所述滑 槽内;
下回转支承, 所述下回转支承的内圈与所述万向框架固定连接; 拨轮组件, 所述拨轮组件的一端与所述下回转支承的内圈固定连 接, 所述拨轮组件的另一端的拨轮位于开设在所述旋转套筒上的滑动 槽内, 并在所述滑动槽内滚动;
油缸, 用于拖动所述下回转支承的外圈上下移动; 以及
用于驱动上回转支承的外圈转动的水平驱动装置。
作为优选, 所述顶盖外缘的大法兰与所述气密箱体固定连接, 所 述顶盖内缘的小法兰与所述上回转支承的内圈固定连接;
所述溜槽的外侧固定连接有溜槽托架, 溜槽托架的上部两端通过 花键分别连接所述耳轴的一端, 所述耳轴的另一端分别与一个曲柄的 一端通过花键连接;
所述旋转套筒的上部套设在所述喉管外, 所述旋转套筒外还套设 有平动托圈, 所述平动托圈的内缘的下部与所述下回转支承的外圈固 定连接, 所述平动托圈的外缘设置导轮, 所述气密箱体的内壁上设置 与所述导轮对应的导轨, 所述导轮在所述油缸的带动下沿导轨上下滚 动;
所述油缸为三个, 三个所述油缸相对于所述溜槽的水平旋转中心 线轴向均布于所述顶盖上, 三个所述油缸分别通过过渡连杆与所述平 动托圈连接, 带动所述平动托圈上下运动, 从而带动所述万向框架上 下运动。
作为优选, 所述油缸包括缸体和油缸杆, 所述缸体通过油缸支座 固定在所述顶盖上, 所述油缸杆的下端通过抱套与所述过渡连杆固定 连接, 所述过渡连杆的下端穿过所述油缸支座和顶盖与所述气密箱体 内的可调连杆连接, 所述可调连杆与所述平动托圈连接。
作为优选, 所述抱套为由对扣在一起的两瓣抱套本体形成的具有 中心通孔的圆柱状, 两瓣所述抱套本体通过连接螺栓固定在一起, 所 述中心通孔的两端的孔径小于中间部分的孔径, 而在所述中心通孔变 径处形成台阶, 所述油缸杆与所述过渡连杆的相对端分别形成一段细 部, 所述油缸杆与所述过渡连杆的所述细部分别位于所述中心通孔的 两端内, 两个所述细部的一端分别连接连接头, 所述连接头均位于所 述中心通孔的中间部分并抵靠在所述台阶上, 所述油缸杆与过渡连杆 的相对端均抵靠在所述抱套的两端。
作为优选, 所述气密箱体对应于所述平动托圈的导轮的内壁上沿 纵向固定连接有槽口朝向所述导轮的定位槽, 所述气密箱体的所述导 轨沿纵向可拆卸式地固定在所述定位槽内。
作为优选, 所述导轨为方钢, 所述导轨通过多个间隔设置的固定 螺栓可拆卸式地固定在所述定位槽内, 所述定位槽焊接在所述气密箱 体的内壁上。
作为优选, 所述万向框架包括两个相对且平行的第一边框、 两个 相对且平行的第二边框以及第三边框, 且所述第一边框与所述第二边 框相垂直, 相邻的所述第一边框和所述第二边框相对端分别连接所述 第三边框的两端而围成封闭的环形, 两个所述第二边框的中部均向外 拱起形成凸台, 两个所述第二边框在所述凸台的同一侧开设两相对的 所述滑槽, 所述滑槽沿所述第二边框的长度方向的长度大于所述滑槽 沿所述第二边框宽度的长度, 两个所述第一边框的中部均设置对称的 连接架, 所述万向框架通过两个所述连接架与所述下回转支承的内圈 固定连接。
作为优选, 从所述耳轴朝向所述旋转套筒外部的一端向所述耳轴 内开设有中心腔室, 所述耳轴的该一端形成为开口端, 所述耳轴的开 口端设置用于盖住所述中心腔室的开口的端部盖板, 所述端部盖板的 中部开设有通孔, 所述通孔内穿设用于向所述中心腔室内通入冷却水 的进水管, 所述端部盖板上还开设有多个与所述中心腔室连通的溢流 孔。
作为优选, 从所述耳轴朝向所述旋转套筒外部的一端向耳轴内开 设有过油孔, 套设有所述耳轴套处的耳轴外壁上开设有连通至所述过 油孔的至少一个油脂出孔, 所述过油孔与为所述过油孔内提供润滑油 的供油管连接。
