Abstract

[Problem] To provide a product delivery mechanism and product vending machine implementing the same whereby a sheet-shaped product can be manually delivered without any observation safely and stably one at a time in sequence. [Solution] When a customer pushes on a handle (63) after coin insertion, an interlocking mechanism (79), an L-shaped member (78), and a flange (77) move to the right and enter a standby state. When the customer pulls on the handle (63) from this state, the L-shaped member (78), the flange (77), and a stage (75) joined thereto move to the left, and a product (71) imparted by a product extrusion module (76) joined to the stage (75) is delivered from a product delivery slot (65). A suitable margin is provided between the L-shaped member (78) and the flange (77), and thus even when the customer abruptly pulls on the handle (63) when no coin has been inserted, the product (71) will not be abruptly pushed out by the product extrusion module (76) and pop out of the product delivery slot (65).

Description

There are two types of vending machines: electric type that uses electric power and mechanical type that does not use electric power (manual type). Mechanical type can be easily installed even in places where there is no power supply or outlet, and power failure Products can be sold to customers without restrictions even during times and power saving hours. A variety of products are sold in mechanical vending machines, such as toys, stamp sheets, cards, and folder-like thin products with pictures of idol stars. In the case of thin products, one by one is guaranteed without damaging the products. It has specific technical problems such as having to be carried out.
A mechanical vending machine (first conventional example) described in Patent Document 1 (US Pat. No. 4,438,868) will be described with reference to FIGS.
Referring to FIG. 1A, envelopes 11 are stacked, and a weight plate 19 having an opening for penetrating a lock pin 110 is placed on the upper surface of the uppermost envelope 11. The weight plate 19 is provided to apply an even weight to the envelope 11 so that all the envelopes that are stacked are kept flat.
When a predetermined coin is inserted from a coin insertion slot provided on the front panel 12, the handle 13, the coin slide 14, and the leg portion 15 can also be slid to the left and right in conjunction with the handle 13. The leg portion 15 is inserted into a notch provided in the flange 16, and the flange 16 is connected to the leading edge 18. In FIG. 1A, the handle 13 is pushed to the maximum and the flange 16 reaches the upper limit range 17. At this time, the leading edge 18 and the envelope folding portion 111 are separated as shown in FIG.
Next, as shown in FIG. 1B, when the customer pulls the handle 13 toward the front (right side in FIG. 1), the leg portion 15, the flange 16, and the leading edge 18 move to the right in conjunction with each other. The envelope folding part 111 of the envelope 11 is pushed rightward by the leading edge 18 so that the customer can purchase the envelope 11 normally.
FIG. 1C shows a state in which the last envelope 11 has been sold and no stacked envelopes 11 remain. At this time, the locking pin 110 falls through the opening provided on the weight plate 19 and the opening (dotted line) of the stage on which the lowest envelope 11 is placed, so that the handle 13 cannot move to the left. Lock to. At the same time, it is locked so that coins cannot be inserted. This eliminates the problem that the customer inserts coins despite out of stock.
Next, a mechanical vending machine (second conventional example) described in Patent Document 2 (US Pat. No. 7,128,238) will be described with reference to FIGS.

In FIG. 3, the folders 21 are stacked on the guide flanges 32 and 33, and the weight plate 40 shown in FIG. 4 is placed on the uppermost upper surface of the stacked folders 21. The weight plate 40 includes a metal plate 41 and a handle-like rod 42 that passes through an opening provided in the metal plate 41. The weight plate 40 and the handle-like rod 42 perform the same operations as the weight plate 19 and the locking pin 110 of the first conventional example.
Returning to FIG. 3, when the customer moves the slide mechanism 31 after inserting the coin, the lowest folder 21 placed on the guide flanges 32 and 33 moves to the left, and further to the door portion 34. The product is pushed out from the sales slot 35 provided in front of the front panel, and the customer can obtain the goods stored in the folder 21 to be purchased. The lowermost folder 21 is pushed onto the guide flanges 32 and 33 due to the weight of the stacked folders 21 and weight plates 40, but does not contact the entire surface of the folder 21 and slides in the horizontal direction. Since the friction force at the time is reduced, the folder can be moved smoothly.
Next, a third conventional example of the mechanical vending machine 51 described in Patent Document 3 (Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 2008-152724) will be described with reference to FIGS.
