下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清 楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是 全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造 性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
为使本发明技术方案的优点更加清楚,下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作 详细说明。
如图 1所示,本发明实施例提供的一种呈现增强现实技术 AR内容的方法, 所述方法包括: 步骤 101、 获取兴趣点信息。 其中,所述兴趣点信息可以包括 AR内容以及呈现所述 AR内容需要的能力 对应的能力信息。 在这里, AR内容是指 AR技术中向用户呈现的关于该兴趣点的信息, 例如 宾馆的订房信息、 餐厅的菜单和价格、 商场的打折信息、 汽车内部结构的三维 图等。 步骤 102、 根据所述能力信息查询用户终端是否具备呈现所述 AR 内容需 要的能力。 其中, 所述具备呈现所述 AR内容需要的能力可以包括: 具备呈现所述 AR内容需要的设备能力且所述设备能力开启, 或具备呈现 所述 AR内容需要的渲染能力。 其中, 所述设备能力为用户终端拥有相应的设备(如摄像头、 全球卫星定 位系统、 加速度传感器、 指南针、 射频识别设备等), 所述渲染能力为用户终 端拥有相应的渲染成像功能(如三维成像功能等)。
步骤 103、 若所述用户终端不具备呈现所述 AR 内容需要的能力, 隐藏所 述 AR内容或者获取呈现所述 AR内容需要的能力。
其中,所述用户终端,可以是如手机、计算机、平板电脑(Tab le t Per sona l Computer , 简称 Tab l e t PC )等, 但不仅局限于此。
本发明实施例提供的一种呈现增强现实技术 AR内容的方法, 由于通过获 取兴趣点信息, 并根据所述兴趣点信息中呈现所述 AR内容需要的能力对应的 能力信息查询用户终端是否具备相应的能力,若所述用户终端不具备所述呈现 AR内容需要的能力, 隐藏所述 AR内容或者获取呈现所述 AR内容需要的能力。 使得所述用户终端在接收到所述兴趣点信息时,在所述用户终端上运行不会出 错。 与现有技术相比, 本发明实施例能够解决待呈现所述 AR内容的用户终端 在接收到所述兴趣点信息时, 由于用户终端不具备呈现所述 AR内容所需要的 能力, 导致运行出错的问题。
为了使本发明实施例更加清楚, 下面针对本发明实施例做更详细的说明。 如图 2所示, 本发明又一实施例提供的一种呈现增强现实技术 AR内容的 方法, 所述方法包括:
步骤 201、 用户终端获取兴趣点信息。 执行步骤 202或步骤 205。
其中,所述兴趣点信息包括 AR内容以及呈现所述 AR内容需要的能力对应 的能力信息。
其中, 所述能力信息包括呈现所述 AR内容需要的设备能力对应的设备能 力信息或呈现所述 AR内容需要的渲染能力对应的渲染能力信息。
例如餐馆 1的兴趣点信息中提供了签到功能,所述签到功能需要射频识别 设备,此时所述设备能力信息可以包括签到功能需要射频识别设备以及开启射 频识别设备的提示信息,又例如餐馆 1的兴趣点信息中提供了餐馆 1的立体模 型展示, 所述立体模型展示需要三维成像功能, 此时所述渲染能力信息可以包 括呈现立体模型展示需要三维成像功能以及远程渲染服务器信息,所述远程渲 染服务器信息可以包括提供远程渲染的服务器地址, 但不仅局限于此。
具体的,所述获取兴趣点信息可以是从用户终端内部的用户终端数据库获 得,也可以是从保存有兴趣点信息的服务器上直接下载获得,但不仅局限于此。
其中,所述用户终端数据库是根据用户终端的需要从保存有兴趣点信息的 服务器上下载而形成的。 例如, 在用户终端安装相应的应用程序时, 用户终端 从服务器上下载所述应用程序, 所述应用程序中可以存储有少量的兴趣点信 息, 但不仅局限于此。
在一个实施例中, 用户终端通过摄像头拍摄所述兴趣点的图像, 并通过全 球定位系统(Globa l Pos i t ioning Sys tem, GPS )或者通过基站定位获取自己 的位置信息,将所述图像和位置信息上传服务器。 所述服务器根据所述图像和 位置信息进行搜索匹配, 获得所述兴趣点的标识 (例如兴趣点的名称), 并根 据所述兴趣点标识从自己存储的兴趣点信息中获取前述兴趣点的信息,下发给 所述用户终端。 步骤 202、 用户终端根据设备能力信息中的设备能力标识及用户终端的设 备能力接口查询所述用户终端是否具备呈现所述 AR内容需要的设备能力, 并 判断所述设备能力是否开启。 其中, 所述设备能力接口可以是用户终端自身提供的接口,还可以是远程 设备管理接口,如远程服务器对网络终端管理 0MA_DM接口,但不仅局限于此。
