Abstract

Vernegelungsvorrichtung zum Verriegeln eines Führungsholmes einer Kunststoffverarbeitungsmaschine mit einer Werkzeugaufspannplatte der Kunststoffverarbeitungsmaschine, bei der erfindungsgemäßen Verriegelungsvorrichtung ist eine erste und eine zweite Verriegelungsbacke gegensinnig um zumindest eine in Schließrichtung der Kunststoffverarbeitungsmaschine angeordnete Drehachse zangenartig aufeinander zu in eine Geschlossenstellung oder voneinander weg in eine Offenstellung schwenkbar gelagert. Die Verriegelungsbacken weisen auf ihren einander zugewandeten Innenseiten vorspringende Verriegelungselemente auf, die derart ausgebildet sind, dass sie in der Geschlossenstellung der Verriegelungsvorrichtung in komplementär ausgebildete Gegenverriegelungselemente eingreifen können. Eine radiale Überschneidung der Verriegelungselemente der Verriegelungsbacken mit den Gegenverriegelungselementen der Führungsholme ist in Bereichen benachbart zu der zumindest einen Drehachse kleiner ausgebildet als in Bereichen entfernt von der zumindest einen Drehachse. Das Verschwenken der Verriegelungsbacken von der Offenstellung in die Geschlossenstellung und umgekehrt erfolgt durch eine Krafteinleitung an einem Kraftangriffspunkt an der ersten Verriegelungsbacke. Über ein Verzahnungs-Getriebe, welches die zweite Verriegelungsbacke mit der ersten Verriegelungsbacke koppelt, ist die zweite Verriegelungsbacke mit der ersten Verriegelungsbacke gegensinnig mitführbar.
