本发明实施例提供一种多媒体信息发布方法, 其流程图如图 1 所示, 包括如下步驟:
S11: 多媒体信息发布装置将获取到的由多媒体信息提供方提供的多媒 体信息通过简单对象访问协议 ( Simple Object Access Protocol, SOAP ) 消 息下发给发布引擎。
多媒体信息发布装置根据多媒体信息提供方提供的多媒体信息向多媒 体终端下发多媒体信息发布请求, 以便通过多媒体终端向用户发布多媒体 信息。
相应的, 发布引擎接收多媒体信息发布装置通过简单对象访问协议 SOAP消息下发的由多媒体信息提供方提供的多媒体信息。
S12: 发布引擎将接收到的 SOAP消息转化为携带多媒体信息的 SIP消 息。
S13: 发布引擎通过 IMS核心网将 SIP消息发送给多媒体终端。
通过 IMS核心网接入的大量多媒体终端为开展各类增值业务提供了一 个技术平台, 通过扩展 SIP的 Message消息开展增值多媒体信息业务, 实 现对 SIP消息的业务利用。
S14: 多媒体终端接收到 SIP消息后, 根据其中携带的多媒体信息向资 源服务器请求相应的多媒体信息内容呈现给用户。
多媒体终端根据接收到的 SIP 消息中携带的多媒体信息从资源服务器 下载相应的多媒体信息内容; 根据多媒体信息提供方选择的用户群和需要 向用户群发布的多媒体信息内容, 编排多媒体信息内容播放序列, 按照多 媒体信息内容播放序列的顺序向所述用户群播放多媒体信息内容播放序列 中包括的多媒体信息内容。
下面通过具体实施例说明多媒体信息发布的实现过程和对多媒体信息 发布结果的统计过程。
如图 2所示为多媒体信息发布的具体实现过程, 包括如下步驟:
S21: 多媒体信息提供方提交多媒体信息内容到多媒体信息发布装置。 多媒体信息提供方提交多媒体信息内容到多媒体信息发布装置的多媒 体信息内容管理模块。
S22: 提交的多媒体信息内容审核通过。
管理员可以对提交的多媒体信息内容进行审核。
S23: 多媒体信息发布装置下发携带多媒体信息信息的 SOAP消息。 多媒体信息发布装置下发 SOAP消息给发布引擎, 请求发布多媒体信 息, 此时发送的是一个多媒体信息内容下载消息。
S24: 发布引擎接收到多媒体信息发布装置下发的 SOAP消息后, 将其 解析转化为 SIP的 Message消息后提交给 IMS核心网。
S25: IMS核心网将 SIP的 Message消息发送给多媒体终端。
S26: 多媒体终端成功接收到来自 IMS核心网的 SIP消息后, 回复 SIP 响应消息给核心网, 例如: 回复的 SIP响应消息可以是 200 OK消息。 S27: 核心网将接收到的 SIP响应消息转给发布引擎。
IMS核心网收到来自多媒体终端的 SIP响应消息后给发布引擎回复 SIP 响应消息。
S28: 发布引擎将接收到的 SIP响应消息转化为 SOAP响应消息提供给 多媒体信息发布装置。
发布引擎收到来自 IMS核心网回复的 SIP响应消息后, 转化为 SOAP 响应消息转给多媒体信息发布装置, 实现对多媒体信息发布装置下发的 SOAP消息的响应。
S29: 多媒体终端接收到 SIP消息后, 根据其中携带的多媒体信息向资 源服务器请求相应的多媒体信息内容。
多媒体终端根据多媒体信息内容下发消息向资源服务器请求下载多媒 体信息内容。
S30: 将下载的多媒体信息内容呈现给用户。
多媒体终端在用户的使用过程中进行多媒体信息内容播放, 在多媒体 信息内容播放后对多媒体信息播放情况记录。 多媒体终端可以记录多媒体 信息发布结果, 包括多媒体信息播放次数等信息。
上述步驟 S26-S28与步驟 S29-S30的执行顺序可以互换。

