移动宽带是最近几年蓬勃发展的领域, 3G数据卡、 3G路由器等都是最 典型的移动宽带设备, 目前, 以数据卡为代表的移动宽带设备都配套提供一个 PC客户端软件, 用来管理数据卡以及实现拨号上网、 短信、 电话本等业务。 现有用来管理数据卡的 Web 方式解决了釆用 PC 客户端软件存在需要 OS ( Operation System, 操作系统)跨平台支持, 需要进行安装, 占用存储空间 大, 难以远程管理等问题, 此时, 当该数据卡插在本地便携机上后, 用户可在 本地便携机上打开 Web浏览器, 访问数据卡网页应用程序 Web App对应的网 址, 就可以看到 Web App的界面, 并可以在该界面上进行拨号上网、 短信收 发、 设备相关参数配置等操作。 然而这种 Web方式是本地 Web方式, 依然存 在以下问题:
1 )没有解决终端软件定制版本多的问题。 现有的终端软件的定制版本 大概 4000个 /年,而这种定制绝大部分集中在 Web界面 Web App上。由于 Web App运行在数据卡固件之上, 生产时要烧写到数据卡里面, 因此这种软件定制 和硬件生产强耦合,每一个定制版本都需要单独生产, 则造成定制软件版本及 定制终端管理的高度复杂性。
2 )无法充分利用 Web版本发布的高效性。 基于 Web开发的互联网软件 产品, 一般都有迅速发布版本的能力, 因为只要内部测试通过, 就可以在网站 上直接发布, 一般只要几秒钟就完成发布。 而本地 Web方式虽然在编程技术 上已经釆用了 Web, 但是因为 Web App软件在数据卡内部, 所以必须随同数 据卡硬件一起发货, 加上运营商推广、 库存、 销售周期等因素, 通常一个版本 要 2~3个月才能到最终用户手上。 发明内容
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种管理移动宽带设备的方法、 设备及系 统, 旨在解决现有技术在釆用本地 Web方式管理移动宽带设备时, 由于 Web应 用软件定制版本多,且需要与移动宽带设备硬件生产强耦合, 导致软件版本定 制与设备终端定制的管理高度复杂, Web版本发布的高效性无法充分体现的问 题。
本发明实施例是这样实现的, 一种管理移动宽带设备的方法, 所述方法包 括下述步骤:
向服务器发送本地设备标识;
根据所述服务器返回的定制参数, 更新所述移动宽带设备的定制参数; 向服务器发送 Web管理页面打开请求, 以使所述服务器返回所述 Web管理 页面;
接收主机侧设备在所述 Web管理页面上发送的管理命令;
通过所述移动宽带设备上与所述管理命令相应的应用程序编程接口,执行 所述管理命令。

如图 1所示,应用根据本发明实施例的移动宽带设备的主机侧设备不需要 客户端, 就可以对移动宽带设备进行管理, 使得移动宽带设备具有免安装、 易 开发、 成本低的优点, 而只需要普通的因特网 (Internet )浏览器, 例如 IE、 Firefox等浏览器, 用户可以通过因特网浏览器以远程 Web的方式对移动宽带 设备进行管理, 例如发短信、 拨号上网等业务管理等, 因此, 根据本发明实施 例的移动宽带设备可以应用于任何具有 Internet浏览器的主机侧设备,包括 PC 和各种嵌入式设备。 在本发明实施例中, 来自主机侧设备的数据包括管理数据和业务数据, 其 中管理数据通常涉及针对移动宽带设备本身进行的操作,而业务数据通常涉及 基于互联网应用的操作, 例如, 对于与查询移动宽带设备的状态 (包括流量、 信号强弱等)、 更新设备的定制参数(设备管理参数、 短信业务、 电话本业务 等)等相关的操作, 该操作所对应的数据是管理数据; 而对于上网、 QQ聊天 等操作, 该操作所对应的数据则是业务数据, 这些管理数据和业务数据从主机 侧设备侧经过服务器、 移动宽带设备的映射的网口传递到移动宽带设备侧。 图 2 示出了本发明第一实施例提供的管理移动宽带设备的方法的实现流 程, 详述如下: 在步骤 S201中, 向服务器发送本地设备标识。 其中, 该本地设备标识用于唯一标识该移动宽带设备, 它包括 IP地址、 设备型号、 软硬件版本型号、 国际移动装备辨识码、 国际移动用户识别码等设 备标识, 是一个综合标识, IP 地址是指在该移动宽带设备与移动终端相连接 后, 本地设备网络侧分配的 IP地址。 具体地, 当用户通过拨号上网之后, 该 移动宽带设备可以主动上传本地设备标识至服务器,而该本地设备标识中包含 有该网络侧分配的 IP地址, 以方便后续服务器调用该对应的移动宽带设备的 应用程序编程接口,以使该移动宽带设备通过与该应用功能相应的应用程序编 程接口, 实现应用功能的处理。 