Abstract

本发明提供了一种用于飞机舱门的扰流片,所述扰流片在飞机前起落架左右前舱门的迎风前缘内侧安装在舱门内蒙皮上,与所述舱门内蒙皮紧密贴合,用于减小舱门开门力。本发明还提供了一种飞机舱门,其内蒙皮上安装有本发明所述的于飞机舱门的扰流片。根椐本发明的扰流片能够有效地减小舱门的开门力;且对原有机构改动较小,方便安装及维护。

Description

一种用于飞机舱门的扰流片及装有该扰流片的飞机舱门 技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于飞机舱门上的零件, 特别是涉及一种用于 飞机舱门的扰流片及装有该扰流片的飞机舱门。 背景技术
在飞机前起落架收放系统的设计中, 其迎风阻力和重力是比较 明显的载荷因素, 因其往往帮助放下而阻止收上, 使分析设计工作 的重点总是集中在收上而非放下过程, 会导致某些机型前起落架在 放下过程中出现非预期的情况。 这类起落架主要为前起舱门与立柱 联动的结构构型, 没有单独的前起舱门驱动装置, 该构型结构复杂, 但控制简单, 不需要单独的前舱门控制系统。 由于是联动关系, 机 构设计时, 为避免舱门与前起机轮在放下过程中发生干涉, 舱门必 须快速打开, 前起落架放下到位后快速关闭, 导致在开始放下和最 后放下上锁时, 舱门上的载荷对前起收放性能具有很大的敏感性。
飞行过程中, 只要舱门没有紧密关闭, 常规舱门造型将产生开 门气动力, 放下初期, 该气动力帮助放下, 但在放下上锁阶段, 该 载荷阻止前起上锁, 会严重影响前起的收放性能, 甚至使前起不能 放下上锁。 针对此种情况, 存在以下几种设计方案: ①改进起落架 系统收放连杆机构; ②改变舱门大小③增加液压助力等方案。 通过 仿真分析, 上述方案对原有机构改动较大, 实现复杂; 且受舱门空 间限制, 安装、 维护、 装配都存在一定的难度。 发明内容
本发明设计了一种减小舱门开门力的扰流片, 此种扰流片能够 有效地减小舱门的开门力; 且对原有机构改动较小, 方便安装及维 护。 根据本发明的一个方面, 在前起前航门两侧的迎风前缘内侧各 增加一片扰流片, 安装在舱门内蒙皮上, 与舱门内蒙皮紧密贴合, 就可以较大的降低开门气动力, 改善前起的放下上锁性能。
有利地, 扰流片的宽度和厚度与舱门内蒙皮的宽度和厚度相同, 扰流片在靠近舱门内蒙皮上的维修口盖的一侧具有与维修口盖形状 相适应的凹口, 以预留出舱门维修口盖的安装空间并保证足够的安 装强度, 在远离维修口盖的另一侧延伸出舱门内蒙皮, 例如, 延伸 出约 10mm。
有利地, 扰流片采用与舱门内蒙皮相同的材料。 有利地, 根据 飞机的速度, 通过胶接或者铆接的方式, 将其与舱门内蒙皮相连, 并保证扰流片与舱门内蒙皮紧密贴合。 此外, 应当理解的是, 扰流 片安装位置要不影响舱门其他附件的功能。 扰流片的尺寸需根据舱 门的大小进行调整。
根据本发明的另一个方面, 提供了一种飞机舱门, 所述飞机舱 门在前起落架左右前舱门的迎风前缘内侧的内蒙皮上分别安装有本 发明所述的扰流片。
如果起落架放下存在问题, 采用本发明的飞机舱门扰流片, 可 以提高正常放下速度 10节以上, 效果明显。 本发明可以应用于所有 类似构型的飞行器, 解决飞行器在前起正常放下、 甚至应急放下上 锁时的速度限制, 具有筒单易行, 效果明显的特征。 附图说明

