Abstract

Техническое решение относится к области медицины, а конкретнее к травматологии и ортопедии. Предложен фиксатор для лечения перелома дистального метаэпифиза лучевой кости, состоящий из перфорированной пластины, имеющей эпифизарную и диафизарную части с блокируемыми винтами. Эпифизарная и диафизарная части имеют дополнительные боковые ветви, направленные в сторону диафизарной части лучевой кости, и метафизарную часть, расположенную перпендикулярно диафизарной части. Фиксатор образует «F - образную» форму с изгибами, анатомично повторяющими форму лучевой кости в дистальной части, при этом винты в боковых ветвях вводят перпендикулярно винтам в диафизарной части, а винты метафизарной части вводят под углом по отношению к диафизарной части. Использование технического решения позволяет сократить время операции и сроки лечения, обеспечивает стабильный остеосинтез и повышение удобства выполнения операции за счет отсутствия необходимости дополнительного моделирования фиксатора.
