具体地, 该搜索引擎前台可采用搜索结果富展现方式显示该整合数 据。 显示的检索结果由标题、 摘要、 原网页链接、 网页时间、 网页快照 等部分构成。 并且, 在网页上以超链接方式显示该关联数据。 例如, 如 果接收的搜索关键信息为 "木屋烧烤", 关联数据包括电话号码。 当然, 关联数据还可以是聊天工具, 如 qq, msn , 微博等。 在显示检索结果时, 不仅显示木屋烧烤的标题、 摘要、 网页链接, 还以超链接方式显示该电 话号码。 也就是, 以超链接方式显示电话图标以及电话号码。 而后, 用 户向搜索引擎前台发送进行超链接显示的指示。 也即是, 用户点击电话 图标, 与业务提供方进行连接。 在线拨通电话号码后便可对木屋烧烤进 行查询。 具体地, 拨通电话后, 搜索引擎前台向业务提供方, 如木屋烧 烤业务提供方, 发送用户提出的有关业务详情的对象询问请求, 并接收 来自业务提供方的对象询问响应。 之后, 该搜索引擎前台再通过语音或 对话框等方式将询问响应反馈给该用户。
可选地, 所述搜索引擎前台还用于在接收到该对象询问响应后接收 该用户发送的协商请求, 与业务提供方协商预定对象和预定数量。
同样地, 以前述的 "木屋烧烤" 实例进行说明。 用户点击在网页上 显示的电话图标, 对木屋烧烤进行询问后, 可在线协商预定信息。 在本 实例中, 预定对象可以是预定某天用餐的业务, 预定数量可以是用餐人 数和用餐价钱。
该系统还可以进一步包括线上交互单元, 用于从用户接收有关预定 对象和预定数量的内容。
同样地, 以前述的 "木屋烧烤" 实例进行说明。 用户点击网页上显 示的电话图标, 对木屋烧烤进行询问、 预定后, 用户使用该线上交互单 元进行在线支付, 将之前协商的用餐价钱汇到指定账户。
所述数据检索后台包括: 相关度排序子单元, 用于对获取的关联数 据进行相关度计算, 将关联数据按照相关度由高到低的顺序进行排序, 选择相关度最高的设定个数的关联数据, 将一般数据和关联数据进行整 合, 将整合数据发送给该搜索引擎前台。
该系统还可以进一步包括: 更新单元,用于接收关联数据更新请求, 对关联数据资源库保存的关联数据进行更新。 所述更新请求中包含更新 内容。
所述搜索引擎前台还可以进一步包括: 语音交互子单元, 用于采用 语音方式向业务提供方发送对象询问请求, 并接收业务提供方以语音方 所述搜索引擎前台还可以进一步包括: 即时通讯客户端, 用于采用 即时通讯方式向业务提供方发送对象询问请求, 并接收业务提供方以即 时通讯方式返回的对象询问响应。 所述即时通讯客户端可以为 QQ客户 端。
上述对象询问请求和对象询问响应可以采用多种方式。 不仅包括语 音方式、 即时通讯方式, 还可以包括短信息方式、 微博方式等。
参见图 2, 为本发明第一实施例提供的信息搜索方法流程示意图。 该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤 201 , 接收包含搜索关键信息的搜索请求。
步骤 202, 从一般数据资源库中获取包含所述搜索关键信息的一般 数据。
按照现有方案获取该一般数据。
步骤 203 , 从关联数据资源库中获取与所述搜索关键信息相关联的 关联数据。
该关联数据资源库中保存有与各搜索关键信息相关联的关联数据。 步骤 204, 将一般数据和关联数据整合成整合数据。
在整合之前对获取的关联数据进行相关度计算, 将关联数据按照相 关度由高到低的顺序进行排序, 选择相关度最高的设定个数的关联数 据。 将将一般数据和选择的关联数据整合成整合数据。
步骤 205 , 在网页上显示该整合数据。
可以在网页上以超链接方式显示该整合数据中的关联数据。
步骤 206, 接收用户发送的进行超链接显示的指示, 向业务提供方 发送对象询问请求, 并从该业务提供方接收对象询问响应。
在步骤 206之后, 还可进一步包括: 接收该用户发送的协商请求, 与业务提供方协商预定对象和预定数量; 并从该用户接收关于预定对象 和预定数量的内容。
该方法还可以进一步包括:接收包含更新内容的关联数据更新请求, 对关联数据资源库保存的关联数据进行更新。
参见图 3 , 为本发明第二实施例提供信息搜索方法流程示意图。 结 合图 1所示的系统的结构对本实施例进行具体说明。 该方法包括以下步 骤:
步骤 301 , 移动搜索用户登录移动搜索引擎前台。
步骤 302, 搜索引擎前台接收用户输入的搜索请求, 将该搜索请求 发送给数据检索后台。 该搜索请求中包含搜索关键信息。
步骤 303 , 数据检索后台从一般数据资源库中获取包含所述搜索关 键信息的一般数据, 从关联数据资源库中获取与所述搜索关键信息相关 联的关联数据, 将一般数据和关联数据进行整合, 将该整合数据发送给 搜索引擎前台。 该搜索引擎前台显示该整合数据。 在网页上以超链接方 式显示该关联数据。
步骤 304, 如果该移动搜索用户从显示的关联数据中发现有符合其 需求的结果, 则向该搜索引擎前台发送进行超链接显示的指示, 并向该 搜索引擎前台发送对象询问请求。 该搜索引擎前台将该对象询问请求发 送给业务提供方, 并接收业务提供方返回的对象询问响应, 将该对象询 问响应反馈给用户。
步骤 305 , 搜索引擎前台接收用户的协商请求, 与业务提供方协商 预定对象和预定数量。 协商成功后, 该业务提供方将预定成功消息发送 给该搜索引擎前台。 该搜索引擎前台将该预定成功消息发送给该移动搜 索用户。
步骤 306, 移动搜索用户使用线上交互单元进行在线支付, 将之前 协商的价钱汇到指定账户。 该线上交互单元告知该移动搜索用户支付成 功。
在本发明实例中, 该信息搜索系统以富展现方式显示整合数据。 这 样, 移动搜索用户利用移动设备的便利性, 可以在搜索结果中筒单明了 地获取关联数据。 该信息搜索系统在搜集一般数据同时, 还和优质的第 三方数据供应商合作, 从该第三方数据供应商获取第三方数据, 将该第 三方数据和一般数据进行数据整合。 该第三方数据为关联数据。 在移动 搜索用户进行移动搜索的时候, 该信息搜索系统将相关度高的资源进行 整合后以富展现方式显示给该移动搜索用户。 该移动搜索用户可以根据 检索结果通过电话、 短信息、 微博等各种方式咨询服务, 并根据实际情 况预定服务。在确定购买服务后,可根据商家的实际情况进行线上支付。 例如, 该移动搜索用户在搜索到酒店后, 可直接拨打检索结果中显示的 酒店的联系方式、 预定酒店、 支付费用等。
在本实例中, 搜索引擎前台主要负责以下功能:
该搜索引擎前台接收用户提交的检索查询串, 对该检索查询串进行 处理后发送给数据检索整合排序模块。 该检索查询串也就是搜索请求。
该搜索引擎前台接收数据检索后台返回的检索排序结果。
该搜索引擎前台对优质数据如商户电话号码加超链, 并进行显示, 该移动搜索用户通过点击该超链接可直接拨打电话, 或者发送短信。 同 时商户可以提供微博等网络联系方式, 方便用户关注动态信息。
当该检索排序结果中有该移动搜索用户需要的服务时, 该搜索引擎 前台记录该移动搜索用户的咨询和预定行为, 引导该移动搜索用户进行 线上或线下购买。
该数据检索后台主要负责以下功能:
该数据检索后台接收该搜索引擎前台提交的处理过的检索查询串。 该数据检索后台整合优质数据和一般数据, 检索出符合检索查询串 的相关数据, 对该相关数据进行相关度计算、 排序, 以及整合该相关数 据和一般数据, 支持检索结果的富展现, 并将检索结果返回给搜索引擎 前台。 该优质数据也就是关联数据。
本实施例还进一步包括查询预定单元, 主要负责以下功能: 接收移动搜索用户向搜索引擎前台发起的服务咨询请求, 向该移动 搜索提供服务商户的详情;
对该移动搜索用户是否进行过电话咨询进行记录;
对该移动搜索用户是否进行过电话预定进行记录;
当该移动搜索用户进行电话预定后, 引导该移动搜索用户进入线上 交互单元。
线上交互单元主要负责以下功能:
当该移动搜索用户进行电话预定后, 提供线上付费模式, 该移动搜 索用户可以通过移动支付系统进行线上付费;
对该移动搜索用户的付费行为进行记录, 并根据搜索引擎商和优质 数据提供商协商的分成协议进行收入分成。
