常见切锯的基本组成部分包括:用于放置待切割工件的底座,铰支在底座上的支撑臂, 安置在支撑臂上的动力头以及由动力头驱动可旋转的锯片。 当启动动力头使锯片旋转时, 下压支撑臂, 即可使锯片按需要切割固定在底座上的工件。

因此, 在进行切割操作过程中, 当下压支撑臂时, 上述连杆机构将牵带活动护罩转动, 使其逐渐与固定护罩重叠, 露出锯片, 以便切割工件; 而抬起支撑臂时, 上述连杆机构失 去对活动护罩的牵带, 使其逐渐复位, 回复到与固定护罩对合的位置, 将锯片完全罩住, 从而避免锯片外露造成意外伤害。 另外锯片是损耗件, 当需要更换时, 可以将护罩连杆抬 起, 使支撑臂铰支点附近的轴位螺钉相对处于护罩连杆直槽的内端, 从而可以向上翻起活 动护罩, 方便更换锯片。
然而, 正是因为上述现有活动护罩结构具有单向约束作用, 即在下压支撑臂时, 支撑 臂铰支点附近的轴位螺钉位于护罩连杆上直槽的外端, 因此具有强制牵带活动护罩逐渐翻 起的作用; 但对该轴位螺钉相对移位到直槽的内端并无约束; 因此, 活动护罩始终存在意 外翻起的可能性, 依然存在事故隐患。 从严格意义上讲, 不符合 《型材切锯专用要求》 第 二部分中关于 "切锯应设计得工件加料一卸料操作期间, 活动护罩不能被无意翻起" 的要 求。
为解决以上的问题, 专利号为: ZL201020281095.6及 ZL201120033928.1披露了两种 技术方案。 ZL201020281095.6披露的技术方案为利用定位销结构约束护罩连杆的位移。 其 结构为: 由延伸臂、 支撑臂、 延伸臂连杆及连杆轴位螺钉组成连杆组件。 延伸臂装配在支 撑臂上, 开有长形沟槽的延伸臂连杆的一端通过铆钉与活动护罩连接, 另一端的直槽内穿 有连杆轴位螺钉, 并可绕轴位螺钉旋转。 定位销结构包括连杆组件及开在固定护罩上的沟 槽, 连杆组件的一端与所述支撑臂相连, 连杆轴位螺钉穿过所述护罩连杆、 连杆组件及开 在固定护罩上的沟槽将三个部件连接在一起, 通过连杆轴位螺钉在沟槽中滑动形成移动 副。

以上两种技术方案虽然都在一定程度上约束了护罩连杆的位移, 使活动护罩在工件加 料及卸料操作期间被无意翻起的几率降低, 但是在结构上并没有限死护罩连杆, 即护罩连 杆仍有可能滑动使活动护罩在不必要时意外翻起, 因此并没有彻底地消除安全隐患。 发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有安全保护装置的切锯, 在保证活动护罩原有性能前 提下, 可以确保在工件加料一卸料操作期间, 活动护罩不被无意翻起, 从而进一步保护操 作人员的安全。
为了达到上述目的, 本实用新型的技术方案提供了一种具有安全保护装置的切锯, 包 括用于放置待切割工件的底座, 支撑臂设于底座上, 在支撑臂通过动力头与锯片连接, 在 锯片上设有对合后为整圆的扇形固定护罩和活动护罩, 在支撑臂上端设有延伸臂, 延伸臂 通过轴位螺钉与护罩连杆的一端连接, 护罩连杆的另一端的弧形让位弯头与活动护罩连 接, 并且穿过扇形固定护罩卡在轴位螺钉上, 其特征在于, 护罩连杆的弧形让位弯头的末 端通过轴位螺钉连接限位钮。 所述的限位钮的下端设有与护罩连杆弧形让位弯头的弧度相 匹配的弧形卡口。
本实用新型的优点在于, 在工件加料卸料操作期间, 彻底锁死护罩连杆的活动, 保证 活动护罩不能翻起, 杜绝了以往安全保护装置, 在此期间, 活动护罩仍可能翻起, 造成事 故的安全隐患, 同时结构简单, 装配方便。 附图说明
