Description

Printer
The present invention relates to a printing machine that forms a printing pattern on a circuit board by covering the circuit board with a printing mask (screen mask).
In a printing machine that forms a print pattern on a circuit board, as described in Patent Document 1 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2011-151078), in order to manage the print mask, identification information (hereinafter referred to as “print mask”). By the way, it is necessary to replace the printing mask used in the printing machine according to the pattern shape to be printed or according to the number of times of printing. Even in the case of the printing mask printing the same pattern shape, the reference position mark ( There is a possibility that the position of the fiducial mark) is shifted, the tension of the printing mask is varied, or the position, shape, and size of the opening of the printing mask are varied. Therefore, if the variation for each print mask is not corrected, there is a possibility that a printing deviation or a printing defect may occur or an image processing error of the reference position mark may occur.
However, since the above-mentioned Patent Document 1 only manages the mask ID for each print mask, it cannot sufficiently cope with variations for each print mask. In order to cope with such variations for each print mask, it is necessary for an operator to manually input the data of the specific information of the print mask, which is troublesome, printing misalignment due to an input error, printing defect, reference position mark. Image processing errors may occur.
Therefore, a problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a printing machine that can automatically cope with variations among printing masks.
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a camera for setting a print mask on a circuit board and forming a print pattern on the circuit board, a camera for imaging an imaging target portion of the print mask, and the camera An image processing means for recognizing the imaging target region by processing the image picked up in step (1), and providing the print mask with a mask ID display unit for displaying the print mask identification information (hereinafter referred to as “mask ID”) in advance. In addition, unique information of a plurality of print masks that can be used in the printing press is stored in a storage unit in association with the mask ID, the mask ID display portion of the print mask is imaged by the camera, and the captured image is displayed. The image processing means recognizes the mask ID and recognizes the unique information of the plurality of print masks stored in the storage means by the image processing means. It is characterized in that to obtain the unique information corresponding to the mask ID.
In this configuration, the unique information of a plurality of print masks that can be used in the printing press is stored in the storage means in association with the mask ID, and image processing is performed from the unique information of the plurality of print masks stored in the storage means. Since the unique information corresponding to the mask ID recognized by the means is obtained, both the unique information of the print mask and the mask ID can be obtained, and the variation for each print mask can be automatically handled. It is possible to prevent printing misalignment, printing failure, image processing error of the reference position mark, and the like due to a conventional input error of unique information.
Alternatively, a mask information display unit for displaying the unique information of the print mask in a two-dimensional code or the like is provided in advance on the print mask, the mask information display unit of the print mask is imaged with a camera, and the captured image is image processing means The unique information of the print mask may be recognized by performing the above process. Even if it does in this way, the effect similar to the said Claim 1 can be acquired.
Here, the specific information of the printing mask includes the correction amount of the printing position, squeezing speed, squeezing distance, squeezing pressure, squeegee mask separation speed, mask separation distance, printing mask cleaning condition, printing mask thickness, mask The shape and size of the opening, the mask manufacturing date, the manufacturing company, the mask type, the management number, the number of printable times, and at least a part of information linked to these information may be included.
