在一实施例中, 上述步骤 S30中可包括: 读取到健康提醒信息时, 激活处于待机状态的虚拟人程序, 将虚拟人显 示在移动设备的主界面, 并自动弹出消息提醒对话框, 用声音提醒。 进一步 的, 对于用户有病灶的身体部分, 根据病情严重情况釆用不同颜色进行显示。 例如, 客户端的健康提醒驱动器按预设的时间周期定时读取健康指数, 如果 读取到较低的健康指数, 则驱动虚拟人展示较差的健康状态, 并根据病情严 重情况釆用不同颜色进行显示, 例如, 如果检查出用户因感冒产生咳嗽, 可 在虚拟人的呼吸系统或者肺部用浅色表征该部分为病灶部分; 并且, 健康提 醒驱动器还可按照医生输入的医嘱信息, 按时进行健康提醒推送, 例如, 用 语音提醒用户完成按时服药、 定期复查、 科学饮食、 适当运动等方面的健康 任务。 如果读取到较高的健康指数, 则驱动虚拟人展示较好的健康状态, 同 时也可提醒注意保持或者注意天气变化等。
在一实施例中, 上述步骤 S30中可进一步包括:
接受用户对对话框中消除提醒按钮的点击, 结束本次提醒任务; 或者 接受用户对对话框中稍后再提醒按钮的点击, 并按预设的间隔时间再次 提醒。 例如, 消息提醒对话框中包含消除提醒的按钮, 当用户点击该消除提 醒的按钮时, 健康提醒驱动器接受用户对对话框中消除提醒按钮的点击, 结 束本次提醒任务。 再如, 消息提醒对话框中还可包含稍后提醒的按钮, 健康 提醒驱动器还可接受用户对对话框中稍后再提醒按钮的点击, 并按预设的间 隔时间 (例如 5分钟后)再次提醒。 此外, 如果有多条提醒, 还可逐条显示 并逐条消除。
在一实施例中, 在执行所有步骤之后还可包括:
接受用户输入的查询指令, 提取历史健康信息、 个人信息和 /或当前及历 史健康提醒信息以供用户查看。 例如, 客户端还可包括信息查询模块, 用于 接受用户输入的查询指令, 提取历史健康信息、 个人信息和 /或当前及历史健 康提醒信息以供用户查看。 该信息查询模块可提取信息存储模块、 个人信息 管理模块、 健康提醒队列存储模块中的信息, 从而为用户提供查询服务。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解上述方法中的全部或部分步骤可通过程序 来指令相关硬件完成, 所述程序可以存储于计算机可读存储介质中, 如只读 存储器、 磁盘或光盘等。 可选地, 上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用 一个或多个集成电路来实现, 相应地, 上述实施例中的各模块 /单元可以釆用 硬件的形式实现, 也可以釆用软件功能模块的形式实现。 本发明不限制于任 何特定形式的硬件和软件的结合。
需要说明的是, 本发明还可有其他多种实施例, 在不背离本发明精神及 的改变和变形, 但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的 保护范围。
工业实用性 本发明实施例改善了用户对于健康的管理便利性, 提升了用户对于移动 互联网的体马全。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种用户健康管理方法, 包括:
客户端提供用户注册端口, 供用户填写个人信息及医疗信息, 并根据所 述个人信息及医疗信息生成与用户医疗信息绑定的虚拟人;
健康助手平台端定时从医院信息管理系统获取用户的生理指标信息, 根 据生理指标信息生成健康指标信息, 结合所述健康指标信息及个人信息生成 健康指数和健康提醒队列并保存;
客户端定时读取健康指数及提醒信息, 驱动虚拟人按健康指数展示用户 健康状态, 并定时进行健康提醒推送。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述根据个人信息及医疗信息生成 与用户医疗信息绑定的虚拟人的步骤包括:
根据用户输入的个人信息和医疗信息, 生成表征用户生理体征的图形化 虚拟人。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述定时读取健康指数及提醒 信息, 驱动虚拟人按健康指数展示用户健康状态, 并定时进行健康提醒推送 的步骤包括:

6、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其还包括:
接受用户输入的查询指令, 提取历史健康信息、 个人信息和 /或当前及历 史健康提醒信息以供用户查看。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述客户端安装在移动设备, 所述 移动设备为手机或者平板电脑, 所述健康助手平台端为与移动设备进行无线 通信的后台管理终端。
8、 一种客户端, 所述客户端包括用户注册模块、 虚拟人生成模块和健康 助手平台, 其中,
所述用户注册模块设置为: 提供用户注册端口, 供用户填写个人信息及 医疗信息;
所述虚拟人生成模块设置为: 根据所述个人信息及医疗信息生成与用户 医疗信息绑定的虚拟人;
所述健康提醒驱动器设置为: 定时读取健康助手平台端根据用户的健康 指标信息及个人信息生成的健康指数及提醒信息, 驱动虚拟人按健康指数展 示用户健康状态, 并定时进行健康提醒推送。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的客户端, 其中, 所述虚拟人生成模块是设置为: 根据用户输入的个人信息和医疗信息, 生成表征用户生理体征的图形化 虚拟人。
10、 如权利要求 8或 9所述的客户端, 其中, 所述健康提醒驱动器是设 置为以如下方式驱动虚拟人按健康指数展示用户健康状态, 并定时进行健康 提醒推送:

13、 如权利要求 8所述的客户端, 所述客户端还包括:
信息查询模块, 其设置为: 接受用户输入的查询指令, 提取历史健康信 息、 个人信息和 /或当前及历史健康提醒信息以供用户查看。
14、 如权利要求 8所述的客户端, 其中, 所述客户端安装在移动设备, 所述移动设备为手机或者平板电脑。
15、 一种用户健康管理系统, 其包括如权利要求 8-14任一项所述的客户 端和健康助手平台端, 其中,
所述健康助手平台端包括信息读取接口和健康指数及提醒生成器, 所述 信息读取接口设置为: 定时从医院信息管理系统获取用户的生理指标信息; 所述健康指数及提醒生成器设置为: 根据生理指标信息生成健康指标信息, 结合健康指标信息及个人信息生成健康指数和健康提醒队列并保存。