在本实例中, 优质数据提供流程包括: 优质数据提供商将优质数据 提供给搜索引擎服务商, 并和搜索引擎商协商确认分成协议。 在确认完 分成协议后, 优质数据提供商和搜索引擎商将会根据用户的咨询和预定 记录进行分成, 从而获利。 优质数据提供商在确认分成协议后, 可以向 搜索引擎商不定期提供更新的联系方式等优质数据, 补充用于和用户进 行沟通交流的渠道。 向搜索引擎商定期提供的更新的优质数据可以是文 本数据、 带有描述信息的音频视频数据或其他多媒体数据, 也可以是指 向这些数据的链接。 搜索引擎记录和整理这些优质数据, 在收到用户请 求时显示相关的优质数据。 本发明还提供了一种机器可读的存储介质, 存储用于使一机器执行 如本文所述的信息搜索方法的指令。 具体地, 可以提供配有存储介质的 系统或者装置, 在该存储介质上存储着实现上述实施例中任一实施例的 功能的软件程序代码,且使该系统或者装置的计算机(或 CPU或 MPU ) 读出并执行存储在存储介质中的程序代码。
在这种情况下, 从存储介质读取的程序代码本身可实现上述实施例 中任何一项实施例的功能, 因此程序代码和存储程序代码的存储介质构 成了本发明的一部分。
用于提供程序代码的存储介质实施例包括软盘、 硬盘、 磁光盘、 光 盘(如 CD-ROM、 CD-R, CD-RW、 DVD-ROM、 DVD-RAM、 DVD-RW, DVD+RW ), 磁带、 非易失性存储卡和 ROM。 可选择地, 可以由通信网 络从服务器计算机上下载程序代码。
此外,应该清楚的是, 不仅可以通过执行计算机所读出的程序代码, 而且可以通过基于程序代码的指令使计算机上操作的操作系统等来完 成部分或者全部的实际操作, 从而实现上述实施例中任意一项实施例的 功能。
此外, 可以理解的是, 将由存储介质读出的程序代码写到插入计算 机内的扩展板中所设置的存储器中或者写到与计算机相连接的扩展单 元中设置的存储器中, 随后基于程序代码的指令使安装在扩展板或者扩 展单元上的 CPU等来执行部分和全部实际操作,从而实现上述实施例中 任一实施例的功能。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并不用以限制本发明, 凡 在本发明的原则之内, 所做的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含 在本发明保护的范围之内。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种信息搜索方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括:
接收包含搜索关键信息的搜索请求;
从一般数据资源库中获取包含所述搜索关键信息的一般数据, 从关 联数据资源库中获取与所述搜索关键信息相关联的关联数据;
将所述一般数据和关联数据整合成整合数据;
在网页上显示所述整合数据。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述网页上显示所述 整合数据包括: 在所述网页上以超链接方式显示所述整合数据中的所述 关联数据。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 进一步包括: 接收所述用户发送的超链接显示的指示, 根据所述指示向业务提供 方发送对象询问请求, 并从所述业务提供方接收对象询问响应。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 进一步包括: 对获取的所述关联数据进行相关度计算, 将所述关联数据按照相关 度由高到低的顺序进行排序, 选择相关度最高的设定个数的关联数据; 将所述一般数据和关联数据整合成所述整合数据包括:
将所述一般数据和所述选择的关联数据进行整合, 整合成所述整合 数据。
5、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在从所述业务提供方接 收所述对象询问响应之后, 进一步包括:
从所述用户接收协商请求, 根据所述协商请求与所述业务提供方协
6、 如权利要求 1至 5任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法还包 括:
接收包含更新内容的关联数据更新请求, 对所述关联数据资源库保 存的所述关联数据进行更新。
7、 一种信息搜索系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括: 搜索引擎前台 和数据检索后台;