步骤 203、 如果所述用户终端不具备所述设备能力, 隐藏所述 AR内容。 步骤 204、如果所述用户终端具备所述设备能力,且所述设备能力未开启, 隐藏所述 AR内容,或者自动开启所述设备能力,或者生成提示信息提示所述用 户终端开启所述设备能力。
例如餐馆 1的兴趣点信息中提供了签到功能,所述签到功能需要射频识别 设备, 而所述射频识别设备未开启, 则可釆取多个方案, 例如可以隐藏所述签 到功能,使得用户不应用所述签到功能,或者可以自动开启所述射频识别设备, 开启后应用所述签到功能,或者生成提示信息对话框提示用户终端开启所述射 频识别设备, 在用户终端选择开启后, 应用所述签到功能, 但不仅局限于此。
步骤 205、 用户终端才艮据渲染能力信息中的渲染能力标识查询所述用户终 端是否具备呈现所述 AR内容需要的渲染能力。
步骤 206、 如果所述用户终端不具备呈现所述 AR 内容需要的渲染能力, 隐藏所述 AR内容或者通过所述渲染能力信息中的远程渲染的服务器地址获取 呈现所述 AR内容需要的渲染能力。
例如餐馆 1的兴趣点信息中提供了餐馆 1的立体模型展示,需要三维成像 功能, 而所述用户终端不具备所述三维成像功能, 则可釆取多个方案, 例如可 以隐藏所述立体模型展示功能,使得用户不应用所述立体模型展示功能, 或者 可以通过兴趣点信息中的远程渲染服务器地址,从远程渲染服务器地址上下载 三维成像功能或在所述远程渲染服务器地址上直接进行三维成像,但不仅局限 于此。
本发明又一实施例提供的一种呈现增强现实技术 AR内容的方法, 由于通 过获取兴趣点信息, 并根据所述兴趣点信息中呈现所述 AR内容需要的能力对 应的能力信息查询用户终端是否具备相应的能力,若所述用户终端不具备所述 呈现 AR内容需要的能力, 隐藏所述 AR内容或者获取呈现所述 AR内容需要的 能力, 以使得所述用户终端在接收到所述兴趣点信息时, 在所述用户终端上运 行不会出错。 与现有技术相比, 本发明实施例能够解决待呈现所述 AR内容的 用户终端在接收到所述兴趣点信息时, 由于用户终端不具备呈现所述 AR内容 所需的能力, 导致运行出错的问题。
如图 3所示, 本发明实施例提供的一种用户终端, 包括:
获取单元 31 , 用于获取兴趣点信息。
其中,所述兴趣点信息包括 AR内容以及呈现所述 AR内容需要的能力对应 的能力信息。 其具体实现方式可以参见图 1中步骤 101所示, 此处不再赘述。
查询单元 32 , 用于根据所述能力信息查询用户终端是否具备呈现所述 AR 内容需要的能力。 其具体实现方式可以参见图 1中步骤 102所示, 此处不再赘 述。 处理单元 33 , 用于若所述用户终端不具备呈现所述 AR内容需要的能力, 隐藏所述 AR内容或者获取呈现所述 AR内容需要的能力。其具体实现方式可以 参见图 1中步骤 103所示, 此处不再赘述。
进一步的, 如图 4所示, 所述查询单元 32 , 包括: 第一查询模块 321 , 用于根据所述设备能力信息查询所述用户终端是否具 备呈现所述 AR内容需要的设备能力及所述设备能力是否开启。 其具体实现方 式可以参见图 1中步骤 202所示, 此处不再赘述。 第二查询模块 322 , 用于根据所述渲染能力信息查询所述用户终端是否具 备呈现所述 AR内容需要的渲染能力。其具体实现方式可以参见图 2中步骤 205 所示, 此处不再赘述。
进一步的, 如图 4所示, 所述第一查询模块 321 , 包括:
第一查询子模块 3211 , 用于根据所述设备能力标识及用户终端的设备能 力接口查询所述用户终端是否具备呈现所述 AR内容需要的设备能力, 并判断 所述设备能力是否开启。 其具体实现方式可以参见图 1中步骤 202所示, 此处 不再赘述。

第一处理模块 331 , 用于如果所述用户终端不具备所述设备能力, 隐藏所 述 AR内容。 其具体实现方式可以参见图 2中步骤 203所示, 此处不再赘述。 第二处理模块 332 , 用于如果所述用户终端具备所述设备能力, 且所述设 备能力未开启, 隐藏所述 AR内容,或者自动开启所述设备能力, 或者生成提示 信息提示所述用户终端开启所述设备能力。其具体实现方式可以参见图 1中步 骤 204所示, 此处不再赘述。
进一步的, 如图 4所示, 所述第二查询模块 322 , 包括:

第三处理模块 333 , 用于如果所述用户终端不具备呈现所述 AR 内容需要 的渲染能力, 隐藏所述 AR内容或者通过所述远程渲染的服务器地址获取呈现 所述 AR内容需要的渲染能力。其具体实现方式可以参见图 2中步骤 206所示, 此处不再赘述。
需要说明的是, 本发明实施例提供的用户终端在实际应用中, 具体可以是 计算机(如笔记本电脑, l aptop PC )、 手机(如智能手机)、 平板电脑(Tab l e t Per sona l Computer , 简称 Tab le t PC )等, 但不仅局限于此。
