与现有技术相比, 本发明实施例提供的技术方案具有以下优点和特点: 在本发明提供的方案中, 通过获取用户输入的操作指令和方向信号来确 定预设组合指令, 当确定预设组合指令以后, 则可进行界面的切换。 相对于 现有技术而言, 本发明提供的方案是通过操作触摸屏和加速度感应器来切换 界面的, 所以去掉了专门负责界面切换的按键。 因此, 本发明不仅降低了硬 件成本, 而且, 不存在按键损坏的情况, 从而可延长移动终端的使用寿命。 附图说明

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图, 对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行 清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而 不是全部的实施例。 基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有作 出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例提供了一种用于在具有触摸屏的移动终端中切换界面的方 法, 该方法包括: 通过所述移动终端的触摸屏获取用户输入的操作指令; 通 过所述移动终端中设置的加速度感应器获取所述移动终端的方向信号; 以及 在确定所述获取的操作指令和所述获取的方向信号是用于指示切换界面的预 设组合指令时, 切换所述移动终端的界面; 其中, 所述预设组合指令为预先 定义的包括操作指令和方向信号的用于指示切换界面的组合指令。 上述用于 在具有触摸屏的移动终端中切换界面的方法, 具有易于接受和学习、 用户体 验优良、 适用范围广等优点。
由于上述用于在具有触摸屏的移动终端中切换界面的方法及装置的具体 实现存在多种方式, 下面通过具体实施例进行详细说明:
请参见图 1所示, 图 1示出了一种用于在具有触摸屏的移动终端中切换 界面的方法, 该方法包括:
步骤 S1 , 通过所述移动终端的触摸屏获取用户输入的操作指令。
其中, 触摸屏主要是获取用户输入的触摸指令, 用户输入的触摸指令可 以包括两种, 一种是用户单手持续按压触摸屏的任意一点, 另一种是用户持 续按压触摸屏的两个对应的边缘区域。
步骤 S2, 通过所述移动终端中设置的加速度感应器获取所述移动终端的 方向信号; 其中, 所述方向信号可以包括水平方向和垂直方向。
步骤 S3 , 确定所述获取的操作指令和所述获取的方向信号是否是用于指 示切换界面的预设组合指令, 并且在确定所述获取的操作指令和所述获取的 方向信号是用于切换界面的预设组合指令时, 切换所述移动终端的界面; 其 中, 所述预设组合指令为预先定义的包括操作指令和方向信号的用于指示切 换界面的组合指令。
其中, 需要预先定义好操作指令和方向信号的何种组合方式 (即, 预设 组合指令) 作为切换界面的手段 (触发条件或触发指令, gp, 在满足该预设 组合指令时, 进行移动终端的界面切换操作), 开发商需要预先提供给用户多 种可选的方案, 用户则可以根据自己的习惯来自行选中适合的方案。
在用户选择切换界面的手段 (即, 用户设置好预设组合指令) 以后, 在 此步骤中需要判断, 所述获取的操作指令和所述获取的方向信号的组合是不 是用户预先定义的用于指示切换界面的预设组合指令 (即, 用户设置好的预 设组合指令)。
如果通过判断以后, 确定用户输入的操作指令和方向信号是预先定义的 用于指示切换界面的预设组合指令, 那么对界面进行切换。 关于界面切换的 方式, 也由用户事先定义好, 后面会举例说明。
在图 1 所示的实施例中, 本领域技术人员可以清楚的了解到, 移动终端 获取用户输入的操作指令和方向信号, 确定所述获取的操作指令和方向信号 的组合是否是预设组合指令, 并且在确定是预设组合指令时, 进行移动终端 的界面切换。 相对于现有技术而言, 本发明提供的方案可以通过操作触摸屏 和加速度感应器来切换移动终端的界面, 从而可以去除专门负责界面切换的 按键。 因此, 本发明不仅降低了硬件成本, 而且, 不存在按键损坏的情况, 从而可延长移动终端的使用寿命。