作为优选, 所述油脂出孔为三个, 三个所述油脂出孔呈一条直线 均布在套设有所述耳轴套处的耳轴外壁上。
作为优选, 设置所述油脂出孔处的所述耳轴与所述耳轴套为大间 隙配合。
作为优选, 所述曲柄上固定设置与所述供油管连接用于向所述供 油管供油的加油器, 所述旋转套筒的外壁上设置当所述曲柄旋转时能 与所述加油器碰触以开始加油和与所述加油器脱离停止加油的碰块。
与现有技术相比, 本发明的高炉炉顶溜槽布料器至少具有以下有 益效果:
1、 本发明的高炉炉顶溜槽布料器结构合理, 传动链最短, 运行更 稳定, 对导轨不会产生侧向力, 并且布料更均匀, 能充分满足高炉无 料钟炉顶装料工艺操作的各项要求。
2、 由于本发明的高炉炉顶溜槽布料器的三个油缸采用油缸支座安 装在顶盖上的油缸外置形式, 可以满足布料器运行期间快速更换油缸 的要求。
3、 本发明的高炉炉顶溜槽布料器的气密箱体上的导轨采用可拆卸 式的结构, 方便在磨损后更换, 从而延长使用寿命以与布料器的使用 寿命相匹配, 从而克服现有技术中导轨加工难度大、 导轨热处理难度 大及运行磨损严重后不可更换的不足。
4、 本发明的高炉炉顶溜槽布料器对耳轴进行水冷和润滑处理, 从 而满足耳轴在高温环境下顺利运行的需求和减少磨损, 延长耳轴的使 用寿命。

如图 1、 图 2和图 4所示, 旋转套筒 4位于气密箱体 1内, 并且旋 转套筒 4的上部套设在喉管 3外, 旋转套筒 4的上端与上回转支承 5 的外圈固定连接, 而且上回转支承 5的内圈与顶盖 2固定连接, 因此 旋转套筒 4与顶盖 2在竖直方向上成相互静止状态。 上回转支承 5的 外圈的旋转由设置在顶盖 2上的溜槽水平传动装置 10驱动, 并带动旋 转套筒 4一起绕顶盖 2的中心线作 360度的旋转。 旋转套筒 4内设置 有可随其一起旋转的溜槽 7, 旋转套筒 4与溜槽 7的连接关系具体为: 旋转套筒 4的筒壁上开设有两个直径上对置的耳轴孔 (图中未示出), 每个耳轴孔内均设置有耳轴套 13,耳轴套 13内分别安装有能在耳轴套 13内旋转的耳轴 12。溜槽 7的外侧固定连接有溜槽托架 71, 溜槽托架 71的上部两端通过花键分别连接耳轴 12的一端,从而使溜槽 7挂在两 个耳轴 12上, 耳轴 12的穿过耳轴套 13, 也就是溜槽 7通过耳轴挂在 了旋转套筒 4上。 溜槽托架 71与溜槽 7始终处于相对静止状态, 并随 旋转套筒 4一起旋转。
继续结合图 1至图 3, 三个油缸 11相对于溜槽 7的水平旋转中心 线轴向均布于顶盖 2上, 三个油缸 11分别通过过渡连杆 15与平动托 圈 9连接, 带动平动托圈 9上下运动。 平动托圈 9套设于旋转套筒 4 外, 平动托圈 9的内缘的下部与下回转支承 6的外圈采用螺栓固定连 接成一体, 因此平动托圈 9可带动下回转支承 6的外圈和内圈上下运 动。 平动托圈 9的外缘设置导轮 91, 气密箱体 1的内壁上设置与导轮 91对应的导轨 16, 导轮 91设置在导轨 16上并在油缸 11的带动下沿 导轨 16上下滚动, 以保证平动托圈 9和下回转支承 6的外圈和内圈的 精确的运动方向。 万向框架 8套设在旋转套筒 4外, 万向框架 8与下 回转支承 6的内圈固定连接,平动托圈 9的上下运动带动下回转支承 6 的内圈上下运动, 从而带动万向框架 8上下运动。 耳轴 12的另一端穿 过耳轴套 13后通过花键与一曲柄 14连接, 曲柄 14的另一端的曲柄尾 轮 34位于万向框架 8的滑槽 81内。 由于旋转套筒 4不能上下运动, 当万向框架 8上下运动时, 滑槽 81带动曲柄尾轮 34上下运动的同时 沿滑槽 81运动, 从而使曲柄 14带动耳轴 12在耳轴套 13内转动, 耳 轴 12的转动带动溜槽 7和溜槽托架 71摆动。