本发明实施例提供的用户终端, 由于通过获取单元获取到兴趣点信息, 查 询单元根据所述兴趣点信息中呈现所述 AR内容需要的能力对应的能力信息查 询用户终端是否具备相应的能力, 若所述用户终端不具备所述呈现 AR内容需 要的能力, 处理单元隐藏所述 AR内容或者获取呈现所述 AR内容需要的能力, 这样使得所述用户终端在接收到所述兴趣点信息时,在所述用户终端上运行不 会出错。 与现有技术相比, 本发明实施例能够解决待呈现 AR内容的用户终端 在接收到所述兴趣点信息时, 由于用户终端不具备呈现所述兴趣点信息中的 AR内容所需要的能力, 导致运行出错的问题。
如图 5所示,本发明实施例提供的一种呈现增强现实技术 AR内容的系统, 所述系统包括上述的用户终端 41 , 及用于为所述用户终端 41提供兴趣点信息 下载的服务器 42。 其具体实现方式参见上述用户终端的具体实施例, 此处不 再赘述。
本发明实施例提供的一种呈现增强现实技术 AR内容的系统, 所述用户终 端通过所述服务器获取兴趣点信息, 并根据所述兴趣点信息中呈现所述 AR内 容需要的能力对应的能力信息查询用户终端是否具备相应的能力,若所述用户 终端不具备所述呈现 AR内容需要的能力,隐藏所述 AR内容或者获取呈现所述 AR 内容需要的能力。 这样使得所述用户终端在接收到所述兴趣点信息时, 在 所述用户终端上运行不会出错。 与现有技术相比, 本发明实施例能够解决待呈 现 AR内容的用户终端在接收到所述兴趣点信息时, 由于用户终端不具备呈现 所述兴趣点信息中的 AR内容所需要的能力, 导致运行出错的问题。
下面将提供一种详细的实体装置来阐述本发明,在详细描述中将阐述具体 细节。 然而, 对本领域技术人员来说, 显然了解本发明可以在没有这些具体细 节的情况下实施, 在其他情况下没有详细描述广为公知的方法、 过程、 部件、 电路和网络, 以避免不必要的使得实施方式的各方面不清楚。 现以具有摄像模块的便携式通信设备为一个例子进行具体的说明, 如图 6 所示, 该设备包括: 存储器 51、 中央处理器 52、 外设接口 53、 控制模块 54 以及显示模块 55。
值得说明的是,本实施例提供的便携式通信设备仅仅是用户终端的一个示 例, 本发明涉及的用户终端可以具有比图 6所示出的更多或更少的部件,也可 以有不同的部件配置或设置, 各个部件可以在包括一个或多个信号处理和 /或 专用集成电路在内的硬件、 软件或硬件和软件的组合实现。
下面就本发明实施例提供的便携式通信设备进行详细的描述, 如图 6 所 示:
所述便携式通信设备可以通过连接外设接口 53的信息收发模块 56与服务 器进行信息交互, 例如所述便携式通信设备需要应用呈现增强现实技术 AR内 容的应用程序, 则通过该信息收发模块 56从服务器下载该应用程序, 所述应 用程序中可以存储有呈现 AR内容的大量兴趣点信息。通过中央处理器 52处理 后, 通信设备将所述应用程序及所述兴趣点信息储存在存储器 51中。
当通信设备通过控制模块 54控制应用所述呈现 AR内容的应用程序时,如 通过连接外设接口 53的摄像模块 57拍摄兴趣点, 并通过连接外设接口 53的 定位模块 58定位确定所述兴趣点。 在一个实施例中, 通信设备通过摄像头拍 摄所述兴趣点的图像, 并通过全球定位系统(G loba l Pos i t ioning Sys tem, GPS )或者通过基站定位获取自己的位置信息, 将所述图像和位置信息上传服 务器。 所述服务器根据所述图像和位置信息进行搜索匹配, 获得所述兴趣点的 标识 (例如兴趣点的名称), 并根据所述兴趣点标识从自己存储的兴趣点信息 中获取前述兴趣点的信息, 下发给所述通信设备。将所述兴趣点发送到中央处 理器 52中处理调用存储器 51中的兴趣点信息或由中央处理器 52向信息收发 模块 56提供向服务器下载该兴趣点信息的指令来获取该兴趣点信息。
在获取到兴趣点信息后, 中央处理器 52通过处理分析所述兴趣点信息的 内容(所述兴趣点信息包括基本的应用信息及渲染能力信息和 /或设备能力信 息), 通过外设接口 53查询所述便携式通信设备是否具有相应的能力。
例如呈现 AR内容需要设备能力(如连接外设接口 53的射频识别模块 59 ), 则如果该射频识别模块 59未开启,中央处理器 52调用所述兴趣点信息中的开 启射频识别标志, 通过连接外设接口 53的显示模块 55显示该标志进行提示, 或者由中央处理器 52直接开启所述射频识别模块 59 , 或者由中央处理器 52 隐藏所述 AR内容。
又例如呈现所述 AR内容需要渲染能力(如三维成像能力 ),如果没有相应 的三维成像能力, 中央处理器 52调用所述兴趣点信息中的远程渲染能力信息 (如提供远程渲染能力的服务器连接地址 ),通过所述显示模块 55显示所述提 供远程渲染能力的服务器连接地址, 或者由所述中央处理器 52直接隐藏所述 AR内容。