多媒体信息发布装置中的多媒体信息管理模块根据配置的多媒体信息 发布结果上报策略, 通过 SOAP消息向发布引擎下发多媒体信息发布结果 上报请求消息。 相应的, 发布引擎接收多媒体信息发布装置发送的携带多 媒体信息发布结果上报请求的 SOAP消息。
S34: 发布引擎将接收到的 SOAP消息转化为携带多媒体信息发布结果 上报请求的 SIP消息发送给 IMS核心网。
发布引擎将来自多媒体信息管理模块的 SOAP消息解析转化为 SIP的 Message消息发送给 IMS核心网。
S35: IMS核心网将接收到的 SIP消息下发给多媒体终端。 IMS核心网 是直接透传 SIP消息。
S36:多媒体终端成功接收到来自 IMS核心网的 SIP消息后回复 SIP响 应消息给核心网, 例如: 回复的 SIP响应消息可以是 200 OK消息。
S37: 核心网将接收到的 SIP响应消息转给发布引擎。
IMS核心网收到来自终端回复的 200 OK消息后给发布引擎回复 200

S39: 多媒体终端返回携带多媒体信息记录信息的 SIP消息。 多媒体信息记录信息是多媒体终端在将多媒体信息内容呈现给用户时 记录的。
S40: 核心网将接收到的携带多媒体信息记录信息的 SIP消息转给发布 引擎。
S41 : 发布引擎将接收到的 SIP消息转化为携带多媒体信息记录信息的 SOAP消息提供给多媒体信息发布装置。
发布引擎接收到多媒体终端返回的携带多媒体信息记录信息的 SIP 消 息, 将接收到的 SIP消息转化为携带多媒体信息记录信息的 SOAP消息提 供给多媒体信息发布装置中的多媒体信息内容管理模块。
S42: 多媒体信息发布装置提取多媒体信息记录信息。
多媒体信息发布装置中的统计模块获取多媒体信息内容管理模块接收 到的多媒体信息记录信息。
S43: 多媒体信息发布装置根据接收到的携带多媒体信息记录信息的

S44: 多媒体信息发布装置成功接收到携带多媒体信息记录信息的 SOAP消息后, 回复上报应答 SOAP消息。具体是多媒体信息内容管理模块 通过 SOAP消息给发布引擎上报发布结果应答。
S45: 发布 !擎接收到上报应答 SOAP消息时, 转化为上报应答 SIP消 息转给 IMS核心网。 例如: 上报应答 SIP消息可以是 200 OK消息。
S46: IMS核心网将接收到的上报应答 SIP消息转给多媒体终端, 以便 多媒体终端获知上报的多媒体信息发布结果是否成功接收。 上述步驟 S44-S46为可选步驟。

多媒体信息提供方 C2选择用户群 A发布振铃阶段视频内容 B2;
用户群 A的多媒体终端通过接收到的携带视频信息的 SOAP消息一一 视频内容消息向资源服务器请求下载视频内容 Bl , B2;
用户群 A中的某个用户 M拨打电话呼叫用户 N;
在振铃阶段, M 用户能够在多媒体终端界面上看到播放的视频内容, 依次轮播 Bl , B2;
用户 M挂机, 多媒体终端记录视频内容 B 1 , B2的播放次数; 多媒体信息发布装置下发多媒体信息播放统计消息给多媒体终端; 多媒体终端上报播放次数;
多媒体信息发布装置生成报表数据, 管理员通过报表查询某个多媒体 信息内容的播放次数, 按周期输出结算报表, 多媒体信息提供方据此缴费, 完成整个多媒体信息业务流程。
基于统一发明构思, 本发明实施例还提供一种多媒体信息发布系统, 其结构如图 4所示, 包括: 多媒体信息发布装置、 发布引擎、 多媒体终端 和资源服务器, 其中多媒体终端与发布引擎之间通过 IMS核心网实现信息 交互, 优选的, 多媒体信息发布装置包括多媒体信息内容管理模块和统计 模块。
多媒体信息发布装置, 用于将获取到的由多媒体信息提供方提供的多 媒体信息信息通过 SOAP消息下发给发布引擎。
发布引擎, 用于将接收到的 SOAP 消息转化为携带多媒体信息的 SIP 消息, 通过 IMS核心网将 SIP消息发送给多媒体终端。
多媒体终端, 用于接收到 SIP 消息后, 根据其中携带的多媒体信息向 资源服务器请求相应的多媒体信息内容呈现给用户。
优选的, 上述多媒体终端, 具体用于根据接收到的 SIP 消息中携带的 多媒体信息从资源服务器下载相应的多媒体信息内容; 根据多媒体信息提 供方选择的用户群和需要向用户群发布的多媒体信息内容编排多媒体信息 内容播放序列, 按照多媒体信息内容播放序列的顺序向所述用户群播放多 媒体信息内容播放序列中包括的多媒体信息内容。

优选的, 上述多媒体信息发布装置, 还用于根据接收到的携带多媒体 信息记录信息的 SOAP消息中的多媒体信息记录信息, 对多媒体信息提供 方提供的多媒体信息进行计费。
上述多媒体信息发布装置中的多媒体信息内容管理模块对多媒体信息 内容管理, 主要有文字信息、 图片信息、 视频信息等, 系统实现对这些内 容的提交、 审核等管理, 通过 SOAP消息向发布引擎下发多媒体信息内容、 上报消息等。 统计模块定期从多媒体信息内容管理模块提取原始多媒体信 息数据, 进行多媒体信息播放运营数据和业务数据的报表统计, 为多媒体 信息业务运营提供分析依据。
发布引擎介于多媒体信息发布装置和 IMS核心网之间, 通过 SOAP消 息接受多媒体信息内容管理模块提交的多媒体信息内容, 发布引擎负责消 息解析处理, 再通过 SIP的 Message消息的扩展, 利用 IMS核心网下发多 媒体信息内容, IMS 核心网透传消息给多媒体终端实现多媒体信息发布内 容最终下发。 多媒体信息发布引擎通过 SOAP消息接收多媒体信息内容管 理模块提交的效果统计消息, 再通过 SIP的 Message消息通过 IMS核心网 下发多媒体信息发布效果统计消息。 多媒体信息发布引擎通过 SOAP消息 接受多媒体信息内容管理模块提交的多媒体信息发布效果统计消息, 再通 过 SIP的 Message消息通过 IMS核心网下发多媒体信息发布效果统计消息, 多媒体终端接收到 IMS核心网下发的请求多媒体信息发布结果的消息后进 行结果上报。
资源服务器提供多媒体信息内容的下载, 多媒体终端接收到来自多媒 体信息发布装置的多媒体信息发布请求后, 向资源服务器下载多媒体信息 要播放的视频、 图片内容。
优选的, 上述发布引擎的结构如图 5所示, 包括: 信息接收模块 11和 转化发送模块 12。
信息接收模块 11 , 用于接收多媒体信息发布装置通过 SOAP消息下发 的由多媒体信息提供方提供的多媒体信息。

优选的, 上述多媒体信息发布装置的结构如图 6所示, 包括: 信息下 发模块 21。

上述方法及系统基于 IMS核心网实现多媒体信息的管理、 发布, 具体 通过扩展 SIP消息的 Message消息, 建设统一的多媒体信息内容管理、 发 布引擎, 利用 IMS核心网及多媒体终端向用户发布文字、 图片、 视频内容, 同时进行多媒体信息发布效果收集评估。 实现基于 IMS核心网的增值多媒 体信息业务的方案, 为 IMS核心网业务提供新的业务能力。

发布引擎接收多媒体信息发布装置通过简单对象访问协议 SOAP消 息下发的由多媒体信息提供方提供的多媒体信息;
所述发布引擎将接收到的 SOAP消息转化为携带所述多媒体信息的 会话初始化协议 SIP消息, 通过 IP多媒体系统 IMS核心网将所述 SIP消 息发送给多媒体终端, 通过所述多媒体终端实现根据所述 SIP 消息中携 带的多媒体信息向资源服务器请求相应的多媒体信息内容呈现给用户。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述根据所述 SIP消息中携带 的多媒体信息向资源服务器请求相应的多媒体信息内容呈现给用户, 具 体包括:
根据接收到的所述 SIP 消息中携带的多媒体信息从资源服务器下载 相应的多媒体信息内容;
