本实用新¾涉及大功率 LED新闻灯, 具体的是一种贴片灯珠的固定装置, 其结构简单, 拆卸、 维修方便。 背景技术
随着节能理念的深入, LED灯将逐渐替代现有的白炽灯, 而现阶段 LED新闻灯广泛用于影视、 演播室、 教 室等场合, 尤其是人功率新闻灯由于其高亮度, 更受大家的欢迎。 但维修成了这个行业的一人难题, 往往 是一个灯珠出现问题就要将整块电路板拆下来, 费时费力, 非常麻烦。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种不用焊接的可拆卸式灯珠固定装置。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是: 所述的可拆卸式灯珠固定装置包括灯珠固定架、 位于 1 定架中心的贴片灯 珠、 灯珠上方的透镜和固定透镜的透镜固定架, 透镜固定架和灯珠同定架通过内、 外螺纹配合固定。 灯珠固定架的底部有两个卡扣和两个立柱, 通过卡扣与电路板固定, 立柱起到定位的作用。
透镜压紧灯珠后, 灯珠的正负极焊脚与电路板的正负极连通从而使灯珠与电路板上的电路导通。
有益效果: 可拆卸式灯珠固定装置可以实现单独拆卸, 可省略焊接过程, 降低成本, 而且更换维修方便, 还可以减少维修成本。

具体实施方式
将贴片灯珠 (4 ) 对应灯珠阓定架 (2 ) 内部的的正负极标识放到中心的定位孔, 透镜 (3 ) 放到贴片灯珠 ( 4 ) 上方, 再将透镜 1 定架 (1 ) 拧到灯珠固定架 (2 ) 上。 透镜 (3 ) 被透镜固定架 (1 ) 固定后与灯珠 会充分接触, 所以灯珠不会松动。 安装时直接将本实用新型通过卡扣 (5 ) 固定在电路板上, 而立柱 (6) 起到定位的作用, 灯珠的正负极焊脚与电路板上的正负极悍盘充分接触, 从而达到导通的效果。 维修时直 接将本实用新型拔下来更换即可, 不需要拆卸电路板, 方便快捷。