In FIG. 5A, when the operation mechanism 52 is rotated only once within a predetermined angular range, the coin slider 54 stopped at the driving position T at the bottom of the stocker 53 moves to the starting position S, thereby retreating from the stocker 53. Then, the lowest product ML is placed on the table wall 55. Next, as shown in FIG. 5B, when the operation mechanism 6 is rotated to the end point, the coin slider 54 moves from the starting position S to the driving position T, and the contact portion 54a of the coin slider 54 pulls the lowest product ML. Extrude to the carry-out port 56. In this way, the customer can withdraw the product ML.

The first prior art described in Patent Document 1 is configured such that the customer pulls out the lowest envelope 11 from the envelope sales slot 112 by pushing the envelope folding portion 111 with the leading edge 18. There is a problem that it cannot be basically used for a product such as 111 that does not have an acute angle portion.
In the second prior art described in Patent Document 2, the folder 21 is pushed out into the sales slot 35 by friction between the folder 21 and the guide flange 32. In this mechanism, not only the lowest folder 21 but also this folder 21 There arises a problem that the folder 21 located immediately above the folder 21 also appears in the sales slot 35 together.
When the malicious customer moves the slide mechanism 31 of FIG. 3 to the left violently, the guide flange 32 and the slide mechanism 31 are connected to each other, so that the folder 21 is instantaneously accelerated leftward and placed on the guide flange 32. There is a possibility that the lowermost folder 21 placed in the folder 21 jumps out of the sales slot 35 and the folder 21 is taken away by a malicious customer.
In order to prevent these problems, this conventional technique uses a resilient bias plate 36, a spring 37, a flange 38, and the like. However, these additional members must be provided with high accuracy, resulting in an increase in cost. In addition to being a factor, there is a problem in the stability of quality in mass production.
Further, the load of the weight plate 40 is applied to the folder 21 in a pinpoint manner with respect to the folder 21 located at the uppermost position by the head portion 43 formed integrally with the handle-like rod 42 shown in FIG. The load is not applied evenly. Therefore, even if the folder 21 is bent, it cannot be completely flattened, and the frictional force does not become uniform within the contact surface between the lowest folder 21 and the guide flange 32. For this reason, there is a problem that the lowest folder cannot be stably slid.
In the third prior art described in Patent Document 3, the interlocking mechanism 57 and the coin slider 54 are connected as shown in FIG. 5, and a malicious customer operates the interlocking mechanism 57 to instantly move the coin slider 54. In particular, if it is moved violently in the left direction, the tip of the lowest product ML placed on the table wall 55 may jump out of the carry-out port 56 and the product ML may be taken away by a malicious customer.
Further, the protruding height of the contact part 54a is set to be lower than the height of the product ML and is set to a height at which the product ML can be pushed out, but there is no description about specific suitable conditions.
The present invention provides a merchandise carry-out mechanism that suitably solves the above-described problems and a merchandise vending machine equipped with the same.
The merchandise vending machine of the present invention is a merchandise vending machine for carrying out a thin plate product stacked and stored on the upper surface of the stage in the merchandise vending machine so that a part thereof protrudes from a merchandise carry-out slot provided in front of the merchandise vending machine. In addition, a slider provided in front of the commodity vending machine, an L-shaped member that moves in the horizontal direction in conjunction with the slider, and a protruding portion of the L-shaped member can be slid in the horizontal direction inside. The arrangement and configuration of the flange, and the rear surface of the thin plate-like product at the bottom of the laminated thin plate-like product connected to the flange and sliding on the upper surface of the stage, are in contact with the back surface and horizontally in the direction of the product carry-out slot And a weight plate that is placed on the top surface of the thin-plate product and applies a load to the thin-plate product, and a free space between the L-shaped member and the flange. There is a wider construction than the movable range of the L-shaped member in the standby state of the commodity sales machines.
Further, in the product extrusion module, the height of the surface for pushing out the back surface of the thin plate product is set so that the preferred range is 60% to 90% of the height of the back surface. At this time, the height of the back portion of the laminated thin plate product group is the minimum value in the lowest thin plate product, and this minimum value is used as the set value.