下回转支承 6的内圈固定连接有拨轮组件 37,拨轮组件 37的拨轮 位于旋转套筒 4上开设的上下方向的滑动槽 (图中未示出) 内, 油缸 11通过平动托圈 9带动下回转支承 6上下运动,从而使溜槽 Ί摆动时, 拨轮在旋转套筒 4的滑动槽内相对于旋转套筒 4上下滑动, 当旋转套 筒 4旋转时,拨轮在旋转套筒 4的滑动槽上下滑动的同时随旋转套筒 4 一起旋转, 带动下回转支承 6的内圈和万向框架 8—起旋转, 从而完 成溜槽 7在布料时边旋转边摆动的动作。
作为本实施例的一种优选方案, 如图 1所示, 三个油缸 11分别包 括缸体 94和油缸杆 36, 缸体 94通过油缸支座 93固定在顶盖 2上, 油 缸杆 36的下端通过抱套 92与过渡连杆 15固定连接, 过渡连杆 15的 下端穿过油缸支座 93和顶盖 2伸入到气密箱体 1内, 与气密箱体 1内 的可调连杆 35连接, 可调连杆 35与平动托圈 9连接。 因此, 油缸杆 36的上下运动将带动平动托圈 9上下运动。本实施例的油缸 11的设置 方式为油缸外置式, 也就是油缸杆 36位于气密箱体 1的外部, 或称为 油缸杆 36位于本发明的高炉炉顶溜槽布料器的外部, 从而改变了原有 油缸的油缸杆要伸入到气密箱体内的内置的方式。 当油缸 11出现问题 需要进行拆卸, 以进行检修或更换时, 不需打开布料器本体, 只需将 油缸 11从油缸支座 93上拆下, 然后解开抱套 92, 使油缸杆 36与过渡 连杆 15分开即可, 而无需像内置油缸拆卸时还需要打开布料器那样复 杂, 因此拆卸方便、 快捷, 提高了生产效率。
作为进一步的优选方案, 如图 8和图 9所示, 抱套 92为由对扣在 一起的两瓣抱套本体 95形成的具有中心通孔 96的圆柱状, 两瓣抱套 本体 95通过连接螺栓 97固定在一起, 中心通孔 96的两端的孔径小于 中间部分的孔径, 而在中心通孔 96的变径处形成台阶 100, 油缸杆 36 与过渡连杆 15的相对端分别形成一段细部 101,油缸杆 36与过渡连杆 15的细部 101分别位于中心通孔 96的两端内,两个细部 101的一端分 别连接头 98, 连接头 98均位于中心通孔 96的中间部分并抵靠在台阶 100上, 油缸杆 36与过渡连杆 15的相对端均抵靠在抱套 92的两端。 通过抱套 92将油缸杆 36与过渡连杆 15固定连接在一起。
为了克服现有技术中导轨直接焊接于气密箱体 1 的内壁上, 存在 加工难度大, 导轨热处理难度大, 导轨磨损严重, 寿命变短且当导轨 失效后不可更换等缺点。 作为本实施例的另一种优选方案, 如图 10所 示, 本发明采用可拆卸式的导轨 16, 即在气密箱体 1对应于平动托圈 9的导轮 91的内壁上沿纵向固定连接有槽口朝向导轮 91的定位槽 17, 定位槽 17可以通过焊接的方式固定在气密箱体 1 的内壁上, 导轨 16 (由方钢构成)沿纵向通过多个间隔设置的固定螺栓 18可拆卸式的固 定在定位槽 17内, 当导轨 16磨损严重时, 可以将导轨 16从定位槽 17 上拆卸下来, 换上另一个新的导轨即可, 从而提高了导轨的使用寿命。