在本发明中, 用户的操作指令可以包括用户单手持续按压触摸屏的任意 一点, 以及用户持续按压触摸屏的两个对应的边缘区域两种方式。 用户可以 从这两种操作指令中预先定义一种操作指令来作为有效切换界面的操作指 令, gp, 预设组合指令中包括的操作指令。
此外, 所述移动终端的方向信号可以包括水平方向和垂直方向。 用户需 要在操作指令的基础上, 确定预设组合指令中包括的方向信号, 从而将两者 组合来定义预设组合指令, 并且预先定义与所定义的预设组合指令对应的界 面切换方式。
本发明将操作指令的具体动作和方向信号的具体方位通过举例的方式进 行简要介绍, 主要包括以下几步:
第一步, 确定用户输入的操作指令: 所述操作指令主要包括用户单手持 续按压触摸屏的任意一点, 以及用户持续按压触摸屏的两个对应的边缘区域 两种方式, 这两种方式用户可以预先定义一种操作指令作为有效切换界面的 操作指令。
第二步: 确定所述移动终端的方向信号: 所述方向信号包括水平方向和 垂直方向, 用户需要在确定操作指令的基础上, 确定所述移动终端的方向信 号。
第三步: 判断组合指令: 在此步骤之前, 用户已经定义好包含有效操作 指令和方向信号的预设组合指令以及与该预设组合指令对应的切换方式, 在 此基础上, 会判断用户输入的操作指令和方向信号的组合指令是否是预先定 义的预设组合指令, 如果用户输入的组合指令是预先定义的预设组合指令, 那么就按照与该预先定义的预设组合指令对应的切换方式来切换所述移动终 端的界面。
根据上述三个步骤, 下面通过具体图示进行详细讲解:
实施例一
需要用户预先定义用于指示切换界面的预设组合指令, 所述预设组合指 令包括操作指令和方向信号。
假设用户定义的操作指令为用户持续按压触摸屏的两个对应的边缘区 域, 此种操作指令的按压方式如图 2所示, 用户定义的方向信号为移动终端 向右水平方向倾斜, 如图 3所示, 预先定义的对应切换方式是将移动终端的 当前界面切换为与当前界面相邻的右侧的界面。 在这种情况下, 如果所获取 的操作指令是用户持续按压触摸屏的两个对应的边缘区域, 以及所获取的方 向信号是移动终端向右水平方向倾斜, 则会触发将移动终端的当前界面切换 为与当前界面相邻的右侧的界面。
假设用户定义的操作指令为用户持续按压触摸屏的两个对应的边缘区 域, 用户定义的方向信号是移动终端向左水平方向倾斜, 如图 4所示, 预先 定义的对应切换方式是将移动终端的当前界面切换为与当前界面相邻的左侧 的界面。 在这种情况下, 如果所获取的操作指令是用户持续按压触摸屏的两 个对应的边缘区域, 以及所获取的方向信号是移动终端向左水平方向倾斜, 则会触发将移动终端的当前界面切换为与当前界面相邻的左侧的界面。
假设用户定义的操作指令为用户持续按压触摸屏的两个对应的边缘区 域, 用户定义的方向信号是移动终端沿垂直方向甩动 (例如, 垂直向下甩动 和垂直向上甩动), 预先定义的对应切换方式是关闭所述移动终端的当前界 面, 并将相邻的界面切换为当前界面, 例如, 在方向信号是垂直向下甩动时, 将相邻的左侧界面切换为当前界面, 以及在方向信号是垂直向上甩动时, 将 相邻的右侧界面切换为当前界面。 在这种情况下, 如果所获取的操作指令是 用户持续按压触摸屏的两个对应的边缘区域, 以及所获取的方向信号是移动 终端沿垂直方向甩动, 则会触发关闭移动终端的当前界面, 并且相邻的界面 切换为当前界面。
假设用户定义的操作指令为用户持续按压触摸屏的两个对应的边缘区 域, 用户定义的方向信号是移动终端沿水平方向左右连续甩动, 预先定义的 对应切换方式是从所述移动终端后台加载当前界面。 在这种情况下, 如果所 获取的操作指令是用户持续按压触摸屏的两个对应的边缘区域, 以及所获取 的方向信号是移动终端沿水平方向左右连续甩动, 则会触发从所述移动终端 后台加载当前界面。
例如, 假设当前界面为浏览器, 浏览器右边的界面为相册, 浏览器左面 的界面为电子书, 那么如果用户如图 3所示持续按压触摸屏的两个对应的边 缘区域并使得移动终端向右水平方向倾斜, 则将移动终端的当前界面由浏览 器切换为相册。 如果用户如图 4所示持续按压触摸屏的两个对应的边缘区域 并使得移动终端向左水平方向倾斜, 则将移动终端的当前界面由浏览器切换 为电子书。 如果用户持续按压触摸屏的两个对应的边缘区域并使得移动终端 沿垂直方向甩动, 则关闭移动终端的当前界面, 并将相邻的界面切换为当前 界面。 如果用户持续按压触摸屏的两个对应的边缘区域并使得移动终端沿水 平方向左右连续甩动, 则从移动终端后台加载当前界面。
