The carbon light tube (3) has a protection cover (4) outside, and the protection cover (4) has a spiral ventilation slot. Because of the using of the carbon light tube (3), the heating rate is 20% faster than the normal ovens, and 20% power is saved. The using of the protection cover (4) has following advantages: firstly, the protection cover (4) could prevent the food from sticking on the carbon light tube (3) during the heating process; secondly, the carbon light tube (3) could be protected, and its service life could be prolonged.

And the cold wind fan is for heating dissipation of the appliance components and plastic material. So there are two fan blades in the motor, the hot wind blade and cold wind blade.

The illustration of the program control is as below; put the food into the food basket and push it into the main part 8, the power light twinkle, which means the ready mode.