作为本实施例的又一种优选方案, 如图 4至图 7所示, 万向框架 8 为铸造成型的异形框架, 万向框架 8包括两个相对且平行的第一边框 82和两个相对且平行的第二边框 83, 且第一边框 82与第二边框 83相 垂直, 相邻的第一边框 82和第二边框 83相对端分别连接第三边框 84 的两端, 即, 第一边框 82、 第二边框 83和第三边框 84依次首尾循环 相接围成封闭的环形, 两个第二边框 83 的中部均向外拱起形成凸台 85, 凸台 85设置的目的在于防止下回转支承 6在水平方向上伸出万向 框架 8,同时凸台 85的设置也为在下面将要描述的连接在耳轴 12上的 端部盖板 20、 外部水管 24的下端以及供油管 30提供设置空间 两个 第二边框 83在凸台 85的同一侧开设两相对的滑槽 81,滑槽 81沿第二 边框 83的长度方向的长度大于滑槽沿第二边框 83宽度的长度, 也即 是滑槽 81为一个长形孔, 曲柄尾轮 34设置于滑槽 81内, 并能在滑槽 81内发生在第一边框 82长度方向的运动。 两个第一边框 82的中部均 设置连接架 86,万向框架 6通过两个对称设置的连接架 86与下回转支 承 6的内圈连接。
由于耳轴 12—直处于高温环境下运行, 为了保证耳轴 12的顺利 运行及使用寿命, 作为本实施例的再一种优选方案, 本实施例针对耳 轴 12 自身进行强制冷却, 以更好的满足耳轴 12在高温环境下顺利运 行的功能需求。 如图 11所示, 从耳轴 12朝向旋转套筒 4外部的一端 向耳轴 12内开设有中心腔室 19 (中心腔室 19未开通至耳轴 12的另一 端) , 耳轴 12的该一端形成为开口端, 耳轴 12的开口端设置用于盖 住中心腔室 19 的开口的端部盖板 20, 端部盖板 20通过连接螺栓 26 与耳轴 12可拆卸式连接, 并且端部盖板 20与耳轴 12之间设置密封圈 27。 端部盖板 20的中部开设有通孔 (图中未示出) , 通孔内穿设用于 向中心腔室 19内通入冷却水的进水管, 端部盖板 20上还开设有多个 与中心腔室 19连通的溢流孔 22。 进水管分为位于中心腔室 19内部的 内部水管 23和位于中心腔室 19外部与冷却水源连接的外部水管 24, 内部水管 23的一端一直延伸至靠近中心腔室 19的端部, 以使冷却水 布满整个中心腔室 19。 中心腔室 19内的冷却水对耳轴 12进行冷却后 通过端部盖板 20上设置的溢流孔 22流出, 流出的冷却水最后进入到 如图 1所示的水冷底盘 25上, 并在水冷底盘 25上汇流到布料器的冷 却水系统。 冷却水在中心腔室 19内的具体流动情况如图 11 中箭头所 针对现有技术中耳轴 12与耳轴套 13之间的干磨损无润滑的情况, 作为本实施例的进一步的优选, 向耳轴 12与耳轴套 13之间的摩擦面 注入润滑油, 以有效降低摩擦系数, 进而提高耳轴 12的使用寿命。 具 体结构如图 12所示: 从耳轴 12朝向旋转套筒 4外部的一端向耳轴 12 内开设有过油孔 28, 套设有耳轴套 13处的耳轴 12外壁上开设有连通 至过油孔 28的至少一个油脂出孔 29,过油孔 28与为过油孔 28内提供 润滑油的供油管 30连接。
作为再进一步的优选,如图 12所示,考虑到润滑油注入的均匀性, 油脂出孔 29设置了三个, 三个油脂出孔 29呈一条直线均布在套设有 耳轴套 13处的耳轴 12的外壁上。 而且, 过油孔 28最好靠近耳轴 12 的外壁开设, 最好不要开设在耳轴 12的中部, 而且油脂出孔 29也向 离耳轴 12的外壁较近的一侧开设, 以减少加工难度, 减少油脂流动的 距离。另外,设置油脂出孔 29处的耳轴 12与耳轴套 13为大间隙配合, 故耳轴 12与耳轴套 13的初始状态为线接触, 在运行一段时间后, 耳 轴 12与耳轴套 13之间的线接触转换为窄面接触, 针对此处进行润滑 处理即可有效降低摩擦系数, 进而提高使用寿命。