所述搜索引擎前台, 用于接收包含搜索关键信息的搜索请求, 将所 述搜索请求发送给所述数据检索后台, 从所述数据检索后台接收整合数 据, 在网页上显示所述整合数据;
所述数据检索后台, 用于从一般数据资源库中获取包含所述搜索关 键信息的一般数据, 从关联数据资源库中获取与所述搜索关键信息相关 联的关联数据, 将所述一般数据和关联数据整合成所述整合数据, 将所 述整合数据发送送给所述搜索引擎前台。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述搜索引擎前台还进 一步用于在所述网页上以超链接方式显示所述整合数据中的所述关联 数据。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述搜索引擎前台还进 一步用于接收所述用户发送的超链接显示的指示, 根据所述指示向业务 提供方发送对象询问请求, 并从所述业务提供方接收对象询问响应。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述搜索引擎前台还 进一步用于在接收到所述对象询问响应之后, 接收所述用户的协商请 求, 根据所述协商请求与业务提供方协商预定对象和预定数量。
11、 如权利要求 7所述的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统还包括: 线上 交互单元, 用于从所述用户接收有关预定对象和预定数量的内容。
12、 如权利要求 7所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述数据检索后台包 括: 相关度排序子单元, 用于对获取的所述关联数据进行相关度计算, 将所述关联数据按照相关度由高到低的顺序进行排序, 选择相关度最高 的设定个数的关联数据, 将所述一般数据和选择的所述关联数据进行整 合, 将所述整合数据发送给所述搜索引擎前台。
13、 如权利要求 7所述的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统进一步包括: 更新单元, 用于接收包含更新内容的关联数据更新请求, 对所述关联数 据资源库保存的所述关联数据进行更新。
14、 如权利要求 9所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述搜索引擎前台包 括: 语音交互子单元和即时通讯客户端中的至少一个;
所述语音交互子单元, 用于采用语音方式向所述业务提供方发送所 述对象询问请求, 并接收所述业务提供方以语音方式返回的所述对象询 问响应;
所述即时通讯客户端, 用于采用即时通讯方式向所述业务提供方发 送所述对象询问请求, 并接收所述业务提供方以即时通讯方式返回的所 述对象询问响应。
15、 一种信息搜索方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括:
获取包含搜索关键信息的搜索请求;
从一般数据资源库中获取包含所述搜索关键信息的一般数据, 从关 联数据资源库中获取与所述搜索关键信息相关联的关联数据;
将所述一般数据和关联数据整合成整合数据;
将所述整合数据发送给搜索引擎前台进行显示。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的方法, 其特征在于, 进一步包括: 对获取的所述关联数据进行相关度计算, 将所述关联数据按照相关 度由高到低的顺序进行排序, 选择相关度最高的设定个数的关联数据; 将所述一般数据和关联数据整合成所述整合数据包括: 将所述一般数据和所述选择的关联数据进行整合, 整合成所述整合 数据。
17、 一种数据检索后台, 其特征在于,
所述数据检索后台, 用于从搜索引擎前台获取包含搜索关键信息的 搜索请求, 从一般数据资源库中获取包含所述搜索关键信息的一般数 据, 从关联数据资源库中获取与所述搜索关键信息相关联的关联数据, 将所述一般数据和关联数据整合成整合数据, 将所述整合数据发送给所 述搜索引擎前台进行显示。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的数据检索后台, 其特征在于, 所述数据 检索后台包括:
