一种可更换立体式空气杀菌过滤网结构的烘手机
技术领域
本实用新型涉及到烘手机技术领域,具体涉及到烘手机底部用于对进气过滤杀菌消毒作用的过滤网结构改进方面。
背景技术
烘手机又名干手机或烘手器,现在市面上的烘手机大部分是不可更换或是粗糙的过滤网,当过滤堆积杂质越来越多时,进气就根本起不到过滤作用,反而导致进气的污染,烘手时的不卫生。另外即使有过滤网也是没有可定期更换的功能,这样势必影响了过滤网的使用功能。
发明内容
综上所述,本实用新型的主要目的在于解决现有的烘手机的过滤网存在上述的不足,而提出的一种可更换立体式空气杀菌过滤网结构的烘手机。
为解决本实用新型所提出的技术问题,采用的技术方案为:一种可更换立体式空气杀菌过滤网结构的烘手机,包括有烘手机本体,在烘手机本体底部设有进风口,其特征在于:所述的烘手机本体的底部设有开口朝下的滤网卡槽,所述进风口设于滤网卡槽的槽底,在滤网卡槽中卡接有对进风口进入的空气进行过滤的立体式空气杀菌过滤网。
作为对本实用新型的结构作进一步限定的技术方案为:
所述的烘手机本体中设有用于在立体式空气杀菌过滤网装入滤网卡槽后,开始记录其使用次数的记录存储模块;在烘手机本体的面板上设有当记录存储模块记录的次数超过预设次数后而点亮的LED警示灯。
所述的立体式空气过滤网包括有塑胶外框、溶菌酶和HEPA标准的过滤网主体。
所述的塑胶外框上设有弹性卡扣,在所述的滤网卡槽的槽壁上设有与弹性卡扣配合的卡块。
所述的立体式空气杀菌过滤网上设有拆卸手持用的手柄。
所述的烘手机本体的底部前侧设有抽屉结构的积水盒,在积水盒中设有水位传感器,在烘手机本体的面板上设有当积水盒内的水位到达水位传感器位置后而点亮的水满LED指示灯。
本实用新型的有益效果为:本实用新型采用卡接结构的立体式空气杀菌过滤网与传统不可更换或是粗糙的单层过滤网相比,过滤效果更好,使用寿命长,LED警示灯能及时提醒用户更换过滤网;另外,水满LED指示灯能及时提醒用户倾倒接水盒中的积水,使用方便、放心。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和本实用新型优选的具体实施例对本实用新型的结构作进一步地说明:
参照图1、图2和图3中所示,本实用新型包括有烘手机本体1、立体式空气杀菌过滤网2及积水盒3。在所述的烘手机本体1的底部设有开口朝下的滤网卡槽11,滤网卡槽11的槽底设有进风口12,立体式空气杀菌过滤网2设于滤网卡槽11中,用于对进风口12进入的空气进行过滤、杀菌。所述的立体式空气杀菌过滤网2包括有塑胶外框21、溶菌酶、HEPA(High efficiency particulate air Filter,高效空气过滤器)标准的过滤网主体22以及手柄23;所述的塑胶外框21上设有弹性卡扣211,在所述的滤网卡槽11的槽壁上设有与弹性卡扣配合的卡块。所述的HEPA标准的过滤网主体,溶菌酶对空气中的细菌能有效的杀死,确保进入风道的空气不受洁净无菌;22是对于直径为0.1微米和0.3微米的有效率达到99.7%,也即是空气可以通过,但细小的微粒却无法通过。所述的手柄23为拱形连接在塑胶外框21上,方便拆卸立体式空气杀菌过滤网2时手持用。
所述的烘手机本体1中设有用于在立体式空气杀菌过滤网2装入滤网卡槽11后,开始记录其使用次数的记录存储模块;在烘手机本体1的面板上设有当记录存储模块记录的次数超过预设次数后而点亮的LED警示灯,便于及时提醒用户更换。
另外,所述的烘手机本体1的底部前侧设有抽屉结构的接水盒3,在接水盒3中设有水位传感器,在烘手机本体1的面板上设有当接水盒内的水位到达水位传感器位置后而点亮的水满LED指示灯。
参照图4和图5中所示,本实用新型工作过程如下:
1.上电电源开关ON,指示灯WHITE LED1~WHITE LED4点亮,指示灯GREEN LED点亮待机状态。
2.手伸入感应区域感应信号后(IRM1~IRM3接收信号),指示灯GREEN LED灭指示灯 BLUE LED1点亮,电机MOTOR延时0.2SEC起动运行;指示灯GREEN LED1起始以跑马灯方式指示灯GREEN1~4高速循环点亮(0.05SEC点亮一次)。电机MOTOR及指示灯GREEN LED1~4每次运行10SEC,当运行到9SEC时指示灯GREEN1~4闪烁5次(10mS亮10mS灭同时闪烁);运行到10SEC时手没移开,电机MOTOR继续运转指示灯GREEN LED1~4继续循环点亮,两个循环之后自行停止,等待2SEC后才能再次启动。每次停机,电机MOTOR延时1.5SEC停止运行,指示灯BLUE LED1 灭指示灯GREEN LED5点亮。
3.滤网更换指示灯,也即是上述的LED警示灯:当滤网达到2万次时,滤网指示灯BLUE LED3亮;更换滤网之后按住复位按键FILTER REST 5SEC之后指示灯灭重新计时。
4.数据清零开关ZERO REST:当按住此键3SEC,储存数据清零指示灯RED LED3亮,机器运行后指示灯RED LED3灭。在具体实施过程中,数据清零开关ZERO REST也可以是在更换装入立体式空气杀菌过滤网之后触发。
5. 水满指示灯BLUE LED2:当水位传感器SENSE接收到满水信号时,水满指示灯BLUE LED2点亮表示满水状态,水清理完后信号解除灯灭。

  1. 一种可更换立体式空气杀菌过滤网结构的烘手机,包括有烘手机本体,在烘手机本体底部设有进风口,其特征在于:所述的烘手机本体的底部设有开口朝下的滤网卡槽,所述进风口设于滤网卡槽的槽底,在滤网卡槽中卡接有对进风口进入的空气进行杀菌过滤的立体式空气过滤网。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可更换立体式空气杀菌过滤网结构的烘手机,其特征在于:所述的烘手机本体中设有用于在立体式空气杀菌过滤网装入滤网卡槽后,开始记录其使用次数的记录存储模块;在烘手机本体的面板上设有当记录存储模块记录的次数超过预设次数后而点亮的LED警示灯。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的可更换立体式空气杀菌过滤网结构的烘手机,其特征在于:所述的可更换立体式空气杀菌过滤网包括有塑胶外框、溶菌酶和HEPA标准的过滤网主体。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的可更换立体式空气杀菌过滤网结构的烘手机,其特征在于:所述的塑胶外框上设有弹性卡扣,在所述的滤网卡槽的槽壁上设有与弹性卡扣配合的卡块。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的可更换立体式空气杀菌过滤网结构的烘手机,其特征在于:所述的可更换立体式空气杀菌过滤网上设有拆卸手持用的手柄。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的可更换立体式空气杀菌过滤网结构的烘手机,其特征在于:所述的烘手机本体的底部前侧设有抽屉结构的接水盒,在接水盒中设有水位传感器,在烘手机本体的面板上设有当接水盒内的水位到达水位传感器位置后而点亮的水满LED指示灯。