Furthermore, the weight plate is placed on the upper surface of the thin plate product stacked on the top and applies a load to the thin plate product, and the weight plate has an opening to detect the stock status of the thin plate product. A locking rod provided, and a head embedded portion provided on a lower surface of the weight plate so as to store a lower head portion of the locking rod, the depth of the head embedded portion being the head portion It is configured to be larger than the height.
The thin plate product has a sheet and a folder that wraps the sheet.
The product delivery mechanism of the present invention is a product delivery mechanism for carrying out a product stacked and placed on a stage, and an L-shaped member that moves in a horizontal direction in conjunction with a slider, and a protrusion of the L-shaped member on the inside. A flange arranged and slidable in the horizontal direction, and a back surface of the sheet-like product at the lowest position of the laminated sheet-like product by connecting to the flange and sliding on the upper surface of the stage. A product extruding module that contacts the back surface and extrudes horizontally in the direction of the product carry-out slot; and a weight plate that is placed on the upper surface of the thin plate product stacked on the top and applies a load to the thin plate product. The play between the member and the flange is wider than the movable range of the L-shaped member in the standby state of the product carry-out mechanism.
Since the merchandise vending machine according to the present invention basically does not use a power source, it can be installed even in a place where there is no power outlet, and the selection of the installation place is extremely wide.
Further, in the product carry-out mechanism according to the present invention, the take-out member operated by the customer and the holding table on which the product is placed are not fixed, and a suitable “play” is provided. That is, a concave member is provided at the lower part of the holding base, and an L-shaped member that is linked to the take-out member is provided so as to slide horizontally within the concave portion. With this mechanism, even if a malicious customer moves the take-out member back and forth violently, the holding base cannot be moved forward beyond the set position. For this reason, even if a malicious customer slides the take-out member back and forth many times without inserting coins, the product can be prevented from being taken out without permission. Therefore, even when the merchandise vending machine according to the present invention is installed in an unmonitored place, the merchandise is not illegally taken out due to theft or the like, so that an extremely safe merchandise vending machine can be provided.
Also, by setting the product back extrusion part to be a flat surface and setting the angle so that this plane and the back of the product are parallel, it is possible to push the back of the product uniformly by the product back extrusion part. In addition, the product is deformed while the product is slid and the problem that the product cannot be slid parallel to the holding table is improved.
In addition, by suitably setting the height of the product rear extrusion part according to the thickness of the lowest product, the products can be reliably slid one by one with respect to the holding table and carried out from the product takeout slot. Can do.
In addition, there is a hole in the weight plate to be placed on the product at the top, and a locking rod is provided in this hole that will fall if it is out of stock, but the weight plate is larger than the head of the locking rod. By embedding the head part by embedding the head part, the product surface will be pushed by the entire weight plate rather than pinpointed by the head part, so the product will not be bent and the product will remain flat in the horizontal direction. It becomes possible to push out toward the take-out slot.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 6 is an external view of the commodity vending machine according to the present invention. The front panel 61 includes a coin insertion portion 62, a handle 63, a coin slider 64 connected to the handle 63, and a commodity discharge slot 65 for discharging the commodity. Is provided.
When a customer inserts a coin into the coin insertion unit 62 and pushes the handle 63, the inserted coin falls into a coin module provided on the back of the front panel 61, and whether or not a predetermined number of coins has been inserted. It is determined whether or not. If it is determined that a predetermined number of regular coins have been inserted, when the customer pushes back the handle pushed in, the lowest product among the products stacked inside the product vending machine is carried out from the product carry-out slot 65, and the customer Withdraw this, the transaction from coin insertion to goods receipt is completed normally.
There are various product groups as products, but if it is a film like an idol photo, it is structured so as not to hurt the photo between the folders shown in FIG. 2, but it is a very thin box-like product. If present, the boxes may be stacked in the merchandise vending machine and carried out directly from the merchandise carry-out slot 65.
In FIG. 6, the product carry-out slot 65, the coin insertion portion 62, the handle 63, and the coin slider 64 have a single-stage configuration, but have a multi-stage configuration with two or more stages, and different products are provided from the product carry-out slot 65 at each stage. It is good also as a structure so that it can take out.
Next, with reference to FIG. 7 (A) and FIG. 7 (B) showing side sectional views of the merchandise vending machine in FIG. 6, the merchandise carry-out mechanism and operation of the merchandise vending machine will be described. In addition, the same code | symbol is provided about the same structural member as FIG.