在步骤 S202中, 根据该服务器返回的定制参数, 更新该移动宽带设备的 定制参数。 其中,该定制参数为服务器中预先配置与该移动宽带设备的本地设备标识 对应的参数, 包括设备管理参数、 业务参数等, 可以为设备厂商预先设置好的 对该类型号的移动宽带设备进行配置的设备参数、拨号上网的参数、短信业务 开启参数等。具体地,若该移动宽带设备存在缺省的参数为短信业务关闭参数, 则在该移动宽带设备与移动终端相连接后, 用户拨号上网, 向服务器发送本地 设备标识,服务器根据该本地设备标识,找出存储在数据库中的该型号设备的 定制参数,从而根据该定制参数中是否下发定制参数的标识, 判断是否需要向 该移动宽带设备发送该定制参数, 是, 则发送该定制参数到该移动宽带设备, 否则不发送,从而该设备根据接收到的该定制参数中短信业务开启的参数, 开 启该移动宽带设备中短信业务。 在本发明实施例中, 在使用远程 Web方式管理移动宽带设备时, 用户在 使用移动宽带设备上网后, 可以直接访问服务器,根据服务器中预先定制和发 布的该移动宽带设备的版本或者定制参数来更新移动宽带设备,使得该移动宽 带设备硬件发货时无需定制软件界面, 直接在服务器网站上发布版本, 即可根 据该服务器网站上的版本来更新该移动宽带设备的定制参数,从而降低了软件 版本定制与设备终端定制的管理复杂度, 提高了 Web版本发布的高效性, 方 便移动宽带设备及其 Web界面的升级。 在步骤 203中, 向服务器发送 Web管理页面打开请求, 以使该服务器返 回该 Web管理页面。 具体地, 该服务器提供业务实现的界面部分,也即提供用户在主机侧设备 上以 Web方式对移动宽带设备进行管理的 Web管理页面, 具体地, 该服务器 根据接收到的 Web管理页面打开请求, 返回该 Web管理页面, 该 Web管理页 面可以包括一些普通的 HTML( Hyper Text Markup Language,简称为 "HTML" , 即超文本链接标示语言) 网页, 其中可能包括 JavaScript ( JAVA脚本语言)、 CSS ( Cascading Style Sheets, 简称为 "CSS" , 即层叠样式表)脚本, 这些都 是标准的 HTML页面元素。该应用程序编程接口 Web API可以是传统的 SOAP ( Simple Object Access Protocol , 简单对象访问协议)接口, 也可以是目前流 行的轻量级的 RESTful ( REpresentation State Transfer, 满足架构约束条件和原 则的应用程序或者设计)接口, 这些接口可以直接被调用, 无需任何修改。 在步骤 204中, 接收主机侧设备在 Web管理页面上发送的管理命令。 在步骤 205中 ,通过该移动宽带设备上与该管理命令相应的应用程序编程 接口, 执行该管理命令。 在本发明实施例中, 用户通过浏览器的 Web管理页面发送的管理命令都 是针对移动宽带设备本身进行的操作, 因而该管理命令是管理数据, 而用户通 过浏览器的其它 Web页面以及通过基于互联网的其它应用软件发送的数据则 属于业务数据。 而移动宽带设备接收在服务器提供的 Web管理页面上发送的 管理命令, 根据该本地设备标识中的 IP地址, 获取相应的移动宽带设备, 从 而通过该设备中与该管理命令相应的应用程序编程接口,执行该管理命令 ,解 决了 "远程 Web应用 "访问本地设备的技术难题,也即具备了远程调用 Web API 的能力。
该管理移动宽带设备的方法还包括下述步骤: 将该管理命令的执行情况发送给服务器,以使该服务器基于该执行情况对 该 Web管理页面的内容进行更新,该主机侧设备呈现更新后的 Web管理页面。 另外, 该管理移动宽带设备的方法还包括下述步骤: 识别该主机侧设备发送的数据是管理数据还是业务数据; 在确定该数据是管理数据之后, 将该管理数据发送给该服务器, 以使该主 机侧设备呈现该管理数据; 在确定所述数据是业务数据之后, 通过无线网络对将该业务数据进行处 理。 在具体实施过程中, 以 "短信" 业务为例, 在服务器提供的 Web管理 页面上实现短信邮箱管理、编辑新短信等界面, 而移动宽带设备需要实现短信 的底层接收、 底层发送以及消息的编解码。 