作为更进一步的优选, 如图 12所示由于上述耳轴 12的润滑无法 通过外部润滑装置提供润滑油, 因此在曲柄 14上固定设置加油器 31, 在旋转套筒 4的外壁上设置碰块 32, 曲柄 14的转动带动加油器 31上 下运动而实现与碰块 32的接触和分离。 为了控制加油量, 在布料器运 行期间采用定周期润滑, 在非润滑周期内, 加油器 31与碰块 32无接 触, 溜槽 81的运行角度控制在 7度到 45度之间。 当进入润滑周期内 时, 溜槽 81的运行角度控制范围发生变化。 针对耳轴 12的润滑实施 在设备运行期间采用定周期润滑, 即布料器布料每十个批次进行润滑 一次, 非润滑时间加油器 31与碰块 32无接触, 当耳轴 12进行到润滑 周期时, 在曲柄 14旋转的过程中, 当溜槽 81的运行角度在 4度时, 加油器 31会与碰块 32发生碰撞, 开始加油, 如图 13所示。 如图 15 所示, 当溜槽 81达到 1度时, 加油器 31加油完毕。 然后碰块 32与加 油器 31分离, 加油器 31停止加油, 即如图 14所示的状态。 溜槽 81 进入下一个加油周期。 通过调节可调连杆 35的长度, 以控制万向框架 8的高度, 从而改变溜槽 81摆动的角度。
下面结合图 1至图 4对本发明的高炉炉顶溜槽布料器的工作原理 和工作过程进行介绍:
要完成布料器的布料, 需要溜槽 7旋转的同时摆动, 以实现均匀 布料。
溜槽摆动的实现方式: 三个油缸 11分别通过过渡连杆 15、可调连 杆 35与平动托圈 9连接, 下回转支承 6的外圈同平动托圈 9通过螺栓 连接在一起, 下回转支承 6的内圈与万向框架 8连接, 当三个油缸 11 的油缸杆 36上下运动时, 带动平动托圈 9、 下回转支承 6和万向框架 8随着做上下运动。 平动托圈 9上下运动过程中靠导轮 91与气密箱体 1的导轨 16配合, 形成滚动摩擦, 气密箱体 1的导轨 16对导轮 91的 运动起到限位作用。 装配到万向框架 8的滑槽 81 内的曲柄尾轮 34随 万向框架 8—同动作, 装在耳轴 12外侧的曲柄 14带动耳轴 12在旋转 套筒 4的耳轴套 13内做相应幅值的转动动作。 而耳轴 12的另外一端 通过花键与溜槽托架 71配合, 至此, 溜槽 7与溜槽托架 71在耳轴 12 的花键传递的动力作用下随曲柄 14作同步摆动。
溜槽 7旋转的实现方式: 顶盖 2的大法兰与气密箱体 1固定连接, 顶盖 2下部的小法兰与上回转支承 5的内圈连接, 上回转支承 5的外 圈与旋转套筒 4固定连接, 两个耳轴 12安装在开设在旋转套筒 4上的 耳轴孔的耳轴套 13内, 耳轴 12—端花键与曲柄 14连接, 另一端花键 与溜槽托架 71连接, 也就是说溜槽托架 71通过耳轴 12挂在了旋转套 筒 4上。溜槽水平传动装置 10安装在顶盖 2上, 溜槽水平传动装置 10 的动力由减速电机 99提供, 当溜槽水平传动装置 10通过小齿轮驱动 上回转支承 5的外圈旋转时, 旋转套筒 4随上回转支承 5的外圈旋转, 溜槽托架 71也就随旋转套筒 4转动, 安装在溜槽托架 71上的溜槽 7 随之转动。
溜槽 7旋转和摆动同时进行的实现方式: 由图 1所示, 拨轮组件 37安装在下回转支承 6的内圈上, 所以拨轮组件 37可以随平动托圈 9 上下运动,拨轮组件 37的拨轮可以在旋转套筒 4的滑动槽内上下滚动, 而当旋转套筒 4旋转时, 拨轮组件 37随同旋转套筒 4一同旋转, 从而 拖动万向框架 8随动, 此时下回转支承 6的内圈同做周向旋转运动。 由于油缸 11通过可调连杆 35拖动平动托圈 9上下运行,下回转支承 6 的外圈与平动托圈 9 固定连接而保持相对静止, 又由于下回转支承 6 的内圈、 外圈在竖直方向相对无运动, 所以使得万向框架 8做上下运 行, 曲柄尾轮 34在万向框架 8的滑槽 81 内随万向框架 8向上运动, 由于旋转套筒 4不能上下运动, 使得曲柄 14带动耳轴 12在耳轴套 13 内转动, 耳轴 12的转动带动溜槽 7及溜槽托架 71作定幅值摆动。 至 此溜槽 7随溜槽托架 71完成了旋转与摆动动作的有机合成。
以上实施例仅为本发明的示例性实施例, 不用于限制本发明, 本 发明的保护范围由权利要求书限定。 本领域技术人员可以在本发明的 实质和保护范围内, 对本发明做出各种修改或等同替换, 这种修改或 等同替换也应视为落在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种高炉炉顶溜槽布料器, 其特征在于, 包括:
气密箱体, 所述气密箱体的顶部设置顶盖;
喉管, 所述喉管穿过所述顶盖与外界相通, 并且所述喉管伸入所 述气密箱体内;
上回转支承, 所述上回转支承的内圈与所述顶盖固定连接; 旋转套筒, 所述旋转套筒位于所述气密箱体内, 所述旋转套筒的 上端与所述上回转支承的外圈固定连接, 所述旋转套筒的一直径上对 置两个耳轴孔, 所述耳轴孔内分别设置有耳轴, 所述耳轴的伸出所述 旋转套筒外的一端与一曲柄的一端连接;
溜槽, 所述溜槽的上部两端分别与一个所述耳轴的另一端连接而 使所述溜槽悬挂在所述旋转套筒内;
万向框架, 所述万向框架套设在所述旋转套筒外, 所述万向框架 上开设有对称的两个滑槽, 所述曲柄另一端的曲柄尾轮设置于所述滑 槽内;
下回转支承, 所述下回转支承的内圈与所述万向框架固定连接; 拨轮组件, 所述拨轮组件的一端与所述下回转支承的内圈固定连 接, 所述拨轮组件的另一端的拨轮位于开设在所述旋转套筒上的滑动 槽内, 并在所述滑动槽内滚动;
油缸, 用于拖动所述下回转支承的外圈上下移动; 以及
用于驱动上回转支承的外圈转动的水平驱动装置。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的高炉炉顶溜槽布料器, 其特征在于, 所 述顶盖外缘的大法兰与所述气密箱体固定连接, 所述顶盖内缘的小法 兰与所述上回转支承的内圈固定连接;
所述溜槽的外侧固定连接有溜槽托架, 溜槽托架的上部两端通过 花键分别连接所述耳轴的一端, 所述耳轴的另一端分别与一个曲柄的 一端通过花键连接;
所述旋转套筒的上部套设在所述喉管外, 所述旋转套筒外还套设 有平动托圈, 所述平动托圈的内缘的下部与所述下回转支承的外圈固 定连接, 所述平动托圈的外缘设置导轮, 所述气密箱体的内壁上设置 与所述导轮对应的导轨, 所述导轮在所述油缸的带动下沿导轨上下滚 动;
所述油缸为三个, 三个所述油缸相对于所述溜槽的水平旋转中心 线轴向均布于所述顶盖上, 三个所述油缸分别通过过渡连杆与所述平 动托圈连接, 带动所述平动托圈上下运动, 从而带动所述万向框架上 下运动。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的高炉炉顶溜槽布料器, 其特征在于, 所 述油缸包括缸体和油缸杆, 所述缸体通过油缸支座固定在所述顶盖上, 所述油缸杆的下端通过抱套与所述过渡连杆固定连接, 所述过渡连杆 的下端穿过所述油缸支座和顶盖与所述气密箱体内的可调连杆连接, 所述可调连杆与所述平动托圈连接。