7A, the product 71 is stacked and stored in a product storage box 74, and a weight plate 72 is placed on the upper surface of the top product 71. The weight plate 72 applies a load to the stacked products 71 to prevent the products from being bent, and the friction at the contact surface between the stage 75 and the lowest product 71 is uniform. Further, the lock rod 73 penetrates the weight plate 72, and when the last product 71 is carried out from the product carry-out slot 65, it is locked inside the coin module so that the handle 63 can not be driven to fall freely.
On the upper surface of the stage 75, a product extruding module 76 for pushing the back portion 71a of the product 71 in the direction of the product carry-out slot 65 by the extruding portion 76a is fixed to the stage 75, and a flange 77 is provided on the lower surface of the stage 75. It has been. An L-shaped member 78 is arranged inside the flange 77 so as to be slidable in the horizontal direction, and the L-shaped member 78 is fixed by an interlocking mechanism 79 and a connecting portion 710. Further, the interlocking mechanism 79 is interlocked with the coin slider 64 on the left side of the front panel 61 via the coin module 711.
Further, a holding plate (not shown) is provided on the lower surface of the product extruding module 76 so that the stage can move left and right with the stage 75 interposed therebetween. The product extruding module 76 slides left and right on the holding plate. To do.
When the customer pushes in the handle 63 after inserting the coin, the coin slider 64, the interlocking mechanism 79 interlocked therewith, and the L-shaped member 78 are moved to the right, and the flange 77 is pushed out to the right by the L-shaped member 78. 75 and the product extruding module 76 are in a standby state at a position as shown in FIG.
Next, as shown in FIG. 7B, when the customer pulls the handle 63 forward (to the left), the coin slider 64 also moves to the left in conjunction with the interlock mechanism 79 and L connected inside the coin module 711. Both character members 78 move to the left. For this reason, the product extruding module 76 moves to the left while pushing the back surface 71a of the lowest product 711 by the extruding unit 76a, so the lowest product 71 is pushed out from the product carry-out slot 65, and the customer pulls it out. Thus, the product 71 can be obtained normally.
At this time, the product 71 directly above the lowest product 71 descends and is placed on the stage, which becomes the next lowest product 71. The next customer pushes the handle 63 after inserting the coin, and the product push-out module 76 is in the retracted position as shown in FIG. On the other hand, the merchandise 71 stays in the merchandise storage box 74 by the wall surface of the merchandise storage box 74 and enters the state shown in FIG. Thereafter, the states of FIG. 7B and FIG. 7A are repeated, and the products 71 stored in the product storage box 74 are sold one by one sequentially.
Next, a case where a malicious customer attempts to take the product 71 without properly inserting coins will be described with reference to FIGS. The merchandise vending machine is in a standby state when a malicious customer does not insert coins into the coin module 711, and the L-shaped member 78 does not move greatly even if the interlock mechanism 79 is locked and the handle 63 is pulled. Actually, the L-shaped member 78 is movable within a narrow range indicated by an arrow. For this reason, when a malicious customer moves the handle 63 back and forth violently, the back surface portion 71a of the lowest product 71 is ejected violently by the pushing portion 76a, and the tip of the product 71 jumps out of the product carry-out slot 65 slightly. In some cases, malicious customers were taken away.
In the present invention, play is provided between the flange 77 and the L-shaped member 78, so that the flange 77 and the L-shaped member 78 are moved even if the L-shaped member moves left and right with respect to the movable range in the standby state in which no coin is inserted. There is a gap or play that does not come into contact. For this reason, even if a malicious customer moves the handle 63 violently back and forth, the back surface portion 71a of the lowest product 71 is instantaneously protruded by the pushing portion 76a, and the tip of the product 71 jumps out of the product carry-out slot 65. Problems can be improved and a product delivery mechanism with excellent quality and a product sales machine equipped with the product delivery mechanism can be realized.
Next, with reference to FIG. 9 and FIG. 10, the product extrusion module 76 constituting the product carry-out mechanism of the present invention will be described. The product extruding module 76 includes a product extruding plate 76A and an extruding slider 76B made of plate-like members, and a connecting member 76C such as a screw for connecting the product extruding plate 76A and the extruding slider 76B. The extruding slider 76B is sandwiched between holding plates provided on both sides, and the product extruding plate 76A slides on the holding plate and pushes the back surface portion 71a of the product 71 by the extruding portion 76a while the product unloading slot 65 side. Move to.