实施例二
假设用户定义的操作指令为用户单手持续按压触摸屏的任意一点, 此种 操作指令的按压方式如图 5所示, 用户定义的方向信号是移动终端垂直甩动 (例如, 垂直向下甩动和垂直向上甩动), 如图 6所示, 以及预定定义的对应 切换方式是关闭移动终端的当前界面, 并将相邻的界面切换为当前界面, 例 如, 在方向信号是垂直向下甩动时, 将相邻的左侧界面切换为当前界面, 以 及在方向信号是垂直向上甩动时, 将相邻的右侧界面切换为当前界面。 在这 种情况下, 如果所获取的操作指令是用户单手持续按压触摸屏的任意一点, 所获取的方向信号是移动终端沿垂直方向甩动, 则会触发关闭移动终端的当 前界面, 并将相邻的界面切换为当前界面。
假设用户定义的操作指令为用户单手持续按压触摸屏的任意一点, 此种 操作指令的按压方式如图 5所示, 用户定义的方向信号是移动终端水平向右 甩动, 如图 7所示, 以及预定定义的对应切换方式是将移动终端的当前界面 切换为与当前界面相邻的右侧的界面。 在这种情况下, 如果所获取的操作指 令是用户单手持续按压触摸屏的任意一点, 所获取的方向信号是移动终端水 平向右甩动, 则会触发将移动终端的当前界面切换为与当前界面相邻的右侧 的界面。
假设用户定义的操作指令为用户单手持续按压触摸屏的任意一点, 此种 操作指令的按压方式如图 5所示, 用户定义的方向信号是移动终端水平向左 方向甩动, 如图 8所示, 以及预定定义的对应切换方式是将移动终端的当前 界面切换为与当前界面相邻的左侧的界面。 在这种情况下, 如果所获取的操 作指令是用户单手持续按压触摸屏的任意一点, 所获取的方向信号是移动终 端水平向左方向甩动, 则会触发将移动终端的当前界面切换为与当前界面相 邻的左侧的界面。
假设用户定义的操作指令为用户单手持续按压触摸屏的任意一点, 此种 操作指令的按压方式如图 5所示, 用户定义的方向信号是移动终端沿水平方 向左右连续甩动, 如图 9所示, 以及预先定义的对应切换方式是从所述移动 终端后台加载当前界面。 在这种情况下, 如果所获取的操作指令是用户单手 持续按压触摸屏的任意一点, 所获取的方向信号是移动终端沿水平方向左右 连续甩动, 则会触发从所述移动终端后台加载当前界面。
例如, 假设当前界面为浏览器, 浏览器右边的界面为相册, 浏览器左面 的界面为电子书, 那么当用户如图 6所示单手持续按压触摸屏的任意一点并 使得移动终端垂直向下甩动时, 则移动终端关闭浏览器界面, 并且将移动终 端的当前界面切换为相册界面; 那么当用户如图 7所示单手持续按压触摸屏 的任意一点并使得移动终端向右甩动时, 则将移动终端的当前界面由浏览器 切换为相册; 当用户如图 8所示单手持续按压触摸屏的任意一点并使得移动 终端向左甩动时, 则将移动终端的当前界面由浏览器切换为电子书; 当用户 如图 9所示单手持续按压触摸屏的任意一点并使得移动终端沿水平方向左右 连续甩动时, 则从移动终端后台加载浏览器界面。 请参见图 10所示, 图 10示出了一种用于在具有触摸屏的移动终端中切 换界面的装置 1, 该装置 1包括: 获取模块 11, 用于通过所述移动终端的触 摸屏 2获取用户输入的操作指令, 并通过所述移动终端中设置的加速度感应 器 3获取所述移动终端的方向信号; 确定模块 12, 用于确定所述获取的操作 指令和所述获取的方向信号是否为用于指示切换界面的预设组合指令, 所述 预设组合指令为预先定义的包括操作指令和方向信号的用于指示切换界面的 组合指令; 切换模块 13, 用于在所述获取的操作指令和所述获取的方向信号 为用于指示切换界面的预设组合指令时, 切换所述移动终端的界面。
在图 10所示的实施例中, 通过获取模块 11获取用户输入的操作指令和 方向信号, 并通过确定模块 12来确定用户输入的操作指令和方向信号的组合 指令是否为预设组合指令, 当确定为是预设组合指令后, 通过切换模块 13进 行界面的切换。 因此, 相对于现有技术中的物理按键, 本发明不仅降低了硬 件成本, 而且, 不存在按键损坏的情况, 从而可延长移动终端的使用寿命。