具体地, 当用户想要发送短信时, 可以通过点击该主机侧设备的 Web管理页面上的发送短信功能模块等, 向服 务器发送打开发送短信页面的请求,从而服务器根据该请求返回的短信发送页 面上编辑短信, 而在编辑完短信并发送后, 该服务器接收到该短信发送请求, 根据该本地设备标识中的 IP地址, 调用相应地移动宽带设备的 Web API, 以 执行该短信发送请求,该移动宽带设备识别出该主机侧设备发送的该短信发送 请求所包含的数据是业务数据,从而该移动宽带设备通过预置的 API对该短信 进行发送处理,执行短信发送功能, 并将短信发送成功或者识别的处理结果或 者执行情况输出至服务器,从而在主机侧终端上显示短信发送完毕的信息, 以 呈现给用户。 本发明实施例的管理移动宽带设备的方法通过使用 Internet浏览器以 Web 方式对移动宽带设备进行管理,从而使得使用移动宽带设备的主机侧设备不再 需要客户端, 由此能够彻底解决客户端跨平台支持的问题。本发明实施例的方 法由于不需要在主机侧设备上安装客户端 ,能够避免复杂的多操作系统客户端 的开发和存储, 以及安装客户端后需要重启 OS的问题, 由此能够降低开发难 度, 增加用户体验, 并能够降低对移动宽带设备存储空间的要求, 从而降低移 动宽带设备的成本。
在本发明实施例中, 由于该移动宽带设备不包含提供 Web管理页面的界 面应用程序 Web APP, 而服务器包含 Web APP, 也即提供主机侧设备的 Web 管理页面,使得用户在使用该移动宽带设备上网时, 不用访问再访问传统的移 动宽带设备中的 Web APP网址, 而是直接访问服务器上的 Web APP网址, 就 可以实现对该移动宽带设备的设备参数配置以及业务管理等,解决了由于现有 技术在釆用本地 Web方式管理移动宽带设备时, 移动宽带设备中提供 Web管 理页面的界面应用程序 Web APP, 而 Web应用软件定制版本多, 且需要与移 动宽带设备硬件生产强耦合,导致软件版本的界面应用程序定制与设备终端定 制的管理高度复杂, Web版本发布的高效性无法充分体现的问题, 实现了该移 动宽带设备硬件生产与 Web APP软件发布的解耦, 使得该移动宽带设备硬件 发货时无需定制软件界面, 直接在网站上发布版本即可,从而降低了软件版本 定制与设备终端定制的管理复杂度, 提高了 Web版本发布的高效性, 方便软 件界面的升级,且该管理移动宽带设备的方法能够实现远程调用应用程序编程 接口, 以执行相应的管理命令的能力, 提升了用户体验。 实施例二: 图 3 示出了本发明第二实施例提供的移动宽带设备的结构, 为了便于说 明,仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。该移动宽带设备包括设备标识发送 单元 31、 参数更新单元 32、 页面请求发送单元 33、 管理命令接收单元 34以 及命令执行单元 35, 其中: 设备标识发送单元 31 , 用于向服务器发送本地设备标识。
其中, 该本地设备标识用于唯一标识该移动宽带设备, 它包括 IP地址、 设备型号、 软硬件版本型号、 国际移动装备辨识码、 国际移动用户识别码等设 备标识, 是一个综合标识, IP 地址是指在该移动宽带设备与移动终端相连接 后, 本地设备网络侧分配的 IP地址。 具体地, 当用户通过拨号上网之后, 该 移动宽带设备可以主动上传本地设备标识至服务器,而该本地设备标识中包含 有该网络侧分配的 IP地址, 以方便后续服务器调用该对应的移动宽带设备的 应用程序编程接口,以使该移动宽带设备通过与该应用功能相应的应用程序编 程接口, 实现应用功能的处理。 参数更新单元 32, 用于根据该服务器返回的定制参数, 更新该移动宽带 设备的定制参数。 其中,该定制参数为服务器中预先配置与该移动宽带设备的本地设备标识 对应的参数, 包括设备管理参数、 业务参数等, 可以为设备厂商预先设置好的 对该类型号的移动宽带设备进行配置的设备参数、拨号上网的参数、短信业务 开启参数等。 具体地, 若该移动宽带设备存在缺省的参数为短信业务关闭参数, 则在该 移动宽带设备与移动终端相连接后, 用户拨号上网, 设备标识发送单元 21向 服务器发送本地设备标识,服务器根据该本地设备标识中的设备型号, 找出存 储在数据库中的该型号设备的定制参数,从而根据该定制参数中是否下发定制 参数的标识, 判断是否需要向该移动宽带设备发送该定制参数, 是, 则发送该 定制参数到该移动宽带设备, 否则不发送, 从而该参数更新单元 32根据定制 参数中短信业务开启的参数, 开启该移动宽带设备中短信业务。 在本发明实施例中, 在通过远程 Web方式管理移动宽带设备时, 用户在 使用移动宽带设备上网后, 可以直接访问服务器,根据该服务器中预先定制和 发布的该移动宽带设备的版本或者定制参数来更新移动宽带设备,使得该移动 宽带设备硬件发货时无需定制软件界面, 直接在服务器网站上发布版本即可 , 从而降低了软件版本定制与设备终端定制的管理复杂度, 提高了 Web版本发 布的高效性, 方便移动宽带设备及其 Web界面的升级。 页面请求发送单元 33 , 用于向服务器发送 Web管理页面打开请求, 以使 该服务器返回该 Web管理页面。
管理命令接收单元 34, 用于接收主机侧设备在该 Web管理页面上发送的 管理命令。 命令执行单元 35 , 用于通过该移动宽带设备上与该管理命令相应的应用 程序编程接口, 执行该管理命令。 其中, 该应用程序编程接口 Web API可以是传统的 SOAP ( Simple Object Access Protocol , 简单对象访问协议)接口, 也可以是目前流行的轻量级的 RESTful ( REpresentation State Transfer, 满足架构约束条件和原则的应用程序 或者设计)接口, 这些接口可以直接被调用, 无需任何修改。 在本发明实施例中, 移动宽带设备通过页面请求发送单元 33向服务器发 送 Web管理页面打开请求, 以使该服务器返回该 Web管理页面, 管理命令接 收单元 34接收该 Web管理页面上发送的管理命令,根据该本地设备标识中的 IP地址, 获取相应的移动宽带设备, 从而通过命令执行单元 35中与该管理命 令相应的该移动宽带设备上应用程序编程接口, 执行该管理命令, 解决了 "远 程 Web应用" 访问本地设备的技术难题。 该移动宽带设备还包括: 数据类型识别单元,用于识别该主机侧设备发送的数据是管理数据还是业 务数据;
管理数据处理单元, 用于在确定该数据是管理数据之后, 将该管理数据发 送给该服务器, 以使该主机侧设备呈现该管理数据;
业务数据处理单元, 用于在确定该数据是业务数据之后, 通过无线网络对 将该业务数据进行处理; 以及
执行情况发送单元, 用于将该管理命令的执行情况发送给该服务器, 以使 该服务器基于该执行情况对该述 Web管理页面的内容进行更新, 该主机侧设 备呈现更新后的 Web管理页面。 其中, 用户通过浏览器的 Web管理页面发送的管理命令都是针对移动宽 带设备本身进行的操作, 因而该管理命令是管理数据, 而用户通过浏览器的其 它 Web页面以及通过基于互联网的其它应用软件发送的数据则属于业务数据。 在本发明实施例中, 当用户在主机侧设备的 Web管理页面上编辑完短 信并发送时, 该服务器接收到该短信发送请求, 根据该本地设备标识中的 IP 地址, 调用相应地移动宽带设备的 Web API, 该数据类型识别单元识别该主机 侧设备发送的数据是业务数据,从而该业务数据处理单元通过预置的 Web API 对该短信发送请求进行处理,执行短信发送功能, 并利用执行情况发送单元将 短信发送成功或者识别的处理结果输出至服务器,从而在主机侧终端上显示短 信发送完毕的信息, 以呈现给用户, 该移动宽带设备可以为嵌入式支持 Web API的设备, 例如, 路由器、 机顶盒等。 另外,由于该移动宽带设备不包含提供 Web管理页面的界面应用程序 Web APP, 而服务器包含 Web APP, 也即提供主机侧设备的 Web管理页面, 使得 用户在使用该移动宽带设备上网时,不用访问再访问传统的移动宽带设备中的 Web APP网址, 而是直接访问服务器上的 Web APP网址, 就可以实现对该移 动宽带设备的设备参数配置以及业务管理等。 本发明实施例通过设备标识发送单元 31向服务器发送本地设备标识, 参 数更新单元 32根据该服务器返回的定制参数, 更新该移动宽带设备的定制参 数的工作方法, 页面请求发送单元 33向服务器发送 Web管理页面打开请求, 以使该服务器返回该 Web管理页面, 管理命令接收单元 34接收主机侧设备在 该 Web管理页面上发送的管理命令,命令执行单元 35通过该移动宽带设备上 与该管理命令相应的应用程序编程接口,执行该管理命令,使得该移动宽带设 备硬件发货时无需定制软件界面, 直接在网站上发布版本即可, 实现了接收用 户发送的管理命令, 以通过该管理命令相应的应用程序编程接口,执行该管理 命令的目的, 降低了软件版本定制与设备终端定制的管理复杂度,提高了 Web 版本发布的高效性。 实施例三: 图 4示出了本发明第三实施例提供的服务器的工作方法的实现流程,详述 如下: 在步骤 S401中, 接收移动宽带设备发送的本地设备标识。