本发明实施例提供的便携式通信设备, 由于通过摄像模块拍摄兴趣点, 并 通过定位系统模块进行定位确定兴趣点位置,中央处理器通过处理所述兴趣点 标识从存储器中或通过信息收发模块连接服务器获取与所述兴趣点标识相应 的兴趣点信息,中央处理器通过分析所述兴趣点信息及查询便携式通信设备是 否具备呈现 AR 内容需要的能力, 若所述便携式通信设备不具备所述呈现 AR 内容需要的能力, 隐藏所述 AR内容或者获取呈现所述 AR内容需要的能力。这 样使得所述用户终端在接收到所述兴趣点信息时,在所述用户终端上运行不会 出错。 与现有技术相比, 本发明实施例能够解决待呈现 AR内容的用户终端在 接收到所述兴趣点信息时, 由于用户终端不具备呈现所述兴趣点信息中的 AR 内容所需要的能力, 导致运行出错的问题。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本发 明可借助软件加必需的通用硬件的方式来实现, 当然也可以通过硬件,但很多 情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解, 本发明的技术方案本质上或 者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软 件产品存储在可读取的存储介质中, 如计算机的软盘, 硬盘或光盘等, 包括若 千指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机, 服务器, 或者网络设备 等)执行本发明各个实施例所迷的方法。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于 此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易想到 变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护范围应 所述以权利要求的保护范围为准。

1、 一种呈现增强现实技术 AR内容的方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 获取兴趣点信息,所述兴趣点信息包括 AR内容以及呈现所述 AR内容需要 的能力对应的能力信息; 根据所述能力信息查询用户终端是否具备呈现所述 AR内容需要的能力; 若所述用户终端不具备呈现所述 AR内容需要的能力,隐藏所述 AR内容或 者获取呈现所述 AR内容需要的能力。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述能力信息包括: 呈现 所述 AR内容需要的设备能力对应的设备能力信息或呈现所述 AR内容需要的渲 染能力对应的渲染能力信息; 所述具备呈现所述 AR内容需要的能力包括: 具备呈现所述 AR内容需要的设备能力且所述设备能力开启; 和 /或 具备呈现所述 AR内容需要的渲染能力。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述能力信息查 询用户终端是否具备呈现所述 AR内容需要的能力, 具体包括: 根据所述设备能力信息查询所述用户终端是否具备呈现所述 AR内容需要 的设备能力及所述设备能力是否开启; 和 /或 根据所述渲染能力信息查询所述用户终端是否具备呈现所述 AR内容需要 的渲染能力。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述设备能力信息包括设 备能力标识, 所述根据所述设备能力信息查询所述用户终端是否具备呈现所述 AR内容 需要的设备能力及所述设备能力是否开启, 包括:

7、 根据权利要求 6所述的用户终端, 其特征在于, 所述能力信息包括: 呈现所述 AR内容需要的设备能力对应的设备能力信息和 /或呈现所述 AR内容 需要的渲染能力对应的渲染能力信息; 所述查询单元, 包括: 第一查询模块,用于根据所述设备能力信息查询所述用户终端是否具备呈 现所述 AR内容需要的设备能力及所述设备能力是否开启; 和 /或 第二查询模块,用于根据所述渲染能力信息查询所述用户终端是否具备呈 现所述 AR内容需要的渲染能力。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的用户终端, 其特征在于, 所述设备能力信息包 括设备能力标识, 所述第一查询模块, 包括:
第一查询子模块,用于根据所述设备能力标识及用户终端的设备能力接口 查询所述用户终端是否具备呈现所述 AR内容需要的的设备能力, 并判断所述 设备能力是否开启;
所述处理单元, 包括:
