[0003] 现有笔记本电脑键盘如果需要键盘发光, 其按键作用的线路板与提供发光电源 的线路板及导光板是分离的, 按键作用的线路板大多为柔性印刷线路板, 发光电源的 线路板大多采用金属柔性线路板(FPC)加上发光光源( 贴片 LED灯)再加上导光板 等辅助材料组合在一起, 导光板附着于键盘基材背面, 而键盘中具有按键功能的印刷 柔性线路板附着于键盘金属基材上面, 如图 1所示: 现有笔记本电脑发光键盘中线路 板及导光板结构为:基板 1的上面设有下层线路板 2,下层线路板 2上面设有隔片层 3, 隔片层 3上面设有上层线路板 4, 基板 1的下面设有导光板 5。 如此则需要生产线路板 及导光板两种材料, 不仅生产成本较高, 而且增加了键盘的厚度, 因需给发光光源单 独供电, 电脑主板还需要为其提供电源和连接位置, 也不同程度上占用了主板的设计 空间。 为此, 需研发将金属柔性线路板、 印刷柔性线路板、 导光板三者结合在一起的 产品, 此即为导光线路板模组。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明的目的是为了克服现有发光键盘在键盘厚度上的缺陷, 解决笔记本电脑 实现超薄型设计的空间限制, 提供一种能实现笔记本电脑键盘发光同时不增加键盘厚 度, 并可节省工序及大量的辅助材料从而降低制造成本的一种导光线路板模组。

[0010] 有益效果: 本发明将导光板与线路板合为一体, 在导光板上设有实现按键功能 的导电线路, 并由于上层线路粘有 LED, 此 LED在组装后会镶入导光材料中, 故此导 光线路板模组可实现导电与导光双重效果, 并于导光线路板正面增加反光层和遮光层, 在反面增加反光层, 并直接利用本体的可发光元器件直接为导光板提供发光光源, 如 此可达到发光键盘的效果; 由于线路与导光材料结合, 可以避免为获得笔记本电脑键 盘发光功能所增加出来的笔记本电脑厚度, 从而为实现笔记本电脑超薄设计在键盘零 组件上提供保证。