其中,该定制参数为服务器中预先配置与该移动宽带设备的本地设备标识 对应的参数, 包括设备管理参数、 业务参数等, 可以为设备厂商预先设置好的 对该类型号的移动宽带设备进行配置的设备参数、拨号上网的参数、短信业务 开启参数等。 具体地, 该服务器在接收到本地设备标识后, 根据该设备标识中 的设备型号,找出存储在数据库中的该型号设备的定制参数,从而根据该定制 参数中是否下发定制参数的标识,判断是否需要向该移动宽带设备发送该定制 参数, 若该定制参数中包含需要下发定制参数的标识, 则该服务器下发该定制 参数至移动宽带设备, 将该定制参数写入该移动宽带设备; 否则, 不下发。 在步骤 S403中, 根据该移动宽带设备发送 Web管理页面打开请求, 返回 该 Web管理页面至主机侧设备中。 在步骤 S404中, 接收移动宽带设备转发的主机侧设备发送的管理数据, 使该主机侧设备呈现该管理数据。 具体地, 当用户上网之后, 通过主机侧直接访问服务器上的 Web APP应 用程序网址, 在向该服务器发送 Web管理页面打开请求, 首先由该移动宽带 设备接收该请求, 当判断该请求为管理数据后, 则将该管理数据转发给该服务 器, 从而服务器接收到该 Web管理页面打开请求后, 返回与该 Web管理页面 打开请求对应的页面, 以显示给用户, 从而用户可以在该 Web APP的 Web管 理页面上对移动宽带设备进行管理等操作。 另外, 由于该服务器独立于该移动 宽带设备, 则可以随时更新网页界面。 该服务器的工作方法还包括下述步骤: 接收移动宽带设备转发的主机侧设备在 Web管理页面上发送的管理命令; 调用与该本地设备标识中的 IP地址对应的移动宽带设备的应用程序编程 接口, 以使该移动宽带设备通过与该管理命令相应的应用程序编程接口,执行 该管理命令; 接收移动宽带设备发送的管理命令的执行情况;
基于该执行情况对该 Web管理页面的内容进行更新, 以使该主机侧设备 呈现更新后的 Web管理页面。 在具体实施过程中, 以数据卡为例, 但不限于此类移动宽带设备, 位于该 服务器中的界面应用程序 Web App可以提供直接远程运行的程序组件, 这些 组件一般适合于和数据卡的 Web API调用不是很频繁的业务,特别是一些和第 三方云端应用结合的业务, 例如, Google电话本、 百度地图等, 而该 Web App 也可以提供用于同步本地数据卡 Web App的程序组件, 主要适合于和数据卡 紧密相关、 Web API调用比较频繁的业务, 例如短信发送等。 在实际产品开发 过程中, 对于和数据卡紧密相关、 Web API调用比较频繁的业务, 服务器的 Web App 可以先将与该业务相关的程序组件或者说定制参数等下载至包含有 本地 Web App的数据卡中, 则在后续的比较频繁的业务处理过程中, 不需要 通过服务器频繁地调用 Web API对该业务进行处理,而直接利用数据卡的本地 Web Ap 中的 Web API对该业务进行处理,也即使用包含 Web Ap 的数据卡, 利用现有的本地 Web方式对该业务进行处理, 虽然该方法不能解决本发明实 施例所提到的移动宽带设备与 Web APP的解耦问题, 但仍然可以提高版本定 制和发布的效率, 也可以提高业务处理速度, 使用户获得较好的体验, 也更易 于产品拓展。 在本发明实施例中,该服务器能够接收到移动宽带设备发送的本地设备标 识,根据预置的定制参数与该本地设备标识, 向该移动宽带设备发送该定制参 数, 使得服务器独立于移动宽带设备, 能够在服务器端定制和发布版本, 使得 版本定制和发布的效率大大提高, 且能够提供 Web管理页面, 并根据接收到 的移动终端发送的管理命令, 调用与该本地设备标识中的 IP地址对应的移动 宽带设备的 Web API, 以实现对该请求的处理, 实现了通过本地设备标识的 IP 地址远程访问移动宽带设备的目的。 本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分步骤 是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可以存储于一计算机可 读取存储介质中, 所述的存储介质, 如 ROM/RAM、 磁盘、 光盘等。 实施例四: 图 5示出了本发明第四实施例提供的服务器的结构, 为了便于说明,仅示 出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。 该服务器包括设备标识接收单元 51、 参数 发送单元 52、 管理页面发送单元 53以及管理数据接收单元 54, 其中: 设备标识接收单元 51 , 用于接收移动宽带设备发送的本地设备标识。 其中, 该本地设备标识用于唯一标识该移动宽带设备, 它包括 IP地址、 设备型号、 软硬件版本型号、 国际移动装备辨识码、 国际移动用户识别码等设 备标识, 是一个综合标识, 其中, IP 地址是指在该移动宽带设备与移动终端 相连接后, 本地设备网络侧分配的 IP地址。 参数发送单元 52, 用于根据该本地设备标识, 当判断需要向该移动宽带 设备发送定制参数时, 返回该定制参数至该移动宽带设备。 该定制参数为服务器中预先配置与该移动宽带设备的本地设备标识对应 的参数, 包括设备管理参数、 业务参数等, 可以为设备厂商预先设置好的对该 类型号的移动宽带设备进行配置的设备参数、拨号上网的参数、短信业务开启 参数等。
具体地, 该服务器在接收到本地设备标识后,根据该设备标识中的设备型 号,找出存储在数据库中的该型号设备的定制参数,从而根据该定制参数中是 否下发定制参数的标识, 判断是否需要向该移动宽带设备发送该定制参数, 若 该定制参数中包含需要下发定制参数的标识,则该服务器下发该定制参数至移 动宽带设备, 将该定制参数写入该移动宽带设备; 否则, 不下发。
在本发明实施例中, 该服务器通过设备标识接收单元 51接收移动宽带设 备发送的本地设备标识, 参数发送单元 52根据该本地设备标识, 当判断需要 向给移动宽带设备发送定制参数时,返回该定制参数至该移动宽带设备,使得 服务器独立于移动宽带设备, 能够在服务器端定制和发布版本,使得版本定制 和发布的效率大大提高。 管理页面发送单元 53 , 用于根据该移动宽带设备发送 Web管理页面打开 请求, 返回该 Web管理页面至所述移动宽带设备。 管理数据接收单元 54, 用于接收移动宽带设备转发的主机侧设备发送的 管理数据, 使该主机侧设备呈现 Web管理页面。 在本发明实施例中, 当用户上网之后, 通过主机侧直接访问服务器上的 Web APP应用程序网址, 在向该服务器发送获取 Web管理页面请求, 首先由 该移动宽带设备接收该请求, 当判断该请求为管理数据后, 则将该管理数据转 发给该服务器, 从而服务器接收到该获取 Web管理页面请求后, 返回与该获 取 Web管理页面请求对应的页面,以显示给用户,从而用户可以在该 Web APP 的 Web管理网页界面上对移动宽带设备进行管理等操作。 另外, 由于该服务 器独立于该移动宽带设备, 则可以随时更新网页界面。
如图 6所示, 该服务器还包括: 接收单元 61 , 用于接收移动宽带设备转发的用户在主机侧设备的 Web管 理页面上发送的管理命令; 接口调用单元 62, 用于调用与该本地设备标识中的 IP地址对应的移动宽 带设备的应用程序编程接口,以使该移动宽带设备通过与该管理命令相应的应 用程序编程接口, 执行该管理命令; 执行情况接收单元 63 , 用于接收移动宽带设备发送的管理命令的执行情 况; 以及 更新单元 64 , 用于基于该执行情况对该 Web管理页面的内容进行更新, 以使该主机侧设备呈现更新后的 Web管理页面。 具体地, 当该接口调用单元 62接收到移动终端发送的设备参数配置或者 业务处理请求时, 可以根据该本地设备标识中的 IP地址, 远程调用与该 IP地 址对应的移动宽带设备的 Web API,通过移动宽带设备中的相应业务处理功能 实现对该请求的处理,并由处理结果发送单元将该移动宽带设备对该请求处理 的结果发送至移动终端, 以显示给用户。 在本发明实施例中, 通过根据接收单元 61接收到的移动宽带设备转发的 用户在主机侧设备的 Web管理页面上发送的管理命令, 利用接口调用单元 62 调用与该本地设备标识中的 IP 地址对应的移动宽带设备的应用程序编程接 口, 以使该移动宽带设备通过与该管理命令相应的应用程序编程接口,执行该 管理命令, 并能够进一步地通过执行情况接收单元 63接收移动宽带设备发送 的管理命令的执行情况, 更新单元 64基于该执行情况对该 Web管理页面的内 容进行更新, 以使该主机侧设备呈现更新后的 Web管理页面。 实现了通过本 地设备标识的 IP地址远程访问移动宽带设备, 并对该移动宽带设备进行管理 的目的。 实施例五: 图 7示出了本发明第五实施例提供的管理移动宽带设备的系统的结构,为 了便于说明,仅示出了与本发明实施例相关的部分。