下面本文将参照附图详细地提供本发明的优选实施方案的描 述。
图 1 示出了本发明一个实施方式中的扰流片的结构示意图。 扰 流片 1采用与舱门内蒙皮 4相同的材料 (如 7075-O ) 。 扰流片 1的 宽度和厚度与舱门内蒙皮 4 的宽度和厚度基本相同。 为保证连接强 度, 扰流片 1在靠近舱门内蒙皮 4上的维修口盖 2的一侧具有与维 修口盖 2形状相适应的凹口, 以预留出维修口盖的安装空间, 在本 实施方式中, 凹口为敞开开口形状, 环绕在维修口盖 2 的部分外围 上。 可以理解的是, 在另外的实施方式中, 凹口也可以是封闭的开 口形式, 使其环绕在维修口盖 2的整个外围上。 扰流片 1在远离维 修口盖 2的另一侧略微延伸出舱门内蒙皮 4,例如,在本实施方式中, 扰流片 1延伸出舱门内蒙皮 4约 10mm。 此外, 应当理解的是, 扰流 片 1在舱门内蒙皮 4上的安装位置要不影响舱门其他附件的功能, 如开关门过程中, 与机体门框之间的间隙等, 其具体安装位置与铆 钉等连接件的设置有关。 对于扰流片 1 的尺寸的确定, 需根据舱门 的大小进行调整。
图 2进一步示出了扰流片 1在飞机舱门上的安装示意图。 扰流 片 1安装在舱门内蒙皮 4上, 通过胶接或者铆接或者其它连接方式, 与舱门内蒙皮 4紧密贴合。
本发明在舱门上增加扰流片 1 对舱门局部气流进行扰动, 在不 消除舱门外蒙皮 3局部静压 (开门力) 的前提下, 产生新的局部静 压 (关门力) , 通过两个力的抵消, 有效减小总的开门力, 提高前 起落架放下的能力, 消除正常和应急放下的速度限制的重要措施, 可以有效地应用于所有具有相似构型的飞行器, 由于读成果实施简 单, 效果明显, 不会带来大的构型修改、 长的研制周期、 高的研制 费用。 仅限于这些实施例, 在不脱离本发明构思的前提下, 还可以有更多 变化或改进的其他实施例, 而这些变化和改进都属于本发明的范围。

Claims

1. 一种用于飞机舱门的扰流片, 其特征在于, 所述扰流片 ( 1) 在飞机前起落架左右前舱门的迎风前缘内侧安装在舱门内蒙皮 (4) 上, 与所述舱门内蒙皮 (4) 紧密贴合, 用于減小舱门开门力。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的用于飞机舱门的扰流片,其特征在于, 所述扰流片 ( 1 ) 的宽度和厚度与所述舱门内蒙皮 (4) 相同, 所述 扰流片 ( 1)在靠近所述舱门内蒙皮 (4) 上的维修口盖 (2) 的一侧 具有与所述维修口盖 (2)形状相适应的凹口, 在远离所述维修口盖 (2) 的另一侧延伸出所述舱门内蒙皮 (4)。
3. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的用于飞机舱门的扰流片 , 其特征 在于, 所述扰流片 ( 1 ) 采用与所迷舱门内蒙皮 (4) 相同的材料。
4. 根据权利要求 1至 3之一所述的用于飞机舱门的扰流片, 其 特征在于, 所述扰流片 (1 )通过胶接或者铆接的方式与所述舱门内 蒙皮 (4) 相连。
5. 根据权利要求 1至 4之一所述的用于飞机舱门的扰流片, 其 特征在于, 所述扰流片 ( 1 ) 在远离所述维修口盖 (2) 的另一侧延 伸出所述舱门内蒙皮 (4) 10mm。
6. 一种飞机舱门, 其特征在于, 所述飞机舱门在前起落架左右 前舱门的迎风前缘内侧的内蒙皮上分别安装有如权利要求 1-5 之一 所述的用于飞机舱门的扰流片。
7. 如权利要求 6所述的飞机舱门 ,其特征在于,所述扰流片( 1 ) 通过胶接或者铆接的方式与所述舱门内蒙皮 (4) 紧密贴合。
8. 如权利要求 6或 7所述的飞机舱门, 其特征在于, 所述扰流 片 (1)在靠近所述舱门内蒙皮(4)上的维修口盖(2) 的一侧具有 与所述维修口盖(2)形状相适应的凹口, 在远离所述维修口盖(2) 的另一侧延伸出所述舱门内蒙皮 ( 4 )。