此外, 在图 10所示的实施例中, 获取模块 11被配置为获取用户输入的 操作指令和方向信号两者。 在本发明的另一实施例中, 获取模块 11也可以采 用两个单独的模块实现, 即操作指令获取模块和方向信号获取模块, 所述操 作指令获取模块用于通过所述移动终端的触摸屏 2获取用户输入的操作指令, 以及所述方向信号获取模块通过所述移动终端中设置的加速度感应器 3 获取 所述移动终端的方向信号。
需要说明的是, 图 1至图 10所示的实施例只是本发明所介绍的优选实施 例, 本领域技术人员在此基础上, 完全可以设计出更多的实施例, 因此不在 此处赘述。
此外, 典型地, 本发明所述的移动终端可为各种手持终端设备, 例如智 能电话、 蜂窝电话、 个人数字助理 (PDA)、 平板计算机、 车辆导航系统或笔 记本手机等, 因此本发明的保护范围不应限定为某种特定类型的移动终端。
此外, 根据本发明的方法还可以被实现为由 CPU执行的计算机程序。 在 该计算机程序被 CPU执行时, 执行本发明的方法中限定的上述功能。 例如, 根据本发明的移动终端可以被实现为一个或多个处理器, 以及与该一个或多 个处理器相连的存储器, 该存储器中存储具有可以使得处理器执行本发明的 方法中所限定的各个步骤的指令的计算机程序。 此外, 上述方法步骤以及系统单元也可以利用控制器以及用于存储使得 控制器实现上述步骤或单元功能的计算机程序的计算机可读存储设备实现。 例如, 根据本发明的移动终端可以被实现为一个或多个处理器, 以及与该一 个或多个处理器相连的存储器, 该存储器中存储具有可以使得处理器执行本 发明的方法中所限定的各个步骤的指令的计算机程序。
本说明书中各个实施例采用递进的方式描述, 每个实施例重点说明的都 是与其他实施例的不同之处, 各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。 对于实施例公开的装置而言, 由于其与实施例公开的方法相对应, 所以描述 的比较简单, 相关之处参见方法部分说明即可。
本领域技术人员可以理解, 可以使用许多不同的工艺和技术中的任意一 种来表示信息、 消息和信号。 例如, 上述说明中提到过的消息、 信息都可以 表示为电压、 电流、 电磁波、 磁场或磁性粒子、 光场或以上任意组合。

Claims

1、 一种用于在具有触摸屏的移动终端中切换界面的方法, 包括: 通过所述移动终端的触摸屏获取操作指令;
通过所述移动终端中设置的加速度感应器获取所述移动终端的方向信 号; 以及
在确定出所述获取的操作指令和所述获取的方向信号是用于指示切换界 面的预设组合指令时, 切换所述移动终端的界面;
其中, 所述预设组合指令是预先定义的包括操作指令和方向信号的用于 指示切换界面的组合指令。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述预设组合指令中的操作指令 是持续按压触摸屏的任意一个点, 所述预设组合指令中的方向信号是所述移 动终端沿水平方向甩动, 以及切换所述移动终端的界面的操作包括将所述移 动终端的当前界面切换为与所述当前界面相邻的界面。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述预设组合指令中的操作指令 是持续按压触摸屏的任意一个点, 所述预设组合指令中的方向信号是所述移 动终端沿垂直方向甩动, 以及切换所述移动终端的界面的操作包括关闭所述 移动终端的当前界面, 并将相邻的界面切换为当前界面。

8、 一种用于在具有触摸屏的移动终端中切换界面的装置, 包括: 获取模块, 用于通过所述移动终端的触摸屏获取用户输入的操作指令, 并通过所述移动终端中设置的加速度感应器获取所述移动终端的方向信号; 确定模块, 用于确定所述操作指令和所述方向信号是否为用于指示切换 界面的预设组合指令, 所述预设组合指令为预先定义的包括操作指令和方向 信号的用于指示切换界面的组合指令;
切换模块, 用于在所述获取的操作指令和所述获取的方向信号是用于指 示切换界面的预设组合指令时, 切换所述移动终端的界面。