As shown in FIG. 10, the product 71 has a sheet-like product 71B such as an idle photo and a folder 71A configured to wrap the product. As shown in FIG. 9, when the height of the extruding portion 76a is H2 and the height of the back surface of the product is H1, the height H1 is changed to the height H2 in various experiments. It was found that about 70% of H1 is optimum, and a range of 60% to 90% is suitable.
That is, when the height H2 is greater than the height H1, the product 71 above the lowest product 71 is pushed, and two products 71 are carried out to the product delivery slot 65 at a time. .
On the other hand, when the height H2 is about 50% or less than the height H1, the force from the extruding portion 76a is not uniformly applied to the entire back surface portion 71a, but concentrates below the back surface portion 71a. There was a case in which 76A entered the lower surface of the folder 71A and the folder 71A could not be pushed out. In addition, there are cases where the folder 71A is curved because the pressing force concentrates on the lower side of the back surface portion 71a, and there are cases where the folder 71A is clogged without being normally carried out one by one from the product carry-out slot 65.
Further, in the case where the upper end of the folder 71A is pushed downward at the right end of FIG. 10 and adhered to the lower portion of the folder 71A, and the height H2 is set to 50% or less of the height H1, the product extruding plate 76A is placed in the lower folder. As described above, the product extruding plate 76A gets into the lower surface of the folder 71A, and the pressing force is concentrated on the lower side of the back portion 71a and the case where the folder 71A cannot be pushed out. The trouble that the folder 71A is bent frequently occurred. From these experimental results, the height H2 needs to be 50% or more of the height H1, but in reality, the thickness of the folder 71A varies, and the gap between the upper folder and the lower folder at the right end of FIG. When the height H2 is set to 50% of the height H1, in the worst case, the height H2 is considerably lower than 50% of the height H1. Therefore, in consideration of these factors, it has been found through repeated experiments that the folder 71A can be pushed out by the product extruding plate 76A stably in mass production when the height H2 is 60% or more of the height H1.
On the other hand, the upper limit of the height H2 may theoretically be lower than the height H1, but considering the variation in the thickness of the folder 71A and the variation in the gap between the upper folder and the lower folder at the right end in FIG. In the worst case, the height H2 may be higher than the height H1. While repeating the experiment, it was confirmed that when the height H2 was set to 90% or less of the height H1, the folder 71A could be pushed out by the product extrusion plate 76A stably in mass production.
From the above experimental considerations, it was found that the height H2 is optimally about 70% of the height H1, and the range of 60% to 90% is preferable. Here, the height H <b> 1 represents the height of the back surface 71 a of the lowest product 71, not the height before storage in the product storage box 74. The product 71 is stacked in the product storage box 74, and the weight plate 72 is placed on the uppermost position. The height of the back surface 71a of the lowermost product 71 is the load between the weight plate 72 and the product 71 stacked on the upper layer. Accordingly, the height becomes smaller than the height before receiving the pressing force in the downward direction and storing it in the commodity storage box 74. Therefore, the height H2 is set in consideration of this effect.
Next, the weight plate 72 and the locking rod 73 that constitute the product carry-out mechanism of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 11 (A) and 11 (B). (A) is the top view which looked at the weight board 72 and the locking rod 73 from the bottom face side, (B) is sectional drawing which looked at the weight board 72 and the locking rod 73 from the side surface. The weight plate 72 is a plate-shaped plate 72A made of metal or resin, an opening 72D for allowing the locking rod 73 to pass therethrough, and a head for completely housing the head portion 72C of the locking rod 73 in the plate 72A. Embedded portion 72B.
The weight plate 72 of the present invention is characterized in that the depth of the head embedded portion 72B is larger than the height of the head portion 72C, and the weight plate 72 is in a state where the head portion 72C is completely embedded in the head embedded portion 72B. It is to be placed on the upper surface of the product 71. For this reason, since the weight 72 uniformly applies a load over the upper surface of the product 71, the load of the weight plate 70 is applied pinpointly to the product located at the top, which has been a problem in the prior art. Even if the product is bent, it cannot be completely flattened, and the friction in the contact surface between the lowest product and the stage 75 is not uniform, so the lowest product cannot be stably slid. I can do it.
