随着办公自动化的日益普及,各种文件、资料、图纸等现代办公业务量日趋增大,于是,工作人员需要将相关文档进行规类及打孔装订,因而,装订机是必备的办公机械之一。而 现有装订机的散刀打孔结构一般包括:机坐、支架,散刀、压刀板组件、打孔轮、导刀板A、导刀板B、限位板、方轴及手柄,所述散刀打孔结构的每一片散刀都需要销钉和限位板,因而,相应造成结构复杂,成本高,装配效率低,维修难度大等缺点。 因此,随着科技的不断进步及产品的不断更新换代,现有装订机的散刀打孔提刀结构还不能满足当前市场的需要,还有待进一步的改进与完善。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于提供一种装订机散刀打孔提刀结构,通过集成并简化其结构,以提高 装配效率,降低维修难度,从而降低成本,使操作更简单、方便 。
本实用新型的技术问题是按如下技术方案实现的:构造一种装订机散刀打孔提刀结构, 至少包括散刀、压刀板组件、导向机构、支架及其上面的槽和孔,其特征在于:所述压刀板组件包括呈整体铆接的压刀板及压刀板副件,而所述导向机构为导刀板A与导刀板B的组合,所述散刀在该导向机构中与压刀板组件挂接。所述压刀板组件于所述支架的槽内呈限位运动,散刀在导向机构中呈导向运动。
实现本实用新型的装订机散刀打孔提刀结构,具有如下优点:通过简化结构,有效提高了 装配效率,同时,维修简单容易,还降低了成本;且 构造新颖,结构简单、巧妙、合理,使用效果理想 。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种装订机散刀打孔提刀结构, 包括支架9、散刀6、压刀板组件、打孔轮4、导向机构、机坐8、方轴2及手柄1,支架9包括两个,并在支架9上设置有槽和孔,且在该孔中设置有轴套;压刀板组件包括呈整体铆接的压刀板5及压刀板副件10,并在该压刀板组件上设置有挂钩;导向机构为导刀板A3与导刀板B7的组合,散刀6在该导向机构中与压刀板组件挂接, 散刀 6 设置有衔接槽,相应 在压刀板组件上设置有挂钩,并且,该挂钩与衔接槽挂接。压刀板5设置在两个支架9的槽中,且可在支架9上相对于导刀板移动;散刀6在该导向机构中自由运动;打孔轮4设置在轴套外侧;压刀板组件在机坐8上的两个支架的槽内相对机坐8移动,从而散刀在压刀板组件的移动中进行打刀提刀运动,方轴2一端设置在轴套内,另一端穿过打孔轮和两个支架9与手柄1固定连接,使用时通过手柄1连动,压刀板5及压刀板副件10在支架9的槽内作限位运动,参考如图2所示,散刀在导向机构中导向运动,从而实现打孔和提刀功能。
本实用新型的装订机散刀打孔提刀结构,在具体使用时,手柄1推动旋转带动方轴2转动,方轴2带动打孔轮4转动,打孔轮4带动压刀板组件的压刀板5及压刀板副件10,压刀板组件在两个支架的槽内上下移动,带动散刀6在导刀板A3与导刀板B7的导向机构中上下移动,从而完成散刀类装订机打孔提刀功能。参考如图1所示。

  1. 一种装订机散刀打孔提刀结构, 至少包括散刀、压刀板组件、导向机构、支架及其上面的槽和孔,其特征在于:所述压刀板组件包括呈整体铆接的压刀板及压刀板副件,而所述导向机构为导刀板A与导刀板B的组合,所述散刀在该导向机构中与压刀板组件挂接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的装订机散刀打孔提刀结构, 其特征在于,所述散刀设置有衔接槽, 在所述压刀板组件上设置有挂钩,并且,该挂钩与所述衔接槽挂接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的装订机散刀打孔提刀结构, 其特征在于, 所述压刀板组件于所述支架的槽内呈限位运动。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的装订机散刀打孔提刀结构, 其特征在于, 在所述支架的孔中设置轴套。
