Abstract

L'invention concerne une machine de gymnastique (3) comprenant : une unité de traitement de données et une station de commande relative (4) associée de manière fonctionnelle à ladite unité de traitement de données, au moins une interface de communication à courte portée (6) associée de manière fonctionnelle à ladite unité de traitement de données. L'interface de communication à courte portée (6) est configurée pour former un canal de communication à courte portée bidirectionnel pour recevoir au moins un code d'identification d'utilisateur. Un système d'entraînement (100) pour un utilisateur est également décrit, comprenant : un dispositif électronique portable (1) associé à l'utilisateur ; une interface de communication à courte portée (2) associée de manière fonctionnelle audit dispositif électronique portable (1) ; ladite interface à courte portée (2) étant configurée pour former un canal de communication à courte portée bidirectionnel pour fournir au moins un code d'identification d'utilisateur ; la machine de gymnastique (3) mentionnée ci-dessus.