该管理移动宽带设备的系 统包括移动宽带设备 71以及服务器 72, 其中: 移动宽带设备 71 用于向服务器 72发送本地设备标识, 并根据该服务器 72返回的定制参数, 更新该移动宽带设 71备的定制参数, 并向服务器 72发 送 Web管理页面打开请求, 以使该服务器 72返回该 Web管理页面, 接收主 机侧设备在 Web管理页面上发送的管理命令,通过该移动宽带设备 71上与该 管理命令相应的应用程序编程接口, 执行该管理命令。 其中, 该本地设备标识用于唯一标识该移动宽带设备, 它包括 IP地址、 设备型号、 软硬件版本型号、 国际移动装备辨识码、 国际移动用户识别码等设 备标识, 是一个综合标识, IP 地址是指在该移动宽带设备与移动终端相连接 后, 本地设备网络侧分配的 IP地址。 该定制参数为服务器中预先配置与该移 动宽带设备的本地设备标识对应的参数, 包括设备管理参数、 业务参数等, 可 以为设备厂商预先设置好的对该类型号的移动宽带设备进行配置的设备参数、 拨号上网的参数、 短信业务开启参数等。 该移动宽带设备 71还包括: 数据类型识别单元,用于识别该主机侧设备发送的数据是管理数据还是业 务数据;
管理数据处理单元, 用于在确定该数据是管理数据之后, 将该管理数据发 送给该服务器, 以使该主机侧设备呈现该 Web管理页面; 业务数据处理单元, 用于在确定该数据是业务数据之后, 通过无线网络对 将该业务数据进行处理; 以及
执行情况发送单元, 用于将该管理命令的执行情况发送给该服务器, 以使 该服务器基于该执行情况对该述 Web管理页面的内容进行更新, 该主机侧设 备呈现更新后的 Web管理页面。
服务器 72用于根据该移动宽带设备 71发送的本地设备标识,当判断需要 向该移动宽带设备 71发送定制参数时,返回该定制参数至该移动宽带设备 71 , 并接收移动宽带设备 71转发的主机侧设备发送的管理数据, 使该主机侧设备 呈现该管理数据。
该服务器 72还包括:
接收单元, 用于接收移动宽带设备转发的用户在主机侧设备的 Web管理 页面上发送的管理命令;
接口调用单元, 用于调用与该本地设备标识中的 IP地址对应的移动宽带 设备的应用程序编程接口,以使该移动宽带设备通过与该管理命令相应的应用 程序编程接口, 执行该管理命令; 执行情况接收单元, 用于接收移动宽带设备发送的管理命令的执行情况; 以及 更新单元, 用于基于该执行情况对该 Web管理页面的内容进行更新, 以 使该主机侧设备呈现更新后的 Web管理页面。 该管理移动宽带设备的系统中各个单元的功能和作用的实现过程见上述 对应实施例的实现过程, 在此不再赘述。 本发明实施例通过在移动宽带设备与移动终端相连接后,向服务器发送本 地设备标识,根据该服务器返回的定制参数,更新该移动宽带设备的定制参数, 并向服务器发送 Web管理页面打开请求,以使该服务器返回该 Web管理页面, 接收主机侧设备在 Web管理页面上发送的管理命令, 通过该移动宽带设备上 与该管理命令相应的应用程序编程接口,执行该管理命令, 解决了现有技术在 釆用本地 Web方式管理移动宽带设备时, 由于 Web应用软件定制版本多, 且 需要与移动宽带设备硬件生产强耦合 ,导致软件版本定制与设备终端定制的管 理高度复杂, Web版本发布的高效性无法充分体现的问题, 实现了该移动宽带 设备与 Web APP的解耦, 使得软件版本定制与设备终端定制的管理复杂度得 到降低, Web版本发布的高效性得到提高,且具备了远程调用应用程序编程接 口, 以执行相应的管理命令的能力。 以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡在本发 明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等, 均应包含在本发明 的保护范围之内。

Claims

1、 一种管理移动宽带设备的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括下述步骤: 向服务器发送本地设备标识;
根据所述服务器返回的定制参数, 更新所述移动宽带设备的定制参数; 向服务器发送 Web管理页面打开请求, 以使所述服务器返回所述 Web管理 页面;
接收主机侧设备在所述 Web管理页面上发送的管理命令;
通过所述移动宽带设备上与所述管理命令相应的应用程序编程接口,执行 管理命令。
2、如权利要求 1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述本地设备标识包括 IP地址、 设备型号、 软硬件版本型号、 国际移动装备辨识码、 国际移动用户识别码。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括下述步骤: 识别所述主机侧设备发送的数据是管理数据还是业务数据;
在确定所述数据是管理数据之后,将所述管理数据发送给所述服务器, 以 使所述主机侧设备呈现所述管理数据;
在确定所述数据是业务数据之后, 通过无线网络对将该业务数据进行处 理。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括下述步骤: 将所述管理命令的执行情况发送给所述服务器,以使所述服务器基于所述 执行情况对所述 Web管理页面的内容进行更新, 所述主机侧设备呈现更新后的 Web管理页面。
5、 一种移动宽带设备, 其特征在于, 所述移动宽带设备包括:
设备标识发送单元, 用于向服务器发送本地设备标识;
参数更新单元, 用于根据所述服务器返回的定制参数, 更新所述移动宽带 设备的定制参数;
页面请求发送单元, 用于向服务器发送 Web管理页面打开请求, 以使所述 服务器返回所述 Web管理页面;
管理命令接收单元, 用于接收主机侧设备在所述 Web管理页面上发送的管 理命令; 以及 命令执行单元,用于通过所述移动宽带设备上与所述管理命令相应的应用 程序编程接口, 执行所述管理命令。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的移动宽带设备, 其特征在于, 所述移动宽带设备还 包括:
数据类型识别单元,用于识别所述主机侧设备发送的数据是管理数据还是 业务数据;
管理数据处理单元, 用于在确定所述数据是管理数据之后,将所述管理数 据发送给所述服务器, 以使所述主机侧设备呈现所述管理数据; 以及
业务数据处理单元, 用于在确定所述数据是业务数据之后,通过无线网络 对将该业务数据进行处理。
7、 一种服务器的工作方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括下述步骤: 接收移动宽带设备发送的本地设备标识;
根据所述本地设备标识, 当判断需要向所述移动宽带设备发送定制参数 时, 返回所述定制参数至所述移动宽带设备;
根据所述移动宽带设备发送 Web管理页面打开请求, 返回所述 Web管理页 面至所述移动宽带设备;
接收移动宽带设备转发的主机侧设备发送的管理数据,使所述主机侧设备 呈现所述管理数据。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括下述步骤: 接收移动宽带设备转发的主机侧设备在 Web管理页面上发送的管理命令; 调用与所述本地设备标识中的 IP地址对应的所述移动宽带设备的应用程 序编程接口,以使所述移动宽带设备通过与所述管理命令相应的应用程序编程 接口, 执行所述管理命令。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括下述步骤: 接收移动宽带设备发送的管理命令的执行情况;
基于所述执行情况对所述 Web管理页面的内容进行更新, 以使所述主机侧 设备呈现更新后的 Web管理页面。
10、 一种服务器, 其特征在于, 所述服务器包括:
设备标识接收单元, 用于接收移动宽带设备发送的本地设备标识; 参数发送单元, 用于根据所述本地设备标识, 当判断需要向所述移动宽带 设备发送定制参数时, 返回所述定制参数至所述移动宽带设备;
管理页面发送单元, 用于根据所述移动宽带设备发送 Web管理页面打开请 求, 返回所述 Web管理页面至所述移动宽带设备; 以及
管理数据接收单元,用于接收移动宽带设备转发的主机侧设备发送的管理 数据, 使所述主机侧设备呈现所述管理数据。
11、 一种管理移动宽带设备的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括移动宽带 设备以及服务器, 其中:
移动宽带设备, 用于向所述服务器发送本地设备标识, 并根据所述服务器 返回的定制参数, 更新所述移动宽带设备的定制参数, 并向服务器发送 Web管 理页面打开请求, 以使所述服务器返回所述 Web管理页面, 接收主机侧设备在 所述 Web管理页面上发送的管理命令, 通过所述移动宽带设备上与所述管理命 令相应的应用程序编程接口, 执行所述管理命令; 以及
服务器, 用于根据所述本地设备标识, 当判断需要向所述移动宽带设备发 送定制参数时,返回所述定制参数至所述移动宽带设备, 并接收移动宽带设备 转发的主机侧设备发送的管理数据, 使所述主机侧设备呈现所述管理数据。