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的高炉炉顶溜槽布料器, 其特征在于, 所 述抱套为由对扣在一起的两瓣抱套本体形成的具有中心通孔的圆柱 状, 两瓣所述抱套本体通过连接螺栓固定在一起, 所述中心通孔的两 端的孔径小于中间部分的孔径, 而在所述中心通孔变径处形成台阶, 所述油缸杆与所述过渡连杆的相对端分别形成一段细部, 所述油缸杆 与所述过渡连杆的所述细部分别位于所述中心通孔的两端内, 两个所 述细部的一端分别连接连接头, 所述连接头均位于所述中心通孔的中 间部分并抵靠在所述台阶上, 所述油缸杆与过渡连杆的相对端均抵靠 在所述抱套的两端。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的高炉炉顶溜槽布料器, 其特征在于, 所 述气密箱体对应于所述平动托圈的导轮的内壁上沿纵向固定连接有槽 口朝向所述导轮的定位槽, 所述气密箱体的所述导轨沿纵向可拆卸式 地固定在所述定位槽内。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的高炉炉顶溜槽布料器, 其特征在于, 所 述导轨为方钢, 所述导轨通过多个间隔设置的固定螺栓可拆卸式地固 定在所述定位槽内, 所述定位槽焊接在所述气密箱体的内壁上。
7、根据权利要求 1或 2所述的高炉炉顶溜槽布料器,其特征在于, 所述万向框架包括两个相对且平行的第一边框、 两个相对且平行的第 二边框以及第三边框, 且所述第一边框与所述第二边框相垂直, 相邻 的所述第一边框和所述第二边框相对端分别连接所述第三边框的两端 而围成封闭的环形, 两个所述第二边框的中部均向外拱起形成凸台, 两个所述第二边框在所述凸台的同一侧开设两相对的所述滑槽, 所述 滑槽沿所述第二边框的长度方向的长度大于所述滑槽沿所述第二边框 宽度的长度, 两个所述第一边框的中部均设置对称的连接架, 所述万 向框架通过两个所述连接架与所述下回转支承的内圈固定连接。
8、根据权利要求 1或 2所述的高炉炉顶溜槽布料器,其特征在于, 从所述耳轴朝向所述旋转套筒外部的一端向所述耳轴内开设有中心腔 室, 所述耳轴的该一端形成为开口端, 所述耳轴的开口端设置用于盖 住所述中心腔室的开口的端部盖板, 所述端部盖板的中部开设有通孔, 所述通孔内穿设用于向所述中心腔室内通入冷却水的进水管, 所述端 部盖板上还开设有多个与所述中心腔室连通的溢流孔。
9、根据权利要求 1或 2所述的高炉炉顶溜槽布料器,其特征在于, 从所述耳轴朝向所述旋转套筒外部的一端向耳轴内开设有过油孔, 套 设有所述耳轴套处的耳轴外壁上开设有连通至所述过油孔的至少一个 油脂出孔, 所述过油孔与为所述过油孔内提供润滑油的供油管连接。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的高炉炉顶溜槽布料器, 其特征在于, 所述油脂出孔为三个, 三个所述油脂出孔呈一条直线均布在套设有所 述耳轴套处的耳轴外壁上。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的高炉炉顶溜槽布料器, 其特征在于, 设置所述油脂出孔处的所述耳轴与所述耳轴套为大间隙配合。
12、 根据权利要求 10所述的高炉炉顶溜槽布料器, 其特征在于, 所述曲柄上固定设置与所述供油管连接用于向所述供油管供油的加油 器, 所述旋转套筒的外壁上设置当所述曲柄旋转时能与所述加油器碰 触以开始加油和与所述加油器脱离停止加油的碰块。
