Description

一种背板、 背光模组和液晶显示装置
【技术领域】
本发明涉及液晶显示领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种背板、 背光模组和液晶 显示装置。
【背景技术】
液晶显示装置包括液晶面板和背光模组, 背光模组底部具有一个用于密封 模组并固定模内组件的背板。 现有的背板均使用整体式的背板, 一般使用金属 冲压或者塑料注射方式整体成型, 使得产品比较重, 产品的材料成本较高。 对 于大尺寸的背板, 由于需使用较大的沖压设备, 成本更高, 且对应的模具尺寸 很大, 结构复杂, 模具成本也很高。 随着市场竟争的日益激烈, 有效的降低设 计成本变得越来越重要, 于是节省材料成本和简化组装工艺成为各设计者研究 的重要方向。
传统背板根据不同的液晶显示装置的需要, 在背板上冲压形成锁附件, 用 于固定 PCB板等元器件, 冲压形成锁附件的方式加工不方便,安装也较为不便。 【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种低成本、 加工、 安装方便的背板、 背光模组和液晶显示装置。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种背光模组的背板, 包括框架, 所述框架包括多个相互拼接的支架, 所 述支架之间连接有架桥, 所述锁附件固定在所述架桥或所述支架上; 所述背板 上设有多个用于固定背光模组的 PCB板的锁附件,所述锁附件与所述 PCB板固 定的顶部设有锥形尖顶, 所述尖顶底部延伸出弹性扣爪。
优选的, 所述弹性扣爪有两个, 在拆卸 PCB板的时候, 需要将扣爪按下去, PCB 板才能从锥形尖顶上取出来; 对置的扣爪可以很方便地同时按下去进行拆 卸, 同时, 两个扣爪的结构也能保障固定强度。
优选的, 所述锁附件与背板连接的根部设有所述卡接结构。 锁附件两端都 采用卡接结构, 使得锁附件通用性更高, 同时只要将锥形尖顶穿过背板的定位 结构, 扣爪卡住背板就能实现锁附件的固定, 操作步骤筒单、 高效, 有利于提 高生产率。
优选的, 所述锁附件与背板连接的根部设有铆柱。 此为一种具体的锁附件 跟背板的固定结构。
优选的, 所述锁附件与背板连接的根部设有螺杆。 此为另外一种具体的锁 附件跟背板的固定结构。
优选的, 所述锁附件与背板连接的根部设有螺纹孔。 此为第三种具体的锁 附件跟背板的固定结构。
优选的, 所述锁附件与背板连接的根部为平面。 此为锁附件跟背板不固定 的形式, 此时锁附件只跟 PCB板锁附, 起支撑作用。 在 PCB板只需要支撑, 不 需要固定的场合, 该锁附件可以节约跟背板的固定结构及相应的固定时间, 有 利于降低成本。
优选的, 所述锁附件采用塑胶一体成型。 塑胶结构的锁附件可以提升绝缘 水平, 避免 PCB板跟金属背板接触产生不必要的接地问题。
一种背光模组, 包括 PCB板, 所述背光模组还包括上述的一种背板, 所述 PCB板固定在所述背板的锁附件上。
一种液晶显示装置, 包括上述的一种背光模组。
本发明由于在背板上采用了锁附件结构, 背板由多个支架组成框架结构, 在框架上设置用于安装 PCB等组件的架桥, 支架以及架桥都可以使用通用的成 型件组合而成, 制造成本较低, 并且节约了大量的材料; 另外, 锁附件跟 PCB 板之间采用扣爪卡接的方式, PCB 板的定位结构只要从锥形尖顶上扣下去, 就 可以通过扣爪卡住 PCB板进行固定, 相比螺丝固定、 铆接固定等方式, 操作步 骤简单、 高效, 有利于提高生产率, 进一步降低成本。 【附图说明】

下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图 1 所示, 一种液晶显示装置, 包括液晶面板和背光模组, 所述背光模 组底部设有背板 400。 背板 400上设有多个用于固定 PCB板 500的锁附件 300, 所述锁附件 300与所述 PCB板 500固定的顶部设有锥形尖顶 310, 所述尖顶底 部延伸出多个弹性两个以上的扣爪 320, 形成固定 PCB板 500的卡接结构; 锁 附件 300可以采用塑胶一体成型。
实施例一
如图 2 ~ 4所示, 锁附件 300跟背板 400设置有用于将其本身固定到所述背 板 400上的固定结构, 该固定结构可以是铆柱、 螺杆或螺纹孔的任意一种形式, 当然也可以采用跟顶部相同的卡接结构; 相应的, 背板 400上设置有用于固定 所述锁附件 300的定位结构, 该定位结构可以是滑槽 121、 安装孔 122等中的一 种或多种,锁附件 300通过定位结构安装到背板 400上。其中,对于较大的 PCB 板来说, 边缘设置上述锁附件 300 进行固定后可能仍不够稳定, 其中间在重力 作用下会有塌陷, 因此还可设置部分锁附件, 如图 5 中所示, 其根部还可以是 平面, 跟背板 400之间不固定, 仅跟 PCB板 500固定, 对 PCB板 500起纯粹的 支撑作用。
实施例二
如图 6所述的框架式背板, 背板通过多个支架 110组合成主框架 100, 再配 合相应的架桥 120组合固定在支架上, 支架以及架桥上相应的设置有固定 PCB 板等组件所需要的锁附件 300, 在本实施例中, 锁附件 300为实施例 1中所述的 作为单独零件存在的锁附件 300。 如图 10所示, 框架式背板的主框架 100上设 置有多个架桥 120, 架桥 120上设置有多个安装孔 122。 安装孔 122的位置可以 根据较为常用的 PCB板或其他组件的尺寸设置在架桥 120的相应位置上, 也就 是说, 针对每一种规格的 PCB板, 架桥 120上均设置有相应的安装孔 122; 或 者, 也可以是一系列等间距的标准孔, 该类标准孔覆盖了多种规格的 PCB板所 需要的安装孔 122, 以便于加工。 锁附件 300安装在安装孔 122内, 锁附件 300 的安装方式与实施例 1 所述的安装方式一样, 通过螺钉, 或是自身形成的铆钉 结构进行固定, 当然也可以由其它方式固定, 并不限于实施例所述的两种方式。 根据不同尺寸规格的 PCB板, 将锁附件 300设置在相应位置的安装孔 122上, 从而可以实现将该种尺寸的 PCB板锁附到背板上。
在本实施例中, 安装孔 122 同样可以设置在支架上, 进而提供更多的锁附 件 300安装位置, 满足一些组件较多的背光模组。
实施例三
如图 7所述的框架式背板, 背板通过多个支架 110组合成主框架 100, 再配 合相应的架桥 120组合固定在支架上, 支架以及架桥上相应的设置有固定 PCB 板等组件所需要的锁附件 300, 在本实施例中, 锁附件 300为实施例 1中所述的 作为单独零件存在的锁附件 300。 框架式背板的主框架 100 上设置有多个架桥 120, 架桥 120上设置有滑槽 121 (如图 8所示为一个架桥上设置锁附件 300的 情况), 锁附件 300安装在滑槽 121内, 锁附件 300通过螺钉, 或是自身底部一 体成型的铆釘进行固定, 当然也可以由其它方式固定, 并不限于实施例 1 所述 的两种方式。 根据不同尺寸规格的 PCB板, 将锁附件 300设置在滑槽 121内的 相应位置, 从而可以实现对该种尺寸的 PCB板的锁附。
为了安装上的方便, 可以事先将锁附件 300通过螺钉安装到所述滑槽 121 上, 但并不将螺钉锁紧, 使锁附件 300可以在滑槽 121上滑动, 针对 PCB板的 尺寸将锁附件 300滑动到相应的位置, 锁附 PCB板后再将螺钉进行锁紧。 也可 以针对 PCB板的尺寸 , 直接通过螺釘或铆釘固定锁附件 300 , 在锁附 PCB板, 以减少工序。
在本实施例中, 滑槽 121 同样可以设置在支架上, 进而提供更多的锁附件 300安装位置, 满足一些组件较多的背光模组。

15、 如权利要求 9所述的一种背光模组, 其特征在于, 所述锁附件与 背板连接的根部为平面。
16、 如权利要求 9所述的一种背光模组, 其特征在于, 所述锁附件采 用塑胶一体成型。
17、 一种液晶显示装置, 包括如权利要求 9所述的一种背光模组, 所 述背光模组包括 PCB板; 所述背光模组还包括背板, 所述 PCB板固定在 所述背板的锁附件上, 所述背板包括框架; 所述框架包括多个相互拼接的 支架, 所述支架之间连接有架桥, 所述锁附件固定在所述架桥或所述支架 上; 所述背板上设有多个用于固定背光模组的 PCB板的锁附件, 所述锁附 件与所述 PCB板固定的顶部设有锥形尖顶,所述尖顶底部延伸出弹性扣爪。
18、 如权利要求 17所述的一种液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述弹性 扣爪有两个。
19、 如权利要求 17所述的一种液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述锁附 件与背板连接的根部为平面。
20、 如权利要求 17所述的一种液晶显示装置, 其特征在于, 所述锁附 件釆用塑胶一体成型。
